This study describes the implementation of the strategy of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office in developing the creative economy in Sawahlunto City. The background of this research is because several problems were found in the development of the creative economy in Sawahlunto, namely, human resource development is not optimal, capital is still limited, product marketing is still limited. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of the strategy of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office in developing the creative economy in Sawahlunto City and what factors affect the implementation of the creative economy development strategy in Sawahlunto City. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. The selection of informants was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. Test the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and documentation studies. The data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, data verification. The results show that the implementation of the strategy of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office can be said to have been carried out well, although in its development there are still shortcomings and obstacles faced

This study examines the urgency of counseling guidance in fostering student discipline at the Muhammadiyah Tebing Tinggi Private Junior High School. This research is based on the existence of student discipline problems at school. The disciplinary behavior is related to violations of the rules and regulations set by the school. Schools as a strategic place to overcome students' undisciplined approach require a counseling approach. This study aims to analyze the importance of counseling guidance in fostering student discipline. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected by using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Research informants consisted of principals, BK teachers, and students. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by schools in fostering student discipline are by providing counseling and punishment services. It is hoped that with these efforts, students will be able to behave in an orderly discipline, always in an orderly manner with regulations everywhere.

Advanced technical drawing reading training is a community service activity for the UMJ industrial engineering lecturer team to increase knowledge, develop insight and improve skills in carrying out job duties and responsibilities. This study aims to measure the success rate of training activities based on the evaluation of the CIPP model (context, input, process, product). The design of the evaluation research used the steps of the CIPP model through a qualitative descriptive approach. Partners are the sales team of PT. ISTW Jakarta. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation studies and literature review. The steps of research activities are carried out by determining the focus of the evaluation, designing the evaluation, collecting information, analyzing information and reporting the results of the evaluation. The results of data analysis can be concluded based on the context aspect that the material can attract participants' interest in supporting technical drawing science in accordance with the training program objectives. The input aspect that the speaker can master the material and implementation online is appropriate during the covid-19 pandemic. Aspects of the process that the training material can be understood well and the method of delivering the material systematically. The product aspect is that the training materials are in accordance with the needs in carrying out the work and the results of the training activities felt by the participants can provide benefits for increasing knowledge and broadening insight that can support performance improvement.

The level of education of PAUD teachers in Bogor Regency is still a lot of only junior high school or high school graduates, not meeting the National Education Standards, PAUD learning is still focused on learning to read and write arithmetic (calistung), assistance to institutions provided by the local government still does not meet the needs of the number of institutions existing PAUD. This study aims to determine the policy of the Bogor Regency Education Office in Improving the Quality of PAUD Education. This research approach with qualitative methods and data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The policy of the Bogor Regency Education Office in improving the quality of PAUD has been carried out to the maximum in the competence of its teachers by providing education and training as well as providing incentive assistance to honorary teachers although it is carried out in stages. The implementation of PAUD policies always synergizes and partners with organizations/institutions whose members are managers and educators. Obstacles in implementing policies in Bogor Regency are still constrained in human resources, namely the number of inspectors as PAUD supervisors is not balanced with existing PAUD institutions. This article is motivated by ambiguity about a famous Cadas Pangeran road construction figure, Prince Surianagara Kusumahdinata or Prince Kornel. The approaches used in this article are descriptive and historical methods, literature review techniques, documentation studies, and interviews. The article aims to find out: (1) the character of Prince Kornel from a literary perspective; (2) the character of Prince Kornel from a historical perspective; (3) the synchronization of Prince Kornel's character in literature and history. The results show that the character of Prince Kornel in literature and history is not significantly different. The difference is that there is imagination in literature to build certain atmospheres that make the story more alive, and in history, it is based on existing historical facts. In addition, the character of Prince Kornel has a correlation viewed from matters relating to literature and history. The conclusion is that the story of Prince Kornel in literature is produced by historical events and the community's oral tradition about Prince Kornel that spread in Sumedang Regency. It can be said that the story of Prince Kornel from literary and historical perspectives is interconnected and influences each other.

In the Covid-19 pandemic, distance learning is used as a method of teaching rather than learning methodologies. This research aims to investigate the implementation of distance learning through WhatsApp Group (WAG) at Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Bambel Kutacane, Southeast Aceh. This research uses a qualitative approach and gathered data by conducting in-depth interviews and documentation studies (field studies). The result of the research showed that distance learning carried out by madrasah using WAG is practised in three aspects, namely (1) learning, (2) assignment and (3) assessment. Even so, socialisation and debriefing are still needed for teachers to operate online learning effectively and efficiently, both through training organised by external and internal madrasas as well as the willingness of teachers to learn self-taught.

This study aims to describe the curriculum at the Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School "Amtsilati" Jepara related to curriculum planning, curriculum organization, curriculum implementation, and curriculum evaluation. This research is motivated because this salaf pesantren has a unique curriculum compared to other salaf pesantren. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis went through two stages. The first stage, analysis of the preliminary study before going to the field. The second stage, data analysis in the field with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the curriculum was implemented with the curriculum and syllabus formulation. The organization of the curriculum is done by determining the curriculum and the division of tasks for teachers or ustaz. The implementation of the curriculum is carried out through a learning process and assessment as well as a report on learning outcomes. Evaluation is done by studying the subjects and the time of the learning implementation.

