Objective As a new generation of train control system, the TACS （train autonomous control system）based on vehicle-to-vehicle communication is significantly different from CBTC (communication-based train control) in system architecture. It is necessary to conduct a research on the degraded operation scheme of TACS in the event of equipment failure to ensure safe and reliable train operation. Method The characteristics of TACS based on vehicle-to-vehicle communication is elaborated and analyzed, and its architecture is introduced. The degraded operation requirements of TACS are analyzed, and a degraded operation scheme of TACS based on multi-sensor fusion technology of 'radar plus visual method' is proposed. Result & Conclusion The above degraded operation scheme can effectively solve problems such as train speed measuring, positioning, and interval protection, and effectively detect foreign object intrusion in the track area.

BackgroundIndividuals may experience significant alterations in sleep hygiene during the major public health emergencies， consequently impacting their sleep quality.ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between sleep quality and sleep hygiene among adult residents during the major public health emergencies， so as to provide references for improving the sleep quality of residents during such a period.MethodsA sample of 1 364 adult residents were enrolled as the research subjects from February 20 to 29， 2020. All participants were asked to complete self-administered questionnaire to obtain basic-demographic information and sleep hygiene. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） was applied to assess sleep quality. Residents were classified into poor sleepers with PSQI score ≥8 and good sleepers defined as PSQI score

Abstract [Objective] The study aims to mine the key genes involved in fatty acid synthesis using transcriptomic analysis of kernels from different periods of Elaeagnus mollis Diels. [Methods] We observed and recorded fruit development of E. mollis Diels. and used the fresh seed kernels of adult trees during the period of fruit initiation (C6), rapid fruit expansion (C7), and fruit maturity (C8) as materials. The fatty acid fractions and contents of the kernels of three periods were determined by hydrolysis extraction. The expression of samples from C6 and C7 was analyzed using transcriptome sequencing, in order to search the differentially expressed genes. [Results] The fatty acid content of the three periods showed a gradual increase over time. 6 375 up-regulated genes and 8 124 down-regulated genes were obtained from the seed kernel data of C6 and C7 periods, totaling 14 499 differentially expressed genes (DEGs). Among the selected DEGs, 8 137 genes were annotated in the GO database, and 4 275 genes were annotated in the KEGG database, mainly involving in metabolic pathways, biosynthesis of secondary metabolites, hormone transduction, amino acid synthesis pathways, and other pathways. Among them, pathways related to fatty acid biosynthesis and unsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis were enriched, with a focus on identifying 8 candidate genes related to fatty acid synthesis. Compared with C6 stage, EmBCCP1, EmSAD1, Em- FAD2-1, EmFAD3-1, and EmPDCT1 genes were up regulated, while EmFAbG1, EmPDAT1, and EmKASI1 genes were down regulated. [Conclusion] EmBCCP1, EmSAD1, EmFAD2-1, EmFAD3-1, EmPDCT1, EmKASI1, EmFAbG1, and EmPDAT1 genes may promote the synthesis and accumulation of oleic acid and linoleic acid in the seeds, serving as key genes for fatty acid synthesis in E. mollis Diels. seed kernels.

Calmodulin-dependent protein kinases (CaMKs) are widely regarded as “memory molecules” due to their role in controlling numerous neuronal functions in the brain, and the CaMK signaling pathway plays a crucial role in controlling synaptic plasticity. Suanzaoren decoction (SZRD) can improve depression-like behavior and thus has potential benefits in the clinical treatment of depression; however, its mechanism of action is not fully understood. In this study, we found that key proteins in the CaMK signaling pathway were regulated by the decoction used to treat depression. The purpose of this research was to ascertain if the SZRD’s therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of depression is associated with the modulation of key proteins in the CaMK signaling pathway. A rat model of depression was created by exposing the animals to chronic, unexpected, mild stress. Model rats were given intragastric administration of SZRD or fluoxetine every morning once a day. Protein and mRNA relative expression levels of CaM, CaMK I, and CaMK IV in the hippocampus were measured by Western blot, quantitative polymerase chain reaction, and immunohistochemistry in the hippocampus. Our findings demonstrated that SZRD significantly improved the mood of depressed rats. This indicates that SZRD, by modulating the CaMK signaling system, may alleviate depressive symptoms and lessen work and life-related pressures.

Objective To deposit degradable amino-hybrid mesoporous silica (AHMS) in situ on the surface of titanium nanotube (TNT) and explore its protective effect on nanomorphology and osteogenesis. Methods TNT and TNT@AHMS were sequentially prepared via an anodizing method: the oil-water two-phase method (experimental group) and the acid-etched titanium method [control group (Ti)]. The parameters for synthesis were explored by changing the silicon source dosage ratio (3∶1, 1∶1, 1∶3); the surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), hydrophilicity was detected by Water Contact Angle Tester, elemental composition was detected by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS); nanoindentation test and ultrasonic oscillator were used to observe the morphological holding effect as mechanical strength of TNT@AHMS in vitro; simulated immersion experiments in vitro was used to observe the degradation behavior of the material. the MC3T3-E1 cell line was used to observe the effect of cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation on the material; and an SD rat femoral implant model and micro-CT were used to verify the protective effect and osseointegration effect of AHMS on TNT morphology. Results The morphologies of TNT and TNT@AHMS were successfully prepared, and the silicon source ratio was 1:3. SEM showed that the titanium nanotubes were uniformly covered with AHMS coating, and the mesoporous pore size was about 4 nm. After AHMS was incorporated, the surface of the material was hydrophilic (12.78°), the presence of amino groups (NH2-) was detected, the material was completely degraded within 12 h in vitro, and the active morphology of the TNT was re-exposed with a cumulative silicon release of 10 ppm. Nanoindentation test showed that TNT@AHMS exhibited more ideal surface mechanical strength. SEM revealed that TNT maintains its own morphology under the protection of AHMS, and the TNT group suffered severe exfoliation. In addition, the early adhesion and proliferation rates, ALP activity, and bone volume fraction of cells on the TNT@AHMS surface 4 weeks after implantation were significantly higher than those in the TNT group. Conclusion By depositing AHMS on the surface of TNT, the nanotopography can be protected. It not only prevents the active base topography from exerting subsequent biological effects but also further endows the material with the ability to promote bone regeneration, laying a foundation for the future development of nanotopography-modified titanium implants.

Objective To investigate the independent risk factors among preoperative systemic inflammatory indicators associated with lymph node metastasis (LNM) in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) and to construct and validate a related risk prediction model. Methods Clinical data of 241 patients with CRC who received surgery at Affiliated Xinhua Hospital of Dalian University from January 2012 to December 2017 were retrospective analyzed. Variable selection was performed using univariate analysis combined with Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO) regression and 10-fold cross-validation. After constructing the best logistic regression model, multivariate analysis was conducted to determine the independent risk factors for preoperative LNM in CRC, and a nomogram was developed. The model was internally validated using the Bootstrap method and its predictive performance and clinical utility were evaluated through receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, calibration curve, and decision curve analysis (DCA). Results Univariate analysis and LASSO regression with cross-validation identified smoking history, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR), fibrinogen-to-albumin ratio (FAR), and fecal occult blood (FOB) as variables with non-zero coefficients. Multivariate analysis using these factors showed that smoking history (OR=2.669, 95%CI: 1.158-6.150, P=0.021), high NLR(OR=1.895, 95%CI: 1.379-2.605, P＜0.001), low LMR (OR=0.907, 95%CI: 0.823-0.999, P=0.048), high FAR (OR=1.145, 95%CI: 1.062-1.235, P＜0.001), and positive FOB (OR=2.289, 95%CI: 1.132-4.630, P=0.021) were independent risk factors for LNM in CRC (P＜0.05). The ROC curve, calibration curve, and DCA curve indicated that the nomogram constructed in this study provided benefits to patients. Conclusion The risk predictive model constructed in this study demonstrated good predictive performance and clinical utility for preoperatively identifying LNM in CRC patients.

