Green synthesis is a simple, cost-effective, and long-term method of manufacturing nanoparticles that is now attracting scientific attention across the world. The major goal of this research is to make green titanium dioxide nanoparticles and evaluate their efficacy in photocatalytic treatment of Tannery effluent. To test the treatment of hexavalent chromium from tannery effluent, TiO2 nanoparticles were produced from lemon peel extract The TiO2 nanoparticles were evaluated using a Particle Size Analyzer, which revealed that the particle size was 21.94 nm and the Zeta Potential was -27.5 mV. Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), X-beam Diffractometer (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR), spectroscopy, surface region analyzer, and UV-Visible Spectrophotometer were additionally used to do promote portrayal. Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is used by the majority of Indian homes for cooking, and the demand is growing daily. Importing crude oil requires a significant quantity of foreign exchange. Furthermore, in a highly populated country like India, waste food disposal causes an environmental concern that must be addressed. In a community-scale biogas plant, kitchen and vegetable waste are the finest options for biogas generation. When bacteria breakdown organic materials in the absence of oxygen, it produces it. [1] Anaerobic digestion with methanogen or anaerobic organisms that consume material inside closed systems may produce bio-gas, as can fermenting of biodegradable polymers. [2] The methane content is generally around 40 percentage to 60 percentage. This high methane content makes bio-gas an excellent source of renewable energy to replace natural gas and fossil fuels. [3] The gas produced from bio-gas plant will be utilized as a fuel at kitchen and the biomass converted into manure for the gardens. The biogas plant is designed in a residential unit in urban area and the parameters such as pH, Total solids, Total volatile solids, Organic content and COD in the digested biomass is evaluated.[4] Bio–methane potential tests is carried out to determine how much biogas or biomethane is produced potential for different substrates of both pure and mixed as well as to determine their digestion bio-kinetic constants.[5] Finally, the generated biogas is commonly utilised to generate energy and heat in manufacturing boilers and engine generator sets.
