Introduction. Currently, the problem of liver diseases is widespread among the population, especially non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, as well as medicinal liver lesions. In this regard, there is a need to find new solutions in the development of hepatotropic therapy drugs. In clinical practice, several hepatoprotective agents are often used simultaneously in the form of separate drugs or combinations. The combined use of substances in one finished dosage form (FDF) can provide both an enhancement of a particular pharmacological effect and an expansion of the spectrum of hepatotropic action. Components of plant origin are often introduced into the composition of combined hepatoprotectors. Silybum marianum L. fruits contain at least 2.4 % of the amount of flavolignans in terms of silybin, which causes the hepatoprotective effect of medicines based on them and explains the prospects of using this vegetable raw material in the treatment of liver diseases.Aim. Development of technology for obtaining a dry extract of Silybum marianum L. fruit, enriched with silybin.Materials and methods. The objects of the study were Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn. fruits from producer 2, harvested in June 2022. The quality indicators of the finished product, a dry extract of Silybum marianum (L.) fruit, were determined by the methods described in the SP XIV ed. Statistical processing of the research results was carried out in accordance with SP XIV ed., Volume I, p. 289, GM.1.1.0013.15 "Statistical processing of the results of a chemical experiment".Results and discussion. The optimal method of extraction of medicinal plant raw materials is proposed, which allows to obtain the highest yield of biologically active substances. A method of purification of ethanol-water extraction after extraction is proposed. The technology of dry extract of Silybum marianum (L.) fruit has been developed. Standardization of the obtained dry extract was carried out.Conclusion. In the course of the study, the technology of dry extract of Silybum marianum (L.) fruit was developed. The quality indicators of phytosubstantiation, dry extract of Silybum marianum (L.) fruits enriched with silybin were determined.

Introduction. Human performance depends on external and internal factors. Of a number of external factors, the environmental aspect is one of the leading ones. Internal factors are interrelated with external ones. The latter include the general condition of the human body, as well as the normal functioning of individual systems and organs. It must be noted that the use of herbal drugs in order to prevent the development of pathologies caused by internal factors is rational. A number of plants contain substances that can improve performance by strengthening the cardiovascular system, normalizing the liver, adjusting daily rhythms, reducing stress. In this regard, the development of the composition and technology of drugs based on substances of plant origin does not lose relevance.Aim. Development of the composition of solid oral dosage form based on dry extract of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge containing saponins.Materials and methods. As an object of research, a substance was used – dry extract of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge, standardized in accordance with the requirements of SP XIV ed. Lactose monohydrate, calcium stearate, methylcellulose, corn starch, talc were used as excipients in the tablet technology. Under laboratory conditions, granulation was carried out by the wet mass extrusion method. A 3 % methylcellulose solution was used as the wetting reagent. Quality parameters of the final dosage form, tablets, were determined according to the methods described in SP XIV ed.Results and discussion. As a result of the conducted research, the composition of a solid oral dosage form based on a dry extract of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge was proposed. The main quality indicators of the obtained dosage form are determined. A design quality specification has been developed for a drug.Conclusion. The present study proposed technology dry extract for Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge herb. Quality index of the obtained plant substance are determined. The composition and technology of tablets based on the dry extract of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge herb have been developed. The main quality indicators of tablets based on the dry extract of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge herb were determined. A draft quality specification of the resulting dosage form has been developed.

