Abstract

This article describes that the perfection of God’s creation was guaranteed by faith, must be hold and lived in the life of the believers. Physical weakness (difable) is not a condition cause decreasing the perfection of God’s creation. Difable is not decreasing or weakening the existence and essence of human being as the body of Christ which was loved and saved by the blood of Christ. This article used the library research in theology, explored the love of God in the life of human being. The result showed that the church must develop the ministries of educating and empowering disable people (people with the special need). They are perfect as the body of Christ because the God itself is perfect. God is perfect so the creation is perfect too. Human being was perfected by the love of God.

Abstract

In the domain of mobile learning applications for deaf children, many studies are more concerned with the development of mobile learning applications for deaf children than with determining what makes them enjoyable for this group of children. Some of these learning applications do not meet the needs of deaf children for learning since the requirements were not collected from the actual deaf children. As a result, many deaf learning applications are still not gaining much popularity among people who are deaf or hard of hearing due to the application due to the applications’ inability to meet their expectations and needs. Hence, this paper aims to identify the requirements for designing an enjoyable mobile learning application for deaf children. In achieving this goal, it is essential to identify the requirements of deaf children on mobile learning applications from their own everyday experience and support these identified needs with requirements gathered from their parents and teachers and literature. Three methods were conducted for this study to identify and synthesise these requirements: (1) Fun Sorter data collection method was conducted among the deaf children, whose ages are between 7 and 12 years old; (2) an interview involving teachers and parents of deaf children; and (3) a literature review on deaf children’s learning. The identified requirements were verified through a focused group attended by eight mobile learning developers. The finding identified six requirements: multimedia elements, games, easy-to-use, simple tasks, guidance, and alerting. These requirements serve as crucial guidelines for mobile app developers, enabling the creation of enjoyable learning applications designed specifically for deaf children. Furthermore, these requirements can potentially improve the learning journey of deaf children, offering them valuable benefits and enhancing their educational experiences.

Abstract

This paper intends to develop a methodology for helping amputees and crippled people old, by ongoing voice direction and association between patient and personal computer (PC) where these blends offer a promising response for helping the debilitated people. The major objective of this work is accurately detected audio orders via a microphone of an English language (go, stop, right and left) in a noisy environment by the proposed system. Thus, a patient that utilizes the proposed system can be controlling a wheelchair movement. The venture depends on preparing an off-line dataset of audio files are included 10000 orders and background noise. The proposed system has two important steps of preprocessing to get accurate of specific audio orders, accordingly, the accurate direction of wheelchair movement. Firstly, a dataset was preprocessed to reduce ambient noise by using Butterworth (cutoff 500-5000 Hz) and Wiener filter. Secondly, in the input (a microphone) of the proposed discriminative model put a procedure of infinite impulse response filter (Butterworth), passband filter for cutoff input microphone from 150-7000 Hz for back-off the loud and environment noise and local polynomial approximation (Savitzky-Golay) smoothing filter that plays out a polynomial regression on the signal values. Thus, a better for filtering from ambient noise and keeping on a waveform from distortion that makes the discriminative model accurate when voice orders were recognized. The proposed system can work with various situations and speeds for steering; forward, stop, left and right. All datasets are trained by using deep learning with specific parameters of a convolutional neural network (CNN). These capacities are dependent on code written in MATLAB. The prototype uses Arduino UNO and a microphone (MIC)
