The rapid development of tourism has caused many tourists to be interested in enjoying it. Madura Island is a small archipelago and is part of East Java. Madura consists of 4 districts, namely Bangkalan district, Sampang district, Pamekasan district, and Sumenep district. With the number of districts owned, it creates a diversity of tourism. The development of the tourism sector must also be accompanied by the development of information technology. Utilization of technology can improve accommodation in supporting tourist destination services by designing an android-based application for searching for objects supporting Madura tourism destinations. The purpose of this research is to create an object search application that supports tourist destinations and serves as a medium for information about tourist locations on the island of Madura, making it more straightforward for tourists/users to enjoy their vacation. The stages of research carried out using ADDIE Model include knowing the system requirements, analysis and design, Development, implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the study are in the form of applications by detecting supporting objects including places of interest, gas stations, lodging, religion, culinary and health. It is expected that users when visiting Madura tourism will be easy, fun, and can enjoy their holidays.

This research aimed to evaluate the use of germinated papaya seeds (GPS) as co-substrate with dairy cow manure (DCM) by paying attention to the effect of GPS sprout length. Germination has been proven to increase seed's nutrient quality, however, lack of information models that optimize anaerobic co-digestion threat combinations of these treatments. The Tri Dharma of Higher Education is an obligation for lecturers while carrying out their duties as lecturers at higher education institutions, the implementation of which is regulated in Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. The Tri Dharma of Higher Education is a lecturer's obligation, including Education and Teaching, Research and Development, and Community Service. Lecturers need Support and motivation to implement quality Tri Dharma, especially at "X" Private Universities. Providing rewards or awards can motivate lecturers to give their best performance to Tri Dharma. Student feedback is also needed as evaluation material for lecturers to measure their teaching abilities. Rewarding lecturers can be done by ranking lecturer performance, especially at private universities. The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) algorithm ranks lecturer performance through the criteria of education and teaching, research, community service, and student feedback. An assessment of several subcriteria presents each criterion. The normalized scoring matrix is ​​the ranking preference. From the results of data processing on lecturer performance and feedback from students, with a sample of 25 lecturers, a ranking score was obtained on a scale of 0 to 1, where a score of 1 is the highest ranking. The lecturer performance ranking process involves lecturers, students, and the Study Program Management Unit. A lecturer performance rating information system is needed to facilitate all actors' involvement in the lecturer performance rating process and provide valid and timely rating results to stakeholders.

The study aims to develop an electronic module based on guided inquiry on Newton's law of gravity material that is valid, practical, and effective. The developed e-module aims to practice critical thinking skills in physics learning. This development research uses the ADDIE development method which consists of five steps, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Student response questionnaires to guided inquiry e-modules and tests of critical thinking skills became research instruments. Data analysis presented with quantitative descriptive. The product validity was assessed by 3 experts with an average score of 3.63 with category very valid. The practicality of the product consisted of readability which was tested on 15 high school students in Grade X and the teacher's perception of the suitability of guided inquiry-based learning activities in e-modules by obtaining an average percentage of 90% in the category very practical. The effectiveness of the product is assessed based on students' responses of critical thinking skills are improve after using the e-module by obtaining a product effectiveness percentage of 87% with category very effective. Student response questionnaire showed a positive response to the developed e-module. Based on the analysis of the research results, it is stated that the guided inquiry-based e-module on Newton's law of gravity is valid, practical, and effective for practicing critical thinking skills.

Menurut data World Economic Forum (2020), tingkat kesetaraan gender di Indonesia masih rendah yaitu peringkat 85 dari 153 negara. Indonesia sesungguhnya memiliki kebudayaan yang secara simbolik menempatkan laki-laki dan perempuan secara setara, yaitu budaya lintas gender. Salah satunya yaitu Tari Lengger Lanang Banyumas (TLLB). TLLB merupakan kesenian lintas gender asal Banyumas Jawa Tengah yang memiliki nilai filosofis yang relevan untuk menjawab isu ketimpangan gender di Indonesia. Namun, saat ini para penari justru mendapatkan perlakuan yang kurang pantas dalam masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu mengeksplorasi nilai filosofis TLLB, merelevansikan nilai filosofis dalam konteks ketimpangan gender, serta mengeksplorasi dinamika TLLB di tengah perubahan masyarakat Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, yaitu bahwa nilai-nilai filosofis dalam TLLB mengemukakan pandangan mengenai konsepsi nilai universal yang meliputi relasi hidup manusia dengan manusia, manusia dengan alam, dan manusia dengan Tuhan. Nilai-nilai dalam TLLB ternyata dapat direlevansikan dalam konteks ketidaksetaraan gender di Indonesia, diantaranya nilai keseimbangan; keterbukaan dan fleksibilitas; ketuhanan; serta kebersamaan. TLLB mengalami hambatan dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya di tengah masyarakat. Akan tetapi, mereka memiliki resiliensi, ekspresi berbagai bentuk adaptasi.

