In this paper, we construct and investigate the nonclassical properties of the squeezing and rotating coherent state (SRCS) via a generalized squeezed operator by introducing a novel parameter r. In a particular case r =0, SRCS reduces to the normal squeezed coherent state (SCS). The influence of r is studied in terms of squeezing and quantum statistical properties. Our results show that in the SCS not only is squeezing enhanced but also is rotated by the parameter r. Our discussion about the fidelity between SRCS and SCS shows that the fidelity values decrease with increasing parameter r. The experimental scheme for producing SRCS is also given via a self-Kerr medium and non-degenerate parametric amplifier.Key words: squeezed operator, squeezing properties, amplitude-squared squeezing, quantum statistical properties, fidelity.Nous construisons ici un etat coherent en compression et en rotation (ECCR) via un operateur de compression generalise en introduisant un nouveau parametre r et nous examinons ses proprietes non classiques. Dans un cas particulier ou r =0, ECCR se reduit a un etat coherent comprime normal (ECC). Nous etudions l'influence de r en termes de compression et de statistiques quantiques. Nos resultats montrent que ECC voit non seulement sa compression augmentee, mais egalement sa rotation avec le parametre r. Notre discussion sur la fidelite entre ECCR et ECC montre que la valeur de fidelite diminue avec l'augmentation du parametre r. Nous proposons aussi un schema experimental pour la production de ECCR via un milieu auto/optique-Kerr et un amplificateur parametrique non degenere.
