A structure-based microstrip passband filter with the center frequency of 2.6 GHz was put forward by using double-mode resonator based on defected ground structure (DGS) technology. A double-mode coupling resonator combined with DGS structure was used to achieve the resonance frequency and the filter size. CST microwave studio was used to optimize the attenuation performance to get the filter parameters. A structure-based passband filter was fabricated. Simulation is consistent with the measurement. Performance shows that the proposed filter could be suitable for the time division-long term devolution (TD-LTE) microwave systems at 2.6 GHz.

Thermal analyses of epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) were conducted and showed that it was stable up to temperatures as high as 240–260°C in air-free environment. The solubility and transport characteristics of ESO in poly(vinylchloride) (PVC) were also investigated under various conditions. The absorption study showed that the resin had a void volume of ∼0.3 cm3/g. Furthermore, ESO was found to be sufficiently soluble in the PVC matrix to function as an effective plasticizer, with equilibrium solubility of 72 g/100 g PVC at 80°C and 163 g/100 g PVC at 120°C. The absorption of ESO in PVC grains was a three step process comprising “induction,” “swelling,” and “saturation” periods. Torque rheometer studies showed that higher mixer temperature and/or speed facilitated uptake of plasticizer in PVC and ultimate fusion. Migration studies of plasticized and stabilized PVC compositions showed no change in mass at 40°C, but increasingly greater mass loss as the temperature was raised up to 120°C. POLYM. ENG. With the rapidly development of the space-sky information network, more and more satellites have been involved in the network. Adding the aerospace crafts which may be flexible and changeable, the network should be focused on the problem of heterogeneous compatibility and self-organizing network. The emerging Software Defined Networking may solve these problems. As the control plane and the data plane are separated in the architecture, the network can adapt to different protocols and can be flexible in equipment maintenance. In this paper, we propose an improving program of the space-sky network based on the SDN. This program can solve the existing problem of space network to some certain.

Network coding, which exploits the broadcast nature of wireless medium, is an effective way to improve network performance in wireless multi-hop networks, but the first practical wireless network coding system COPE cannot actively detect a route with more coding opportunities and limit the coding structure within two-hop regions. An on-demand coding-aware routing scheme (OCAR) for wireless Mesh networks is proposed to overcome the limitations specified above by actively detecting a route with more coding opportunities along the entire route rather than within two-hop regions. Utilizing more coding opportunities tends to route multiple flows ‘close to each other’ while avoiding interference requires routing multiple flows ‘away from each other’. OCAR achieves a tradeoff by adopting as routing metric in route discovery, which is not only coding-aware but also considers both inter and intra flow interference. Simulation results show that, compared with Ad-hoc on-demand distance vecfor routing (AODV) and AODV+COPE, OCAR can find more coding opportunities, thus effectively increase network throughput, reduce end to end delay and alleviate network congestion.

The efficacy of epoxidized soybean oil (ESO), tri(2-ethylhexyl) trimellitate, and mixtures thereof as plasticizers for poly(vinylchloride) has been studied. At 80°C, the trimellitate was slower to absorb in this polymer than ESO and was also less soluble, but the former exhibited higher solubility at 120°C. Plasticization efficiencies of stabilized polymeric compositions were similar with ESO and the trimellitate (despite their very different molecular weights). The trimellitate yielded greater mass loss during heat aging of the plasticized compositions, but substituting even minor amounts of it with ESO decreased mass loss synergistically. The trimellitate also resulted in more of an increase in hardness than ESO over time at elevated temperatures, but when aged at 120°C, mixtures of the two surprisingly had more deleterious effects. Thus, although ESO can replace part or all of trimellitates in plasticized PVC, using it as sole plasticizer would be preferable when heat aging performance is a requirement. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. To explore the effects of recombinant human Elafin gene transfection on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced airway mucous hypersecretion.An eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-C1-Elafin was first constructed and then transfected into NCI-H292 cell. After co-incubation with polymorphonuclear granulocyte (PMN) plus LPS stimulation for 24 hour, the vital force unit of neutrophil elastase (NE) and the content of mucin (MUC) protein in culture media and the level of MUC 5AC mRNA in culture cells were detected with substrate detection technique, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) respectively.All parameters in control group showed a low level (0.13 ± 0.03, 0.28 ± 0.06, 0.29 ± 0.04 respectively). And transfecting NCI-H292 cell with pEGFP-C1 at different levels of LPS, all parameters were obviously different (all P0.01) and they all showed a dose-dependent relationship. After LPS stimulation (0.5, 5 mg/L), as compared with the transfection of NCI-H292 cell with pEGFP-C1-Elafin, the vital force unit of NE and the content of MUC5AC protein in culture media and the level of MUC 5AC mRNA in transfecting pEGFP-C1 NCI-H292 cell decreased obviously (all P0.05). But after LPS stimulation (25 mg/L), as compared with the transfection of NCI-H292 cell with pEGFP-C1-Elafin, no parameter of transfecting pEGFP-C1 NCI-H292 cell had any obvious alteration (0.67 ± 0.06, 0.64 ± 0.08, 0.67 ± 0.07 respectively, all P0.05).The transfection of recombinant human elafin gene into NCI-H292 cell may inhibit the force of inflammatory telo-effective factor NE induced by a certain level of LPS and airway mucous hypersecretion. But it can not inhibit the effects induced by a high level of LPS.