Salah satu isu yang dihadapi oleh Gereja Masehi Injili di Timor (GMIT) yaitu para pengajar katekisasi di GMIT belum memiliki panduan model katekisasi holistik dalam pelaksanaan katekisasi. Berkaitan dengan hal ini maka Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen IAKN Kupang melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan menyelenggarakan konferensi penyusunan panduan model katekisasi holistik dan berkelanjutan dengan tujuan untuk memperlengkapi dan membantu para pengajar katekisasi dalam membangun pembelajaran bermakna sesuai karakteristik gereja lokal. Metode yang dipakai dalam pelaksaan kegiatan PKM ini yaitu dengan Pra-konferensi dan Konferensi. Pra Konferensi dilaksanakan melalui Zoom Meeting untuk berbagi visi dan menyamakan persepsi sesuai TOR. Tahap Konferensi, pengajar katekisasi mendapatkan materi tentang tentang: a) Model Katekisasi Holistik dan Berkelanjutan; b) Asesmen Diagnostik dan Instrumen/Asesmen Pengembangan Karakter Katekisan. Dalam kegiatan ini, para pengajar katekisasi diharapkan menghasilkan panduan model katekisasi holistik dan berkelanjutan serta bersepakat Bersama untuk mengurangi metode ceramah yang dipakai selama ini dan mengganti dengan metode yang lebih menarik.

Context: HIF1α and VEGF are proteins marker oxidative stress and a decrease in placental growth factor (PlGF). Decreasing of HIF1α and VEGF in rats displayed poor trophoblast differentiation, placental abnormalities, and fetal mortality. Rhodomyrtus tomentosa is a flowering plant in the Myrtaceae family that has the potential to be a source of health-promoting chemicals. Aims: To analyze HIF1α and VEGF in serum and hypertension placental tissue after giving Rhodomyrtus tomentosa (RHO) leaves extract. Methods: Six treatments were given to the rats that were identified as being pregnant and pregnant rats with hypertension were given RHO with three doses: (a) normal pregnant rats (control); (b) hypertensive rats; (c) hypertensive rats + 100 mg/kg BW of RHO; (d) hypertensive rats +200 mg/kg BW of RHO; and (e) hypertensive rats + 400 mg/kg BW of RHO and (f) hypertensive rats + nifedipine. Under ketamine anesthesia, pregnant rats were removed on their 20th day of gestation. Immunohistochemistry and ELISA were used to assess HIF1α and VEGF protein expression. Results: There was a significant difference (p0.05) in VEGF expression in the basal zone of the rat placenta across all groups. Conclusions: Rhodomyrtus tomentosa leaves extract decreases HIF1α and VEGF expressions in serum and repairs the tissue of the placenta’s labyrinth, basal, and yolk sacs.

Appropriate learning resources are required when delivering problem-based physics materials integrated with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). This research aims to create a valid, practical, and effective problem-based e-module integrated with STEM and supported by an LMS (Learning Management System) to train creative thinking skills on harmonic vibration material. The 4-D development model was used in this research (define, design, development, and disseminate). The study of tenth-grade students from class MIA 1 at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purbolinggo revealed that the developed e-module had a content validity test result of 89 % and a constructs test result of 88%. The practicality test of the readability aspect yielded an 80% result, and the implementation yielded a 79.07% result.Furthermore, the n-gain value for the effectiveness test based on improvement was 0.54 in the medium category. Furthermore, there was a difference in average pretest and posttest scores with less than 0.05. It is possible to conclude that the developed e-module is appropriate for training students' creative thinking skills. Further researchers are expected to develop platform-assisted e-modules that are more interactive and easier to use in future research.