As a common affective mental disorder, depressive disorder has currently become the second health burden worldwide, however, its pathogenesis remains to be further elucidated. The clinical treatment of depressive disorder primarily relies on western medicine. However, there is great clinical need for effective and rapid-onset antidepressants for the unsatisfactory effect, obvious treatment time-lag, and intolerable adverse reactions of current drug treatment. Ferroptosis is a novel form of cell death discovered in recent years, which has been found to be involved in the pathogenesis of numerous neurological disorders, including depressive disorder. Currently, some studies have shifted the focus of antidepressant treatment towards targeted inhibition of ferroptosis, and achieved positive outcomes. The present paper provides a comprehensive review of the involvement of ferroptosis in depressive disorder pathogenesis and its potential therapeutic implications, drawing on clinical and preclinical evidence that elucidates the underlying mechanisms linking depressive disorder with ferroptotic processes.

Abstract Bladder cancer (BC) is the fourth and tenth most common malignancy in men and women worldwide, respectively. The complexity of the molecular biological mechanism behind BC is a major contributor to the lack of effective treatment management of the disease. The development and genesis of BC are influenced by mitochondrial retrograde control and mitochondria-nuclear cross-talk. However, the role of mitochondrial-related genes in BC remains unclear. In this study, we analyzed TCGA datasets and identified 752 DE-MRGs in BC samples, including 313 down-regulated MRGs and 439 up-regulated MRGs. Then, the results of machine-learning screened four critical diagnostic genes, including GLRX2, NMT1, PPP2R2B and TRAF3IP3. Moreover, we analyzed their prognostic value and confirmed that only PPP2R2B was associated with clinical prognosis of BC patients and Cox regression assays validated that PPP2R2B expression was a distinct predictor of overall survival in BC patients. Them, we performed RT-PCR and found that PPP2R2B expression was distinctly decreased in BC specimens and cell lines. Functional experiments revealed that overexpression of PPP2R2B distinctly suppressed the proliferation, migration and invasion of BC cells via Wnt signaling pathway. In summary, these research findings offer potential molecular markers for the diagnosis and prognosis of BC, with the discovery of PPP2R2B particularly holding significant biological and clinical significance. This study provides valuable clues for future in-depth investigations into the molecular mechanisms of BC, as well as the development of new diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets.

This paper describes some useful information on the ultrasonic-assisted hydrothermal fabrication of selenium nanorods (abbreviated as SeNRs) and their potential anticancer activity. The synthesis of SeNRs was confirmed and their selective anticancer activity against DU-145 cells as a standard prostate cancer cell line and human prostate normal cell line, RWPE-1 were assessed. The result of the FTIR study revealed the bending and stretching vibration of the Se-O bond. UV–vis spectroscopy data displayed a sharp maximum absorption (λmax) peak at 298 nm and the TEM image demonstrated that Se nanostructures had a rod-shaped morphology with lengths ranging from 50 to 100 nm and a diameter of around 10 nm. DLS data displayed that SeNRs had an average size of 204.68 nm and a zeta potential value of – 37.29 mV. Then, IC50 concentration of SeNRs against DU-145 and RWPE-1 cell lines were calculated to be about 15 µg/mL and 50.06 µg/mL, respectively, at 24 h. Also, it was deduced that SeNRs triggered their anticancer activity through the induction of membrane leakage, oxidative stress, apoptosis by overexpression of Bax/Bcl-2 ratio and caspase-9,-8, -3, and downexpression of AKT, PI3K, and mTOR mRNA and proteins, which was further verified by pre-incubation of cells with PI3K inhibitor, LY294002. Thus, the synthesized SeNRs can be used and developed as an effective nanostructure for the treatment of prostate cancer in future studies.

A small target object refers to an object whose relative size of the bounding box is very small, usually the ratio of the width of the bounding box to the width and height of the original image is less than 0.1, or the ratio of the area of the bounding box to the area of the original image is less than 0.03, or the absolute size is less than $32^{\ast } 32$ pixels. It has important applications in industrial defect detection, medical image processing, intelligent security, unmanned driving, and many other fields. Although great progress has been made in the field of target detection, which is limited to large target objects, due to the challenges of small size, inconspicuous features and insufficient data samples, the accuracy and speed of small target detection are low. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a novel small target object detection algorithm model: Swin Transformer’s DETR. In this algorithm, Swin Transformer is used as the backbone to extract the global features and local information of small targets, and a three-layer feature pyramid structure is used for feature fusion at the Neck layer to improve the calculation efficiency and model accuracy. Secondly, the detector is optimized, and the detector is replaced by two stages, and the ReLU activation function of FFN layer is replaced by the latest SwiGLU activation function, to avoid the problems of gradient disappearance and explosion and enhance the nonlinearity of the algorithm model. Large resolution size input is adopted on Tiny Person dataset, and its input value is set to [1400,800]. The above analysis is carried out on VOC and Tiny Person datasets, and the detection rates of small target objects are 88.9% and 48.3% respectively. The results show that the Swin Transformer’s DETR algorithm model proposed in this paper performs well on various datasets, and has strong generalization ability, stability and accuracy in different scenarios and datasets, which is higher than other algorithm models.

The distribution of stress and the normal extrusion load threshold in weak interlayer are crucial for direct shear test of filled rock joints, but there is a lack of theoretical research in this area. First, an analytical solution for stress distribution was derived using a semi-inverse method. Then, it is compared by the numerical simulation method. Finally, the influence of the width and thickness of weak interlayer on the extreme values of stress components was analyzed, and the distribution pattern of the normal extrusion load was discussed. The results show that under the same conditions, the analytical solution and the numerical simulation results are in good agreement. The maximum horizontal stress in the weak interlayer decreases with increasing width and increases with increasing thickness, while the change of the minimum is opposite. The normal extrusion load increases first and then decreases along the width direction of the weak interlayer. By comparing the normal extrusion load with the empirical value, the mechanism of extrusion failure in the weak interlayer is revealed.

