Two‐dimensional polymers (2DPs) and their layer‐stacked 2D covalent organic frameworks have recently emerged as nonlinear optical (NLO) materials for potential applications in optics. However, the chemistry for designing third‐order NLO 2DP films with large nonlinear absorption coefficient (β) has remained a mystery. Herein, three highly crystalline porphyrin‐integrated 2D polyimines (named as 2DPI‐Zn‐Azo, 2DPI‐2H‐Azo, and 2DPI‐Zn), which are homogeneous films showing large lateral areas over cm2, uniform transparency, and thickness of tens of nanometers are reported. Particularly, the 2DPI‐Zn‐Azo film comprising zinc porphyrin and –NN– displays a large saturable absorption under 532 nm and the highest β (−1.88 × 105 cm GW−1) among the three 2D polyimines, that is also 2–5 orders of magnitude higher than the state‐of‐art performance of photoactive small molecules, porphyrin‐integrated 2DPs, and inorganic 2D materials. Control experiments in combination with theoretical calculation discover that the embedding of metal centers and –NN– results in highly delocalized π‐electrons and narrow bandgap in 2DPI‐Zn‐Azo, which enables fast transfer of the photogenerated electrons after the light‐excited charge separation, thus boosting the NLO performance. In recent years, with the rapid development of electric power informatization, smart meters are gradually developing towards intelligent IOT. Smart meters can not only measure user status, but also interconnect and communicate with cell phones, smart homes and other cloud devices, and these core functions are completed by the smart meter embedded operating system. Due to the dynamic heterogeneity of the user program side and the system processing side of the embedded system, resource allocation and task scheduling is a challenging problem for embedded operating systems of smart meters. Smart meters need to achieve fast response and shortest completion time for user program side requests, and also need to take into account the load balancing of each processing node to ensure the reliability of smart meter embedded systems. In this paper, based on the advanced Grey Wolf Optimizer, we study the scheduling principle of the service program nodes in the smart meter operating system, and analyze the problems of the traditional scheduling algorithm to find the optimal solution. Compared with traditional algorithms and classical swarm intelligence algorithms, the algorithm proposed in this paper avoids the dilemma of local optimization, can quickly allocate operating system tasks, effectively shorten the time consumption of task scheduling, ensure the real-time performance of multi task scheduling, and achieve the system tuning balance. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation experiments.

Cardiac conduction regulatory RNA (CCRR) has been documented as an antiarrhythmic lncRNA in our earlier investigation. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of CCRR on SERCA2a and the associated Ca2+ homeostasis in myocardial infarction (MI). Overexpression of CCRR via AAV9-mediated delivery not only partially reversed ischemia-induced contractile dysfunction but also alleviated abnormal Ca2+ homeostasis and reduced the heightened methylation level of SERCA2a following MI. These effects were also observed in CCRR over-expressing transgenic mice. A conserved sequence domain of CCRR mimicked the protective function observed with the full length. Furthermore, silencing CCRR in healthy mice led to intracellular Ca2+ overloading of cardiomyocytes. CCRR increased SERCA2a protein stability by upregulating FTO expression. The direct interaction between CCRR and FTO protein was characterized by RNA-binding protein immunoprecipitation (RIP) analysis and RNA pulldown experiments. Activation of NFATc3 was identified as an upstream mechanism responsible for CCRR downregulation in MI. This study demonstrates that CCRR is a protective lncRNA that acts by maintaining the function of FTO, thereby reducing the m6A RNA methylation level of SERCA2a, ultimately preserving calcium homeostasis for myocardial contractile function in MI. Antimony selenide (Sb2Se3) emerges as a promising sunlight absorber in thin film photovoltaic applications due to its excellent light absorption properties and carrier transport behavior, attributed to the quasi‐one‐dimensional Sb4Se6‐nanoribbon crystal structure. Overcoming the challenge of aligning Sb2Se3‐nanoribbons normal to substrates for efficient photogenerated carrier extraction, a solution‐processed nanocrystalline Sb2(S,Se)3‐seeds are employed on the CdS buffer layer. These seeds facilitate superstrated Sb2Se3 thin film solar cell growth through a close‐space sublimation approach. The Sb2(S,Se)3‐seeds guided the Sb2Se3 absorber growth along a [002]‐preferred crystal orientation, ensuring a smoother interface with the CdS window layer. Remarkably, Sb2(S,Se)3‐seeds improve carrier transport, reduce series resistance, and increase charge recombination resistance, resulting in an enhanced power conversion efficiency of 7.52%. This cost‐effective solution‐processed seeds planting approach holds promise for advancing chalcogenide‐based thin film solar cells in large‐scale manufacturing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper proposed a new voluntary report method: Electricity energy meter generated outage event log, communication module transferred it. In order to solve the compatibility and expansibility disadvantages of current scheme, this paper proposed a power recovery voluntary report and broadcast timing method, realized closed loop management of outage maintenance and repair, and solved the wrong clock problem caused by battery low voltage after outage. This paper introduced the design thoughts of next generation smart meter，and put forward an outage and recovery voluntary report and timing strategy implementation plan in next generation smart meter. This paper provides a solve plan for next generation smart meter popularization, and it′s helpful for construction of electricity energy Internet.

