In recent years many scientists are focusing to develop nano formulation to enhance bioavailability of poorly soluble drug. Nanosuspensions is one of the approach to increase solubility and bioavailability of BCS class 2 and Class 4 drug. There are many technique to formulate nanosuspensions but High Pressure Homogenization method is most widely used as it applicable for many drug and having several advantages over other methods. Formulated nanosuspension can be evaluated by parameters like Particle size, Surface charge (Zeta potential),Crystalline state and particle morphology, Saturation solubility and Dissolution velocity, pH, Viscosity. Nanosuspensions have many applications and it is used by various route viz Oral, Parenteral, Pulmonary, Occular, Topical.

In past decades, shear walls and x bracing are one of the most appropriate and important structural component in multi-storied building. Therefore, it is very interesting to study the structural response and their systems in multi-storied structure during lateral load i.e earthquake loading. Shear walls and belt truss contribute the stiffness and strength during earthquakes which are often neglected during design of structure and construction. The scope of present paper is to study the effect of seismic loading on placement of belts truss in building at different alternative location. This study shows the effect of belts truss and bracing belts truss which significantly affect the vulnerability of structures. In order to test this hypothesis, RCC building was considered with and without belts truss at different location. The aim of the paper is to detail and conceptualize the varied configurations of belt truss structures system and to integrate current structures into longer structures by use of belt truss system at different location. Additionally, various advantage and disadvantage associated with outriggers and belt truss system also are discussed in this paper. A close of literature review within the field of Outrigger system is applied and therefore the summary on belts truss and gaps encountered within the study are listed during this paper. This paper introduces belt truss at different location. In which, using the belt truss structural within the RCC building so as to extend the performance of the building under the earthquake load and wind loads is studied. Concept of belt truss as Virtual outrigger is reviewed within the paper.

The following case report shows management of class I bimaxillary protrusion malocclusion with facial asymmetry in a hyperdivergent case with extraction of all first premolars. The effective management of space without losing anchorage is itself a big challenge. The results produced a pleasant facial profile with attainment of good occlusion. The case required extraction of 1st premolars for correction of the proclined, forwardly placed and crowded upper and lower anterior teeth. The patient presented with an occlusal cant on clinical evaluation and presence of a facial asymmetry on PA cephalogram. Lateral cephalometric evaluation revealed a Class I skeletal pattern and clinical examination revealed presence of facial asymmetry with chin deviation towards the patients left side, an orthognathic facial profile, a vertical growth pattern, increased overjet and average overbite, crowding in maxillary and mandibular anterior region, potentially incompetent lips, increased lip fullness and lip strain with an unaesthetic smile arc and a decreased nasolabial angle. Following fixed orthodontic treatment by removal of all 1st premolars and with retraction of anterior segment, a marked improvement in patient's smile, facial profile and occlusion was achieved and there was a remarkable increase in the patient's confidence and quality of life. Facial asymmetry was corrected non-surgically, simply by application of appropriate biomechanics with the help of temporary anchorage devices (TADs).

The profile changes and treatment results were demonstrated with proper case selection and good patient cooperation with fixed appliance therapy.

With existing proficient experienced dental clinicians and new skilled dentists passing out every year from numerous government and private dental colleges in the country, India has plenty of dental professionals cantering the needs of ever growing Indian population. With the advent of specialization courses and MDS degree, post graduate dental professionals are limiting their practice to a single discipline and focusing on a running a super-specialty practice rather than inter-disciplinary approach to dental practice. Inter-disciplinary approach involves several disciplines collectively identifying a problem, collaboratively diagnosis the condition and devising and executing a treatment plan in coalition. Advantages of multispeciality clinics for doctors include division of capital, easier diagnosis, better and easier treatment, easier to maintain records of all the types of treatments performed on the patients, easier management of mid-treatment complications and sharing of knowledge amongst the dentists. Patient is benefited by a better treatment. Patient does not have to visit several dentists for the treatment and get the entire treatment done under one roof thus maximizing patient comfort. Multispeciality dental clinic is currently the need of the society.

Designing of Braun multipliers using various hybrid full adder circuits are described in this paper. In DSP and communication systems, multipliers are the main power consuming elements. Dynamic power dissipation contributes a lot to power consumption in CMOS logic. Braun multipliers employing Row bypassing techniques are designed to minimise the switching activities which aids in reducing dynamic power consumption. Full adders constitute a most vital part in multipliers. In this paper, Braun multiplier is designed using three different hybrid full adders .Area and power consumption of the resulting circuits are compared and analysed. The Braun multipliers are implemented and simulated using Tanner spice.

Tumoral calcinosis is a rare entity of unknown etiology. In this condition nodular calcareous masses are deposited in the soft tissues around juxtaarticular areas. It occurs in young healthy subjects with normocalcemia. Hyperphosphatemia is only rarely present.
