In the article, the authors analyze the results of the training program for Russian specialists abroad in 2022 in the Republic of Turkey, in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The purpose of the training program is to create conditions for establishing business contacts between representatives of Russian business with foreign organizations and enterprises. The article presents the results of the training program, as well as the current state of the economy, indicators of trade turnover, ongoing joint projects, prospects and development problems of trade and economic relations between Russia and the countries of training. A practical important aspect for the further development of such programs is the analysis of the goals set by the training participants and the results they have achieved, which represent opportunities for the development of external trade and economic relations of Russia. Further development of the results obtained by the participants of the preparation will allow expanding and improving the trade and economic relations’ efficiency of the Russian Federation.

Project management is an important part of all business processes, as the future of the enterprise depends on the success of the implementation of project activities. The article discusses the main methods of project management used in production organizations: Agile, Kanban, Waterfall and Scrum. The following general scientific research methods were used: analysis, generalization, classification, description. The purpose of the article is to popularize the application of the project approach in the manufacturing sector of the economy by systematizing the main methods of project management for their further use by companies. Examples of the methods application in Russian production organizations – JSC “Litmashdetal” and the publishing house “MIF” are presented. The main digital project management tools used in production and companies are demonstrated, with the help of which the effective implementation of the project approach is possible. Such an approach can be implemented in production if the principles of the method used are observed in the process of its realization in the company.

The research aims to test the relationship between electronic service technology and job burnout among employees of the Commercial Bank of Syria, and to what extent modern technology contributes to reducing the negative manifestations of job burnout among workers in addition to the level of technology used in providing various banking services at the Commercial Bank of Syria. Testing the level of job burnout that bank employees are exposed to, and the study found an inverse relationship between electronic service technology and job burnout among workers. Therefore, modern technology contributed to alleviating the causes of this phenomenon by increasing flexibility in banking performance due to the ease of use of this technology and reducing errors committed by employees. It is shown, that the bank does not have the latest technology, which covers all banking services, so that all of them can be provided electronically. As for job burnout, it was noted that there was a low job burnout experienced by workers in the Commercial Bank of Syria, but there was suffering on the part of some workers in facing the problems they are exposed to, and the research concluded with a set of recommendations for the Commercial Bank of Syria in line with the results that were reached through research.

The relevance of the study is determined by the identified shortage of the urban environment in Russia, namely those types of buildings that meet modern requirements. In large cities, the only way to change this situation is redevelopment. This article considers options for stimulating the development of urban areas and optimization of their use through redevelopment. The definitions of the concepts of redevelopment, renovation, gentrification, revitalization are delimited. The classification of types of programs according to the level of management is performed. The advantages and disadvantages of the redevelopment process are presented. Based on the analysis of the regulatory and legal framework, the authors revealed that the concept of “redevelopment” is not defined in any way in it. The practical experience of implementing redevelopment projects and programs in Russia, including development projects of the main industrial zones of the city of Moscow, which are inextricably linked with the strategic development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the implementation of national projects, is analysed. Special attention is paid to the redevelopment project management issues, proposals are presented to increase the efficiency of program management based on the Japanese P2M project management standard. At the end of the study, the authors revealed the results achieved in the implementation of redevelopment projects and evaluated their effectiveness in terms of various indicators.

A comprehensive study of the phenomenon of the fifth industrial revolution is carried out. This topic is relevant due to the rapid development of biotechnologies and neural networks, transforming the environment of industries and society as a whole. Various interpretations of the term “fifth industrial revolution” are considered, and the key characteristics of previous industrial revolutions are identified and analysed. The main content of the research paper is an analysis of the scientific literature, consideration of visions of the fifth industrial revolution, as well as the identification of the main opportunities and threats that manufacturing enterprises, industries and society as a whole will face. The impact of Industry 5.0 on the economic performance of industries while meeting the needs and interests of employees, as well as ensuring environmental sustainability and resource conservation is described. The importance of the readiness of future industries to adapt to changing conditions in key value chains is emphasized. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature, the authors have revealed that the fifth industrial revolution will be determined by a new and expanded purposefulness, consisting of three basic elements: human orientation, stability and sustainability. Finally, the importance of balancing production through the development of sustainable strategic value chains, adaptable production capacities and flexible business processes was emphasized.

Currently, companies are searching for ways to develop and ensure competitiveness in the market and are increasingly resorting to the introduction of technological innovations, using the methodology of project management. The article investigates such current approaches to project management as flexible, lean, sustainable and elastic project management. The concept of technological innovations is defined. The situation on the introduction of technological innovations in Russia and in foreign countries is analysed. The indicators for assessing the economic efficiency of the introduction of technological innovations are determined. The relationship between the use of these approaches to project management and increasing the economic effect of the introduction of technological innovations is revealed.