More offenses are committed in society as the crime rate rises, which is a sign that the safety of society is deteriorating. The purpose of this research is to examine how the Gini ratio, per capita income, unemployment, poverty, and population density affect the number of crimes committed in Indonesia between 2012 and 2020 in 34 Indonesian provinces, this research used secondary data from the years 2012 until 2020. Multiple linear regression using a panel data approach is the study methodology. The study's findings demonstrate that the fixed effect approach is the most effective. Unemployment had a positive and significant impact on the amount of crimes, according to partial testing, while overcrowding and internet access had a negative and significant impact. In Indonesia between 2012 and 2020, the Gini ratio, per capita income, and poverty did not affect crime, according to partial testing, which also found that unemployment had a positive and significant impact on the number of crimes. Overcrowding and internet access also had a negative and significant impact on the number of crimes. According to this study, it is hoped that the government will establish learning facilities that put an emphasis on developing skills, offer counseling regarding family planning initiatives, and create a fair digital infrastructure to raise the standard of internet access.

Writing has been considered the most difficult skill to master by EFL university students. It needs more effort and time for mastery. Some challenges in writing can make students confused. This condition has inspired the researchers to conduct the study. The study aims to identify the common errors in first-year students’ essay writing and provide suggestive solutions for the problems encountered by the students. This study was implemented using quantitative and qualitative approaches (mixed method). The researchers analyzed 205 students’ essays to identify the writing errors. After that, they randomly interviewed selected students to find the specific problems and suggestions. The data gathered were then classified and analyzed thematically. Based on the analyzed data, the most frequent error was faulty sentences which was 60.41%, grammar as the second error was 16.88%, the third error was mechanics with 13.1%, and vocabulary and other errors were 5.38% and 4.22%. The result shows that most students got difficulty writing sentences correctly. Therefore, providing appropriate learning materials for students and giving feedback on their writing are suggested.

Construction is one of the sectors that the government relies on to contribute to national growth; the impact of this policy is that the number on the projects is not balanced with construction experts, thereby increasing the workload of construction employees, coupled with the pandemic, limiting construction project activities which are labour-intensive activities that require a lot of interaction and physical activity in the field. This study aims to determine the impact of a workload and responsibility load on work stress and job performance in construction projects during the pandemic. This research uses a correlational descriptive quantitative approach; the population in this study is 100 construction employees in Indonesia. The sampling technique is total sampling with multiple linear regression. The result showed that workload significantly affects the responsibility load on construction project workers in Indonesia. The workload has a positive and significant impact on Indonesian construction project workers. Responsibility load has a positive and significant effect on Workstress on Project Construction workers in Indonesia. The influence of responsibility load on work stress is negative and significant. Work stress on employees does not affect job performance on employees. Namely, there is no effect if construction employees have high work stress on their work. It does not affect job performance. The work stress variable has no positive or significant effect on job performance. Further research can incorporate variables that influence job performance, such as workload, responsibility load, work stress, and others, to improve job performance at construction.

This study aims to analyze the role of gambier filtrate and red palm oil in the formation of functional edible film and to determine whether the gambier filtrate and red palm oil are synergistic or antagonistic in the formation of functional edible films. The study design used a factorial randomized block design with two treatment factors and each treatment consisted of three levels, namely: gambier filtrate concentration (A): 20, 30, and 40% (v/v) as well as red palm oil concentration (B): 1.2 and 3% (v/v). The observed parameters were thickness, elongation percentage, water vapor transmission rate, antioxidant activity, and antibacterial activity. Gambier filtrate and red palm oil were capable to improve the antioxidant and antibacterial properties of canna starch-based edible film. Gambier filtrate plays a role in increasing the elongation percentage, thickness, and water vapor transmission rate of edible film.

