The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the financial analysis of the company Transbeton, s. r. o. from 2011 to 2015 and it´s task is to assess financial health of this company and compare it with its competitors. The basic concepts and methodology of the financial analysis are briefly explained in the theoretical part of the bachelor´s thesis. In the practical part, Transbeton, s. r. o. is subjected to financial analysis, according to methodology from the theoretical part. At the end is the overall rating of the business.

The aim of this thesis is to process spatial and timely survey of profitability ratios and then namely debt ratios in individual sectors of selected European companies, in the time period from 2011 to 2015. Financial ratios such as return on assets, return on equity, debt ratio, long-term debt to total assets ratio, short-term debt to total assets ratio and interest coverage are used. Based on the results of the investigation, the most successful sectors and states, including the Czech Republic, are evaluated. The correlation analysis and following testing of mutual dependence between debt ratio and return ratio, as well as mutual relationship between the business sector debt, household sector debt and public sector debt are included.

This bachelor thesis analyses a financial situation of the company in the period 2011-2015. The first part of this thesis represents the methodical introduction. It describes methods, ratio indicators and models which are subsequently used for the practical part of this thesis. In the second part the analysed company is introduced and stated methods are applied on the data of the company. The practical part describes the characteristics of the company, a financial analysis itself, including analysis of absolute, differential and ratio indicators, as well as bankruptcy and credibility models. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the financial situation of the company Megafyt Pharma, s. r. o. in the period 2011-2015 and to evaluate its financial health by bankruptcy and credibility models. This bachelor thesis is focused on comparative financial analysis for selected mill companies: Mlýn Čistá, spol. s r. o., Mlýn Havlíčkův Brod, spol. s r. o. Mlýny J. Voženílek, spol. s r. o. The thesis is divided into two main parts - methodical and practical. The first part includes and explains the methodological basics that will be used for the practical part. The practical part contains the financial analysis of selected companies and the subsequent comparison of their results with each other and with the industry in the Czech Republic. Companies in the sector are included in the group Production of mill and starch products.

The analytical part includes the description of the chosen companies and the financial analysis according to the methodical part including intercompany comparisons. This bachelor thesis aims to perform financial analysis of the cooperative Vývoj, oděvní družstvo v Třešti. Furthermore, it contains an outline of a further development and a simple strategic analysis. The thesis consists of two parts. The first, methodical, part defines financial analysis, its methods and indicators. The basis of the first part is subsequently used in the second, analytic, part where the analysis of the company itself using data from 2009 to 2014 is made. The second part also contains spatial comparison of Vývoj, oděvní družstvo v Třešti with its competitors and comparison of the company and the clothing sector as a whole. The end of the second part is dedicated to prognosis of future development, when SWOT analysis and also planned balance sheet and income statement for the year 2015 are elaborated. In the end of this whole thesis a summary and fulfillment of aims are presented.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the performance of companies in selected sectors across the European Union. Return on assets, EBIT profitability and return on equity were examined. For deeper understanding the decomposition was made. The best performing sector in terms of selected indicators turned out to be Manufacture of leather and leather products. The least profitable was Manufacture of coke, refined petroleum products and nuclear fuel. Better performing countries were located in Northern Europe. Countries in Southern Europe showed on average poorer performance. The Czech Republic reported above average results in terms of all chosen indicators.

The aim of this work is financial analysis of the corporation Crystalex CZ, s. r. o. from 2009 -- 2012 and subsequently a SWOT analysis. The work is divided into two main parts -- methodical and practical. The methodical part describes methods of financial analysis, while the practical part briefly introduces the corporation, estimates the very analysis including calculation of bankruptcy and creditworthy models, and also compares the results with average values of the industry. The work shows that Crystalex will continue to thrive as corporation. It has high return on assets and return on equity, good assets turnover, and according to Kralicek's Quicktest, it is creditworthy and described to be on the edge of good and very good. The work also points out a few weaknesses. It specifically addresses the corporation's unnecessarily high working capital, low time interest earned ratio, and high inventory turnover. And finally, according to SWOT analysis, the corporation should minimize its weaknesses and with its strengths exploit opportunities.

The goal of this bachelor thesis Financial analysis of Marlenka international, s.r.o. is to analyse development of the company Marlenka international s.r.o. during monitored period of time between the years 2008 and 2013 based on data available to general public. This bachelor thesis is devided into 2 parts. First one is methodical part, where there is an explenation of methodology of financial analysis used in this thesis. The second part is practical part, which includes results of used methods from methodical part, on which basis the evalution is made from different perspectives. Than, the comparison with competitive company, SEMAG, is made. At the end, the copmany is evaluated and according to findings from practical part, the forecast about company is made.