The purpose of the study was to determine the level of understanding and implementation of Education Management Standards by Primary and Secondary Education Units, especially in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research method uses descriptive qualitative, with data sources from the head of the madrasa, teachers, and the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah committee, Bogor Regency. The sampling technique used proportional cluster random sampling, with data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis used descriptive statistics. The results showed. First, the level of respondents' understanding of the regulation of Education Management Standards by the Primary and Secondary Education Units, namely the madrasah principal and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers have sufficient understanding, while the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah committee has an understanding in the category of lack of understanding. The two respondents' assessments of the implementation of the Education Management Standards by the Primary and Secondary Education Units in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, namely the head of Madrasah, teachers, and the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah committee generally considered that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah had not implemented governance according to the Education Management Standards by the Primary and Secondary Education Units. The implication of the results of this study is that the general understanding of respondents is only in the sufficient category, so the implementation of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah governance does not fully refer to the standards of education management by the Primary and Secondary Education Units. This shows that the level of achievement of educational management standards in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is classified as not being achieved as a whole.

The implementation of learning in the new normal is not much different from learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, therefore it takes teacher creativity for successful learning implementation. The creativity of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan teachers at MTs Muhammadiyah Lubuk Jambi is to use blended learning, therefore this research aims to reveal how the implementation of blended learning in AIK learning in the new normal. The study uses a qualitative approach, the data source consists of key informants and additional informants. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data is analyzed using interactive techniques. The application of blended learning model in MTs Muhammadiyah Lubuk Jambi is done by combining online and offline. The obstacles faced by using blended learning are from the aspect of teachers, learners and facilities. Research recommendations require comprehensive training to realize teachers who have information technology capabilities.

Madrasah supervisors have a responsibility in improving the competence of teachers in the institutions they supervise, therefore this research aims to know and analyze how supervisors perform their functions in improving teacher competence in MAN 1 Pasaman. This research is a descriptive research of non-statictic analysis using qualitative methods. Data is obtained through observation, interview and documentation studies. The data collected is then analyzed through three activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results prove that: 1) Supervisors play an active role in providing advice and input to madrasah heads for activities to be carried out in order to improve teacher competence, 2) In the activities of improving teacher competence in MAN 1 Pasaman, supervisors act as mediators, facilitators, 3) Teacher competencies in MAN 1 Pasaman are evaluated by supervisors through a review of aspects that become the duties and responsibilities of teachers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of sociocultural (social-cultural)-based character education with the aim of providing empowerment in the world of education for the formation of national character based on socio-cultural values, at the high school education level. This sociocultural-based character education has been adapted to the goals of national education which focuses on teachers and developing skills and knowledge, as well as building the nation's character. The research uses qualitative methods with phenomenological design. Data collection techniques used observation techniques, interviews, FGD (focus group discussions), and documentation studies to obtain the observed data. Data analysis is guided by data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this research shows that the implementation of sociocultural-based character education is referred to as an alternative solution and learning model to instill character values that consider the advantages of local/regional culture and the potential of socio-cultural values. Lampung, as one of the provinces of Indonesia, certainly has the uniqueness and characteristics of the traditional culture of Lampung, which is known as a friendly and heterogeneous community, so it is very relevant for planting and strengthening character education in high school. This study aims to analyze the legal rules regarding the crime of gambling to analyze what factors encourage the occurrence of illegal toto gambling crimes, especially in Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used is descriptive method, with a case approach and legislation, with interview data collection instruments and documentation studies, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that the legal regulation of lottery gambling is based on article 303 of the Criminal Code and article 303 bis and the UTE Law article 27 paragraph (2), with criminal threats in article 45 paragraph (2), as well as Law no. 7 of 1974 concerning Gambling Control in Article 1 that gambling in any form is a crime. The factors that encourage the occurrence of gambling crimes in Deli Serdang Regency are: the hope of getting a win, the influence of the environment, lottery gambling is easy for everyone to do, it doesn't take much time to do it, lottery clerks are available in many places, the development of information technology make it easier for players to send guesses for lottery gambling numbers, as well as weak supervision by the police. Law enforcement against lottery type gambling at the Lubuk Pakam District Court is still not firm.

