The charge-exchange reaction $\pi^-p \rightarrow n\,\omega(783)\phi(1020)$, $\omega \rightarrow \pi^+\pi^-\pi^0$, $\phi \rightarrow K^+K^-$ is studied with the upgraded VES facility (U-70, Protvino) in the interaction of a 29 GeV pion beam with a beryllium target. The distribution over the invariant mass of the system $M_{\omega\phi}$ shows a near-threshold signal. A partial wave analysis reveals that the scalar state ($J^{PC}=0^{++}$) dominates in this mass region. The observed signal can be described with a contribution of the known resonance $f_0(1710)$. Using OPE approximation for the reaction $\pi^-p \rightarrow n\, f_0(1710)$ the product of branching fractions is found to be: $Br(f_0(1710)\rightarrow \pi\pi)\cdot Br(f_0(1710)\rightarrow \omega\phi) = (4.8 \pm 1.2) \cdot 10^{-3}$.

In this article the reduction of a $n$-dimensional space to a $k$-dimensional space is considered as a reduction of $N^n$ states to $N^k$ states, where $N$ stands for the number of single-particle states per unit of spatial length. It turns out, this space reduction could be understood as another definition of inflation. It is shown that the introduction of the non-associativity of the algebra of physical fields in a homogeneous space leads to a nonlinear equation, the solutions of which can be considered as two-stage inflation. Using the example of reduction $T\times R^7$ to $T\times R^3$, it is shown that there is a continuous cross-linking of the Friedmann and inflationary stages of algebraic inflation at times $10^{-15}$ with the number of baryons $10^{80}$ in the Universe. In this work we take view on space-time as dual representation of fields on manifold. Given we accept such view, the space of functions in operator representation becomes probability amplitudes f(x) of a particle. Since the probabilistic interpretation of f(x) module follows from f(x) and f*(x) duality, the problem of finding representation of wave function reduces to Frobenius theorem for division algebras. We then construct the gravity model and the model of strong interactions as a logical implication of the extension of fields interaction algebra to non-associative algebra of octonions. The application of Penrouse approach in spinor representation of space-time combined with the proposed approach further leads us to chirality of interactions and absence of right neutrino and left spinors in singleton state. We also show the obtained model is consistent with general theory of relativity and SU(3) for distances larger than Planck length. The obtained model also contains the generalization of general theory of relativity to the model with torsion given the chirality of the field. Importantly, the application of our approach gives us Einstein equation with gravity constant equal to squared Planck mass as consequence of non-associativity of interactions fields. We construct strong interaction model based on matrix representation of octonion algebra with special multiplication rule. The strong interaction is induced by vector fields of octonion algebra with constant gravity force, which is in turn induced by a pair of charged $W$ vector bosons from standard theory of weak interactions. Based on the matrix representation of octonion algebra, supplied with specific multiplication rule, the model of electroweak and gravitational interactions is built up. While electroweak interaction in this model is induced by charged W-bosons, other two forces appear to have slightly more complicated nature. Gravitational interaction coincides in the model with dipole interaction of a pair of charged bosons. The dipole consists of a charged vector bosons pair from the major octonion algebra fields. When the charged dipole pair interacts with the neutral bosons pair from the major octonion algebra fields, the charged bosons pair misses its mass. The drop in mass leads to appearance of far-ranging forces of gravitational interaction. Finally, strong interaction appears in the model as internal gravitational solution of 'black whole' type with the peculiar 'gravitational' constant. The solution is a product of interaction of major vector fields pair with charged W-bosons pair. It is inferred from the model that the state space is ten-dimensional. The space is built as a module of the matrix representation of octonion algebra over the particles field (O-module). Similarly to the Standard Weinberg-Salam theory, the particle mass here appears as the product of interaction of massless spinor fields and Higgs field from O-module representation., Comment: 21 pages

Nonrelativistic equation of particle with a spin for the Lagrangian on a nonassociative algebra is obtained. It is shown that in this model arises Riemann-Cartan space. In the case of central symmetry in addition to the pseudo-curvature appears torsion as pseudovector that interacts with the spin of the particle. An estimation of the influence of torsion on the strength of gravitational attraction in the central gravitational field is given., Comment: 12 pages

The physical solutions of Lagrangian of octonionics are researched in the paper. It is shown, the gravitational interaction in Friedmann space and in spherically symmetric space in such model is to be described by pair of charged massless vectorial D-bosons of Minkowski space. It is proposed to use the formalism for the description of jet and supernova.

