This paper consider a comprehensive method for devising loyalty programs based on the stages of a life cycle of an international megaproject. The method is based on the analysis of information risks and their management. The method is focused on aggregation and processing of data from various sources of textual information, which demonstrates the attitudes of key categories of individuals regarding the implementation of a megaproject at its numerous life cycle stages. The semantic information field is formed using hardware and software based on Neural Network Technologies. Authors examine the most popular neural network architectures that are used in the sentiment analysis. The paper describes a comparative analysis of classification accuracy of neural network architectures based on volume of texts and neural network profitability to sentiment analysis of large and small volumes of text. The method is aimed at managing and influencing information flow that accompanies the implementation of a megaproject stages. The application of semantic information field makes it possible to account for the informational risks of a megaproject and to prepare an effective set of measures to counteract these risks in a timely manner. this paper discusses the possibility of forming a loyalty program for international megaprojects, taking into account information risks. The information risk index is calculated based on the tone of information messages generated in the information and semantic field of the megaproject. Neural network models LSTM and CNN are used for sentiment analysis. Deeper economic integration within the Caribbean has been a regional policy priority since the establishment of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and the decision to create the Caribbean Single Market and Economy (CSME). Implementation of integration initiatives has, however, been slow, despite the stated commitment of political leaders. The “implementation deficit” has led to skepticism about completing the CSME and controversy regarding its benefits. This paper analyzes how Caribbean integration has evolved, discusses the obstacles to progress, and explores the potential benefits from greater integration. It argues that further economic integration through liberalization of trade and labor mobility can generate significant macroeconomic benefits, but slow progress in completing the institutional arrangements has hindered implementation of the essential components of the CSME and progress in economic integration. Advancing institutional integration through harmonization and rationalization of key institutions and processes can reduce the fixed costs of institutions, providing the needed scale and boost to regional integration. Greater cooperation in several functional policy areas where the region is facing common challenges can also provide low-hanging fruit, creating momentum toward full integration as the Community continues to address the obstacles to full economic integration.

This paper presents a topic of risk management during implementation of major industry projects in atomic energetics, including international market based on information and semantic field usage. The information risks register for atomic energetics international projects is presented. The analysis of information and semantic field as part of a research of impact on Hungary's Paks-2 NPP implementation is performed. Project risks are evaluated, and economic efficiency is determined for two scenarios - with information risk and without it. This article examines the application of Decision Support Systems (DSS) in the nuclear industry. It presents a comprehensive risk assessment methodology for an NPP construction investment projects and the methods of nuclear power project economic analysis, implemented with the use of an automated system. The two risks that must be taken into account when assessing investment projects are the following: an information risk and a risk of incomplete power generation at an NPP. The article describes an information message tone evaluation system that uses the Naive Bayes Classifier, provides calculation formulas and presents the calculations for several real projects of NPP constructions. Furthermore, the article presents a software program for the assessment of a project economic efficiency. This program can be used to resolve many issues at the State Corporation Rosatom. The software is a part of the DSS, which allows higher degree of forecast accuracy when making management decisions in planning foreign investment projects. Banks across the Caribbean have lost important Correspondent Banking Relationships (CBRs). The macroeconomic impact has so far been limited, in part because banks either have multiple relationships or have been successful in replacing lost CBRs. However, the cost of services has increased substantially, some services have been cut back, and some sectors have experienced reduced access. Policy options to address multiple drivers, including lower profitability and risk aversion by global banks, require tailored actions by several stakeholders.

The high level of nonperforming loans (NPLs) in the Caribbean has been, in large part, a legacy of the global financial crisis, but their persistence owes much to the weak economic recovery in the region, as well as to structural obstacles to their resolution. A comprehensive strategy is needed to address these impediments to sever the adverse feedback loops between weak economic activity and weak asset quality. This paper finds that NPLs are a drag on Caribbean growth and macro-financial links are strong: a deterioration in asset quality hinders bank lending and dampens economic activity, undermining, in turn, efforts to resolve problem loans. A multifaceted approach is needed, involving a combination of macro- economic policies to support growth and employment; strong supervisory frameworks to ensure macro-financial stability and create incentives for resolution; efforts to address informational gaps and deficiencies in insolvency and debt-enforcement frameworks; and development of markets for distressed loans. The institutional capacity constraints require coordination of reforms within the region and support from international organizations through capacity-building.

Labor markets in the Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia) are characterized by some of the highest unemployment and low employment rates in Europe. We analyze the poor labor market outcomes in these countries by comparison with the New Member States of the European Union and advanced European economies. Our findings suggest that long-lasting labor market weaknesses in the Western Balkans have structural roots: the institutional setup of the labor markets, labor cost factors, and especially the unfinished transition process. Finally, we offer policy recommendations for boosting job creation.