This study aimed to identify and prioritize competencies needed by the national tax collector. This study was conducted in two regional offices of the Directorate General of Taxes that consists of sixteen tax offices. Fourteen former national tax collector’s top performers from the 2017 to 2020 periods participated as the expert panel in two online Delphi surveys on different rating scales (five-point and nine-point) to clarify the list of competencies identified by the researcher from literature reviews and documentation studies. The Delphi panel reached a consensus for sixteen competencies in both surveys representing three categories: managerial, technical, and sociocultural competencies. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to analyze the priority of competencies. Forty-six respondents, which consists of the National Tax Collector and the Head of the Audit, Appraisal, and Tax Collector Section, were participated in the AHP survey. The result shows that technical competency was the top priority among the category of competencies followed by sociocultural and managerial competencies. Based on the overall scores, the competencies' priority rankings from the top to the lowest, respectively, are sociocultural adaptation, soft collection, adhesive and unifying the nation, hard collection, tax knowledge, identification and profiling of tax bearer, integrity, compliance risk management, ICT literacy, communication, result orientation, decision-making, teamwork, public service, managing change, and developing self and others. This research is motivated by the lack of application of spiritual and social values which are considered important in the implementation of congregational prayers in order to achieve the goal of perfect worship, both physically and mentally. The purpose of this study is to determine the meaning of the spiritual and social values of students in congregational prayers at the La Tansa Islamic Boarding School. To find out the process of applying the spiritual and social values of students in congregational prayers, as well as their implications for the lives of students at the La Tansa Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection tools used observational analysis, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that spiritual values are values contained in the human soul, which in the human soul has a spirit. The essence of spiritual value is the spirit. Everyone must have a spirit and that spirit is in their own soul. The only one who knows about the spirit is Allah while the creatures do not. Anti-corruption behavior is an excellent thing to get used to students. Efforts in this direction can be made through Citizenship Education. It is found that the determinant factors that determine the success of these efforts, therefore, why and how these factors can be the key to fostering anti-corruption behavior through Citizenship Education. The researcher's approach in this research is qualitative with a case study method to obtain in-depth answers to the problems above. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, documentation studies, and field notes. The findings of this study are that the approach as a friend and the habit of being honest in learning civics education is a determining factor in efforts to foster anti-corruption behavior in students at SMK Negeri 9 Bandung.

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of Medical Recorders and Health Information in the Implementation of COVID-19 Vaccination at Hospital X. This type of research used a qualitative descriptive method, with a Cross Sectional approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Vaccination is carried out by health personnel, including medical recorders. Medical recorders has a role that is in accordance with its competence, namely as a data processor, the results of the study show that medical recorders in the implementation of vaccinations are in charge of registering and matching participant data, verifying participant data, recording and reporting service results and in addition to processing medical recorder data, they also carry out other competencies, namely communication. effective. So it can be concluded that in the implementation of this vaccination medical recorders plays a role based on its competence.

This research is motivated by the challenges of developing the Indonesian nation in the 21st century, namely preparing a young generation who is flexible, creative, and proactive. The young age needs to be formed so that they are skilled in problem-solving, wise in making decisions, thinking creatively, consulting, creating ideas effectively, and wor So that 21st-century skills or 4Cs need to be developed in learning, including PAI learning. This study aims to identify PAI learning to develop 4Cs at SMAN 27 Bandung and the effectiveness of PAI learning to develop 4Cs at SMAN. PAI learning is not limited to normative education obtained by memorizing. PAI is required to interpret and answer various current and future problems. PAI is needed to develop students' skills which include four skills, namely critical thinking skills, creative thinking skills, communication skills, and collaboration skills, especially in solving contemporary problems using the Islamic perspective. Thus PAI learning also has a great responsibility in developing 4Cs. Therefore, the task of educators is to condition learning so that all aspects of the 21st-century skills (Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Communication, and Collaboration) can be trained. The approach used in this research is qualitative with the descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The subjects of this study were teachers, students, school principals, and vice-principals in the field of curriculum. In general, PAI learning to develop 4Cs skills has been well implemented to achieve indicators of 4Cs skills. The PAI learning process to establish 4Cs at SMAN 27 Bandung City took place quite effectively, marked by the majority of students being enthusiastic in learning, which was marked by their seriousness in participating in learning, giving opinions during discussions responding to the views of their friends. Students understand the material quite well, characterized by providing statements and choosing one of the pictures according to the group questions in the e-poster and the reasons.

This study aims to examine the nature of the doctrine of Corporate Negligence for negligence in health services in private hospitals, explain the legal arrangements for negligence in health services in private hospitals and find forms of responsibility for private hospitals for negligence in health services based on the concept of corporate responsibility. Based on the results, The point of the doctrine Corporate Negligence is to maintain safe and adequate facilities and equipment for patients, to select and retain only competent doctors, to supervise all those who practice medicine within the Hospital to treat patients and to formulate, adopt, and enforce adequate rules and policies for the treatment of patients.

