Today, many digital technical objects are introduced in geriatric care as part of non-medicinal interventions. This arrival generates both rejection and enthusiasm among caregivers. Moreover, many of these objects remain in the closet. It is therefore necessary to take into account a few elements in order to consider their appropriation.

Aujourd���hui de nombreux objets techniques sont introduits en soin g��riatrique dans le cadre d���interventions non m��dicamenteuses. Ils sont le plus souvent pr��sent��s comme ��tant en mesure d���apporter des solutions nouvelles et efficaces pour la sant�� des personnes ��g��es. Leur accueil engendre chez les soignants autant le rejet (technophobie) que l���enthousiasme (technophilie). La r��flexion que nous proposons ne cherche pas �� prendre parti pour l���une ou l���autre de ces r��actions. En prenant appui sur les perspectives ouvertes par les travaux de G. Simondon et de J. Gagnepain, elle souhaite au contraire d��caler le regard de l���objet vers son inscription au sein du soin. Elle m��ne d��s lors �� d��velopper le concept d����� am��nagement �� qui prolonge les analyses relatives aux notions d��� �� habitat �� (Heidegger) et de care(Tronto). Car avec l���introduction d���un objet technique, c���est tout le �� milieu �� qui est amen�� �� se re-cr��er. On ne peut cependant pr��juger des cons��quences pour le d��veloppement capacitaire des soignants comme des soign��s. Nous sommes de ce fait amen��s �� penser la situation de soin de mani��re locale et �� travers des processus dynamiques dont on ne peut ��vacuer ni les tensions ni le caract��re inachev��. Deux exp��riences men��es au sein d���EHPAD, l���une avec des robots, l���autre avec une table magique, ouvrent �� une ��valuation possible des notions avanc��es., Today, many technical objects are introduced into geriatric care as part of non-pharmacological interventions.They are most often presented as being able to provide new and effective solutions for the health of the elderly people.Their integration generates in caregivers as much rejection (technophobia) as enthusiasm (technophilia). The reflection we propose does not want to take sides in any of these reactions. By building on the perspectives opened up by the work of G. Simondon and J. Gagnepain, it wants to shift the gaze of the object towards its inscription within the care. It therefore leads to the development of the concept of �� interior arrangement �� which extends the analysis of the concepts of �� dwelling ��(Heidegger) and care (Tronto). Because with the introduction of a technical object, the whole �� ground �� is brought to re-create itself. However, we cannot prejudge the consequences for the capacity development of both caregivers and patients. So we have to thinking about the care situation locally and through dynamic processes whose tensions and ongoing action. Rob’Autism project is a new robotic approach based on the robotic mediation to enhance social interactions of teenagers with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The program aims at giving every participant (and according to the characteristics of each) the means to be active and become a social contributor. Rob’Autism introduces the robot-extension paradigm: the robot is used as a prosthesis in communication which makes the participants of the program socially active, as they program the robot to act on the world (non-self). This paper focuses on the social interaction work performed during the program and excerpts from a pragmatic analysis of the interactions between the participants.