The induction of ferroptosis is suggested to be a potential therapeutic strategy for cancers. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are reported to play an important role in cell death processes. This study aims to construct and validate a risk model based on ferroptosis-related miRNAs (FR_miRNAs) to predict prognosis and identify novel therapeutic targets for osteosarcoma. Data from the Therapeutically Applicable Research to Generate Effective Treatments database are used as the training cohort. A prognostic signature based on two FR_miRNAs (miR-635 and miR-593) is developed using univariate Cox regression, least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression, and multivariate Cox regression analyses. The area under the curve values of the prognostic signature to predict the 1-year, 2-year, 3-year, and 5-year overall survival rates in patients with osteosarcoma are 0.782, 0.781, 0.722, and 0.777, respectively, indicating a good predictive ability. Based on the risk score, patients are divided into low-risk and high-risk groups. Patients with high-risk scores are associated with poor survival. The risk level is determined to be an independent prognostic factor. A nomogram is established for predicting prognosis. The expression levels of PRNP (miR-635-related ferroptosis-related gene (FRG); P=0.024) and HILPDA (miR-593-related FRG; P=0.025) are significantly different between the low-risk and high-risk groups. All results are validated in an external cohort (GSE39040). The results of the functional assay reveal that miR-635 mimics inhibit osteosarcoma (OS) cell proliferation and migration, whereas miR-593 overexpression exerts the opposite effect. In conclusion, miR-635 and miR-593 exert contrasting regulatory effects on OS cell proliferation and migration.

Objective To analyze the relationship between No.12a lymph node metastasis and clinicopathological features of upper gastric cancer and to discuss the indications and prognostic significance of lymph node dissection in this group. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the medical records of 377 patients with upper gastric cancer, to compare the relationship between No.12a lymph node metastasis and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with upper gastric cancer. Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the prognosis of patients with or without No.12a lymph node metastasis, and Cox regression analysis was performed to analyze the influencing factors of prognosis and survival of patients with upper gastric cancer. Results Tumor location (lesser curvature side), tumor diameter (≥5.5 cm), degree of differentiation, and T/N/TNM stage were significantly correlated with No.12a lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). After excluding N staging, Cox regression results showed that the degree of differentiation (HR: 0.668, 95%CI: 0.48-0.931, P=0.017) and pTNM stage (HR: 6.319, 95%CI: 4.063-9.828, P < 0.001) were the independent risk factors, but No.12a lymph node metastasis (HR: 1.477, 95%CI: 0.71-3.075, P=0.297) was not an independent risk factor for survival of upper gastric cancer patients. Conclusion No.12a lymph node metastasis does not seem to be an independent risk factor for the prognosis of upper gastric cancer patients. However, the prognosis of patients with No.12a lymph node metastasis is worse than that of patients without No.12a lymph node metastasis. The No.12a lymph nodes should be actively dissected when the tumor is in the following situations: the tumor is located in the lesser curvature, the degree of differentiation is poorly differentiated, and the tumor stage is late (T4, N3, or Ⅱ-Ⅲ stage).

ABSTRACTMelicope pteleifolia is a traditional Chinese medicinal plant that is thought to be developed as a biological insecticide. In this work, essential oils (EOs) of M. pteleifolia (collected in 2021 and 2022) over different extraction time (1 h, 2 h, 5 h) were investigated for their chemical composition and insecticidal activities. The EOs extracted from fresh leaves in 2021 were named A1h, A2h and A5h, and extracted from fresh leaves in 2022 were named B1h, B2h and B5h. The chemical components of EOs were analyzed by GC-MS. α-Thujene is the common primary compound of the EOs A1h, A2h and A5h, which contained 83.27%, 63.86% and 25.17%, respectively. Principal component analysis (PCA) revealed that sesquiterpenes were the primary representative components in EOs. The EOs that were extracted for 5 h were significantly different from other EOs. Moreover, the EOs and α-thujene showed obvious contact and repellent activities against Lasioderma serricorne and Liposcelis bostrychophila. The gray correlation degree explained that EOs A2h and A5h had the strongest repellency against L. serricorne, while EOs A1h and B1h had the most significant repellent effect on L. bostrychophila, with coefficients above 0.50. The comprehensive score of weighting coefficient revealed that the scores of EOs A1h and A5h were the highest and both reached 0.80. In general, M. pteleifolia have the potential to be exploited as biological insecticide.

Objective·To explore the effect of C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 9 (CXCL9) expression on the prognosis of breast cancer patients and its correlation with tumor-infiltrating immune cells (TIICs).Methods·Transcriptome data of 1 100 breast tumor tissues and 112 adjacent tissues were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. CIBERSORT deconvolution algorithm was used to analyze the proportion of TIIC subgroups in breast cancer immune microenvironment and its effect on the prognosis of patients. Differentially expressed genes, immune-related genes and breast cancer prognostic-related genes were downloaded from TCGA database, ImmPort database and GEPIA2 data platform, respectively. The intersection relationships of the three gene sets were analyzed by using R language, and the target genes were screened. Based on the downloaded transcriptome data, CXCL9 positive-related genes, the difference of CXCL9 mRNA expression in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues and its effect on the prognosis of patients were analyzed. STRING data platform was used to analyze the protein-protein interaction (PPI) network of CXCL9. Gene Ontology (GO) function analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genome (KEGG) pathway analysis were performed on CXCL9 positive correlation genes and the genes corresponding to the interacting proteins obtained from the PPI network by using R language. Spearman correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between CXCL9 mRNA expression and TIIC subgroups and immune checkpoint-related genes. Paraffin tissue samples of 60 clinical breast cancer patients were collected and made into tissue chips. The correlation between CXCL9 expression and CD8+ T cells infiltration in the tissue chips was detected by immunohistochemical staining (IHC). The types of CXCL9+ cells in breast cancer interstitium were analyzed by multiplex immunohistochemistry staining (mIHC). Kaplan-Meier (KM) survival curve was used to analyze the effect of CXCL9 mRNA expression and CD8+ T cell infiltration on the prognosis of breast cancer patients.Results·CIBERSORT algorithm analysis showed that the distribution proportion of TIIC subgroups in breast cancer immune microenvironment varied greatly, and their effect on patients′ prognosis was also different. The Venn diagram of three types of gene sets was drawn, and CXCL9 was screened out. The top 150 positive correlation genes with CXCL9 were obtained. CXCL9 mRNA expression levels in four molecular types of breast cancer were higher than those in adjacent tissues (all P=0.000), and their high expressions were significantly associated with good prognosis of patients (P=0.013). A total of 41 interacting proteins were obtained through PPI network analysis. GO and KEGG analysis showed that CXCL9 and its related genes were mainly enriched in biological functions and pathways related to immune regulation. Spearman correlation coefficient analysis showed that the expression level of CXCL9 mRNA was positively correlated with CD8+ T cells infiltration ratio, negatively correlated with M2-type macrophages infiltration ratio, and positively correlated with most immune checkpoint genes expression (all P