The purpose of this study was to describe the learning system and the teachers' role in embedding the character education values in Elementary School Students. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling. The subject of this study was the students of Bayt Tamyiz Private Elementary School, Indramayu Regency. The data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data validity techniques in this study were using source triangulation and structure triangulation. The results showed that the learning system implemented by Bayt Tamyiz Private Elementary School integrated through the components development program of the activities designed and adapted to the objectives of the schools. In this component, there was a teacher's role as the executor of the development of the activities program when the learning process was progressing both in the classroom and outside of the classroom so that the values of character education in the students are reflected in daily life. The implication of this study was to provide an overview of the learning system and the teachers' role in schools so that they could embed good character values in students in the learning process both inside and outside the classroom. Learning innovation is a solution to achieve learning mastery, especially during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to describe and assess models of learning innovation methods that are relevant to changes in learning models during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive method and the sampling technique is simple random sampling. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used documentation studies and interviews. Data analysis in this study was descriptive statistics andtest one-way anova using software spssversion 17.0. The results showed that: 1) the innovation of learning methods during the covid-19 pandemic with blended learning showed a sig.> 0.05 value, namely 0.428 at junior high school mataram city and 0.442 at junior high school West Lombok Regency , which means there is no significant difference in the implementation of the learning method. Blended learning during the covid-19 pandemic; 2) teacher perceptions based on 5 indicators, namely learning methods, innovation in the learning process, use of technology, lesson planning, and teacher support capacity indicate that science teachers at junior high school mataram city and west lombok regency have perceptions of 87.5% and 75.0% with good category; 3) students' perceptions based on 5 indicators, namely the effectiveness of the methods used, the use of technology, learning activities, learning motivation, and the carrying capacity of facilities and infrastructure indicate that students at junior high school mataram city have a perception of 90% with a good category and west lombok regency of 72.5% with good enough category. The conclusion of this study is that learning innovation or a combination of methods through online learning methods with blended learning during the covid-19 pandemic is a solution to achieve student learning mastery.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the principal's virtual leadership in relation to increasing teacher work motivation in the new normal era and the factors that influence it. This type of research uses a mix of qualitative and quantitative. The research location is in SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The research sample amounted to 20 people chosen randomly from the entire research population. Data collection techniques used interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics with the t-test of one sample based on the sample used less than 30. The results of the t-test obtained an average value of 82.7% which was in the effective category. The supporting factors for virtual leadership consist of communication skills and social networking skills. The inhibiting factors consist of geographical conditions and building trust.

The purpose of this research is to learn more about how project-based learning models are planned, implemented, and evaluated at Sekolah Alam Cikeas Junior High School. This research shows that the management of project-based learning environmental education programs is carried out by the Sekolah Alam Cikeas Junior High School very well . T he quality of the learning implementation has exceeded the quality of the implementation of environmentally sound learning when compared to other schools. T he implementation of Project-Based Learning at Sekolah Alam Cikeas Junior High School, which focuses on character and moral development, will produce students who can compete in academics and overall quality . M anagement that has been done in an organised manner makes Project Based Learning implemented in a more measured manner and produces output as expected without wasting existing resources.

This study is to describe how the principal's strategy for developing teacher professional competence at Islamic Junior High School Al- Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung, Deli Serdang Regency, is one way to develop the quality of teacher professionalism and achieve educational goals. The type of research used is a type of qualitative research with a naturalistic approach. Collecting research data obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. To test the validity of the data, credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability were carried out. The results of this study concluded that the principal's strategy for developing teacher professional competence at Islamic Junior High School Al- Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung was carried out well and continued to improve to achieve better goals in the future

The role of guidance and counseling teachers in the form of orientation, information, placement, and group guidance services where students are led to be more active in communicating, interacting, and socializing with their environment, and 4) service delivery in the field of career guidance at the Private Madrasah Aliyah Islamic Boarding School Modern Darul Ulum Asahan is carried out by providing understanding to students related to understanding, planning, choosing, adjusting and developing a career according to their interests and talents.

The education budget is often a problem in determining the quality of education, the lack of budget from the government is the main obstacle, with such a small budget, it is certainly necessary to optimize financing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the basic concepts of education financial management and optimizing the education financing budget. This research uses qualitative research methods based on literature study. The data collection method uses documentation studies, namely exploring theories or thoughts from various references. Data analysis uses content analysis, by analyzing and providing data interpretation to draw conclusions. The results of the study explain that. Sources of funds obtained by schools come from the government in the form of central and regional BOS funds, tuition fees for students, and assistance from donors, agencies, sponsors and infaq or sedekah. The available funds are then compiled in the school spending plan which is prepared by the team to be later approved by the principal and the school committee. The implementation of the school financial budget is used in accordance with the budgeted plan in an effective and efficient, trustworthy, and responsible manner. School financial accountability is reported to the directorate of school development (central BOS), the provincial education and culture office, committees, with an accountable and transparent model. The form of optimization can be realized by determining the priority scale when preparing school budgets.

This study aims to analyze the various forms of collaborative management (planning, implementation and monitoring) in improving the quality of education carried out by Ikatan keluarga besar Baringin Sip (IKBSS). The method used is qualitative by using a descriptive study approach. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data verification, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using triangulation and member check. The results of the research explain that collaboration management is carried out by Ikatan keluarga besar Baringin Sip (IKBSS) organization with formal and non-formal educational institutions in the Baringin village. The collaborative management relates to planning, implementation and monitoring. In terms of planning, IKBSS collaborates in preparing programs and preparing education budgets. In terms of implementation, IKBSS supports directly by being involved in educating and controlling the course of education programs. Islam and indigenous tradition in Indonesia have long established interconnected relations in both social and ritual practices. This study elaborates on the Islamic construction of the indigenous Bugis-Makassar tradition. The “Haji Bawakaraeng” is one the familiar practice and is believed to exist in the South Sulawesi region. Term Haji Bawakaraeng is a religious practice contained with local Muslim beliefs carried out on Mount Bawakaraeng. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection done through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This study finds that the Bugis-Makassar habit of carrying out a series of rituals on the summit of Mount Bawakaraeng is an old belief facing the process of negotiation and adaptation to the teachings of Islam. The presence of the term Hajj as an Islamic construction and Bawakaraeng as a local cultural construction is the result of the construction of Islam on the local beliefs of the Buginese-Makassarnese. In addition, this study also illustrates the dynamics of the inclusion of Islam in South Sulawesi as a variative and authentic inclusion. Finally, this study explains the diversity of the Bugis-Makassar people which tends to change from indigenous traditions to religious practices due to the ongoing construction of Islam. This paper recommends the need for further studies on the issue of religious and cultural relations at the micro level to see the dynamics of changing socio-religious practices in the community.

