Ukraine's economy is in a state of crisis caused by the war. The agricultural sector in extreme conditions is trying to fulfill its function of ensuring the food security of the state, supporting its export potential despite limited resources and logistical problems. Agrarian science in the conditions of budget funding deficit is trying to find ways to use the scientific and experimental base, developed varieties and technologies to promote the stabilization and revival of agro-industrial production in the industry and regions. Effective models of implementing the innovative potential of agrarian science on a business basis are necessary. The purpose of the study is to justify the platform of market adaptation of science to crisis conditions and the mobilization of scientific potential in the breakthrough directions of the development of the agrarian sphere on the basis of innovative bioeconomy and close cooperation between science and business. To realize the set goal, the work assessed the possibilities of integrating science and business on the platform of innovative bioeconomy in the crisis economic and legal conditions of Ukraine; the bio-ecosystem of the platform and its operational mechanism of the partnership of science and business for the implementation of joint innovation and investment projects are substantiated. For the introduction of a well-founded bioecosystem, a set of measures is proposed for the formation of a platform in the system of agrarian science on the basis of conducted tests and adopted organizational decisions based on the example of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. Cooperation between agricultural science and business on the basis of the proposed public-private partnership platform ensures the mobilization of scientific potential to solve pressing issues of innovative development of agricultural production, rural areas through the creation and transfer of breakthrough and supporting bioinnovations, the production of competitive innovative agro-food products.

Objective. The objective of the study was to determine the chances of a decrease in CBC cells when using antibiotics in newborns. Materials and methods. A total of 46 newborn infants who were hospitalized with the main diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were examined. By gestational age, they belonged to the late-preterm and term groups. The newborns were divided into 2 subgroups. Group 1 – main group: 25 children who received antibiotics; group 2 – control group: 21 children who did not receive antibiotics. Group 1 was divided into 2 subgroups: Group 1a, 16 newborns who received 1 antibiotic and Group 1b, 9 newborns who received 2 antibiotics. Antibiotics were administered at age-related doses, intravenously, including semi-synthetic penicillins, cephalosporins, aminoglycosides, carbapenems, glycopeptides. The features of the analysis of blood (CBC) were studied. Results. It was noted that in terms of general characteristics, the newborns of the main and control groups were comparable. When comparing the mean values of blood counts, a significant decrease in erythrocytes, leukocytes and erythrocytes was revealed in the group of newborns who received antibiotics in comparison with the control group. The absolute number of neutrophils was significantly lower in the group of newborns who received 2 antibiotics vs. the control group. The odds ratio calculation showed an increased risk of a decrease in cell levels with antibiotic therapy prescribed. Leukocytes were found to have the greatest chances of decreasing from the normative level ­– by 5.34 times, as well as erythrocytes – by 3.56 times. The absolute number of neutrophils decreased with the greatest chances when 2 antibiotics were administered – by 22 times. Conclusions. In general, the antibiotic therapy leads to a decrease in the number of erythrocytes, leukocytes, platelets. This was most noted for leukocytes and erythrocytes. The absolute neutrophil count decreased most significantly with 2 antibiotics used.

У зв’язку з шкідливим впливом низькочастотного магнітного поля на здоров’я людини актуальною є задача зниження індукції магнітного поля ліній електропередачі поза межами їх охоронних зон. Проведено математичне моделювання магнітного поля ліній електропередачі, що проходять паралельно, на невеликій відстані. Порівняно величину індукції магнітного поля однієї лінії та двох паралельних за різних порядків підвісу фазних проводів. Показано, що за однакового порядку підвісу фаз та однакового напрямку струмів двох ліній спостерігається значне зростання індукції магнітного поля на межі охоронної зони та поза нею, а також збільшується відстань до межі з допустимим рівнем індукції. Визначено, що за певного порядку підвісу фаз можливо досягти значного зменшення величини індукції магнітного поля, і для різних типів опор оптимальними (дають мінімальне значення індукції магнітного поля поза межею охоронної зони) будуть різні варіанти підвісу. Також показано, що за протилежного напрямку струмів ліній найкращим стає однаковий порядок підвісу.