The spermatozoa freezing process of Boer goat sperm leads to cold shock and lipid peroxidation, which increases reactive oxygen species. To reduce oxidative stress, antioxidants are required as semen diluents, which can be supplemented with the extract of black cincau (Mesona palustris B.) leaves. This study aimed to analyze the effects of black cincau leaf extract supplementation at dosages of 0%, 1.5%, 2%, and 2.5% in a basic diluent of skim milk yolk on the quality of post-thawing frozen semen and to determine the in vivo fertile quality of frozen semen through artificial insemination. This study used a completely randomized design using 110 sperm samples. There were four dilution treatments: skim milk yolk supplemented with 0%, 1.5%, 2%, and 2.5% (v/v) black cincau leaf extract, and added to sperm samples labeled T0, T1, T2, and T3, respectively. The motility, viability, membrane integrity of spermatozoa, and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were observed. The best quality of spermatozoa from this study was used for artificial insemination to determine the percentage of conception rate and observed until the female gave a birth. Treatment of T2 (2% black cincau leaf extract supplementation) was found to have the best record on motility, viability and integrity of plasma membranes, and lower level of MDA. The results of artificial insemination on 30 female goats using T0 (without black grass jelly extract supplementation) and 30 female goats using T2, each resulted in a conception rate of 63.33% vs 80%. It could be concluded that skim milk yolk base diluent supplemented with 2% black cincau leaf extract has the capability to protect the motility, viability, and plasma membrane integrity, decreased MDA level of sperm after freezing and increase conception rate.

This study aims to describe the views of teachers and students in Islamic schools regarding Augmented Reality (AR) assisted learning to facilitate student involvement in learning, as well as increase teacher-student interactions in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a mixed method with a qualitative-quantitative explanatory design. The data collection technique used a questionnaire involving 31 respondents, 3 teachers, and 3 students as resource persons in three Islamic high schools in Lampung Province. The results of the study show that AR-assisted methods have the potential to increase teacher-student interaction by implementing a Learning Management System (LMS) that suits their needs and learning facilities. The results also show that AR provides an effective learning experience, because it displays 3D images so that it is easily accepted by students and makes students interested in learning during online learning. Therefore, the use of AR in learning has the opportunity to increase learning interactions between teachers and students.

This study aimed to develop project-based e-worksheets using Fliphtml5 on light interference topic. This research used Design, Development, and Research (DDR) with the stages of analysis, design, development, and evaluation. To get a product that is feasible, this product must be valid and practical. Validity of the product’s design and construct was validated by 3 experts, indicating that the digital e-worksheet developed was categorized very valid with an average score of 3.44 and the practicality of the product in terms of the teacher’s and student’s responses with an average score of 85% was categorized very good. Based on the results of validity and practicality of product, it assumed that e-worksheet is feasible to stimulate students' science creativity and collaborative skills.

Teaching listening needs improvement because many students get low scores on the listening test. This condition should be improved by providing a new teaching technique. Students in Mutiara Senior High School have problems in mastering a listening skill. They are difficult to catch the meaning while the listening test is given. The purposes of this study are to find out whether there is a significant increase after being taught by jigsaw technique and which motivation aspects (effort, goal, persistence, and frequency) have the most influence on students’ achievement in learning English. This experimental study was measured by pretest and posttest designs. The research subject was class XI of science class in even semester of Mutiara Senior High School in South Lampung. The instrument to measure students’ listening achievement was a listening comprehension test which consisted of 30 multiple choices. Another instrument was a close-ended questionnaire with 20 questions to know which motivation aspect had the most influence on students’ English achievements. The data were analyzed by using the t-test formula. The computation result showed that t-ratio in the experimental class had a significant increase from pretest (49.13) to posttest (71.45) after being taught by the jigsaw technique. The result of the computation showed that the value of the two-tailed significance was 0.000. Since the sign < α (0.000 < 0.05), the value indicated that the numbers represented the significance. It means that the treatment given had a better effect on students’ ability. In addition, it revealed that the most influential motivation aspect was an effort. Therefore, students’ personal or group tasks should be supported by giving rewards and punishment to improve students’ efforts in learning.

How To Stimulate Student's Critical Thinking Skill On Learning Electrical Conversion Energy? One alternative for students to actively participate in education is to teach material through a practicum with a thermal-electric energy conversion tool equipped with Student Worksheet (SW). This matter shows that SW is a crucial subject to develop. This research aims to develop SW to stimulate students' critical thinking skills in the heat-electric energy conversion material. The research design used is ADDIE. The validity test instrument measures the validity of the SW by the expert and the small group test. The validity test results and the small group test show that the developed SW is valid and able to stimulate critical thinking skills so that the resulting SW is suitable to be used as an alternative moderate in learning material for thermal-electric energy conversion.

