Aiming at the safety and stability issues of the proposed substation in Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, the substation was taken as the research object. Based on the basic geological conditions and mining conditions of the substation, the goaf was detected comprehensively the transient electromagnetic method and drilling detection. By analyzing the longitudinal profile of apparent resistivity obtained by transient electromagnetic detection and the relationship curve between formation depth and apparent resistivity, it could be seen that there are low resistance anomalies in some depths. The horizontal range of the low-resistance anomaly area was further determined by analyzing the horizontal profile of apparent resistivity. The relationship between the drilling depth and the core rate obtained by drilling detection could accurately determine the depth range where the rock formation is relatively broken and has a small amount of water leakage. It could be determined that the abnormal area of the mined-out area is located in the west of the proposed area according to the comprehensive analysis of the two detection results, and there are uncertain factors in the safety and stability of the mined-out area underlying the substation, and effective mined-out area governance measures must be taken to ensure the safe and stable operation of the substation.

Aims Rabson-Mendenhall syndrome (RMS) is a rare autosomal, recessive disorder characterized by severe insulin resistance due to mutations in the insulin receptor (INSR) gene. This study aims to analyze the clinical features and gene mutations in RMS, which have not been extensively studied. Methods PubMed, Embase, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and Wanfang were searched for "Rabson-Mendenhall syndrome" or "Black acanthosis hirsutism insulin resistance syndrome." Results A total of 42 cases from 33 articles were included. The body mass index ranged from 18.50 to 20.00 kg/m2 with an average of 16.00 kg/m2. There were no overweight (25.00∼29.90 kg/m2) or obese (≥30.00 kg/m2) patients. Acanthosis was present in 29 cases (29/42, 69.05%); growth retardation in 25 cases (25/42, 59.52%); dental anomalies including absence of teeth, crowding, and malocclusion in 23 cases (23/42, 54.76%); and hirsutism in 17 cases (17/42, 40.48%). The average glycosylated hemoglobin was 9.35%, and the average fasting blood-glucose was 8.44 mmol/L; the mean fasting insulin was 349.96 μIU/mL, and the average fasting C-peptide was 6.00 ng/mL. Diabetes was reported in 25 cases (25/33, 75.76%) all of which were diagnosed before 23 years old. All 42 patients had recorded gene mutations, with 22 patients (22/42, 52.38%) having ≥ 2 mutations and 20 cases (20/42, 47.62%) having only 1 mutation. No statistical differences were found in clinical features and laboratory parameters between patients with different mutations. Conclusion The study indicates that RMS should be considered in young patients with hyperinsulinemia, hyperglycemia with low weight, acanthosis nigricans, growth retardation, dental anomalies, and hirsutism. To enhance the sowing uniformity of the vacuum seeder in the high-speed working state, a flexible energy-dissipation receiving device was designed. We analyzed the angle and velocity of seed ejection from the seed-metering device. Additionally, we explored the rheological properties of four different sodium alginate (SA) solutions. Combined with high-speed camera technology, the movement characteristics of four kinds of energy dissipators were revealed, and it was determined that the fabrication material of the energy dissipator is colloid with an SA percentage of 10%. The influence of the thickness of the energy dissipator body, impact velocity, and impact angle on the pre- and post-impact velocity difference and end-of-motion transverse displacement value was investigated. The quadratic regression equation between experimental factors and experimental indexes was established, and it was determined that the thickness of the energy dissipator was 7 mm. Field experiment results showed that the working speed was 12~16 km·h−1, the leakage rate was less than 6.83%, the multiple rates were less than 0.97%, the qualified rate was stable at more than 92.4%, and the qualified grain distance variation rate was stable at less than 16.57%. The designed energy-dissipation device is beneficial to improve the overall working performance of high-speed precision seeders. In the future, if the reliability and long-term performance of the energy-dissipation device are further improved, it will be able to meet the requirements for precision seeding under high-speed conditions. The Kirkpatrick–Baez (KB) microscope is an effective instrument for x-ray imaging of hot spot. However, the non-uniform distribution of response efficiency in the field of view is a drawback of the KB microscope. A more accurate hot spot image requires the correction of the measured image by combining the hot spot position and the response efficiency distribution. Here, we describe a method to locate the position of the hot spot in the field of view during hot spot imaging with a KB microscope. The position of the hot spot in the field of view can be obtained by measuring the grazing incidence angle change during hot spot imaging. In the experiment of hot spot self-emission imaging with a four-channel KB microscope, the location of the hot spot with an accuracy of 15 μm was realized, and the intensity corrected hot spot image was obtained. This will solve the problem of the non-uniform distribution of the response efficiency of the KB microscope and enable quantitative measurement of hot spot radiation intensity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
