In 2021, alongside seven colleges at the University of Idaho campus, the University of Idaho Library received an eGlass system (https://eglass. io) with funding from the Governor's Emergency Education Relief Grant to expand faculty's capacity to create instructional videos. The eGlass is a transparent glass whiteboard that allows instructors to write, draw, and annotate. It comes with a built-in camera that can capture instructors'facial expressions and gestures while facing their remote students and allow better engagement. The eGlass is suitable for creating asynchronous instructional videos for flipped classrooms and integrating Zoom for synchronous online classes. Purpose: Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) infections result in severe central nervous system diseases in humans across Asia and Europe. In China, cases of tick-borne encephalitis are primarily caused by the Far East subtype of TBEV, which exhibits a distinct disease course compared to other extensively studied subtypes. However, there is limited knowledge regarding the nucleic acid and serological diagnostic characteristics of patients infected with the TBEV in China, which is the focus of investigation in the present study. Methods: This study established a TaqMan qPCR approach to detect TBEV RNA in the serum with optimal specificity, sensitivity, and precision. Using TaqMan qPCR and ELISA assay for TBEV IgM detection, serum samples from 63 hospitalized patients bitten by ticks in Northeast China were investigated for diagnostic characteristics. Results: Twenty-five patients were positive for viral RNA; nineteen patients were positive for IgM, and nine were positive for both viral RNA and IgM. Through comparative analysis, TBEV RNA copies were negatively correlated with the virus incubation period. IgM levels were positively correlated with the clinical symptom scores of patients. The severity of clinical symptoms and the length after the tick bite could be used to predict the IgM occurrence. Furthermore, IgM levels and viral RNA copies were not correlated in double-positive patients. Conclusion: Both nucleic acid and serological detection methods exhibited distinct windows for detecting TBEV infection, with some overlap, and were associated with specific correlated factors. Summary: As transistor feature size is scaling down, the probability of charge sharing in a space‐radiation environment increases because of the reduced distance between adjacent transistors. The single‐event multiple‐node upset (SEMNU) caused by charge sharing is a major source of data errors in high‐density static random‐access memory (SRAM). In this paper, a radiation‐hardened SRAM using polarity hardening is proposed. Compared to other cells (RHPD‐12T, RSP14T, SEA14T, We‐Quatro, QUCCE12T, SARP12T, SIS10T, and 12T), the proposed RHC‐14T cell saves 8.47%, 91.34%, 162.71%, ‐20.63%, −20.50%, 113.18%, 63.27%, and 20.60% of the read‐delay time and 7.96%, 66.17%, 68.16%, 57.71%, 22.39%, 12.44%, 1,010.45%, and 13.43% of the write‐delay time, respectively. The Mesozoic–Cenozoic Zheduo–Gongga Massif, eastern Songpan–Ganze Terrane, can provide important clues for the crustal evolution in response to syn‐ and post‐orogeny. Here, we document petrological and geochemical characteristics of Early Jurassic granites (181.0 ± 2.2 Ma) within the massif along the Xianshuihe Fault in the eastern Tibetan Plateau. The granites have high contents of SiO2, Na2O + K2O, FeOT/MgO, 10,000 × Ga/Al, REE (except Eu) and HFSE (e.g., Nb, Ta, Zr, Hf), low CaO, TiO2, P2O5 and negative Eu, Sr, and Ba anomalies. Zircon REE shows a similar pattern with the whole‐rock REE. Our new data demonstrate weakly peraluminous A‐type affinity with A/CNK >1.0 and alkali‐calcic, ferroan features. Zircon saturation temperatures and geochemical features (e.g., high SiO2 and low MgO contents, high Rb/Ba and Rb/Sr ratios) indicate that the granites resulted from high‐temperature (>800°C) partial melting of Triassic flysch rocks in relatively shallow crust (<500 MPa or <20 km). Zircon εHf(t) values range from 0.55 to 2.91 and the corresponding two‐stage TDMC are older than the neighbouring Kangding complex and Yangtze margin, implying possible contribution of mantle materials to the parent magma. Considering the tectonic events and the regional geology, the magma was generated in a post‐collisional setting, which was possibly driven by the upwelling of hot mid–lower crustal materials due to the break‐off of subducted Palaeo‐Tethys Ocean slab. Under this situation, the magma may move upwardly into the pre‐existing Xianshuihe Fault during the post‐collisional extension of the thickened crust. The Yardoi dome is located in the eastern end of the northwest-southeast extending North Himalayan domes (NHD). The dome exposes a granite pluton in the core and three lithologictectonic units separated by the upper detachment fault and the lower detachment fault. The Yardoi detachment fault (YDF), corresponding to the lower detachment fault, is a 800 m strongly deformed top-NW shear zone. LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating yielded a crystallization ages of 19.57±0.23 to 15.5±0.11 Ma for the leucogranite dyke swarm, which indicates that the ductile motion along the YDF began at ca. 20 Ma. The 40Ar/39Ar muscovite ages of 14.05±0.2 to 13.2±0.2 Ma and the 40Ar/39Ar biotite age of 13.15±0.2 Ma, suggest that the exhumation led to cooling through the 370 °C Ar closure temperature in muscovite at ≈14 Ma to the 335 °C Ar closure temperature in biotite at ≈13 Ma. Our new geochronological data from the Yardoi dome and other domes in the Tethyan Himalayan Sequences suggest that the ductile deformation in the region began at or before ≈36 Ma in a deep tectonic level, resulting in southward ductile flow at the mid-crustal tectonic level that continued from 20 to 13 Ma. Comparing the Yardoi dome to other domes in the NHD, the cooling ages show a clear diachronism and they are progressively younger from the West Himalayan to the East Himalayan. Objective: To explore the psychological personality characteristics of transgender groups and to determine whether these characteristics differ according to sociodemographic factors., Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted between January 2021 and April 2023 at a psychosexual outpatient clinic in a psychiatric hospital in Beijing, China. In total, 481 individuals were included in this study, and demographic information was collected using a self-administered general questionnaire. Psychological personality traits were assessed using the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI)., Results: The mean scores of the assigned male at birth (AMAB) group were significantly higher than those of the male controls for all 10 clinical factors of the MMPI ( p  < 0.01 or p  < 0.001). The scores for both the Masculinity-femininity (Mf) and Depression (D) factors in the AMABs group exceeded the clinical threshold ( T  > 60) and were the highest and second-highest scores on the entire scale, respectively. Individuals assigned female at birth (AFAB) had significantly higher scores than female controls for Hysteria (Hy), Psychopathic Deviate (Pd), and Hypomania (Ma) ( p  < 0.05, p  < 0.01, and p  < 0.001, respectively). There were significant differences in the rates of abnormal values for the various factors of the MMPI ( T  > 60) according to gender, age, and education ( p  < 0.05, p  < 0.01, and p  < 0.001, respectively). Compared to AFABs, AMABs had higher rates of abnormal scores ( T  > 60) on the Hypochondriasis (Hs), D, Hy, Mf, Paranoia (Pa), Psychasthenia (Pt), Schizophrenia (Sc), and Social Introversion (Si) scales ( p  < 0.05, p  < 0.01, and p  < 0.001, respectively). Second, the transgender group aged ≤25 years had higher rates of abnormal scores ( T  > 60) on the Hs, D, Hy, Pd, Pa, Pt, Sc, and Ma scales ( p  < 0.05, p  < 0.01, and p  < 0.001, respectively).