The focus of this research is The Management of Noble Moral Education to Build Soft Skills of Learners through the Inquiry Discovery Approach in Biology Learning in High School, which is motivated by the fact that although formal schools, both public and private, have been carrying out character education since the enactment of curriculum 2013. However, the study or results of research on character education and noble morals show that so far the management of character education carried out has not referred to the development of noble morals to build soft skills through proper learning design. This research aims to obtain an overview of the management of noble moral education that can build the soft skills of learners through the application of inquiry discovery learning model in biology lessons in high school. The practical benefits of this research can be used as a basis for institutions to improve quality based on the management of noble moral education to build the soft skills of learners through an inquiry discovery approach in biological learning. Theoretically, the results of this study are expected to develop scientific characteristics related to the management of noble moral education to build the soft skills of learners through an inquiry discovery approach in biology learning at SMA Negeri 3 Bandung, and MA Darul Arqam Garut Literature studies are carried out against relevant theories about Education Management, Noble Moral Education, and inquiry discovery leaning approach. The method used is qualitative research that aims to find holistic essential characteristics regarding the management of noble moral education to build the soft skills of learners through an inquiry discovery approach in biological learning. The data collection techniques used in this study are through observation, interview, documentation studies. with research procedures using data analysis methods as well as data triangulation. The general conclusion in this study is that the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of learning in the framework of the application of a discoveri inquiry approach in noble moral education to build the soft skills of learners, can bring up indicators of noble moral components and bring up also aspects of soft skills of learners. 2) The main obstacle felt is the occurrence of pandemic covid-19, which causes students to learn from home, in addition to the current globalization, as well as the hampered support of education funds from the community. The solution is the awareness and approach of educators / educational personnel, PPK implemented in an integrated with each school program, collaborate the participation of parents and teachers to foster the character of students, and improve services through. Especially for pesantren, duisusundan established Emergency Curriculum Supplement refers to the appropriate regulations and guidelines, as well as paying attention to the regulation of. Therefore, it recommends to various parties, among others to the Provincial Education office and the Municipal Education Office, to guide and train educators to have the ability to modify the syllabus and design a learning plan to integrate noble moral education and soft skills to school-level Educational Institutions both principals and school committees as holders and policy makers of education in their schools , to be able to provide guidance and training so that educators are able to organize integrated learning of noble morals that can build the soft skills of learners.

This study aims to determine the management process of Public Information Services at the General Elections Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of South Kalimantan Province in terms of the functions of planning, organizing and implementing as well as the constraints that exist in the service process. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive type approach and data collection was carried out by means of interviews, documentation studies and observations. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Provincial Bawaslu's public information service management to the public is still not optimal. This is due to several obstacles including the absence of a strategic plan, minimal budget support, limited human resources, and imperfect regulations.

This study aims to determine the management of education financing in relation to efforts to improve the quality of education. This research is focused on the managerial head of the Aliyah Imam Muslim madrasah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research uses qualitative methods based on descriptive studies. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman model stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used triangulation and member crosscheck. The results showed that the management of education financing at Madrasah Aliyah Imam Muslim Serdang Bedagai Regency has a family principle, is effective, efficient, productive, transparent and can be accounted for in accordance with existing procedures, namely the upward hierarchical pattern to the Chairman of the Foundation. In improving the quality of education, the principal is in charge of managing education as best as possible and reporting the draft budget for school financing is given to the Head of the Foundation, the head of madrasah also has the task of how to improve the quality of education in Madrasahs by coordinating every activity with peers in order to realize the quality of education through education financing management