The domestic and foreign practice of project conflict management and resolution is analysed. The concepts of “conflict” and “contradiction” are differentiated. The modern point of view on the essence of the conflict is revealed, suggesting that the conflict does not always have negative consequences. In some cases, it is necessary to increase the effectiveness of the project implementation, so sometimes managers are required to stimulate its development (escalation of the conflict). The specific features of the escalation of the conflict and its relevance in a particular conflict situation are determined. The psychological features of the conflict escalation are analysed, which are manifested in the reluctance of domestic leaders to take the problem higher because of the fear of not being able to cope with the management of the conflict. Strategies for managing project conflicts are highlighted, and a conceptual model for managing them is proposed.

The article studies examples of the use of innovative technologies in the field of “Smart City”, which is a key factor contributing to the implementation of the concept of “Smart City”. The paper presents various approaches to the implementation of information technologies, analyses case studies on the management of smart cities of the world, which justify the change in the approach from isolated vertical management to integrated holistic management. The study also analyses various examples of the use of innovative technologies and approaches in the context of “Smart City”, identifies the trends in their development. At the end, the authors carried out the analysis of the domestic experience of applying the concept of “Smart City” and the results achieved.

Constantly changing environmental conditions, in addition to the lack of resources, are one of the biggest obstacles in the implementation of various projects and programs. Currently, companies associated with project management are trying to identify approaches that will allow them to effectively manage projects and programs in an unstable environment. The article examines such promising approaches to project management as sustainable, “green”, value-based project management. The paper analyses the experience of foreign and domestic companies in applying these approaches in their activities. The authors define the main methodological recommendations and standards on the basis of which project management is carried out within the framework of these approaches.

This article considers the principles and tools of lean management. The paper gives practical examples of the implementation of the concept of lean production in large Russian organizations, in state and municipal institutions. The analysis showed that there are many opportunities for improving operational and project activities that justify the introduction of a lean approach in organizations. The problems in understanding the need for lean production arise since people are generally reluctant to change established processes, but positive follow-up examples contribute to the success of implementing lean management and help in developing adequate development strategies for companies and government agencies.

The COVID-19 epidemic has become a serious challenge for the economies of all countries of the world. The consequences of the fight against the spread of the virus have led to serious complications in the Russian economy. This article analyses the measures taken by the federal and regional governments aimed at curbing the spread of the pandemic, as well as supporting the economy of Russia and its subjects. The paper presents foreign experience on the measures taken and a comparative analysis between the countries. In addition, the authors study the influence of government decisions and their effectiveness on the basis of scientific articles, estimates and statistics published in the mass media, forecasts of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, reports of the Federal State Statistic Service.

The article presents the results of research on such problems of Economics and Management as scientific and digital labor organizations. The paper describes the need to create artificial intelligence, the stages of the scientific component of labor organization, and the features of the joint use of natural and artificial intelligence in the work and management of human resources, both at the level of public administration and in organizations. The authors pay special attention to the issue of human capital development, as one of the three strategically important areas implemented by the Government of the Russian Federation within the framework of national projects, as well as give a comparative analysis of the indicators of the human capital development index in various countries of the world.

Nowadays, the rapidly growing technology market and the digitalization process that covers all areas of economic activity have a strong impact on financial markets. Changes in the financial sector occur both within the financial market objects themselves and in the processes of interaction with each other and clients. These changes are related to the application of new digital technologies, including distributed accounting technology, big data analysis, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, biometric technologies, augmented / virtual reality. These technologies are related to processes such as customer use of banking applications, remote payments, planning, lending and financing, trade and investment, insurance, security, regulatory operations and communications between financial market participants and customers.Such financial sector processes as fintech, regtech, investtech, creditech, inshurtech, cybertech, opertech, robotech, analytech, which reflect the digital aspect of the traditional processes of this market segment, have been described in the article. The article includes materials obtained in the course of the OECD’s work over the past few years on a number of related topics, including “Innovation in financial services”, “Digitalization and Finance”, which complements the study with additional relevant materials of international level. Technological innovations in the field of finance have been considered and their impact on the processes listed above has been evaluated. A detailed description of each of the nine processes contains the rationale and examples of the use of digital technologies, as well as the degree of integration and impact on these processes. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that today there are no publications in domestic and foreign sources on the identification, analysis and evaluation of factors that affect the financial sector of the economy due to the lack of statistical and analytical information. In this regard, the conclusions made are of both scientific and practical interest not only in Russia, but also in other countries with developing and developed economies.
