[Objective] The temporal and spatial variation characteristics of cultivated land types and their influencing factors were studied in order to provide a theoretical basis for policy-making regarding cultivated land protection, sustainable agricultural development, and soil and water conservation in this region. [Methods] The study was conducted for Laiyang City in Shandong Province. High-resolution remote sensing data from 2019 to 2021 were combined with field observations in order to divide cultivated land types into five categories: irrigated land, arid flat land, arid sloping land, arid terrace land, and abandoned land. We determined the spatio-temporal distribution and variation of different types of cultivated land and their influencing factors, and identified the variable regions by using dynamic change degree, land use transfer matrix, and geographic detector. [Results] ① Cultivated land of Laiyang City accounted for 54.44% of the total land area, with an overall distribution pattern of more cultivated land in the southern and western areas of the city, and less in the northern and eastern areas of the city. Arid terrace land accounted for 61.19% of the total cultivated land area, which was followed by irrigated land, arid flat land, and arid sloping land. Abandoned land accounted for only 0.33% of the total cultivated land area. ② The analysis of single factor detector showed that landform type, slope, and soil type were the three main factors affecting the distribution of cultivated land type, and the (q values) were all above 0.3 when the factors interacted with each other. ③ From 2019 to 2021, the net rate of cultivated land conversion was -0.25%. The total area decreased 4.73 km2, mainly due to conversion of arid terrace land, arid sloping land, arid flat land, and irrigated land to construction land. This conversion mostly occurred in the urban area located in the low hilly area with a slope of less than 5° and a brown soil type. [Conclusion] The mainly cultivated land type is dry terraced field. Cultivated land distributed in low hilly area with gentle slopes (representing cultivated land with good quality) is easy to change. As the area continues to decrease, the protection measures of high-quality cultivated land should be strengthened.

A dynamic model built theoretically and simulated numerically for an unsymmetric bistable laminate is elucidated, elaborating the dynamic regimes. Peak-to-peak amplitude diagrams being amplitude-frequency and amplitude-force response curves are derived. The single-well vibrations, the limit-cycle oscillations, the multiple-period dynamic snap-through, the chaotic dynamic snap-through and the intermittency dynamic snap-through can be detected. The amplitude-frequency response curves exhibit the softening stiffness effect. The dynamic regimes are correlated with the excitation amplitude and the modal frequencies. Deploying the high-level excitation amplitude and the low-level modal frequency leads to the limit-cycle oscillations. Reducing vehicle energy consumption is crucial for sustainable development, especially in the context of energy crises and environmental pollution. Energy regenerative suspension offers a promising solution, yet its practical implementation faces challenges like inertial mass issues, cost, and reliability concerns. This study introduces a novel suspension configuration, optimizing shock absorber technology with energy regenerative principles. The objective is to drastically cut energy consumption. Through a frequency domain analysis, this study identifies the root causes of increased energy consumption and worsened vibration in traditional suspensions. This study presents a comparative analysis of the frequency-domain characteristics between the novel suspension configuration and the traditional one. This study reveals that the new configuration exhibits a low-pass filtering effect on the shock absorber's velocity, effectively minimizing vibrations in the low-frequency range, while mitigating their impact in the high-frequency range. This approach mitigates the trade-off between increased energy consumption and worsened vibration in the high-frequency range, making it a promising solution. Simulations show that this configuration significantly reduces acceleration by 7.04% and suspension power consumption by 10.47% at 60 km/h on the D-level road, while maintaining handling stability. Xinjiang brown cattle are highly resistant to disease and tolerant of roughage feeding. The identification of genes regulating mastitis resistance in Xinjiang brown cattle is a novel means of genetic improvement. In this study, the blood levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, and TGF-β in Xinjiang brown cattle with high and low somatic cell counts (SCCs) were investigated, showing that cytokine levels were higher in cattle with high SCCs. The peripheral blood transcriptomic profiles of healthy and mastitis-affected cattle were constructed by RNA-seq. Differential expression analysis identified 1632 differentially expressed mRNAs (DE-mRNAs), 1757 differentially expressed lncRNAs (DE-lncRNAs), and 23 differentially expressed circRNAs (DE-circRNAs), which were found to be enriched in key pathways such as PI3K/Akt, focal adhesion, and ECM-receptor interactions. Finally, ceRNA interaction networks were constructed using the differentially expressed genes and ceRNAs. It was found that keynote genes or mRNAs were also enriched in pathways such as PI3K-Akt, cholinergic synapses, cell adhesion molecules, ion binding, cytokine receptor activity, and peptide receptor activity, suggesting that the key genes and ncRNAs in the network may play an important role in the regulation of bovine mastitis. To improve the energy recovery ability of the energy-regenerative suspension, a transmission is generally used to increase the motor speed, but this results in a significant increase in the equivalent inertial mass of the suspension. The research on energy-regenerative suspension has been ongoing for more than 20 years, but there have been few product applications, mainly due to the failure to solve the problem of the deterioration of suspension performance caused by equivalent inertial mass. This paper proposes a new suspension configuration with the suspension shock absorber connected to a high-frequency vibration reduction structure and establishes a vibration transmission model. Through frequency domain analysis, it has been conclusively proven that the new-configuration can significantly reduce both the sprung mass acceleration and relative dynamic load of the energy regenerative suspension. On the basis of frequency domain analysis, a scheme based on PWM control of the dissipation resistance value of the energy regenerative suspension is proposed, and through bench comparison experiments, it has been verified that the new-configuration suspension can eliminate the oscillation of the damping force curve of the shock absorber and significantly improve the suspension performance. Further experiments show that using the skyhook semi-active control algorithm the new-configuration suspension can further reduce the sprung mass acceleration and relative dynamic load. The lack of efficient biomarkers for the early detection of gastric cancer (GC) contributes to its high mortality rate, so it is crucial to discover novel diagnostic targets for GC. Recent studies have implicated the potential of site‐specific glycans in cancer diagnosis, yet it is challenging to perform highly reproducible and sensitive glycoproteomics analysis on large cohorts of samples. Here, a highly robust N‐glycoproteomics (HRN) platform comprising an automated enrichment method, a stable microflow LC‐MS/MS system, and a sensitive glycopeptide‐spectra‐deciphering tool is developed for large‐scale quantitative N‐glycoproteome analysis. The HRN platform is applied to analyze serum N‐glycoproteomes of 278 subjects from three cohorts to investigate glycosylation changes of GC. It identifies over 20 000 unique site‐specific glycans from discovery and validation cohorts, and determines four site‐specific glycans as biomarker candidates. One candidate has branched tetra‐antennary structure capping with sialyl‐Lewis antigen, and it significantly outperforms serum CEA with AUC values > 0.89 compared against < 0.67 for diagnosing early‐stage GC. The four‐marker panel can provide improved diagnostic performances. Besides, discrimination powers of four candidates are also testified with a verification cohort using PRM strategy. This findings highlight the value of this strong tool in analyzing aberrant site‐specific glycans for cancer detection. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
