Today, the meat industry is making great strides developing both in terms of quality raw materials and quantity. The task is to provide the population of the country with full-fledged protein of animal origin and rabbit meat has no equal in this: rabbit meat is a dietary product favorably differing from other species. To date, we have not satisfied market for 300 thousand tons of rabbit meat and it is understandable - the product market is in the stage of formation. In this regard, the task of creating a highly productive rabbit, not inferior in its performance to analogues, is very relevant. Scientists of Belgorod State Agricultural University since 2013 are engaged in the breeding process, which continues to this day, which is highly relevant for the development of food cluster Belgorod region. The result of work is a highly productive rabbit of own selection of meat direction of productivity. The main zootechnical parameters of the rabbit: slaughter yield 60-65%, average daily gain in the stage of active growth - 45g. Slaughter indicators rabbit own selection shows at the age of 3 months in the range from 2900-3800g. That is significant in breeding for live weight. \ In the conditions of the laboratory of rabbit breeding, we get 6 births per year. As a result of systematic selection work aimed at growth energy, milkiness in rabbits and dermis white color we have a rabbit with a given phenotype, live weight of male producers over 8 months of age on average - 4,8-5,8 kg, rabbits - 4,7-5,5 kg. 2023-2024 years according to the technological map of the breeding process - stabilization and consolidation in the offspring of the obtained economically useful characteristics.

The development of a competitive, socially and strategically oriented agriculture becomes possible only if it switches to an innovative development path. Agriculture is an important and promising industry for Russia, therefore, its development in the direction of sustainable positive dynamics of providing food resources to the country's population and the entry of domestic agricultural products into foreign markets requires the definition of strategic guidelines for innovation in this industry, in accordance with which the state policy of ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises will be implemented. The article analyzes the current state of innovative development of the agricultural sector in Russia. The importance of introducing innovations in the agricultural sector is also highlighted, and the main stages of this process are described. The positive aspects and threats that hinder the effective development of innovative agricultural activities are presented. The analysis of the main problems of innovation implementation is carried out and the ways of their solution are given.

The paper presents the methodology of education quality management based on the identification of teachers’ professional deficits. The methodology for evaluating the formation of the subject and methodological competencies is described. Assessment materials are developed in accordance with the requirements of the professional standard of the teacher and the Federal state educational standards of basic, primary and secondary education. It is supposed to implement an automated identification of professional deficits within teaching staff. The article presents empirical data on the results of the approbation of this technique. 624 teachers from rural and urban educational organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan and 90 students of pedagogical specialties of the university participated in the testing. The analysis of the approbation results of the methodology and assessment materials showed that the developed methodology is applicable to identify professional deficits of teachers and students of teacher-training institutions for further construction of individual educational trajectories of the approbation participants.

Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (Sechenov University), Moscow, Russian FederationCorrespondence: Gulrez NadeemAjman University, 2116, B-Block Juma-Al majid Building, Ajman, United Arab EmiratesTel +00971501557935Email gulrez55nadeem@yahoo.comPurpose: To study the incidence and structure of periodontal disease in elderly Moscow residents suffering from permanent coronary heart disease, as well as examine the oral cavity and tooth structure in patients with generalized periodontitis and coronary heart disease.Patients and Methods: Stage 1 (studying the incidence and structure of periodontal diseases) enrolled 330 patients over 50 years old: Group 1 consisted of 180 patients (102 males and 78 females) with stable coronary heart disease; Group 2 consisted of 150 dental patients (90 males and 60 females) with periodontal pathology without associated coronary heart disease. Stage 2 enrolled 216 patients with generalized periodontitis (studying features of the generalized periodontitis course depending on the coronary heart disease presence): Group 1 consisted of 145 patients with coronary heart disease and generalized periodontitis (79 males and 66 females), Group 2 consisted of 71 patients with generalized periodontitis but without coronary heart disease (40 males and 31 females).Results: It has been established that 172 (95.6%) patients with coronary heart disease had periodontal disease with a predominance of generalized periodontitis in its structure, present in 145 (84.3%) people with coronary heart disease. A more severe clinical course distinguishes generalized periodontitis in patients with coronary heart disease than those without comorbid coronary heart disease. Moreover, it is characterized by a higher mean number of tooth loss (6.21± 0.16 vs 4.83± 0.12 teeth, p < 0.05), more teeth defects (54.69± 2.25% vs 21.15± 1.27%, p < 0.05), higher caries intensity level (11.07± 0.32 vs 8.55± 0.41, p < 0,05), clinical attachment loss (5.76± 0.09 mm vs 4.85± 0.10 mm, p < 0.05), and greater depth of periodontal pockets (4.80± 0.17 mm vs 3.64± 0.21 mm, p < 0.05).Conclusion: Coronary heart disease is a favorable prerequisite for the development and progression of periodontal pathology.Keywords: cardiovascular disease, generalized periodontitis and coronary heart disease, periodontal disease and coronary heart disease, periodontal disease structure in coronary heart disease

