Graphite materials，as the commonly used materials in the hot field of single crystal furnace，directly affect the growth rate and quality of single crystal silicon.The use of C/C composite materials instead of graphite materials in a single crystal furnace has defect that are prone to oxidation.Therefore，Ni coatings were prepared on the surface of the C/C composite materials using electroplating methods.Using orthogonal experiments to determine the optimal electroplating test parameters.The phase composition，microscopic morphology，and chemical composition of the coating were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer，scanning electron microscope，EDS and other testing methods.Besides，the thermal shock resistance of the prepared coating was investigated using thermal shock experiments and thermal shock resistance experiments.Results showed that under the conditions of current density of 0.4 A/dm2，electroplating time of 40 min，plating solution temperature of 55 ℃，and pH value of 6，the prepared coating had the best wear resistance.After plating treatment，a uniform and rounded coating which was tightly bonded to the fiber surface was formed on the surface of the C/C composite materials.There was a large amount of Ni in the composition of the film.Furthermore，Ni coating improved the high temperature oxidation resistance of C/C composite materials.

Traditional magnetic levitation planar micromotors suffer from poor controllability, short travel range, low interference resistance, and low precision. To address these issues, a distributed coil magnetically levitated planar micromotor with a gated recurrent unit (GRU)-extended state observer (ESO) control strategy is proposed in this paper. First, the structural design of the distributed coil magnetically levitated planar micromotor employs a separation of levitation and displacement, reducing system coupling and increasing controllability and displacement range. Then, theoretical analysis and model establishment of the system are conducted based on the designed distributed coil magnetically levitated planar micromotor and its working principles, followed by simulation verification. Finally, based on the established system model, a GRU-ESO controller is designed. An ESO feedback control term is introduced to enhance the system's anti-interference capability, and the GRU feedforward compensation control term is used to improve the system's tracking control accuracy. The experimental results demonstrate the reliability of the designed distributed coil magnetic levitation planar micromotor and the effectiveness of the controller. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The dynamic characteristics of a hub-functionally graded material beam undergoing large overall motions are studied. The deformation field of the flexible beam is described by using the assumed mode method (AMM), the finite element method (FEM) and the point interpolation method (PIM). Assuming that the physical parameters of functionally graded materials follow certain kind of power law gradient distribution and vary along the thickness direction. The longitudinal deformation and transversal deformation of the beam are both considered, and the nonlinear coupling term which is known as the longitudinal shortening caused by transversal deformation is also taken into account. The rigid-flexible coupling dynamics equations of the system described by three different discrete methods which have a uniform form are derived via employing Lagrange's equations of the second kind. The validity of the point interpolation method established in this paper is verified by comparing with the numerical simulation results of the assumed mode method and the finite element method. On this basis, the influence of the functional gradient distribution rules on the dynamic characteristics of flexible beams undergoing large overall motions is discussed. The results show that the assumed mode method cannot deal with large deformation problem. Remaining other physical parameters of functionally graded materials beam unchanged, the maximum displacement of the beam increases with the increase of functionally graded materials index. The natural frequency of transverse bending of beam increases with the increase of rotational speed, when rotational speed is constant, the natural frequency will decrease with the increase of functional gradient index. The E3 enzyme in the UPS pathway is a crucial factor for inhibiting substrate specificity. In Solanaceae, the U-box E3 ubiquitin ligase has a complex relationship with plant growth and development, and plays a pivotal role in responding to various biotic and abiotic stresses. The analysis of the U-box gene family in Solanaceae and its expression profile under different stresses holds significant implications. A total of 116 tobacco NtU-boxs and 56 eggplant SmU-boxs were identified based on their respective genome sequences. Phylogenetic analysis of U-box genes in tobacco, eggplant, tomato, Arabidopsis , pepper, and potato revealed five distinct subgroups (I-V). Gene structure and protein motifs analysis found a high degree of conservation in both exon/intron organization and protein motifs among tobacco and eggplant U-box genes especially the members within the same subfamily. A total of 15 pairs of segmental duplication and 1 gene pair of tandem duplication were identified in tobacco based on the analysis of gene duplication events, while 10 pairs of segmental duplication in eggplant. It is speculated that segmental duplication events are the primary driver for the expansion of the U-box gene family in both tobacco and eggplant. The promoters of NtU-box and SmU-box genes contained cis -regulatory elements associated with cellular development, phytohormones, environment stress, and photoresponsive elements. Transcriptomic data analysis shows that the expression levels of the tobacco and eggplant U-box genes in different tissues and various abiotic stress conditions.