The aim of this thesis was to carry out financial analysis and examine the financial health of the company Madeta and as a company where they stand in terms of return over in the observation period 2010-2013. My thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is methodological, where I define various financial indicators, with them I am working in the application part. The second part is the application part, where I perform financial analysis and the results are compared with competing company Danone. By financial analysis was found out, that crisis in dairy industry had influence on all the indicators of Madeta. Therefore Madeta cut the costs, restructured production and had to discharge a large number of employees. In 2013 Madeta reached positive indicator values, therefore we can assume that the company got over the crisis in health.

The aim of this work is to carry out a financial analysis of BMW AG from the viewpoint of a German investor in the period of the 2008 - 2012. The thesis consists of two main parts. The first is a methodological part, which describe the individual indicators, that are used in the application part. The second part is devoted to a financial analysis of BMW AG, in which individual values are usually compared with a competitor Daimler AG. SWOT analysis is also included. A small portion of the work also defines the position of BMW AG on the Czech market. In the end, all the previous findings are summarized, and certain recommendations are given.

The first part presents financial analysis from methodical point of view, which particularly means technical and methodical instruments of financial analysis. Annotation Aim of this thesis was to do a financial analysis of Servis Černý s.r.o. company and to compare its results with three rival companies. The analysis concerned period from 2006 to 2010 during which time the thesis tried to discover unexpected, interesting or just significant changes in structure of assets and liabilities and profit and loss statement according to availability of internal information of the company. Internal information was gained especially from accountant also several meetings with owner of the company were realized. Results of the financial analysis were found satisfactory. The thesis consists of four basic parts. The first part dealt with methodology of financial analysis indicators calculation. In the second part financial analysis of Servis Černý s.r.o. company for the whole observed period was done and its results were commented. In the third part the results of financial analysis of Servis Černý s.r.o. company were compared with chosen competitors. This comparison was made based on selected indicators of the financial analysis. In the last part the results of the analysis and comparison were briefly reviewed, after which a suggestion for future successful functioning of Servis Černý s.r.o. company was outlined.

The Bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis and influence of public contracts on SIGNALBAU, a. s., in period between 1. 7. 2004 and 30. 6. 2010. Company falls under building industry and its main focus is on construction and reparation of railroad safety engineering in Czech republic and abroad. The first, methodological part, contains general explanation of financial analysis and basic terms connected with problem of public contracts. The actual execution of financial analysis is done in the second part of the thesis, where I evaluate financial health of the company and compare it to its competition, Trakce, a. s. The conclusion is dedicated to measure the influence of public contracts on company's economy and management.

In this bachelor's thesis, in which a company named Vodňanská drůbež, a.s. is analyzed, is being discussed the evaluation of its financial health during the years 2006 and 2011 and the result of it is outlining of financial plan for the year 2012. The company does business in area of the "Wholesale of meat and meat products". The ratios and their pyramidal decompositions are used for financial analysis in the thesis and the bankruptcy and financial standing models are applied to the company. Whereas the company went through merger in the year 2010, it was proper to analyze advantage or disadvantage of the merger and also to compare the results of analyzed company with results, which arose by the sum of merging companies in monitored years. It was needed to find a similar company to draw a comparison thereby to determine economic stability of the analyzed company. The second part of the bachelor's thesis was focused on one-year financial plan, which was based on the values of 2010 and 2011, i.e. the years after merger. Due to working out this thesis I found out the results of the company were negatively affected by many events that happened during the years. Nevertheless the company showed more satisfying values than the companies involved in a merger. In opposite, the competitive company does its business better than the analyzed one.

The main goal of the bachelor's work is to carry out a financial analysis of Alligard Company for the years 2006 -- 2010, evaluate its financial situation and compare the results of the analysis with average values in the field. The bachelor's work is divided into methodical and practical part. In the first part, I introduce formulas used in calculations in the second part where the actual analysis is carried out and the results are compared with already existing analyses in the field. In addition, charts and graphs are used for better presentation of the findings. Finally, the summarized findings are interpreted and compared with the assumption made in the introduction of the bachelor's work.

The aim of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company TERMOSONDY Kladno, Ltd. and to outline its future development. This work focuses itself on processing financial management data of the company from the years 2003 -- 2011. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part represents methodical basis, primarily the delimitation of indicators used for the financial analysis. The second more extensive part consists of a characteristics of the company inspected and ratio indicators and models of financial analysis of specific data are applied. The computed values are compared with those of companies running business in the same field abroad. A short-term financial plan for the company for the year 2012 is drawn up in the concluding part of the work, which consists of a planned statement of profit and loss and a planned balance sheet.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create financial analysis of the Energy Ústí nad Labem, a.s. The first part is devoted to a theory of the financial analysis. This theory is used in practice in next part. Them the company's result is compared with some other companies and with the avarages in industry.