To better address and improve the issues related to DC power quality, this paper proposes an identification method tailored for DC power quality disturbances. First, it explores the underlying mechanisms and waveform characteristics of common DC power disturbances. By integrating the results of time–frequency analysis obtained through the S-transform, five distinct features are designed and extracted to serve as classification indicators. The SABO algorithm is subsequently employed to optimize the BP neural network, assisting in determining the optimal input weights and hidden layer thresholds. This optimization technique helps prevent the network from becoming stuck in local minima, thereby enhancing its robustness and generalization capabilities. This paper presents a simulation system for AC/DC power systems to conduct experimental verification. The system simulates various DC power quality issues and monitors abnormal waveforms. According to the designated classification index, the features of simulated disturbance signals are extracted. The SABO-BP classification prediction model is then used to automatically classify and identify the samples. The experimental results demonstrate high accuracy in classification and identification using the proposed method. In comparison to the BP neural network method, the SABO-BP method demonstrates an 8.207% improvement in accurately identifying disturbance signals. It is capable of accurately identifying direct current power quality signals, thereby assisting in the evaluation and control of power quality issues. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The antimony selenide thin film solar cells technology becomes promising due to its excellent anisotropic charge transport and brilliant light absorption capability. Especially, the device performance heavily relies on the vertically oriented Sb2Se3 grain to promote photoexcited carrier transport. However, crystalline orientation control has been a major issue in Sb2Se3 thin film solar cells. Herein, a new strategy has been developed to tailor the crystal growth of Sb2Se3 ribbons perpendicular to the substrate by using the structural heterostructured CdS buffer layer. The heterostructured CdS buffer layer is formed by a dual layer of CdS nanorods and nanoparticles. The hexagonal CdS nanorods passivated by a thin cubic CdS nanoparticle layer can promote [211] and [221] directional growth of Sb2Se3 ribbons using a close space sublimation approach. The improved buffer/absorber interface, reduced interface defects, and recombination loss contribute to the improved device efficiency of 7.16%. This new structural heterostructured CdS buffer layer can regulate Sb2Se3 nanoribbons crystal growth and pave the way to further improve the low‐dimensional chalcogenide thin film solar cell efficiency. Antimony selenide (Sb2Se3) has excellent directional optical and electronic behaviors due to its quasi‐1D nanoribbons structure. The photovoltaic performance of Sb2Se3 solar cells largely depends on the orientation of the nanoribbons. It is desired to grow these Sb2Se3 ribbons normal to the substrate to enhance photoexcited carrier transport. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a strategy for the vertical growth of Sb2Se3 nanoribbons to achieve high‐efficiency solar cells. Since antimony sulfide (Sb2S3) and Sb2Se3 are from the same space group (Pbnm) and have the same crystal structure, herein an ultrathin layer (≈20 nm) of Sb2S3 has been used to assist the vertical growth of Sb2Se3 nanoribbons to improve the overall efficiency of Sb2Se3 solar cell. The Sb2S3 thin layer deposited by the hydrothermal process helps the Sb2Se3 ribbons grow normal to the substrate and increases the efficiency from 5.65% to 7.44% through the improvement of all solar cell parameters. This work is expected to open a new direction to tailor the Sb2Se3 grain growth and further develop the Sb2Se3 solar cell in the future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