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the policy of delegating some authorities from the Sumedang District Head in Sukasari Sub-District based on the District Head Regulation No. 42 of 2004. Its implementation uses organizing, interpretation and application activities. While the evaluation uses the criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness and accuracy. The method used is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The technique of collecting data and information uses interview techniques and documentation studies. Data and information obtained through relevant data sources, where in the research, there are 16 informants. Data analysis techniques used in this study are selecting data, classifying data and interpreting data. Based on the analysis, the results show that the application of a uniform pattern in Sukasari District where not all authorities are properly implemented. The quality of sub-district employees is still lacking. Coordination between the sub-districts and the UPTD / District Regional Office has not been running optimally. The socialization of the policy of delegation of authority to the public has not yet run optimally. Lack of support for facilities and infrastructure as well as budget in the implementation of the policy of delegation of some authorities.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis karakteristik anak, latar belakang kehilangan orang tua yang dialami anak, strategi berpusat pada masalah serta strategi berpusat pada emosi pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi 6 orang anak dan 2 orang pengasuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data juga dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber dan waktu. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi koping yang dilakukan anak sudah tergolong baik karena melakukan dua jenis koping yakni strategi berpusat pada masalah dan strategi berpusat pada emosi, namun masih terdapat permasalahan pada strategi berpusat pada masalah yakni anak belum memiliki inisiatif dalam mengungkapkan permasalahan kepada pengasuh dan belum tersedianya media pertemuan kelompok dalam pengungkapan permasalahan kehilangan orang tua. Selain itu terdapat juga permasalahan dalam strategi berpusat pada emosi yakni anak memilih tidak mengungkapkan emosi yang dirasakannya, masih adanya penolakan atas kehilangan orang tua, serta perasaaan rendah diri yang masih dimiliki oleh anak yang memiliki pengalaman kehilangan orang tua. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti merumuskan program pemberdayaan kelompok bagi anak yang memiliki pengalaman kehilangan orang tua.

Children Divorce victims are faced with a variety of life problems that boil down to their future, to realize a bright future inseparable from education, this study aims to describe how the methods used as well as the material that the caregiver's family teaches to the child of the divorce victim in the family environment. This research was conducted with qualitative approach, data source consisting of parents of child caregivers divorce victims, children who are victims of divorce, public figures who are purposively selected. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results prove that there are several methods used by the caregivers of divorce victims in teaching Islam in the family environment such as the method of nudity, the method of story of the total method of pysik response. Adapaun Islamic religious material taught to children of divorce victims in the family environment is related to faith, worship, morals, but this material is not systematically regulated and not taught in stages

The purpose of this study in general is to analyze and find out the cultivation of Islamic character values ​​through the BPI (Islamic personal development) program at SMPIT Al Khoiriyah Garut. This study uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. While the data analysis uses data reduction, data display and data conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The purpose of instilling Islamic Character Values ​​through the BPI (Islamic Personal Development) Program at the Al-Khoiriyyah Integrated Islamic Junior High School, namely to cultivate Islamic habits and good morals that are in accordance with the guidance of Islamic teachings for students continuously in everyday life so that later students are ready to enter the community as a superior generation who is intelligent, independent and religious/spiritual. While the programs are: Tahsinul and Tahfidzul Qur'an Learning, Extracurricular Programs, Addition of Local Content, Parents School Activities, and Boarding School Programs that are in dormitories 2) Implementation using exemplary coaching approaches, oaching with habituation, and coaching with advice that goes into the program and included in the learning time 3) The results have a positive impact by speaking in polite language and doing good to others, always covering the genitals, learning amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, doing ablution in an orderly and correct manner, praying in congregation, memorizing Al-Qur'an and its translation and the hadith of the Prophet which are applied in everyday life.

This article describe the factors that cause fishermen children who drop out of school in Pasia Nan Tigo Subdistrict Koto Tangah Padang City. In this study, it was intended to find out what are the factors taht cause fishermen’s children to drop out of school in Pasia Nan TigoVillage. This Research uses qualitative approach, and research type using descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study through interviews, observations and documentation studies, instruments in this study are interview guidelines that have been prepared, as well as mobile phones to collect data in research. In the research data reduction can be drawn conclusions from the data taht has been obtained. The results showed that the factors that cause fishermen to drop out of school in Pasia Nan Tigo Village are the economic factors of parents, the environment,parents’ awareness about the meaning of education, workfactors and interest an motivation factors.

This study aims to find out the role of the school library as an information source for teachers in improving the learning process. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Informants in this study were librarian and teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Huda. Data collection techniques were carried out from December 2019 to February 2020 through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the information sources in the school library have been utilized by the teachers for a source to prepare learning implementation plans to improve the learning process. Based on the research results, the school library has realized its role as an information source for teachers in the learning process through library collections. In addition, 60% of the existing collections can meet the information needs of teachers. In realizing the role as an information sources, libraries experience obstacles in developing collections due to limited budgets, so that the number of books and subjects available is still lacking in meeting the needs of teachers. In addition, the library space is lacking, so it cannot accommodate large numbers of users. Therefore, the library makes various efforts to overcome, by collaborating with various related parties such as teachers and students in the selection and collections aquicition to suit their needs; cooperating with the Principal in the development of the library, especially in budget/funds.

The purpose of this research is to learn about the organizational culture and job satisfaction at the khalafiyah Islamic boarding school, as well as to discover whether organizational culture can provide job satisfaction for the teachers at the khalafiyah Islamic boarding school in Batanghari Regency. A qualitative research methodology was applied in this study. Three Islamic Boarding Schools in Batanghari Regency served as research subjects. Documents, records, archives, or printed news are examples of data sources. Passive participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies were employed as data gathering methods. Based on the study's findings, it is possible to conclude that the cultures that exist at the three Islamic boarding schools have distinct characteristics and have evolved into a culture that is formed, believed, guided, and acted upon. Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that the cultures that exist in the three Islamic boarding schools have distinct characteristics and become a culture that is created, believed, guided, and actualized as rules that must be obeyed in order to limit behavior (self-control) and make it a tradition and personality.