It is shown that nonlinear terms in equations of gravitons on the background of curved space-time of the expanding Universe can solve the problem of the negative square of the effective mass formally arising in linear approximation for gravitons. Similar to well known spontaneous breaking of symmetry in Goldstone model one must take another vacuum so that nonzero vacuum expectation value of the quantized graviton field leads to change of spectrum for gravitons. There appears two graviton fields, one with the positive mass, another with the zero mass. Energy density and the density of particles created by gravitation of the expanding Universe are calculated for some special cases of the scale factor. In the article it is considered the extension of Weinberg-Salam theory from SU(2) group to the octonionic algebra. The extended octonionic algebra is used as particle wave function instead of spinors on su(2). It is shown, that leads to appearance of a new neutral massive vector C and E-bosons (peculiar property of the E-boson is that it does not interact with matter), and two charged massive vector $D$ and $D^*$ bosons., Comment: 13 pages

Gravitation interactions are treated as non-associative part of the field's interactions. Vector-potential of the Dirac equation is extended for the octonionic algebra. The solution is considered as element of matrix set $BS\times O_4$.

The measurements of the Collins and Sivers asymmetries of identified hadrons produced in deep-inelastic scattering of 160 GeV/c muons on a transversely polarised 6LiD target at COMPASS are presented. The results for charged pions and charged and neutral kaons correspond to all data available, which were collected from 2002 to 2004. For all final state particles both the Collins and Sivers asymmetries turn out to be small, compatible with zero within the statistical errors, in line with the previously published results for not identified charged hadrons, and with the expected cancellation between the u- and d-quark contributions., Comment: 16 pages, 9 figures, added author Efremov, calculated pure kaon asymmetries instead of those for experimental kaon/pion mixture (mainly error affected)

The isospin violating decay $f_1(1285)\to\pi^+\pi^-\pi^0$ has been studied at VES facility. This study is based at the statistics acquired in $\pi^- Be$ interactions at 27, 36.6 and 41 GeV/c in diffractive reaction $\pi^- N \to (f_1 \pi^-) N$. The $f_1(1285) \to \pi^+\pi^-\pi^0$ decay is observed. The ratio of decay probabilities $BR(f_1(1285) \to \pi^+\pi^-\pi^0)$ to $BR(f_1(1285) \to \eta \pi^+\pi^-) \cdot BR(\eta \to \gamma\gamma)$ is $\sim\:1.4%$., Comment: 10 pages, 8 figures, presented at XII Conference on Hadron Spectroscopy

Dalitz plot of the $\eta' \to \eta\pi^+\pi^-$ decay is studied using the data collected with the VES spectrometer in two different exclusive reactions. A partial wave analysis (PWA) of the $\pi^- \pi^- \pi^+$ and $\pi^- \pi^0 \pi^0$ systems produced in the reaction $\pi^- p \to (3\pi)^-p$ at 18 GeV/$c$ was carried out using an \emph{isobar} model assumption. This analysis is based on 3.0M $\pi^- \pi^0 \pi^0$ events and 2.6M $\pi^- \pi^-\pi^+$ events and shows production of the $a_1(1260)$, $a_2(1320)$, $\pi_2(1670)$ and $a_4(2040)$ resonances. Results of detailed studies of the stability of partial wave fits are presented. An earlier analysis of 250K $\pi^- \pi^- \pi^+$ events from the same experiment showed possible evidence for a $J^{PC}=1^{-+}$ exotic meson with a mass of $\sim$1.6 GeV/$c^2$ decaying into $\rho \pi$. In this analysis of a higher statistics sample of the $(3\pi)^-$ system in two charged modes we find no evidence of an exotic meson., Comment: Submitted to Physical Review D

Results of the ethapi+pi- and omegaomega final state partial wave analysis(PWA) are presented. The mass-independent and the mass-dependent PWA were performed. The ethapi+pi- system PWA results in the observation of the resonances in the JPC=1--,3--,2++ and 4++ waves. The results of the omegaomega system PWA confirms the existence of the f2(1565) and f4(2050). The f2(1950) is observed. The results of the patial wave analysis(PWA) of the pi+pi-pi- and omegapi-pi0 systems are presented. The a3 and a4(2040) signals are observed in the rho(770)pi and f2(1270)pi channels. Indications of the a1' meson existence was found in the 1+0+ rhopi S-wave. The decay branching ratio of the a2(1320)- to omegapi-pi0 was measured. The 2+1+ wave shows a broad bump at M~1.7GeV. The decays of the pi2(1670), a4(2040) and pi(1740) into omegarho- were found. The resonance in the b1(1235)pi wave with exotic quantum numbers jpc=1-+ at M~1.6 is observed and the simultaneous analysis of the 1-+ wave in the b1(1235)pi, etha'pi and rhopi final states is presented., Comment: 10 pages, 7 figures, latex, frascatyphys.sty, epsfig.sty.