This study aims to describe and analyze the level of digital literacy and collaboration skills of students. The research method used a quantitative descriptive survey with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The study involved 10 physics teachers and 105 high school students in Lampung Province. The results showed that the digital literacy of students was in the sufficient category with the achievement percentage of 54.68%, while the collaborative abilities of students were in the poor category with the achievement percentage of 39.17%. Digital literacy has not been maximally achieved and the ability to collaborate in students is influenced by the lack of efforts of students to use the internet as a learning resource and the lack of student-centered learning.

This research addresses analysis concerning and learning design of project-based learning (PjBL): how standardized PjBL implementation for student-centered learning supports the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka policy and how PjBL design for the learning process of English for Mathematics Course. Literature reviews addressing policies in PjBL were examined to determine what and how the project of English for Mathematics Course. Results show that implementing PjBL in the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka policy needs systematic students’ collaboration to work on the project through a structured process with the lecturer’s guidance and assessment process. Then, the form of this learning activity carried out in one semester of the English Mathematics course of the academic year 2022/2023 is designed to do a project of developing PISA-like problems with maritime context-based. This course learning method has resulted in some blocks of activities: first, students define problems, then design a project, schedule a series of activities to finish the project, active discussion with feedback from lecturer and peer in redesigning the group project, and evaluation.

Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is a major cause of nosocomial infections throughout the world and can be life-threatening as well. This study aimed to determine the antibacterial activity of Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L) leaves ethanolic extract against MRSA's growth. Ageratum conyzoides leaves were extracted by ethanol and screened for their phytochemical constituent. Ethanolic extracts of A. conyzoides leaves were evaluated for their potential antibacterial activity using disc diffusion assay. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) value was determined using the agar dilution method. Phytochemical screening shows that the extracts contain alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, and steroids or triterpenoids. Ageratum conyzoides leaves extract shows a 25.1 mm inhibitory zone at 12.5% extract concentration with MIC value equivalents to 4.46 x 10-6 g of gentamicin. This study concludes that A. conyzoides leaves ethanolic extracts have potential antibacterial activity against MRSA.