Background and purpose: It is not clear that the pattern of lymph node (group 12a) metastasis within the hepatoduodenal ligament (along the hepatic artery) in gastric cancer, its indications for dissection are still controversial, and there is a lack of relevant clinical study data from large samples. This study investigated the risk factors of lymph node group 12a metastasis in gastric cancer at different sites by observing the lymph node metastasis rate. Methods: The medical records of 1 112 gastric cancer patients admitted to the Department of Gastric Surgery in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from May 2016 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. According to tumor location, they were divided into upper gastric cancer (561 cases), gastric body cancer (224 cases) and gastric antrum cancer (327 cases). The lymph node metastasis rate of group 12a in patients with different parts of gastric cancer was recorded. The c2 test and Fisher’s exact probability test were used to compare the relationship between group 12a lymph node metastasis and clinicopathological features in patients with gastric cancer at different sites. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of group 12a lymph node metastasis in patients with gastric cancer at different locations. Results: Group 12a lymph node metastasis occurred in 72 of 1 112 gastric cancer patients, and the overall metastatic rate was 6.5%. Among the 561 cases of upper gastric cancer, 25 cases developed group 12a lymph node metastasis, and the metastatic rate was 4.5%. Of the 224 patients with gastric body cancer, 17 cases were positive in group 12a lymph nodes, and the metastasis rate was 7.6%. Among the 327 cases of gastric antrum cancer, 30 cases were positive in group 12a lymph nodes, and the metastatic rate was 9.2%. Taking the lymph node metastasis in group 12a as the dependent variable, and taking the indicators with statistical significance in univariate analysis as independent variables, they were included in the model for multivariate logistic regression analysis. Objective To analyze the risk factors of preoperative lymph node staging (N-stage) deficiency in gastric cancer and establish a preoperative assessment model to assist in predicting preoperative N-stage. Methods A retrospective method was used to analyze the clinicopathological data of 268 patients with gastric cancer. The patients routinely underwent preoperative thin-section enhanced CT to assess preoperative N-stage. Results The risk factors for preoperative N-stage deficiency were analyzed in combination with postoperative pathological findings. Multifactorial logistic regression analysis was performed to determine influencing factors, and Kaplan-Meier analysis was used to plot the survival curves of preoperative N-stage accurate group and deficiency group. The nomogram plot and ROC curves of the prediction model were drawn using the R package. AUC, 95%CI, sensitivity, and specificity were calculated. Results Age, BMI, poor differentiation, and Lauren's classification as diffuse were independent risk factors for preoperative N-stage deficiency in gastric cancer (P < 0.05). Prognostic survival was significantly worse in the preoperative N stage-inadequate group than that in the accurate group (P=0.041). The AUC area was 0.935, with a sensitivity of 85.9% and specificity of 96.9%. Conclusion Young age, high BMI, poor differentiation, and Lauren's classification as diffuse are independent risk factors for preoperative N-stage deficiency. The established preoperative assessment model based on age, BMI, differentiation degree, and Lauren's classification in this study has relatively high credibility.

Benzodiazepines (BDZs) are used in clinics for anxiolysis, anticonvulsants, sedative hypnosis, and muscle relaxation. They have high consumptions worldwide because of their easy availability and potential addiction. They are often used for suicide or criminal practices such as abduction and drug-facilitated sexual assault. The pharmacological effects of using small doses of BDZs and their detections from complex biological matrices are challenging. Efficient pretreatment methods followed by accurate and sensitive detections are necessary. Herein, pretreatment methods for the extraction, enrichment, and preconcentration of BDZs as well as the strategies for their screening, identification, and quantitation developed in the past five years have been reviewed. Moreover, recent advances in various methods are summarized. Characteristics and advantages of each method are encompassed. Future directions of the pretreatment and detection methods for BDZs are also reviewed.

The characteristics of blockchain such as tamper-evident and distributed can effectively solve the increasingly prominent security and privacy issues in engineering pavilions, however, the current throughput of mainstream blockchain platforms is far from meeting the demand for rapid chain-up of massive data in engineering pavilions, and the high redundancy storage mechanism adopted by traditional blockchain cannot be applied to engineering pavilion scenarios. To address the above problems, based on vectorized image processing technology, a hierarchical blockchain architecture is first proposed to store block data in multiple distributed cloud servers and edge servers in a hierarchical manner to cope with the growing data volume in the industrial Internet. Then based on the topology between edge servers, a blockchain network slicing algorithm is designed based on an improved complex network association partitioning algorithm, which improves the blockchain network throughput while shortening the slicing time. Finally, the impact of block broadcast time on throughput is demonstrated by formalizing the block broadcast process as a spanning tree, based on which a spanning tree-based intra-slice master node selection algorithm is proposed to further improve the throughput of the blockchain network. The analysis and experimental results show that the proposed scheme effectively reduces the partitioning time of the blockchain network and the broadcast time of the blocks within each partition. Compared with the classical association partitioning algorithm, this paper's partitioning algorithm can reduce the partitioning time by about 36% without sacrificing the quality of partitioning when partitioning a large-scale network.

In the background of the era of big data, the information management system of engineering archives has become more comprehensive and perfect because of the application of information technology. The application of deep learning model makes the management of engineering archives more systematic, scientific and standardized, which greatly improves the quality and efficiency of engineering archives management. The progress of society and the development of the times have put forward higher requirements for digital storage technology. This paper combines the characteristics of the new technological era, analyses the characteristics of traditional information management in the context of data processing, artificial intelligence, deep learning and other data, proposes a method for developing and managing web archives based on Bootstrapping technology, introduces an information meta-evaluation mechanism to improve the quality of mining, and uses a long and short-term memory model to extract multi-type fine-grained archival information elements in the corpus. Finally, the Alex network was established to manage the archives in a categorised manner. The experimental results show that the query results of the proposed method for the target archives are 100% accurate, and the query time for individual archives is basically within 5s, which has good management effect.

To solve the problem of low efficiency of engineering archives management in the general environment, this paper researches vectorized engineering archives management mode. Firstly, the composition of the archive management system is introduced, the basic system is established according to the cyclic management process of engineering archives, and the vectorization technology and characteristics are explained. Subsequently, the traditional vectorization algorithm based on edge structure extraction is used as an example, and further vectorization calculation is carried out using the bilateral filtering model, weighted least squares method, Lo gradient minimization model, Snake parameter activity contour model, geometric activity contour model, and aggregation algorithm. The advantages of vectorization techniques in information extraction are exploited to provide necessary assistance to the actual archive management work. The results show that the images processed by vectorization have the lowest compression rate, with an average compression rate of 55.67%; among the three methods, the image storage space and compression time under vectorization technology are the smallest at about 324MB and 3.4s; and the method in this paper has the highest output signal-to-noise ratio and the lowest mean square error, which well preserves the shape of the signal time domain waveform and has better noise reduction performance.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of hysteroscopic hysteroplasty in the treatment of uterine malformation complicated by primary reproductive disorders.MethodsWomen with unexplained primary infertility, repeated in vitro fertilization (IVF) failure or repeated spontaneous abortion, and uterine malformations unrelated to diethylstilbestrol who visited the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were included in the prospective cohort study. Uterine malformation in the patients was confirmed by three-dimensional ultrasound and diagnostic hysteroscopy. Hysteroscopic hysteroplasty was performed using a 5-mm diameter hysteroscope and 5-FR surgical scissors, and after 3 months, palliative care was proposed for patients with unexplained infertility or repeated spontaneous abortion, and after 6 months, IVF treatment was recommended for patients with repeated in vitro fertilization (IVF) failures, with a planned minimum follow-up time of 1 year.ResultsA total of 83 women enrolled in the study, including 33 cases of primary infertility, 29 cases of repeated spontaneous abortion, and 21 cases of repeated IVF failure. No complications occurred during the hysteroscopic surgery. During the follow-up period, the clinical pregnancy rate of the women enrolled in the study increased to 77.1%, the live birth rate went up to 79.7%, the fetus delivered at full term accounted for 64.1%, and the cesarean section rate was 27.5%. The miscarriage rate was 9.4%.ConclusionHysteroscopic hysteroplasty can improve the reproductive outcomes in women with primary reproductive disorders and uterine malformations.

