Mångfunktionell grön infrastruktur har en betydande roll för städers resiliens tackvare de ekosystemtjänsterna de bidrar med. På grund av den snabba expansionen avstäder skapas ofta målkonflikter gällande markanvändning vilket har lett till att dengröna infrastrukturen i många fall bortprioriterats. För att motverka denna utvecklingär det viktigt att beakta den gröna infrastrukturen och dess ekosystemtjänster tidigt iplaneringsskedet. Syftet med arbetet är att skapa en modell för att utvärderamångfunktionalitet samt hur ekosystemtjänster påverkas vid förändring i urban miljö.Metoden som legat till grund för arbetet har varit analyser av öppna rumsliga datakombinerat med multikriterieanalys. Arbetet har avgränsats till endast inkluderamiljömångfald, konnektivitet, klimatreglering, samt rekreation. Resultatet av arbetetvisar att genom kombinationen av rumsliga analyser och multikriterieanalys kan fleraekosystemtjänster och ekologiska funktioner analyseras samtidigt. Vidare kanmodellen användas som planeringsunderlag för att identifiera styrkor och utmaningarvid förändring av den gröna infrastrukturen i urbana miljöer., Multifunctional green infrastructure (GI) is central for the resilience of cities, due tothe ecosystem services (ES) it provides. The rapid expansion of cities often createsconflicting interests regarding the land use, which has led to the undermining of theurban green infrastructure (UGI). It’s, therefore, important to consider GI and ES inthe early stages of urban planning. The aim of this study is to develop a model for GImultifunctionality and ES evaluation. The method used to accomplish this is acombination of a multi-criteria analysis (MCA) and spatial analyses. This study’sscope only incorporates environmental variety, connectivity, climate regulation andrecreation. The results of this study show that the combination of MCA and spatialanalyses allow the evaluation of several ES and ecological functions simultaneously.Furthermore, the model can be used as a basis for the urban planning process throughthe identification of strengths and challenges of the UGI.

This work was carried out during the period from November 2019 - February 2020, in the Food Laboratory of the Biosciences Department of the “Universidad de Cuenca”. Where the dye and flavoring of the blackberry was extracted using the cold maceration method. Qualitative tests were accomplished using the Shinoda method, Zn/HCl and NaOH 1N for the identification of Flavonoids. And, the acidic and alkaline pH method for the identification of Anthocyanins. These tests presented positive results for such substances. Stability studies of the product were tested at different temperatures, pH, light, and darkness. Which demonstrated that the extract has greater stability in the dark and at refrigeration temperature. The product for being food, it must be harmless to the consumer. So, microbiological control tests were carried out for E. coli, total coliforms, molds, and yeasts. Obtaining negative results for all these microorganisms. Once the microbiological tests were completed, the sensorial analysis of consumer acceptance of the product was carried out. The results obtained showed that at a concentration of 17.5 ml of the extract in 100 ml of natural yogurt was the greatest acceptance.

This article characterizes and seeks to describe the seasonal agricultural sector in context of globalization following a gender perspective in Chile. A historical overview of the working conditions of seasonal agricultural work and how the health workers is affected by that conditions is analyzed in the text. In addition the text shows how seasonal agricultural wage labor increase social division work producing a feminization of labor in this sector. The large-scale production of export fruit has produced a lot of changes in the modernization of the country, monoculture and competitive market are prioritized and this is reflected in the profits of the agro-export business men. But gains are not consistent with the precarious living working men and women in the productive sector where health problems are reflected after 20 years of work. Mental health problems brought about by the cycle of seasonal fruit are some factors that affect the lives of women employed in agriculture., El siguiente artículo caracteriza y busca describir al sector agrícola de temporada en el contexto de la globalización siguiendo el enfoque de género en Chile. Se realiza un recorrido histórico de las condiciones laborales del trabajo de temporada agrícola y cómo estas afectan la salud de las trabajadoras. Además en el texto se muestra cómo el trabajo asalariado agrícola de temporada profundiza la división sexual del trabajo marcada por las labores que realizan en el campo, produciendo una feminización del trabajo en este sector. La producción a gran escala de la fruta de exportación ha generado muchos cambios en la modernización del campo, se prioriza el monocultivo y un mercado más competitivo, lo cual se refleja en las ganancias de los empresarios agroexportadores. Sin embargo estas ganancias no se condicen con las precarias condiciones laborales que viven hombres y mujeres que trabajan en este sector productivo, donde sus problemas de salud se reflejan luego de 20 años de trabajo. Los problemas de salud mental que acarrea el ciclo de la fruta y la estacionalidad son algunos factores que inciden en la vida de mujeres asalariadas agrícolas.