The paper outlines the modern contexts of the system for training specialists, the tasks and guidelines for its development. The authors describe the characteristics of professional self-efficacy and reveal the essence of individualization and personification. The work also considers problems that require changes in the system of vocational education in terms of approaches, technologies, forms and methods of personalization or individualization, personification and personalization of learning. The purpose of the study is to study the potential of the model for training a specialist, which allows one to successfully compete in the labor market from the standpoint of one’s professional self-efficacy. As a methodological technique, a conceptual analysis of a critical nature is used, in the discourse of which the valorization of a person's professional self-efficacy in the conditions of professional education is realized, triadically revealed in personalization or individualization, personification, personalization. The personalization of education is implemented with the help of personalized technologies that contribute to the disclosure of the actual completeness of the content of the triadic model of professional self-efficacy of the individual. Personalized technologies for self-study of students in the system of higher education based on a specialized methodological content favor independent learning, which forms a modern pedagogical matrix of thinking in the context of the valorization of the educational activity of the student, increasing the maximum value and usefulness of educational programs, knowledge, etc.

The aim of the research is the use of serological and molecular genetic methods for detecting virus-infected cattle leukemia, as well as determining the significance of PCR in identifying BLV infected calves in the system of antiepizootic health measures. The developed technique for early diagnosis of leukemia in cattle made it possible to accelerate the process of recovery of disadvantaged farms in the Belgorod region by increasing the frequency of studies from 6 months to 2-3 months and an increase in the sensitivity of the agar-gel immunodiffusion test. This, in turn, leads to an increase in the sensitivity of the agar-gel immunodiffusion test and makes it possible to detect, on average, from 8.8% to 20.25% more animals infected with the leukemia virus compared to the standard reaction of the agar-gel immunodiffusion test. The additional use of molecular genetic tests for the detection of proviral DNA of the leukemia virus makes it possible to identify at the early stages of the development of the leukemia process, in calves from 15 days of age, the genomic material of bovine leukemia virus, which will also allow in a shorter time to carry out a qualitative improvement of young cattle in dysfunctional farms.

However, the influence of the human factor on the reliability of transportation is still considerable. So, methods and approaches are required to assess actions and business activities of personnel quickly and efficiently. It is currently relevant for the transportation process not only to collect data on driver behavior, but also to deeply analyze the behavior of operators of the fleet management information system.

This article deals with the problems in the development of agriculture in Russia caused by an imperfect institutional environment. The characteristics of institutional conditions and their influence on the development of agriculture is discussed. The main institutional changes which have taken place in Russia over the past 20 years are described, including the ownership of the means of production, commodity-money relations, access to and distribution of profits and competition. The main body of the article presents an analysis of the development of agriculture in the Belgorod region in relation to the status of the institutional environment.
