To investigate the effect of ultrasonic cleaning treatment on the quality of pork, the water-holding capacity, nutrients, shear force, and flavor compounds of raw pork washed by ultrasonicfor 0–­30 minutes were measured, and the data obtained were evaluated by principal component analysis (PCA). The results showed that the total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N) and thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS) values of pork treated by ultrasonic for 30 minutes were the lowest, (8.45 mg/100 g and 0.36 mg/kg, respectively), and the shear force significantly decreased to 33.92 N. The pork treated by ultrasonic for 20 minutes had the lowest pressing loss (17.99%). Ultrasonic cleaning could cause slight loss of trace metal elements, but did not affect the nutritional composition, cooking loss, or pH of pork. Compared with the control group, the relative contents of aldehydes and alcohols in the ultrasonic treated pork significantly decreased, the types and relative contents of hydrocarbon acid ketone esters significantly increased, and the overall flavor was improved. Linear discriminant analysis (LDA) of electronic nose data showed that there was a correlation between the flavor improvement and the duration of ultrasonic cleaning treatment. PCA results showed that the quality of pork was significantly different before and after ultrasonic cleaning. In summary, appropriate ultrasonic cleaning improved the water-holding capacity and tenderness of pork, and significantly improved its storage quality and flavor, but had little impact on its nutrients.

ObjectiveTo establish a real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction （PCR） method for rapid and accurate identification of Cronobacter spp. in food samples and artificially contaminated samples.MethodsPrimers and probes were designed based on the conserved region of gyrB of Cronobacter spp. DNA. The method was verified using a specificity test， absolute sensitivity test， relative sensitivity test， and anti-interference test. Detection sensitivity was determined using artificially contaminated samples.ResultsThe method established in this study could specifically amplify seven kinds of Cronobacter spp.， but not the other Enterobacter species closely related to it and other pathogens common in food， suggesting that this method has good anti-interference ability. The absolute sensitivity was 1-10 pg and the relative sensitivity was 103 CFU/mL using Cronobacter sakazakii. It had good anti-interference ability at the genome and culture level. The sensitivity of artificially contaminated samples could reach 100 CFU/mL after incubation at 36 ℃ for 24 h.ConclusionThe real-time PCR method developed in this study is rapid， specific， sensitive， and stable for the detection of Cronobacter spp. in infant formula food samples and can provide technical reference for the detection of Cronobacter spp. in infant formula food.

Stomatological consumable inventory is notoriously difficult to track. This paper summarized the development and application of Hospital Information System-based medical consumables management in nursing management in the Department of Stomatology. Components of the system, operator interface, operating procedure and advantages of system were analyzed. HIS-based medical consumables management could say the human resource and improve the working efficiency in a scientific, effective and accurate way. With the goal of clinical teaching of specialist nurses, the three-level teaching management structure of nursing department - head of clinical teaching base of dentistry - teaching teacher of teaching group was built in the teaching process, the three-level teaching plan of training syllabus requirements-student needs-base characteristics was formulated, the "one-to-one" mentorship system was implemented for the whole process of off-duty clinical teaching. The plan was implemented by adopting diversified teaching methods such as centralized theoretical lectures, surgical observation, situational simulation teaching and specialized operation simulation exercises, to provide clinical teaching for dental nurses and help students improve their professional skills and comprehensive quality. Clinical operation skills assessment and small lecture assessment were conducted according to the requirements of the Chinese Nursing Association, so that the trainees can better master dental-related knowledge and improve their comprehensive abilities in clinical teaching and scientific research at the same time. Since 2020, we have received more than twenty nurses in two batches, all of whom have successfully completed the course, with a 100% pass rate and 100% satisfaction with the teaching work of our hospital. Oral health is a hot issue of public concern. The cultivation of specialist dental nurses may help to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of oral healthcare service, and help health professionals deliver better services of oral preventive care. This paper summarized the current situation of cultivation and future of the specialist dental nurses, in order to provide reference for the development of specialist nurse training system. Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) occurs in 1.5 per 1000 live births, leaving affected children with long-term motor and cognitive deficits. Few animal models of HIE incorporate maternal immune activation (MIA) despite the significant risk MIA poses to HIE incidence and diagnosis. Our non-invasive model of HIE pairs late gestation MIA with postnatal hypoxia. HIE pups exhibited a trend toward smaller overall brain size and delays in the ontogeny of several developmental milestones. In adulthood, HIE animals had reduced strength and gait deficits, but no difference in speed. Surprisingly, HIE animals performed better on the rotarod, an assessment of motor coordination. There was significant upregulation of inflammatory genes in microglia 24 h after hypoxia. Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) revealed two microglia subclusters of interest following HIE. Pseudobulk analysis revealed increased microglia motility gene expression and upregulation of epigenetic machinery and neurodevelopmental genes in macrophages following HIE. No sex differences were found in any measures. These results support a two-hit noninvasive model pairing MIA and hypoxia as a model for HIE in humans. This model results in a milder phenotype compared to established HIE models; however, HIE is a clinically heterogeneous injury resulting in a variety of outcomes in humans. Predicting forest cover change (FCC) and screening development scenarios are crucial for ecological resilience. However, quantitative evaluations of prioritizing forest change scenarios are limited. Here, we took five shared socio-economic pathways (SSPs) representing potential global changes, namely SSP1: sustainability, SSP2: middle of the road, SSP3: regional rivalry, SSP4: inequality, and SSP5: fossil-fueled development, which were constructed by integrated assessment and climate models. We modeled them with the patch-generating land use simulation (PLUS) and constructed a multi-dimensional landscape connectivity index (MLCI) employing forest landscape connectivity (FLC) indices to assess forest development in Fujian Province, Southeast China. The MLCI visualized by radar charts was based on five metrics, including forest patch size (class area (CA), number (patch density (PD), isolation (landscape division index (DIVISION), aggregation (mean nearest-neighbor index (ENN_MN), and connectance index, (CONNECT). The results indicate that FC will remain above 61.4% until 2030, with growth observed in SSP1 and SSP4. Particularly, FC in SSP4 substantially increased, converted from cropland (1140.809 km2) and grassland (645.741 km2). SSP4 has the largest MLCI values and demonstrates significant enhancements in forest landscape integrity, with CA, ENN_MN and CONNECT increasing greatly. Millimeter-wave radar has the advantages of strong penetration, high-precision speed detection and low power consumption. It can be used to conduct robust object detection in abnormal lighting and severe weather conditions. The emerging 4D millimeter-wave radar has improved the quality and quantity of generated point clouds. Adding radar–camera fusion enhances the tracking reliability of transportation system operation. However, it is challenging due to the absence of standardized testing methods. Hence, this paper proposes a radar–camera fusion algorithm testing framework in a highway roadside scenario using SUMO and CARLA simulators. First, we propose a 4D millimeter-wave radar simulation method. A roadside multi-sensor perception dataset is generated in a 3D environment through co-simulation. Then, deep-learning object detection models are trained under different weather and lighting conditions. Finally, we propose a baseline fusion method for the algorithm testing framework. This framework provides a realistic virtual environment for device selection, algorithm testing and parameter tuning for millimeter-wave radar–camera fusion algorithms. Solutions show that the method proposed in this paper can provide a realistic virtual environment for radar–camera fusion algorithm testing for roadside traffic perception. Compared to the camera-only tracking method, the radar–vision fusion method proposed significantly improves tracking performance in rainy night scenarios. The trajectory RMSE is improved by 68.61% in expressway scenarios and 67.45% in urban scenarios. Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have experienced exceptional development in recent years, due to their outstanding photoelectronic properties and low‐cost solution processing. Many state‐of‐the‐art PSC designs have been effectively demonstrated using a stacked 3D perovskite/2D perovskite heterostructure, yet limitations arise due to the low conductivity of the 2D perovskite, the hidden buried interface of 3D perovskite, and halide ion migration within 3D/2D PSC device under operational bias. Here, these limitations are overcome by developing a novel and universal post‐synthetic metal (Zn2+) doping strategy and realizing 3D/2D PSCs with superior efficiency and stability. Informed by ab initio calculations and synchrotron fine structure experiments, it is revealed that the introduced zinc ions are energetically favored at interstitial crystal sites, subsequently hindering the migration of halide ions and producing a beneficial shift toward a more n‐type character in the buried 3D perovskite interface. Combined with extensive photophysical characterization, the Zn2+‐modified 3D/2D perovskite thin film is shown to strongly recover its photo‐carrier conductivity compared with the 3D/2D perovskite film, boosting the efficiency (22.90%) of PSCs while exhibiting improved humidity and operational stability.
