A study investigates the association between exposure to angiotensin-converting-enzyme (ACE) inhibitors during the first trimester of pregnancy only and the risk of congenital malformations. Results with only first-trimester exposure to ACE inhibitors showed an increased risk of major congenital malformations as compared with infants who had no exposure to antihypertensive medications, indicating that exposure to ACE inhibitors cannot be considered safe and should be avoided.

It stresses on the emphasis the necessity for understanding the languages used by Bob Derryberry such as the Coordinated Management of Meaning, the Sapir Whorf Hypothesis, and Aristotle's On Rhetoric. It also emphasizes that the introduced methodology provide guidelines among students in understanding the reflected emotions in the conveyed language in forensics. Further, it reveals that the adoption of such theories accounts for understanding the philosophical framework of the conversation style.