The foundation stone of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis of Czech non-financial companies for the years from 2007 to 2009 in order to evaluate development of the basic groups of financial analysis ratios before and after the outbreak of the financial crisis. Based on this analysis, I analyze the changes of the selected ratios in relation with the macroeconomic development. This is carried out by means of the description in words and for some significant changes using correlation analysis with GDP. The analysis results in the findings that the changes of ratios of return on assets and return on equity were negative in the analyzed period and for each year the factors of these changes are tracked using the pyramidal decomposition. In the statistical part of my thesis I partially succeeded in proving linear correlation between return on assets and GDP and a lower confidence level linear correlation between personnel cost to revenues ratio and GDP. Also, there were some correlations between individual ratios found to be significant.

The aim of this Thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company Kovošrot Ltd. using financial analysis methods, and to forecast its development for the near future. The Thesis was created especially for the needs of the company management, using the company financial statements data from 2004 to 2010. The company financial health will be rated in the context of its development in time and its competitive environment. Preceding the actual financial analysis, there is a methodological part which clarifies the methods used. Those are in accordance with Czech standards.

The content of this work is to undertake a financial analysis of a particular company and its comparison with selected foreign companies. This thesis is divided in two parts. The first part of this work is methodological, there are defined methods of financial analysis and indicators, together with methods of calculation. In the second part which is practical there are applied the procedures and methods of financial analysis for ZOO Dvůr Králové Inc. The values of some parameters are compared with 10 European companies. There is also a description, comments and interpretations of these results. Graphs and tables provide better orientation in problems.

The aim of this thesis is to execute a financial analysis of the Czech industry from 2002 to 2006. The fundamental categories of indicators were analysed - profitability, activity, cost, debt and liqudity ratios. The analysis wasnt executed only for the whole industry but for its branches divided by NACE classification. The outcome of my research is a statement that all fundamental categories of indicators developed positively. The most obvious positive development can be observed at return on assets which was caused by shortening of assets turnover and increasing of return on revenues. Furthermore, the improvement of debt and liquidity ratios of Czech industrial firms indicates that during the analysed time period the financial stability was increased.

This thesis focuses on the financial analysis of selected industrial sectors in the Spanish economy. For the purposes of analysis the following indicators are used: return on assets, return on equity, inventory turnover, receivables and payables turnover ratios and trade gap derived from them. Then indicators of current ratio, acid test ratio, cash ratio and working capital are analyzed. Finally the thesis includes indicators of creditor's risk, interest coverage and total cost and expenses per revenues. A further part of the thesis is dedicated to the peculiarities of the Spanish economy and the studies of changes in the unemployment rate and gross domestic product. A significant part is devoted to particular sectors of economy. Spanish exports and imports are presented by means of the balance of payments. After interpretation of all calculated indicators the following conclusion has expressed: the best performing sectors are the manufacture of coke, refined petroleum products and nuclear fuel followed by sector of construction. On the other hand traditional Spanish fishing, fish farming and related service activities were found to be the worst performing sectors.

Diplomová práce analyzuje postavení státních fondů ve veřejné rozpočtové soustavě. První kapitola obsahuje vysvětlení pojmu fond, obecnou charakteristiku státních fondů, vymezení jejich výhod a nevýhod. Další kapitoly se věnují jednotlivým fondům, které existují v současné době (1. polovina roku 2007) v České republice. Je dodržena stejná struktura: charakteristika fondu, podporované programy a pravidla pro čerpání prostředků, hospodaření fondu. Cílem je rovněž nastínění budoucího vývoje daného fondu a zvýšení informovanosti o této problematice u širší veřejnosti.

Táto diplomová práca približuje kultúru ako súčasť vyspelej spoločnosti a snaží sa obhájiť jej významnú úlohu v ekonomike, politike, ako aj v osobnom vývine jedinca. Poukazuje na štátnu kultúrnu politiku Slovenskej republiky, ktorá vytvára podmienky pre zapojenie neziskového sektora do oblasti kultúry. Možností získavania finančných prostriedkov je pre neziskové organizácie v nastavenom viac zdrojovom systéme financovania veľa. Analýzou priamych a nepriamych verejných zdrojov, zdrojov zo súkromného sektora a zdrojov zo samofinancovania dostáva čitateľ komplexný obraz o situácií, ktorá v kultúre v Slovenskej republike v oblasti financovania panuje.
