Thermally chargeable supercapacitors can collect low‐grade heat generated by the human body and convert it into electricity as a power supply unit for wearable electronics. However, the low Seebeck coefficient and heat‐to‐electricity conversion efficiency hinder further application. In this paper, we designed a high‐performance thermally chargeable supercapacitor device composed of ZnMn2O4@Ti3C2Tx MXene composites (ZMO@Ti3C2Tx MXene) electrode and UIO‐66 metal–organic framework doped multichannel polyvinylidene fluoridehexafluoro‐propylene ionogel electrolyte, which realized the thermoelectric conversion and electrical energy storage at the same time. This thermally chargeable supercapacitor device exhibited a high Seebeck coefficient of 55.4 mV K−1, thermal voltage of 243 mV, and outstanding heat‐to‐electricity conversion efficiency of up to 6.48% at the temperature difference of 4.4 K. In addition, this device showed excellent charge–discharge cycling stability at high‐temperature differences (3 K) and low‐temperature differences (1 K), respectively. Connecting two thermally chargeable supercapacitor units in series, the generated output voltage of 500 mV further confirmed the stability of devices. Ocular devices worn on human eyeballs with hemispherical appearance and intelligent functions are expected to perform continuous and nondestructive oculopathy disease management because human eyes contain abundant physiological and biochemical information. However, fabricating and integrating different devices on the hemispherical surface with varying curvature remains a challenge. Herein, we report a Ti3C2Tx MXene-based hemispherical integrated system that connects a micro-supercapacitor (MSC) and strain sensors to form self-powered devices for intraocular pressure monitoring. The use of the same Ti3C2Tx MXene material as the electrode material of MSC and piezoresistive films of the strain sensors greatly reduces the complexity of the manufacturing process. The high specific capacitance (32 mF cm−2) at a scan rate of 5 mV s−1 and energy density (10 mW h cm−2) of the Ti3C2Tx MXene-based MSC enable stable output voltage to drive the strain sensor. Meanwhile, the Ti3C2Tx strain sensor provides a superior sensitivity of 0.014 mmHg−1 and a wide sensing range varying from 0 to 50 mmHg, which can realize continuous IOP monitoring. Furthermore, the self-powered hemispherical integrated device provides rapid and stable response to different IOP, holding great promise for oculopathy diagnosis and treatment. Simple Summary: Recently, the escalating prices of feedstuff resources have posed significant challenges to animal husbandry, necessitating the creation of innovative approaches to mitigate its effects. GAA (also known as N-amidinoglycine) serves as the sole precursor for creatine synthesis. GAA could enhance growth performance and regulate fat deposition to improve meat quality. Current studies on GAA mainly center on pigs and chickens, with limited reports on its effects on sheep. In our study, we used weaned Hu sheep as subjects. We aimed to explore the impact of dietary GAA supplementation on production performance, serum biochemistry, meat quality and rumen fermentation. This study provides a theoretical foundation for utilizing GAA in sheep meat production. Our findings indicate that GAA enhances growth performance, rumen fermentation and fat accumulation. In addition, GAA might enhance the quality of sheep meat, which presents a promising prospect for meat sheep breeding. Guanidinoacetic acid (GAA) can effectively improve the metabolism of energy and proteins by stimulating creatine biosynthesis. We present a study exploring the impact of GAA on production performance, serum biochemistry, meat quality and rumen fermentation in Hu sheep. A total of 144 weaned male Hu sheep (body weight 16.91 ± 3.1 kg) were randomly assigned to four groups with three replicates of twelve sheep in each group. The diets were supplemented with 0 (CON), 500 (GAA−1), 750 (GAA−2) and 1000 mg/kg (GAA−3) of GAA (weight of feed), respectively. After a comprehensive 90-day experimental period, we discovered that the supplementation of GAA had a remarkable impact on various muscle parameters. Specifically, it significantly enhanced the average daily growth (ADG) of the animals and improved the shear force and fiber diameter of the muscle, while also reducing the drip loss and muscle fiber density. Furthermore, the addition of GAA to the feed notably elevated the serum concentrations of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL−C), total protein (TP) and globulin (GLB), as well as the enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH−Px). Concurrently, there was a decrease in the levels of triglycerides (TG) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the serum. In addition, GAA decreased the pH and the acetate-to-propionate ratio and increased the total volatile fatty acids (TVFA) and ammoniacal nitrogen (NH3−N) levels of rumen fluid. Additionally, GAA upregulated acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) gene expression in the Hu sheep's muscles. In conclusion, our findings suggest that GAA supplementation not only enhances muscle quality but also positively affects serum biochemistry and ruminal metabolism, making it a potential candidate for improving the overall health and performance of Hu sheep. With the development of individual wearable electronics, the requirements of self‐energy harvest devices from human skin or motion have increased. A thermal harvest device that receives thermal energy naturally existed in human skin is more attractive than a mechanical energy harvester that needs human motion or walking. Herein, a thermal‐chargeable supercapacitor (TCSC) is proposed, which can convert thermal energy into electrical energy and then store the energy only by occurring the temperature difference between the two ends of the TCSC. The all‐solid‐state g‐C3N4‐modified hydrogel electrolyte in the TCSC provides more free protons and energy for proton migration by the electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bond interaction between g‐C3N4 and the acid group. The 2D MOF@Ti3C2Tx MXene heterojunction electrodes with the advantages of large pore size, adjustable and abundant REDOX