The relevance of the topic of the article is determined by the necessity of studying the objective preconditions for the establishment and development of the methodology of teaching Ukrainian for Professional Purposes as a new branch of linguodidactics and creation of a holistic scientific and methodological system of teaching the course at pedagogical institutions of higher education. The work aims to figure out the essence of the “methodology of teaching Ukrainian for Professional Purposes” concept, the specificity of formation of this branch of linguodidactics, its interscientific bases, process structure, and regularities of historical development. The methodological basis of the research consists of the comparative, retrospective, systemic and chronological approaches. A set of methods has been used during the study: reflexive and comparative analysis, visualisation, mathematical and statistical processing, generalisation. The article determines five fundamental scientific platforms that ensure the theoretical and methodological content of the branch of linguodidactics: the platforms of linguistics, documentation science, scientific research, psychology, professional pedagogy. The fact that the development of the methodology of teaching Ukrainian for Professional Purposes as a new branch of linguodidactics requires synthesis of theoretical and applied aspects for the formulation of initial statements and conduction of independent scientific and methodological research into this sphere, which, in its turn, has a reverse impact on the practice of teaching Ukrainian for Professional Purposes, has been emphasized. The study of the historical past, particularly the period of the emergence of the educational course, has shown that the formation of the methodology of teaching this discipline as a branch of Ukrainian linguodidactics had been taking place according to the requirements of the time and based on the practical experience of teaching. Based on studying the dynamics of the scientific interest in the methodology of teaching Ukrainian for Professional Purposes between 1994 and 2020, a low level of consideration of the methodological aspects of teaching the course in scientific publications has been determined (10 %) and acknowledged as insufficient for the development of a holistic scientific and methodological system of teaching the discipline at pedagogical institutions of higher education.

This article aims to investigate: (1) ideas and ideals of the establishment of PM Gontor; (2) Phases of the grounding of Gontor's PM ideas; 3) Proliferation of PM Gontor as the largest pesantren corporation in Indonesia; 4) Elements of Gontor's organizational culture. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through four stages, namely: domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, compound analysis, and analysis of cultural themes. The results showed: (1) The existence of PM Gontor started with Pesantren Tegalsari ideas about the responsibility of advancing the Islamic Ummah and seeking the pleasure of Allah SWT; (2) The earthing phases of PM Gontor's ideas stretched during the founding of Old Gontor, the planting of shared values in the New Gontor era, instilling shared values through tiered education (3) The Gontor PM Proliferation is an effort to spread Gontor energy throughout Indonesia; (4) The elements of organizational culture in PM Gontor include the ideas/ideals of Tegalsari, educational strategies, shared values in the five souls, and the application of the five-term as a producer of the PM Gontor artifacts. The implication of this research is to continuously improve educational institutions by revitalizing the main dimensions of organizational culture.

This study was conducted to describe the application of learning methods and media for slow learner children in order to improve the quality of slow learner children's learning during distance learning (PJJ). This research used qualitative research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the analysis, the following results were obtained: (1) The subject teacher in making a learning plan did not differentiate between the slow learner and the regular child, but still paid attention to the characteristics of the slow learner. (2) in implementing the distance learning process remained the same as for normal children. Models, methods, learning media were the same, namely by using online media with the same time duration as normal children, but for slow learners there is an additional 2 hours of learning time for every two weeks through face-to-face learning activities ( Offline) and accompanied by a Special Assistance Teacher were carried out in schools with due observance of health protocols, (3) Evaluation of the slow learners (slow learner) was still carried out by subject teachers, the results of which were a reference for the follow-up activities of Special Assistance Teachers to provide guidance

This study aims to analyze the application of the storytelling method in fostering students' religious behavior and the factors supporting and inhibiting the application of storytelling in fostering students' religious behavior. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research informants in this case are teachers of Islamic Religious Education and students of SD YP Indra Palembang. Data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are the application of the storytelling method embodied in Islamic stories such as the stories of the Prophets and Apostles, friends, scholars, and pious people both sourced from the Qur'an, Hadith, or the books of the scholars. Its implementation is carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The application of the method as well as in the context of inculcating the values ​​of faith, worship, morals, psychology. The inhibiting factor is the lack of learning media, lack of teaching skills. The supporting factor is the existence of school policies to make the presentation of subject matter easier and more enjoyable.

This study aimed to obtain result overview of dance learning in dance extracurricular activities as application of creative character education in elementary school. The method used in this research was an experimental method with data collection techniques through observation studies, techniques, literature studies, interview techniques and documentation studies. The sample consisted of 23 elementary school students at SD Lab UPI School. The findings show that the process of strengthening character education in dance extracurricular activities can be realized through various character learning habits that can be done at several stages of learning activities. The conclusion of this study is the strengthening of character education in students can be achieved in extracurricular dance activities through prayer learning activities, singing national songs, independent and group learning, creative processes, appreciation and creation.

