The sudden development of the digital world and the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence in the current communication era seem to have no limits, calling into question the essential values that constitute the being of the person such as identity, autonomy and freedom. This essay seeks to reflect on the functions of the philosophy of education and the role it can play in the current historical and cultural phase. Indeed, it should be rethought today for a task that is not only metatheoretical in pedagogy, but also centred on the custody of anthrophos and in reference to the valuable contribution it can provide for an ethical-educational symbiosis in the man-machine relationship and an anthropocentric artificial intelligence inspired by the tute-la of the fundamental rights of the person.
