This study takes the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a study area and analyzes the impacts of natural and socioeconomic factors on air pollution based on a dataset of urban air quality monitoring data in 2015 and meteorological and economic statistical data. We first apply the grey relational degree to test for the quantitative relationships between the natural and socioeconomic factors and air pollution. We then employ a novel method, specifically, the geographical detector, from the perspective of spatial stratified heterogeneity to reveal the potential impacts and interaction impacts of the natural and socioeconomic factors on air pollution. The results are as follows. (1) The grey relational degree results reveal that all factors in the topographical and meteorological layer, pollution sources layer, economic development layer, and urbanization layer have high relational degrees, indicating that these factors are closely correlated with air pollution. (2) The factor detector analysis reveals that the PM2.5 factor has the biggest q value, indicating that it is the primary contributor to air pollution, followed by PM10 and elevation. (3) The interaction detector analysis reveals that the interaction of two factors plays a more important role in influencing air pollution than does each factor individually. Moreover, the interactions between pair factors of pollution sources are the strongest. (4) The risk detector analysis reveals that elevation and precipitation are negatively correlated with air pollution, whereas pollution and urbanization factors are positively correlated with air pollution. (5) Finally, two leading impact areas for atmospheric pollution, namely, the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and the Wuhan metropolitan area are predominantly attributed to the combination of natural and urbanization factors, whereas Yunnan and Guizhou are the least impact areas for atmospheric pollution because of their topographical and meteorological factors.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between serum calcium and LNM in EC.Methods: We identified all patients with EC who underwent surgery between January 2012 and December 2016. Patient characteristics and various preoperative clinicopathologic data were obtained from medical records and were reviewed retrospectively. These patients were divided into two groups according to the pathology of their lymph node. Logistic regression models analyzed the relationship between the ionized calcium and LNM of EC patients, while adjusting for the potential confounders.Results: A total of 448 patients were assessed. Univariate analysis showed that ionized calcium, CA125 level, tumor grade, peritoneal cytology, FIGO stage, histological type, LVSI, and myometrial invasion were positively correlated with LNM (all P< 0.05). The risk of LNM increased with the promotion of serum ionized calcium (P for trend < 0.01). Ionized calcium level was significant before and after the adjustment of cofounders (unadjusted: OR=11.9, 95% CI: 4.8– 29.6, P< 0.01; model I: OR=11.3, 95% CI: 4.5– 28.8, P< 0.01; model II: OR=5.2, 95% CI: 1.6– 17.2, P< 0.05). Additionally, the risk of ionized calcium was especially evident in patients whose age was older than 60, BMI< 28 kg/m2, grade 3, negative peritoneal cytology and endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma.Conclusion: Ionized calcium level was highly associated with LNM in EC and acted as a potential biomarker in predicting the risk of LNM in EC.Keywords: serum calcium level, EC, lymph node metastasis, stratification analysis

As the spatial carrier of the emission sources and influencing factors of PM2.5, land use and its changes can inevitably affect local and regional PM2.5 concentrations. The relationship between the growth of PM2.5 and the changes of land use in China during 1998-2015 was explored in this paper using the Theil-Sen median trend analysis, Mann-Kendall and spatial econometric model. The results showed that the area where PM2.5 concentration was less than 10 μg/m3 accounted for a small portion (18.33%) of the land area in China, and the area where PM2.5 concentration was more than 35 μg/m3 accounted for 31.30% of the land area. High PM2.5 concentration was found in the East China Plain and Taklimakan desert; artificial surfaces, cultivated land and deserts were coated with high PM2.5 concentration more frequently, while the forest, grassland and unused land were usually covered with low PM2.5 concentration. PM2.5 concentration in desert land and artificial surfaces respectively increased at a pace of 1.07 μg/m3 and 0.80 μg/m3 per year during 1998–2015, higher than those in other land use types. They mainly came from the sand dust aerosol in northwest China, while those in the other areas mainly came from emissions in the human activities. Therefore, reasonable coordinating the proportion of construction land, cultivated land, forest land and grassland in eastern China, and strengthening desert governance in northwest China, are suggested to reduce PM2.5 concentration in China.

In this article, based on steady-state dynamic model in the game analysis,whether large and small enterprises can co-exist, the Sources of competition and so on are researched to discuss the survival competition of enterprises in the same industry. As a result, each enterprise group exists one point, in this point enterprise grows difficultly because too many enterprises exist in the same group, and there is another point, in this point, enterprise hold back the growth of another group through the competition, the conditions for co-existence of two enterprise groups is that the growth point to limit the growth of another enterprise group is reached before enterprise group reached the growth point to limit itself.

In order to search for the gap between Chinese oil enterprise and international oil companies in the marketing force, use the close value method to evaluate the marketing force of nine major oil companies in the environment of Excel. Find out that there are differences in the close value of the nine major oil companies and the level of every company's marketing force orders one by one by analyzing. The ranking of nine major oil companies is: Exxon-Mobil, Shell, BP, TOTAL, CNPC, Chevron, Texaco, ENI and Sinopec. As the largest domestic oil company, CNPC rankes fifth in marketing force and has been among the forefront of international oil companies. As the second largest domestic oil company, Sinopec rankes ninth and has a big gap to international oil companies.

To make a further study on the input of enterprises and employees in the human resources development activities, this paper uses the static game model under the full information to study about how enterprises and employees influence each other, share the cost and make the input in the human resources development. The result is that based on different assumption the input can be divided into three Nash equilibriums, that is, three different states, which outlines the different performances of the human resources development in various types of enterprises in China.