Pembelajaran yang diharapkan dari tujuan pendidikan nasional adalah pembelajaran yang aktif (active learning) yang dimaksudkan untuk menjaga perhatian mahasiswa agar tetap tertuju pada proses pembelajaran secara menyeluruh. Pembelajaran yang aktif demikian, dapat kita rancang dengan adanya penggunaan berbagai media, model, dan metode pembelajaran yang menarik, sehingga mahasiswa tidak cepat bosan, selalu fokus, dan menyenangkan tanpa kehilangan esensi belajar yang sedang berlangsung. Dalam pelajaran bahasa Inggris, banyak mahasiswa yang belum mampu membaca teks sesuai dengan struktur/pola kalimat. Selain membaca, mahasiswa harus mampu menyimak, berbicara, menulis, pragmatik dan tata bahasa (grammar) Keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar tersebut dipengaruhi oleh teknik mengajar bahasa. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang akan digunakan oleh peneliti dan dirasa lebih efektif adalah dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif model Rally Coach. Penggunaan model Rally Coach ini dirasa perlu oleh peneliti karena mahasiswa di Indonesia khususnya jika ingin berbicara bahasa Inggris cenderung menggunakan transfer bahasa dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa Inggris. Dalam hal ini akan memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan berupa pola susunan kalimatnya. Model Rally Coach ini melibatkan mahasiswa dalam bentuk pasangan atau kelompok. Aplikasi mobile Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) merupakan aplikasi yang memberikan peringatan dini cuaca. Informasi peringatan dini tersebut skalanya tidak hanya sebatas provinsi, tetapi hingga tingkat kecamatan. Namun ketika informasi yang ditampilkan dalam aplikasi masih kurang jelas untuk dipahami pengguna serta kemudahan dan kenyaman pengguna belum sesuai tujuan pembuatan aplikasi maka perlu dilakukan redesign pada aplikasi mobile BMKG tersebut dengan mengacu pada 8 rule panduan (Eight Golden Rules) untuk desain interaksi, serta pengujian menggunakan Kuesioner Usability SUS (System Usability Scale) yang berisi 10 pertanyaan terkait aplikasi dengan melakukan wawancara kepada responden terhadap apikasi tersebut, dari hasil yang didapatkan pada pengujian menggunakan prinsip Eight Golden Rules terdapat tiga point yang belum maksimal mulai dari Design dialogue to yield closure, Support internal locus of control, dan Support internal locus of control, kemudian pengujian menggunakan SUS yang dilakukan secara 2 kali, untuk yang pertama terhadap desain asli dari aplikasi mobile BMKG dengan skor rata-rata 60 menunjukan tingkat penerimaan pengguna Marginal Low, sedangkan grade skala masuk kategori D dan Adjective rating kategori OK, dari hasil dilakukan usulan desain perbaikan sesuai dengan masukan yang telah didapatkan dari para responden kemudian pengujian yang ke dua dengan metode Perhitungan SUS mendapatkan skor rata-rata 80,25 dapat disimpulkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna kategori Acceptable, pada Tingkat grade skala kategori B, serta untuk Adjective rating kategori Excellent, sehingga usulan desain aplikasi mobile BMKG dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan pengguna tidak merasa kebingungan terhadap desain hasil perbaikan untuk mendapatkan layanan informasi cuaca yang diberikan. Usability Evaluation and Improvement of Mobile Application Design Using Usability Testing with a Human-Centered Design (HCD) Approach Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) mobile application is an application that provides weather early warning. The early warning information is not only limited to the province, but also to the sub-district level. But when the information displayed in the application is still not clear enough to be understood by the user and the ease and comfort of the user is not in accordance with the purpose of making the application, it is necessary to redesign the BMKG mobile application by referring to the 8 rule guidelines (Eight Golden Rules) for interaction design, as well as testing using SUS Usability Questionnaire (System Usability Scale) which contains 10 questions related to the application by conducting interviews with respondents of the application, from the results obtained in testing using the principles of the Eight Golden Rules there are three points that have not been maximal starting from Design dialogue to yield closure, Internal Support locus of control, and internal support locus of control, then testing using SUS is done twice, for the first to the original design of the BMKG mobile application with an average score of 60 shows the level of acceptance of Marginal Low users, while the grade scale is in the D category d an Adjective rating category OK, from the results of the proposed improvement design in accordance with the input that has been obtained from respondents then the second test with the SUS Calculation method to get an average score of 80.25 can be concluded on the acceptability ranges included in Acceptable, on the grade scale get a value of B, and for Adjective Rating included in Excellent, so that the proposed BMKG mobile application design can be used easily and users do not feel confused about the design of the results of improvements to get weather information services provided.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum dengan spesifikasi deskriptif analitis. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Yuridis Normatif yang didukung pendekatan Yuridis Empiris. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data sekunder, data primer, dan data tersier yang dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dan lapangan berupa wawancara. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif.

This descriptive qualitative research aimed to know the strength and weakness of Oxford English Textbook “Aim High 5” By Susan Iannuzzi and Paul Kelly Based on the 2013 Curriculum. The data sources are the 2013 Curriculum, syllabus, scientific approach, Aim High 5. The resources are analyzed, examined, and explored. The results show that the scientific approach method, one of the teaching methods in the 2013 Curriculum, is found in every unit of the reading text. Moreover, the reading texts are presented in systematic way, it can be seen from all the sections in reading texts. There are 4 subtopic steps or activities in reading sections: 1). Before reading, 2). Read, 3). Understanding ideas, and 4). Vocabulary. It seems that the authors prepare the textbook well, which can be seen from the connectivity of the material, extended exercise, interesting story in every reading text. On the contrary, the weakness of “Aim High 5” Based on the 2013 Curriculum including the steps of reading sections, which are a bit monotone. It can be seen that all units, from unit 1 to 10 has the same steps such as before reading, read, understanding ideas, vocabulary. Moreover, many of vocabularies are unfamiliar, that rarely heard by some of the students especially the students who live in countryside or village, and the students who do not have access to internet and library. Likewise, structure or sentences are sometime little bit difficult to understand by them. It is because the English is the foreigner language in Indonesia, so the knowledge of the English is limited according to some area in Indonesia.