This study described the practice of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) along with the supporting factors of the implementation of ESD in three elementary schools (SD) which are referred to as pilot education schools in Surabaya, namely SD Al Irsyad, Citra Berkat Primary Schooland Putat Gede I Surabaya Elementary School. The study used a qualitative approach with comparative descriptive methods. The instrument used in the form of in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study indicated that sustainable development practices that have been implemented in the Primary School in Surabaya take place (1) as diverse as conservation which includes the stages of preservation, restoration, adaptation and revitalization and ecoliteracy to facilitate so students can build connections, awareness and experience, (2) has been supported by the commitment of the school community and the leadership of the school principal as outlined in various policies and integrated into curricular and extracurricular activities, and (3) has shown a number of development indicators sustainable in the field of education. Based on the linkages of the three main aspects of ESD, it appears that practices implemented in schools are still dominantly focused on environmental activities. However, there have been efforts to link environmental activities with social and economic activities through entrepreneurship week, cultural appreciation shows and other collaborations and participation that involve the participation of school members, the community and other policy makers even though in a limited scope and simple activities.

This study aims to improve the ability of teachers to compile instruments for assessing aspects of knowledge through collaborative supervision in Kenteng 01 Elementary School, Bandungan District. This type of research is a school action research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of school principals and 6 teachers at Kenteng 01 Elementary School. Data collection techniques were done through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This research was conducted in two cycles through planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that after academic supervision in cycle 1, the average score was 78.9 C (enough). In cycle 2 the average score was 90.4 in the good category (B).

A teacher has a big responsibility in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the teacher must motivate the students because motivation is one factor that can affect the success or failure of all student activities in learning. This study aims to determine the strategies of Islamic Education teachers in increasing learning motivation, efforts of Islamic Education teachers in increasing student motivation, and to find out the obstacles and solutions as an effort of Islamic Education teachers in increasing student motivation of Junior High School in the sub-district of Wih Pesam, Bener Meriah Regency. This study is through a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study concluded that the Islamic Education teacher strategy in increasing student learning motivation Junior High School in the sub-district of Wih Pesam, Bener Meriah Regency can be done with several steps, including; explain learning objectives to students, give gifts (rewards), bring up rivals or competencies, give praise, provide penalties and sanctions, generate encouragement to learn, form good learning habits, help students learning difficulties both individually and in groups, using various methods and must be by the learning objectives. Islamic education teachers' efforts in increasing learning motivation can be made through two motivational approaches, both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation can be done utilizing; giving gifts (reward), giving positive competence, giving advice and guidance, giving punishment or sanctions. While the extrinsic motivation approach can be made using the suitable method, the teacher must be creative, carry out self-reflection for students, give responsibility to students, make changes to the learning atmosphere, learning objectives must be clear, and identify student learning outcomes. While the obstacles faced by Islamic Education teachers are: still lack of reading books, lack of motivation from parents, improper learning methods used, and lack of interest in students in Islamic Education. While the solution is; foster students' interest in Islamic Education lessons, provide advice and guidance, give parents advice, and add activities to Islamic Education.

This research are aiming to describe how the role of parents in fostering children’s reading interest in Anggrek Early Childhood Education Adiarsa Timur and children’s reading interest in Anggrek Early Childhood Education Adiarsa Timur. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This research was conducted in Anggrek Early Childhood Education Adiarsa Timur. The subject of the research is the source od information consisting of three parents of student, and the source of infomant consisting of one principal and one educator. Determination of research subjects using porposive sampling techniques. Research data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and triangulation. The research stages consist of orientation phase, exploration stage, and member check stage. Data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data display, and final conclusions. The result of research showed that parents have an important role as the first and foremost educator in fostering children’s interest in reading early on. The thing that parents can do at home is to give an example to children that reading is important, give special time to read together, and buy books that children love with reading materials that are appropriate to the age of the child. And the children’s interest in reading in Pre-school Anggrek Adiarsa Timur is very high, students in Anggrek Early Childhood Education Adiarsa Timur have a high sense of curiosity which makes them eager to learn to read. High interest needs support from several aspects such as learning resources, learning environment, dan learning facilities. Developed intererst will greatly influence behavior not only during the childhood period, but also afterwards, because it is very important for parents to foster children’s interest in reading early on.Keywords: The role of parents, Interest in reading, Early Childhood Education

This study is qualitative research that aims to analyze the policy of distance learning in the perspective of parents in madrasah ibtidaiyah. The data was collected with in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis using interactive analysis models put forward by Miles and Hubermen. The results showed that parents' perception of the application of distance learning policy in madrasah ibtidaiyah can be said to be different. Some say agree, some disagree, and others disagree. Those who agree say that distance learning is effective, while those who disagree state that distance learning is less effective, not even effective to do.

The research aims to examne the budgeting that applied in the public sector. The sample used was one of the public schools there in Surabaya. In this research, the type of data used is primary data which is obtained directly from informants and supported by secondary data in the from of budget reports and school budget realization. The data analysis technique used is the reduction and validity test of the data obtained through field research, interviews and documentation studies. That the making and realization of budgets on 5 Surabaya education schools have been running. Will do well by obeying the rules set by the governor of east Java.