Background: Pulmonary embolism (PE) in pregnant and postpartum women is fatal, and risk assessment is crucial for effective and safe management, the aim of this retrospective study was to establish a nomogram for predicting the risk of PE in pregnant and postpartum women. Methods: Totally 343 subjects suspected of PE at the Obstetrics Department of Affiliated Dongyang Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January 2012 to December 2021 were retrospective analyzed in our study. Pregnant women suspected of PE and who underwent computed tomographic pulmonary angiography examination were included in the study. The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression technique was used to select the best prediction features, and multivariate logistic regression is used to build the prediction model. Bootstrap resampling 1000 times was used to validate the model visualized by nomogram. Evaluate the performance of the model from three aspects: identification, calibration and clinical utility. Results: Our predictive model indicated that chest tightness, anhelation, lactate, and D-dimer were associated with PE. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of the model was 0.836 (95% CI: [0.770-0.902]), indicating that our model had a good differential diagnostic performance. Good consistency between prediction and real observation was presented as the calibration curve. Decision curve analysis indicated that our model had a good net clinical benefit. Conclusions: We developed a novel numerical model for selecting risk factors for PE in pregnant and postpartum women. Our results may help obstetricians and gynaecologists to develop individualized treatment plans and PE prevention strategies.

Objective To evaluate the effect of sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitor （SGLT2i） on the efficacy and safety of percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction （STEMI） complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Four hundred and six patients with STEMI complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus undergoing PCI were selected and divided into the conventional treatment group and SGLT2i group according to whether SGLT2i was used. Clinical data were collected. Patients were followed up by outpatient or telephone. Results The incidence of MACE and heart failure readmission rate in the SGLT2i group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group （both P < 0.01）. After the adjustment of all risk factors， SGLT2i could reduce the incidence of MACE（OR=3.59，95%CI 9.43-1.36）and the risk of heart failure readmission（OR=4.54，95%CI 15.30-1.35）compared with conventional treatment. Conclusion SGLT2i is a safe treatment for STEMI patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus after PCI， which can lower the incidence of MACE and heart failure readmission after surgery.

Accurate and efficient monitoring of animal information, timely analysis of animal physiological and physical health conditions, and automatic feeding and farming management combined with intelligent technologies are of great significance for large-scale livestock farming. Deep learning techniques, with automatic feature extraction and powerful image representation capabilities, solve many visual challenges, and are more suitable for application in monitoring animal information in complex livestock farming environments. In order to further analyze the research and application of artificial intelligence technology in intelligent animal farming, this paper presents the current state of research on deep learning techniques for tag detection recognition, body condition evaluation and weight estimation, and behavior recognition and quantitative analysis for cattle, sheep and pigs. Among them, target detection and recognition is conducive to the construction of electronic archives of individual animals, on which basis the body condition and weight information, behavior information and health status of animals can be related, which is also the trend of intelligent animal farming. At present, intelligent animal farming still faces many problems and challenges, such as the existence of multiple perspectives, multi-scale, multiple scenarios and even small sample size of a certain behavior in data samples, which greatly increases the detection difficulty and the generalization of intelligent technology application. In addition, animal breeding and animal habits are a long-term process. How to accurately monitor the animal health information in real time and effectively feed it back to the producer is also a technical difficulty. According to the actual feeding and management needs of animal farming, the development of intelligent animal farming is prospected and put forward. First, enrich the samples and build a multi perspective dataset, and combine semi supervised or small sample learning methods to improve the generalization ability of in-depth learning models, so as to realize the perception and analysis of the animal's physical environment. Secondly, the unified cooperation and harmonious development of human, intelligent equipment and breeding animals will improve the breeding efficiency and management level as a whole. Third, the deep integration of big data, deep learning technology and animal farming will greatly promote the development of intelligent animal farming. Last, research on the interpretability and security of artificial intelligence technology represented by deep learning model in the breeding field. And other development suggestions to further promote intelligent animal farming. Aiming at the progress of research application of deep learning in livestock smart farming, it provides reference for the modernization and intelligent development of livestock farming.

To accurately characterize the different operating states of the rotor system, a modified variational mode decomposition（MVMD） combined with instantaneous energy distribution permutation entropy（IEDPE） is proposed to quantify and extract rotor fault features. The parameters of the variational mode decomposition（VMD） decomposition layer are determined using correlation threshold strategy and the MVMD algorithm is designed. Then, the acquired vibration signals are input into the MVMD for decomposition and the instantaneous energy distribution of each mode component is calculated. Finally, the IEDPE of each mode component is extracted as the fault quantization feature. Compared with MVMD+PE, EMD+IEDPE, and EEMD+IEDPE, the results show that the fault features extracted by the proposed method are more effective in characterizing significant differences between rotor fault states, allowing more accurate recognition of fault categories.

Background Sleep duration is strongly associated with hypertension, but its effect on H-type hypertension in female population is not well characterized. Objective The examine the effect of sleep duration on the prevalence of H-type hypertension in female population. Methods A cross-sectional study design was used. One thousand seven hundred and nine female hypertensive inpatients were selected from Department of General Medicine and Geriatric Department of Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from July 2018 to December 2020, among whom those who with serum Hcy≥10 μmol/L and the others were assigned into H-type hypertension and non-H-type hypertension groups, respectively. Binary Logistic regression was used to assess the correlation of between sleep duration and H-type hypertension across three groups with different self-reported mean daily sleep durations in the past month (8 h) , and to further assess the correlation between the two across by age (≤60 and >60) . Objective To analyze the characteristics and regularity of military training injuries in lower limbs in an army unit. Methods From January 2010 to December 2019, a military medical service system was used to collect the data of disabled officers and soldiers with military training injuries in lower limbs of an army unit. Epidemiology investigation was performed to analyze the features of military training injuries in lower limbs according to the basic information of the patients, the site of injury, the structure of injury, the type of injury, the degree of disability and the time regularity of injury. The military training injuries in lower limbs were classified as the acute traumatic injury and the overwork injury according to the types of injury, and the two types of injury were compared in terms of gender, age, position types, sites of injury and injury structures. Results A total of 2 223 cases of lower limbs training injuries were reported in 10 years, of which 2 191 cases (98.56%) were males. The highest incidence rate (55.15%) of the military training injuries in lower limbs appeared in the 21~30 age group. Soldiers were the main injured group (79.98%). Knee joints (63.52%), ankle joints (18.13%), and shanks (7.42%) were the top 3 injury sites. As to the injury structures, joints (45.16%), ligaments (36.39%) and bones (16.60%) ranked the first, second and third place. Meniscus, anterior cruciate ligament and femur were the main injured structures of joint, ligament and bone. Regarding injury types, 2 058 cases (92.58%) were classified as the acute traumatic injury and 165 cases (7.42%) were classified as the overwork injury. The incidence of acute traumatic injury in knee joint, ankle joint and ligament were significantly higher than that of the overwork injury, but the incidence of acute traumatic injury in hip joint, foot and bone were lower than that of the overwork injury (P < 0.05). Most patients injured were classified in 8~10 degree of the disability grade (98.46%), with the mild dysfunction as the main symptoms. The military training injury in lower limbs tended to happen in the Spring (March to May) and the Winter(October to December), accounting for 27.85% and 29.82% respectively. Conclusion Knee joint is the most common injury part, and meniscus and anterior cruciate ligament are the main injury structures. Acute traumatic injury is the leading type of injury, and mild dysfunction is the main feature of disability. It is found that the favorable incidence of the military training injuries of lower limbs is in Spring and Winter.