Introduction. Actual use of plant raw materials in the production of medicines is caused by a variety of bioactive substance complexes in their composition. These drugs have a wide range of therapeutic effects and in this regard, the properties and compositions of various plant materials are currently being actively studied. Aronia melanocarpa (chokeberry) has been the focus of scientific research for many years to identify various healing properties, and in 2015 its fresh and dried fruits are presented as a plant raw material in the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation, XIV edition. The variety of biologically active substance complexes of Aronia melanocarpa fruit allows its use in different fields (food and pharmaceutical industries). For this reason, the development of the composition and technology of effervescent tablets containing a complex of biologically active substances and possessing the following advantages: rapid release of active ingredients, high rate of BAS assimilation, usability and pleasant flavor are of interest.Aim. The aim of the present study is to develop the composition and technology of effervescent tablets with a biologically active complex from dried Аronia melanocarpa fruits.Materials and methods. Extracts enriched with anthocyanins were obtained from dried chokeberry fruits. As excipients in the technology of effervescent tablets, sodium carbonate, tartaric acid, lactose monohydrate, povidone (Plasdone™ K-29/32), polyethylene glycol 6000 and aspartame were used. Under laboratory conditions, granules (acidic and basic) were obtained by the method of punching wet masses, where extract (granulate 1) and ethyl alcohol 96 % (granulate 2) were used as a moisturizer. Numerical indicators of medicinal plant raw materials, technological properties of granulate and tableting mass, as well as quality indicators of effervescent tablets were determined according to the methods described in the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation, XIV edition.Results and discussion. Numerical indicators of dry fruits of Aronia melanocarpa (crushing of raw materials and the content of foreign impurities, total ash in plant raw materials and ash insoluble in hydrochloric acid, content of extractives) were determined, and the good quality of the raw materials used in the subsequent stages of drug development was confirmed. An extract enriched with anthocyanins has been developed. The composition and technology of effervescent tablets with separate granulation of acidic and basic components has been developed. Extract and ethyl alcohol 96 % were used as moisturizers, and aspartame was used to improve taste characteristics. A draft specification for the quality indicators of effervescent tablets based on enriched extraction has been proposed.Conclusion. In the course of the research work, the numerical indicators of medicinal plant raw materials were determined and its quality was confirmed, which enabled its use for further extraction. Extraction conditions were chosen, extracts were obtained. Excipients have been selected, the composition and technology of effervescent tablets based on the extracts of Aronia melanocarpa fruits have been developed, a draft specification for effervescent tablets has been proposed in accordance with the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation, XIV edition.

Introduction. Substances of plant origin exhibit a variety of pharmacological activity in combination with a relatively low toxicity and frequency of side effects. In this regard, a promising direction is the standardization of substances of plant origin in the development of new herbal medicinal products.Aim. Qualitative and quantitative determination of individual coumarin in a dry extract of Melilotus оfficinalis L.Materials and methods. A dry extract of the Melilotus officinalis L. was used as an object of research. Determination of individual coumarin was carried out by high-performance liquid chromatography.Results and discussion. As a result of the research, coumarin was identified by high performance liquid chromatography based on comparison of retention times of the sample with retention times of a standard sample of coumarin in the sample of dry extract under research. The coumarin contents in the dry extract was 0.642 ± 0.007 %.Conclusion. The data obtained on the qualitative and quantitative content of coumarin in the dry extract of Melilotus оfficinalis L. were used in the development of the draft version specification of quality indicators.

The aim of the study is the development and standardization of granules in hard gelatin capsules based on the composition of dry extracts of Bidens tripartita L., Solidago canadensis L. and Agrimonia eupatoria L. herbs, possessing nephroprotective activity and antifibrotics in toxic nephropathies. Developed the structure and defined the quality indicators of the pellets with dry extracts of Bidens tripartita L., Solidago canadensis L. and Agrimonia eupatoria L. herbs. The quality specification for the drug - granules of the composition of dry extracts in solid gelatin capsules is developed.

The aim of the study on the development conditions for extraction of a series of three-part herbs, Bidens tripartita L., Solidago canadensis L. and Agrimonia eupatoria L. herbs in the technology of dry extracts. The influence of factors on the process of extraction of activety substances of a series of three-part herbs, Bidens tripartita L., Solidago canadensis L. and Agrimonia eupatoria L. have been studied. Features are studied and regularities of extraction of Bidenst ripartita L., Solidago canadensis L. and Agrimonia eupatoria L. herbs.