BACKGROUNDPatients hospitalized for COVID-19 exhibit diverse clinical outcomes, with outcomes for some individuals diverging over time even though their initial disease severity appears similar to that of other patients. A systematic evaluation of molecular and cellular profiles over the full disease course can link immune programs and their coordination with progression heterogeneity.METHODSWe performed deep immunophenotyping and conducted longitudinal multiomics modeling, integrating 10 assays for 1,152 Immunophenotyping Assessment in a COVID-19 Cohort (IMPACC) study participants and identifying several immune cascades that were significant drivers of differential clinical outcomes.RESULTSIncreasing disease severity was driven by a temporal pattern that began with the early upregulation of immunosuppressive metabolites and then elevated levels of inflammatory cytokines, signatures of coagulation, formation of neutrophil extracellular traps, and T cell functional dysregulation. A second immune cascade, predictive of 28-day mortality among critically ill patients, was characterized by reduced total plasma Igs and B cells and dysregulated IFN responsiveness. The glycosylation of IgG plays a critical role during human severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection, activating immune cells and inducing cytokine production. However, the role of IgM N-glycosylation has not been studied during human acute viral infection. The analysis of IgM N-glycosylation from healthy controls and hospitalized coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients reveals increased high-mannose and sialylation that correlates with COVID-19 severity. These trends are confirmed within SARS-CoV-2-specific immunoglobulin N-glycan profiles. Moreover, the degree of total IgM mannosylation and sialylation correlate significantly with markers of disease severity. We link the changes of IgM N-glycosylation with the expression of Golgi glycosyltransferases. Lastly, we observe antigen-specific IgM antibody-dependent complement deposition is elevated in severe COVID-19 patients and modulated by exoglycosidase digestion. Taken together, this work links the IgM N-glycosylation with COVID-19 severity and highlights the need to understand IgM glycosylation and downstream immune function during human disease.

Dalam analisis ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif untuk memperoleh data secara langsung dengan melakukan teknik flooding serta teknik pencegahannya terhadap server yang telah dirancang. Dengan menggunakan Filter Rules yang telah dibuat, packet yang melalui port DNS selain IP Address yang telah di allow jika mencoba melakukan request atau flood DNS ke IP Public ISP pada router mikrotik, maka packet tersebut akan langsung di drop oleh pengaturan rules tersebut. kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu penerapan filter firewall pada router mikrotik dapat mengurangi jumlah paket data UDP yang dikirimkan oleh attacker melalui port DNS sebanyak 60% dari jumlah paket yang masuk jika tanpa firewall.

The development stages implemented include surveys, needs analysis, dedication, and implementation. Surveys and needs analysis serve as stages used in finding target users and their needs. User Interface Design is used to make user interaction as simple and efficient as possible, in terms of achieving user goals or what is often referred to as user-centered design. Conversion of the user interface design is done by choosing the right programming language on the web and generating an information system.

The DANA application still requires UI / UX difficulties on transactions so it does not meet user expectations. Assessing user-centered design can help in user-related issues. Supporting user-centered design has been supported by various techniques, methods, tools, procedures and processes that help design interactive systems that are more user-centered. Data mining methods used are interviews with end users and literature studies. New design and prototype recommendations according to usability test results. A total of seven participants tested the usability of the new transaction prototype. The expected results of this design help overcome/control the user in conducting transactions.

The design of the E-Tailor sales information system is a web-based application as a means for employees or business owners to make it easier to order clothes online. Websites with this system can provide solutions to owners or tailors and consumers or ordering goods for smooth orders, transactions and completion of ordered goods on time and this will also make it easier for users to be able to order sewing items online without having to come to a tailor shop. In the design here it is also explained how a system will be built and run according to the manufacturing method carried out, for the design of the E-Tailor Information System is presented using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The testing method on the design of the e-tailor information system using the black box method only focuses on input and output that informs the suitability of the application developed with the specified specifications. The test results show that the success rate of the application runs well in accordance with the tests that have been carried out.