For the purpose of investigating the air-cooling heat dissipation system of lithium-ion battery cabin,based on the simulation model of the actual battery cabin,the optimization scheme of air-cooling heat dissipation is designed. Due to the thermal characteristics of lithium-ion batteries,safety accidents like fire and explosion happen under extreme conditions. Effective thermal management can inhibit the accumulation and spread of battery heat. However,the existing battery cabin air cooling system is relatively simple and the heat dissipation efficiency is low. In order to optimize the heat dissipation system,deflectors are installed in the battery cabin to change the temperature field and flow field in the cabin. When the environment temperature is 25 ℃ and the wind speed is 4 m/s,the air-cooling heat dissipation system of 1 C charging battery cabin is conducted. The results show that by adding one deflector can reduce the average and the maximum temperature in the battery cabin by 2.9 ℃ and 4.5 ℃ respectively. Adding two deflectors can reduce the average and the maximum temperature in the battery cabin by 5.5 ℃ and 8.6 ℃ respectively. Reasonable deflector arrangement can optimize the air-cooling heat dissipation system,improving the heat dissipation efficiency and the safety of battery cabin operation.

Objective: To improve the accuracy and validity of the measurement data of solvent residues in food packaging paper. Methods: Taking the HS GC-MS measurement system as the research object, variation sources in the measurement process was separated by using the measurement system analysis, and the traditional control chart and EWMA control chart of repeatability and reproducibility were established respectively to effectively monitor the detection error of the measurement system. Results: ① HS GC/MS had high measurement accuracy, with GRR of about 9.76%, and the gauging ability of the measurement system was relatively good. ② Through the combination of periodic measurement system analysis and control chart method, the effective separation and monitoring of repeatability and reproducibility variance components can be realized. ③ The repeatability can be monitored in real time through the daily gauging data, which was helpful to find the fault of measurement equipment in time and ensure the reliability of gauging results. ④ EWMA chart of repeatability can give early warning of measuring equipment fault faster than traditional control chart. Conclusion: Separating and monitoring variation sources of the measurement system by using variance analysis method can effectively ensure the stability of HS GC-MS equipment and improve the effectiveness of solvent residue detection.

Atmospheric dust in the ocean is a bridge for air-sea interaction, which is an important basis for the study of this phenomenon due to extensive and observable space-time scales. The northeast Indian Ocean, located in the southern wing of the "roof of the world," the Tibetan Plateau, is among the seas with the strongest marine productivity and richest biodiversity in the world. However, there have been no relevant reports on the study of modern marine dust. This study discussed the modern process of atmospheric dust deposition in the northeast Indian Ocean for the first time, in terms of deposition flux, transport path simulation, scanning electron microscopy, and energy spectrum analysis based on atmospheric dust samples collected from September to November 2020 in the study area. The findings showed that the dust deposition flux in the northeast Indian Ocean varied between 221-1,221 mg/cm2/d. The maximum daily dust deposition fluxes appeared in the middle of November when winter monsoon conditions prevailed, and the minimum value appeared in late September under summer monsoon conditions; the former flux was approximately six times that of the latter. The dust deposition flux change was primarily affected by the distance of the dust source, whereas the dust particle size was related to wind intensity. The results of air particle simulation indicate that the dust transport process is controlled by seasonal and regional atmospheric circulation systems, and is specifically dominated by the Indian monsoon in the northeast Indian Ocean. The study area deposits more dust with nutrient elements from the Asian continent, which promotes the ocean's primary productivity and enhances its carbon sequestration capacity. Furthermore, the surface of quartz particles from modern atmospheric dust shows a unique structure in the aeolian environment, good quartz grain roundness, a meander ridge, and a U-shape. These characteristics are markedly different from those in a fluvial condition, such as poor roundness, conchoidal fracture, and a V-shape, which can be used as a reference to distinguish the different continental components in the sediments in the hope of establishing winter monsoon proxies in the northeast Indian Ocean to reconstruct the evolution of the Indian monsoon. This study not only fills a gap in the present-day dust deposition process in the northeast Indian Ocean but also provides new insight for dust research in the study area, with great scientific significance for the study of air-sea interaction and carbon sinks in the ocean, and ideal indicators for reconstructing the evolution of the paleo-Indian monsoon and changes in the paleo-ocean environment. Moreover, it offers important information for the reconstruction of the historical evolution and dynamic mechanism of the ancient Indian monsoon.

Objective To investigate the mechanism of Elabela in myocardial ischemia / reperfusion injury. Methods The concentrations of Elabela in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction （STEMI） were detected. The expression and function of Elabela in H9C2 cells （rat embryonic heart clone cell line） were evaluated by obtaining clinical blood samples and establishing an oxidative stress model in vitro to simulate ischemia / reperfusion injury. Results The concentration of Elabela in the plasma of STEMI patients and the expression of Elabela in H9C2 cells treated with H2O2 were both up-regulated （both P < 0.001）. Elabela could reduce the level of Bax, the rates of cardiomyocyte apoptosis, the number of reactive oxygen species-positive cells, the levels of lactate dehydrogenase and malondialdehyde, whereas increased superoxide dismutase activity and Bcl-2 expression in H2O2 treated H9C2 cells （all P < 0.05）. The inhibition of α7nAChR/JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway by the specific inhibitor α-ring snake toxin partially counteracted the protective effect of Elablela. Conclusion Elabela ameliorates H2O2-induced H9C2 cell injury by activating the α7nAChR/JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway.

Since the publication of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2019 Edition), many new high-level evidence in line with evidence-based medicine has emerged in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer at home and abroad, especially, a number of research results in line with Chinese liver cancer patients have been published. In order to further standardize the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer in China, the National Health Commission organized multidisciplinary experts in the field of liver cancer to revise and update the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2022 Edition), aiming to increase the overall cancer 5-year survival rate by 15%, a goal mentioned in the ' Healthy China 2030' Planning Outline. We interpret the main update points of the 2022 version, with the hope of promoting the widespread discussion and dissemination of the new version.

A data enhanced iterative few-sample (DEIFS) algorithm is proposed to achieve the accurate and efficient inverse design of multi-shaped 2D chiral metamaterials. Specifically, three categories of 2D diffractive chiral structures with different geometrical parameters, including widths, separation spaces, bridge lengths, and gold lengths are studied utilising both the conventional rigorous coupled wave analysis (RCWA) approach and DEIFS algorithm, with the former approach assisting the training process for the latter. The DEIFS algorithm can be divided into two main stages, namely data enhancement and iterations. Firstly, some “pseudo data” are generated by a forward prediction network that can efficiently predict the circular dichroism (CD) response of 2D diffractive chiral metamaterials to reinforce the dataset after necessary denoising. Then, the algorithm uses the CD spectra and the predictions of parameters with smaller errors iteratively to achieve accurate values of the remaining parameters. Meanwhile, according to the impact of geometric parameters on the chiroptical response, a new functionality is added to interpret the experimental results of DEIFS algorithm from the perspective of data, improving the interpretability of the DEIFS. In this way, the DEIFS algorithm replaces the time-consuming iterative optimization process with a faster and simpler approach that achieves accurate inverse design with dataset whose amount is at least one to two orders of magnitude less than most previous deep learning methods, reducing the dependence on simulated spectra. Furthermore, the fast inverse design of multiple shaped metamaterials allows for different light manipulation, demonstrating excellent potentials in applications of optical coding and information processing. This work belongs to one of the first attempts to thoroughly characterize the flexibility, interpretability, and generalization ability of DEIFS algorithm in studying various chiroptical effects in metamaterials and accelerating the inverse design of hypersensitive photonic devices.