Актуальність досліджуваної теми зумовлена необхідністю обґрунтування стратегічних і тактичних цілей та завдань розвитку МСП на сучасному етапі євроінтеграційного розвитку України. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні та прикладні аспекти проблемно-цільового програмування МСП регіону в процесі євроінтеграції. Метою статті є розроблення стратегічних напрямів модернізації МСП у регіоні на прикладі Запорізької області. В дослідженні використано системний, інституціональний підходи, а також методологію побудови квантифікованої матриці SWOT-аналізу МСП регіону. Наукова значущість роботи полягає в дослідженні проблемно-цільових орієнтирів щодо стратегічного програмування структурних змін, одержаних за результатами модифікованого методу SWOT-аналізу, розроблення «дерева проблем» і «дерева рішень». Як висновок визначаються ключові проблеми МСП в регіоні (дефіцит фінансово-кредитних ресурсів та нерозвиненість інфраструктури підприємництва) та шляхи їх вирішення (підвищення індексу людського розвитку, зменшення впливу неформальної інфраструктури, застосування сучасних технологій ресурсоефективного та чистого виробництва, залучення ресурсів міжнародної технічної допомоги, підготовка проектів державно-приватного партнерства). На практиці це сприятиме проектуванню інституціонального базису модернізації МСП області

The analysis of existing methods of mobile radio networks intrusion detection was performed in the article and classification of intrusion detection methods was produced. Types of applied network model OSI attacks were considered in the course of the analysis. Architectures which can be used as bases for building intrusion detection systems were specified and requirements for intrusion detection methods when applying them in mobile radio networks were defined. Classification of mobile radio networks intrusion detection methods was discovered and their main directions were observed. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were analyzed. Existing proprietary methodology of intrusion detection were considered and method list which meets requirements for the applying in mobile radio networks was determined. Directions of existing methods improvement for using in MANET networks and security directions of transmitted information were suggested. Tasks of further research were defined.

We evaluate the deviation between the AVCs actual location in the road  and model location that rounded up to a certain to character units as model location of AVC. The estimation of the deviation between actual location and model location is carried out for each of the models using three methods: a.) graphical analysis comparing the values models location on the single coordinate plane; b.) the comparison of their absolute and relative error; c.) the comparison of the class frequency for the values of the models locations.

Nitrocellulose powders are unstable chemical compounds. Over time, the consumer properties of the powder charge can change so much that the charges will not only be unsuitable for their intended use, but also become dangerous for personnel and the barrel system. This is associated with the problem of establishing the terms of safe storage of powders and their operational suitability, the need for a constant system for monitoring their condition. However, in developed NATO countries, there is practically no system for monitoring powder charges throughout their entire shelf life. Some countries have some components of the above-mentioned system, but its elements do not fully cover the entire spectrum of the state of powder charges. For the monitoring system to work effectively, informative indicators are needed that allow determining the state of powder charges without the use of complex diagnostic equipment. One of such indicators is the color of the surface of the powder element. In this study, an automated method for assessing the quality of nitrocellulose powder charges by the color of their surface for further use as intended was developed. The use of this method will significantly reduce the time of assessment and decision-making by experts, and eliminate subjectivity. In addition, the method will allow creating a database of powder charges for further monitoring of their condition throughout the entire life cycle. To confirm the reliability and adequacy of the developed method, an experimental study was conducted. The study data showed that the proposed hypothesis is true, namely, during storage, nitrocellulose powder charges change the color of their surface, and it is possible to determine their shelf life. The results of statistical processing of vibration signals obtained during diagnostics of ship power plants during the operation process are offered. A distinctive feature of monitoring the technical condition of elements of ship power plants is the uncertainty in the fixation and duration of extreme loads. The peculiarity of computer vibration diagnostics of rotary mechanisms is determined, which is that, in particular, physical measurements of vibration signals require their use in mathematical models of the physical state of the bearing. Calculations of statistical characteristics of vibration signals in the time domain, such as standard deviation (Std), asymmetry (Skewness), kurtosis (Kurtosis), full range of oscillations (Peak2Peak), root mean square value (RMS), cross factor (CrestFactor), form- factor (ShapeFactor), impulse factor (ImpulseFactor), marginal factor (MarginFactor), energy (Energy). The variety of diagnostic signals leads to the need to merge indicators of different dimensions without losing available information into a single generalizing indicator, for which the method of principal components is used in the work. The methodology of statistical processing and practical implementation of diagnostics of vibration signals during the analysis of damage evolution of rolling bearings of turbochargers of marine power plants are described. A new computer information parameter of vibration diagnostics based on the analysis of the first principal component in the time domain and spectral excess in the frequency domain has been identified and experimentally confirmed. The use of new diagnostic parameters makes it possible not only to judge the degree of damage to the rolling bearing, but also to observe the dynamics of the development of the defect and make a relative forecast of the working life of the rolling bearing. A real practical situation is considered – computer diagnostics of vibration signals of ship rolling bearings of a point defect of an external defect of a rolling bearing ring. Determining the applicability of the principal component method to other types of defects showed their potential for vibrodiagnosis of defects located on the inner ring of the bearing and when the ball falls out of the holder.