sites of MOFs, and high conductivity of Ti3C2Tx MXene also ensure the high performance of the TCSC. As a result, the assembled TCSC exhibits excellent ionic thermal‐voltage (55.68 mV), Seebeck coefficient (18.56 mV K−1), and energy exchange efficiency (3.4%) upon a temperature difference of 3 K, and successfully drives the pressure sensor work. Ti3C2Tx MXene as a representative material in the emerging two-dimensional (2D) MXene family with high conductivity, abundant functional surface terminals, and large layer spacing is supposed to show specific semiconducting properties like other 2D graphene or transition metal dichalcogenides, thus extending Moore's law beyond silicon. However, despite extensive efforts, the design of Ti3C2Tx MXene based semiconductor materials often depends on the availability of traditional semiconductors to form heterojunctions, where Ti3C2Tx MXene is still in metallic characters and is not in dominant status in the heterojunctions. Here, we demonstrate semiconducting Ti3C2Tx MXene modified with dodecyl (−C12H26) groups, as functionalized Ti3C2Tx MXene possesses opened and typical layer-dependent bandgap. The new arising characteristics, red-shift of characteristic peaks, and intensity ratio of the A1g(C)/A1g(Ti, C, Tx) in Raman spectroscopy suggested the successful grafting of the −C12H26 groups on the Ti3C2Tx MXenes. In addition, the theoretical calculations by density functional theory, photoluminescence spectrum, together with photoelectric measurements of Ti3C2Tx-C12H26 MXene on different layers, show a tunable bandgap of 0.49–2.15 eV and superior photoresponse properties in fabricating near infrared photodetectors. The residues of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in 29 pine needle samples of typical regions (including Shihezi, Beitun, and Kanas) in Northern Xinjiang was determined with a gas chromatograph equipped with an electron capture detector. Total OCPs concentrations in pine needles ranged from 2.94 to 186 ng/g dry weight, with a mean concentration of 39.63 ng/g. The results indicated that Beitun was the most polluted region while Kanas was the least polluted one. Hexachlorocyclohexanes (HCHs) and dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes (DDTs) were the predominant species in samples. Analysis of the sources of contamination showed that HCHs in the needles were derived from an old mixed source of technical HCHs or lindane. For DDTs, it was suspected to have recent application at some sites, which were derived mainly from a mixture of technical DDTs and dicofol containing DDT impurities. Categorical principal component analysis was performed in finding out more about the degradation behavior of DDTs and HCHs, which was identical with the results of source analysis. Abstract This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of JUNCAO Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide peptide (JCGLPP) on slaughter performance and intestinal health of Minxinan black rabbits, which aimed to provide the basis for the application of JCGLPP in meat rabbits. One hundred male weaned Minxinan black rabbits of (33 ± 2) d [(initial body mass (655.65 ± 25.90) g] were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates per group and five rabbits per replicate. The diets were supplemented with 0 (control group), 50 (group I), 100 (group II) and 150 mg·kg−1 (group III) of JCGLPP, respectively. This experiment lasted for 56 days. The results are shown below: (1) The live weight before slaughter of groups I and III was significantly higher than that of control group (p < 0.05); The full net bore weight of group III was significantly higher than that of control group (p < 0.05). (2) pH value of group I was significantly higher than that of control group (p < 0.05); NH3–N content in experimental groups were significantly higher than that in control group(p < 0.05) while NH3-N content in group I was significantly higher than that in groups III and II (p < 0.05); The content of butyric acid in group II was significantly lower than that in control group (p < 0.05); There were no significant differences in acetic acid, isovaleric acid, isobutyric acid and propionic acid in experimental groups compared with control group (p > 0.05). (3) The Occludin content in duodenum, jejunum and ileum of groups I and II was significantly higher than that of control group (p < 0.05). (4) At the phylum level, Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes were the dominant phylum in each group. At the genus level, norank_f__norank_o__Clostridia_UCG-014 in group II were significantly higher than those in control group (p < 0.05). In conclusion, although dietary JCGLPP supplementation could not improve slaughter performance of Minxinan black rabbits, it could improve cecal fermentation parameters and intestinal flora structure and composition of Minxinan black rabbits to a certain extent. Organic iodine is a new trace element additive that is highly efficient in regulating cell growth, function, and metabolism. This study demonstrated that organic iodine improves the growth performance and gut health of Fujian yellow rabbits. A total of 160 healthy rabbits of similar weight were randomly divided into four groups, which were treated with organic iodine (0, 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 mg/kg) for 60 days. Our results indicated that organic iodine improved the growth performance, including significantly increased BW, ADG, and ADFI, and decreased F/G notably. Organic iodine improved the content of T3, T4, IgM, IgA, and IgM in serum, and intestinal mucosal immunity (IL-1α, IL-2, and sIgA). Organic iodine supplementation ameliorated gut morphometry and morphology, such as higher villus height and lower crypt depth. Organic iodine increased the amount of goblet cells significantly. The 0.5 mg/kg organic iodine most increased the activities of amylase, cellulase, and trypsin in caecum. Organic iodine induced more active caecum fermentation, higher NH 3 -N, acetic acid, propionic acid, and butyric acid, while lowering PH. In conclusion, organic iodine improved the growth performance and gut morphometry and morphology, and increased caecum enzyme activities, active caecum fermentation, and intestinal immunity of Fujian yellow rabbits.