In this letter, we demonstrate the existence of large transmitted optical positive and negative Goos–Hänchen shifts in photonic crystal slabs numerically and experimentally. The Goos–Hänchen shift we observed directly reaches ∼20 μm, which is 30 times the wavelength, approaching the radius of the beam waist. To explain this phenomenon, we measure the transmission phase through the phase measurement system and find there is an acute phase change near the resonance in photonic crystal slabs, which enhances the Goos–Hänchen shift. Our experimental results are consistent with simulation, and the work can be used to modulate the propagation of light in further research.

Renin⁃angiotensin system (RAS) plays an important role in maintaining cardiovascular homeostasis, water and electrolyte balance in the body, and angiotensin converting enzyme Ⅱ (ACE2) and its axis of action angiotensin⁃(1⁃7) [Ang⁃(1⁃7)] and Mas receptor (MasR) composed of Ang⁃(1⁃7) and MasR axis can play an important role in this process, it can widely participate in the pathophysiological process of central nervous system diseases. Based on the structure and function of RAS, this study plans to sort out the latest relevant research results on the role of ACE2⁃Ang⁃(1⁃7)⁃MasR axis in ischemic stroke, cognitive dysfunction, anxiety state and neurodegenerative disease, improve the understanding of researchers and clinicians, and provide ideas for the development of new targets for central nervous system disease drugs in the future.

Perfusion scintigraphy with the acquisition of planar blood flow and pool images of bilateral hands has been used to aid diagnosis and to evaluate treatment response to Raynaud’s phenomenon (decreased blood flow to hand or foot). However, because of the difficulty in imaging the tongue area with a conventional gamma camera, perfusion scintigraphy imaging of patients with lingual Raynaud’s phenomenon has yet to be reported. Here, we report the case of a 59-year-old man with lingual Raynaud’s phenomenon in which blood pool imaging of the tongue was performed using three-dimensional (3D)-ring cadmium-zinc-telluride (CZT) single-photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography (SPECT/CT). During follow-up, the patient’s lingual symptoms had worsened, and follow-up blood pool SPECT/CT images also revealed decreased blood pool uptake of the tongue, showing a decreased blood pool of more than 25% on quantitative analysis. This case suggests that blood pool imaging of the tongue using 3D-ring CZT SPECT/CT has clinical significance in evaluating patients with lingual Raynaud’s phenomenon.

Excitons dominate the photonic and optoelectronic properties of a material. Although significant advancements exist in understanding various types of excitons, progress on excitons that are indirect in both real- and momentum-spaces is still limited. Here, we demonstrate the real- and momentum-indirect neutral and charged excitons (including their phonon replicas) in a multi-valley semiconductor of bilayer MoS2, by performing electric-field/doping-density dependent photoluminescence. Together with first-principles calculations, we uncover that the observed real- and momentum-indirect exciton involves electron/hole from K/Γ valley, solving the longstanding controversy of its momentum origin. Remarkably, the binding energy of real- and momentum-indirect charged exciton is extremely large (i.e., ~59 meV), more than twice that of real- and momentum-direct charged exciton (i.e., ~24 meV). The giant binding energy, along with the electrical tunability and long lifetime, endows real- and momentum-indirect excitons an emerging platform to study many-body physics and to illuminate developments in photonics and optoelectronics.

Background: The evolutionary and epidemiological history and the regional differences of various hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes are complex. Our aim was to better understand the molecular epidemiology and evolutionary dynamics of HCV among HIV/HCV co-infected individuals in Guizhou Province. This information could contribute to improve HCV prevention and control strategies in Guizhou and surrounding provinces.Methods: The HCV RNA was extracted from the serum of HIV/HCV co-infected patients, and reverse transcription/nested PCR was performed to amplify nucleotide sequences of the C-E1 region. Then, the successfully amplified sequences were selected for phylogenetic analysis. The available C-E1 region reference sequences from the surrounding provinces of Guizhou (Guangxi, Yunnan, Hunan, and Sichuan) were retrieved in GenBank, and the evolutionary analysis by Bayesian Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) algorithm was performed using BEAST software to reconstruct a phylogeographic tree in order to explore their migration patterns. Finally, the epidemiological history of HCV in the Guizhou region was retraced by reconstructing Bayesian skyline plots (BSPs) after excluding sequences from surrounding provinces.Results: Among 186 HIV/HCV co-infected patients, the C-E1 region sequence was successfully amplified in 177 cases. Phylogenetic analysis classified these sequences into six subtypes: 1a, 1b, 3a, 3b, 6a, and 6n. Among them, subtype 6a was the most dominant strain (n = 70), followed by 3b (n = 55), 1b (n = 31), 3a (n = 11), 1a (n = 8), and 6n (n = 2). By reconstructing the phylogeographic tree, we estimated that the 6a strain in Guizhou mainly originated from Yunnan and Guangxi, while the 3b strain emerged due to transmission from the IDU network in Yunnan. Subtypes 1b, 3a, 3b, and 6a, as the major subtypes of HCV in HIV/HCV co-infected individuals in Guizhou, emerged and later grew more rapidly than the national average. Notably, BSPs of the currently prevalent HCV predominant strain subtype 6a in Guizhou have shown a rapid population growth since 2004. Although the growth rate slowed down around 2010, this growth has continued to date.Conclusion: Overall, despite the improvement and implementation of a series of HCV prevention and control policies and measures, a delayed growth pattern may indicate a unique history of the spread of 6a in Guizhou. Its trend as the dominant strain in Guizhou in recent years may continue to increase slowly over subsequent years.

This paper attempts to put forward pedagogical suggestions for Chinese middle school English teachers to improve their efficiency of preposition teaching by analyzing the errors made by Chinese English learners. Because of the complex semantics network of all prepositions, this paper will take only three prepositions IN, ON, and AT as examples to make a deeper analysis in this field.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to mix rice and proso millets and obtain high nutritional value, fantastic taste and flavor mixed rice. Methods: By adding different proportions of proso millets to rice, the nutritional value and fantastic taste of mixed rice were evaluated via the amino acid score (AAS), texture profile properties, sensory evaluations and flavor properties. Results: There were significant differences in the texture profile properties, sensory evaluations and flavor properties among cooked proso millets additions. The proportion of the cooked rice addition was significantly positively correlated to the gumminess and chewiness of rice, while it was significant negatively related to the sensory evaluations. Furthermore, the addition of the proso millets increased the variety, content of flavor compounds in mixed rice and obviously improved the scores of the sensory evaluations. Conclusion: The integral quality and nutritional value of the mixed rice were the most excellent when the addition of the Yushu 1 proso millet was 10%~20%.

