In the pursuit of instigating a progressive transition towards a more sustainable future, policy officials all over the world are fervently advocating the use of energy conservation techniques targeted at residential customers. Keeping this in mind, a quantitative study was conducted in this work using the data from Singapore, which aims to investigate the relationships between a resident's pattern of energy utilisation and numerous demographic parameters as well as personality attributes. Moreover, the study was conducted with existing machine learning and data analytics approaches, including k-prototype unsupervised learning and statistical hypothesis tests. The obtained results denote a persuasive correlation between the consumption behaviour of the consumer for different appliances and factors such as income, energy knowledge, usage frequency, personality, etc. For instance, there is a higher probability of a consumer acting frugally and sparingly if they believe their energy consumption is insignificant. Novel adjuvants and innovative combinations of adjuvants (Adjuvant Systems) have facilitated the development of enhanced and new vaccines against re-emerging and challenging pathogenic microorganisms. Nonetheless, the efficacy of adjuvants is influenced by various factors, and the same adjuvant may generate entirely different immune responses when paired with different antigens. Herein, we combined the MPXV-B6R antigen with BC02, a novel adjuvant with proprietary technology, to assess its capability to induce both cellular and humoral immunity in mouse models. Mice received two intramuscular injections of B6R-BC02, which resulted in the production of MPXV-specific IgG, IgG1, and IgG2a antibodies. Additionally, it elicited strong MPXV-specific Th1-oriented cellular immunity and persistent effector memory B-cell responses. The advantages of BC02 were further validated, including rapid initiation of the immune response, robust recall memory, and sustained immune response induction. Although the potential of immunized mice to produce serum-neutralizing antibodies against the vaccinia virus requires further improvement, the exceptional performance of BC02 as an adjuvant for the MPXV-B6R antigen has been consistently demonstrated. At the present, evaluating the anti-jamming performance of data-link only aims the certain type of interference, but the comprehensive anti-jamming performance evaluation of the whole data-link system is scanty. So it cannot evaluate the data-link integrally. In this paper, the index hierarchical structure model of the data-link is established. The comprehensive anti-jamming performance is decomposed into multiple indexes, and then the index evaluation set is formed, the weight of each index is determined. In view of the fact that the weight cannot reflect the scarcity of indexes, an adaptive correction algorithm is proposed to correct the weight value, and then a more scientific and reliable evaluation of the comprehensive anti-interference performance for data-link is achieved.

As a special branch of global trade, the trade of agricultural products has an important impact on food security and the environment. In this paper, we studied international trade network of agricultural products from 2000 to 2016 as a whole and in part. We explored the overall characteristics of the network, analyzed the evolution of communities and identified core countries of the communities. The results show that the structure of the trade network became increasingly complex and the trade relations became closer over time. There were four major communities in the network, whose primary core countries were Germany, the United States, Brazil, and China. Since 2007, the community represented by China has disappeared, and the community pattern of the network has been in a three-pillar state and basically stable. We discuss the actual roles of certain trading countries, the formation of communities and the impact of economic events on agricultural products trade.