BackgroundBladder cancer is the most common malignancy of the urinary system. However, patient prognosis and treatment outcomes in bladder cancer are difficult to predict owing to high tumor heterogeneity. Given that abnormal glutamine metabolism has been identified as a key factor driving the progression of bladder cancer, it is necessary to assess the prognosis and therapeutic efficacy of bladder cancer treatments based on an analysis of glutamine metabolism-related genes.MethodsWe used bladder cancer sample data downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas to identify glutamine metabolism-related genes as prognostic markers, and established a novel Glutamine Metabolism Immunity Index (GMII) based on univariate and multivariate COX regression analyses. On the basis of GMII values, bladder cancer patients were divided into high- and low-risk groups, and systematic analysis was conducted for clinical features, somatic mutations, immune cell infiltration, chemotherapeutic response, and immunotherapeutic efficacy. Candidate small-molecule drugs targeting the GMII core target proteins were identified based on molecular docking analysis.ResultsThe GMII consisting of eight independent prognostic genes was established to be an excellent tool for predicting the survival in patients with bladder cancer and was validated using multiple datasets. Compared with patients in the high-risk group, those in the low-risk group had significantly better responses to gemcitabine and immune checkpoint blockade. In addition, we predicted 12 potential small-molecule drugs that could bind to three of the GMII core target proteins.ConclusionsThe GMII can be used to accurately predict the prognosis and immunotherapeutic response of bladder cancer patients, as well as candidate small-molecule drugs. Furthermore, the novel “Glutamine Metabolism-related Gene”-guided strategy for predicting survival and chemo-immunotherapeutic efficacy may also be applicable for cancers other than bladder cancer.

Turbulent drag reduction has always been a hot issue in fluid mechanics. Among various turbulent drag reduction methods, riblets has attracted wide attention due to its simple structure and convenient application. In order to investigate the effect of the riblets shape on the drag reduction, the effect of the triangular and trapezoidal riblets on the turbulent boundary layer flow field and drag reduction characteristics has been studied numerically by adopting the CFD method and based on the large eddy simulation (LES). The numerical simulation of turbulent channel flow was conducted by RANS, DES and LES methods respectively, and their results were compared with the results of direct numerical simulation (DNS) to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the large eddy simulation method. According to the experimental results in references, the flow field parameters such as integral statistics, first-order statistics and second-order statistics of the triangular and trapezoidal riblets on the turbulent boundary layer flow fields were compared and analyzed. The drag reduction characteristics of two-type riblets were investigated by studying the variation in physical parameters such as drag reduction rate, time-averaged velocity, root mean square velocity fluctuation, shear stress, turbulent kinetic energy generation and contour of spanwise velocity fluctuation, and it was concluded that the trapezoidal riblets have better drag reduction effect than the triangular riblets under the same dimensionless condition.

Four kinds of fluorinated carbon cathodes were fabricated with the industrial carbon materials (activated carbon, spherical graphite, expanded graphite and industrial graphene) to realize the universal applications of lithium/fluorinated carbon primary battery. The morphology, crystalline structure, chemical structure and electrochemical performance were systematically studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectra (Raman), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectro scopy(XPS), N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms and electrochemical test, etc. It was found that the fluorinated industrial graphene shows the highest specific capacity (945.4 mAh·g-1) at the discharge current density of 20 mA·g-1, which may benefit from the monofluorocarbon structure, high specific area and stable carbon structure. The fluorinated active carbon has the highest initial discharge voltage due to the abundant semi-covalent C—F bond, but its discharge voltage declines rapidly caused by the unstable structure. Although the fluorinated spherical graphite and fluorinated expanded graphite have the similar structure with the fluorinated industrial graphene, their specific capacities are lower, due to the presence of the highly fluorinated carbon atoms (CF2 and CF3). However, at high discharge current density, the fluorinated spherical graphite and fluorinated expanded graphite possess the similar value with the fluorinated industrial graphene. Considering the cost, they may be more suitable for the high power applications.

Since powdery mildew (Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici) mainly infects the foliar of wheat, satellite remote sensing technology can be used to monitor and assess it on a large scale. In this study, multisource and multitemporal satellite images were used to monitor the disease and improve the classification accuracy. Specifically, four Landsat-8 thermal infrared sensor (TIRS) and twenty MODerate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) temperature product (MOD11A1) were used to retrieve the land surface temperature (LST), and four Chinese Gaofen-1 (GF-1) wide field of view (WFV) images was used to identify the wheat-growing areas and calculate the vegetation indices (VIs). ReliefF algorithm was first used to optimally select the vegetation index (VIs) sensitive to wheat powdery mildew, spatial-temporal fusion between Landsat-8 LST and MOD11A1 data was performed using the spatial and temporal adaptive reflectance fusion model (STARFM). The Z-score standardization method was then used to unify the VIs and LST data. Four monitoring models were then constructed through a single Landsat-8 LST, multitemporal Landsat-8 LSTs (SLST), cumulative MODIS LST (MLST) and the combination of cumulative Landsat-8 and MODIS LST (SMLST) using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier, that were LST-SVM, SLST-SVM, MLST-SVM and SMLST-SVM. Four assessment indicators including user accuracy, producer accuracy, overall accuracy and Kappa coefficient were used to compare the four models. The results showed that, the proposed SMLST-SVM obtained the best identification accuracies. The overall accuracy and Kappa coefficient of the SMLST-SVM model had the highest values of 81.2% and 0.67, respectively, while they were respectively 76.8% and 0.59 for the SLST-SVM model. Consequently, multisource and multitemporal LSTs can considerably improve the differentiation accuracies of wheat powdery mildew.

ObjectiveThe metabolomics technique of LC-MS/MS combined with data analysis was used to detect changes and differences in metabolic profiles in the vitreous humor of early rat carcasses found in water, and to explore the feasibility of its use for early postmortem submersion interval （PMSI） estimation and the cause of death determination.MethodsThe experimental model was established in natural lake water with 100 SD rats were randomly divided into a drowning group （n=50） and a postmortem （CO2 suffocation） immediately submersion group （n=50）. Vitreous humor was extracted from 10 rats in each group at 0, 6, 12, 18 and 24 h postmortem for metabolomics analyses, of which 8 were used as the training set to build the model, and 2 were used as test set. PCA and PLS multivariate statistical analysis were performed to explore the differences in metabolic profiles among PMSI and causes of death in the training set samples. Then random forest （RF） algorithm was used to screen several biomarkers to establish a model.ResultsPCA and PLS analysis showed that the metabolic profiles had time regularity, but no differences were found among different causes of death. Thirteen small molecule biomarkers with good temporal correlation were selected by RF algorithm. A simple PMSI estimation model was constructed based on this indicator set, and the data of the test samples showed the mean absolute error （MAE） of the model was 0.847 h.ConclusionThe 13 metabolic markers screened in the vitreous humor of rat corpses in water had good correlations with the early PMSI. The simplified PMSI estimation model constructed by RF can be used to estimate the PMSI. Additionally, the metabolic profiles of vitreous humor cannot be used for early identification of cause of death in water carcasses.
