The purpose of this study is to identify the difference between elementary pupils' higher order thinking skill (HOTS) in an environment learning using a variety of resources in a local culture-based learning. HOTS differences between those who use printed and electronic learning resources after controlling self-regulated learning pupil. This is an experimental quasi-research. Four groups of elementary school pupils from Ngada, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia, are the subject of the study. A three-dimensional self-reliance feature and 20 item of variable indicator descriptions are used to collect data, as is a high-level cognitive ability exam at the level of analysis, assessment, and invention of 10 item. To test the research hypothesis, the data was then examined using covariate analysis. A qualitative and descriptive analysis follows. A descriptive analysis is used to characterize the student's (high-level thinking) and deviation standards, whilst a qualitative analysis is used to explain high levels of thought profiles on elementary school thematic study. The results show a significant difference between students who are participating in incubation studies that draw on printed study resources and electronic study sources in terms of their high level of thinking capacity. Once the free learning variable was taken into account, the outcome indicated substance differences.

The skin microbiome plays a pivotal role in the production of attractive cues detected by mosquitoes. Here, we leveraged recent advances in genetic engineering to significantly reduce the production of L-(+)-lactic acid as a strategy to reduce mosquito attraction to the highly prominent skin commensals Staphylococcus epidermidis and Corynebacterium amycolatum. Engraftment of these engineered bacteria onto the skin of mice reduced mosquito attraction and feeding for up to 11 uninterrupted days, which is considerably longer than the several hours of protection conferred by the leading chemical repellent N,N-diethyl-meta-toluamide. Taken together, our findings demonstrate engineering the skin microbiome to reduce attractive volatiles represents an innovative untapped strategy to reduce vector attraction, preventing bites, and pathogen transmission. These findings set the stage for new classes of long-lasting microbiome-based repellent products.

ABSTRAK Pelanggan akan menemukan berbagai macam minuman dengan beragam pilihan karena banyak merek dan rasa minuman kemasan yang terus berkembang dan bersaing untuk menguasai pasar. Akibatnya, konsumen menjadi semakin teliti dan selektif dalam memilih minuman teh kemasan yang sesuai dengan selera mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan persepsi harga terhadap niat beli ulang yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Produk Teh Gelas mengalami penurunan Top Brand Index. Menurut Top Brand Index TBI diketahui bahwa Teh Gelas menempati posisi ketiga (top three). Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel dan populasi dengan usia minimal 17 tahun ke atas dan pernah mengkonsumsi Teh Gelas. Jumlah dari sampel penelitian ini ditetapkan sebanyak 121 responden, mengumpulkan sampel dengan purposive sampling yang termasuk dalam kategori non-probability sampling. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian mendapati bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, persepsi harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang, persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang, kepuasan pelanggan berperan memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap niat beli ulang, dan, kepuasan pelanggan tidak berperan memediasi persepsi harga terhadap niat beli ulang.Kata kunci: Kualitas produk, Persepsi Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Niat Beli UlangABSTRACTCustomers will find a wide range of beverages with a variety of choices as many brands and flavours of packaged beverages continue to develop and compete for market share. As a result, consumers are becoming increasingly meticulous and selective in choosing packaged tea drinks that suit their tastes. This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and price perception on repurchase intention, mediated by customer satisfaction. Teh Gelas product has experienced a decrease in the Top Brand Index. According to the Top Brand Index (TBI), it is known that Teh Gelas occupies the third position (top three). This study involved samples and populations aged 17 years and above who have consumed Teh Gelas. The number of samples in this study was set at 121 respondents, collected through purposive sampling, which falls under the category of non-probability sampling. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26. The research findings indicate that product quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, while price perception does not significantly affect customer satisfaction. Product quality significantly influences repurchase intention, and price perception significantly influences repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction plays a mediating role in the influence of product quality on repurchase intention, while customer satisfaction does not mediate the influence of price perception on repurchase intention.Keywords: Product Quality, Price Perception, Customer Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention

Criminal activities frequently involve carryable weapons such as handguns, shotguns, and rifle classes. Frequently, the targets of these weapons that are captured are concealed from plain sight by the people of the crowd. The detection process for these weapons can be assisted by using deep learning. In this case, we intend to identify the model of the firearm that was detected. This research aims to apply one of the deep learning concepts, namely You Only Look Once (YOLO). The authors use versions of YOLOv3-tiny and Yolov4-tiny for the detection and classification of types of weapons, which are one of the fastest and most accurate methods of object detection, outperforming other detection algorithms. However, both require heavy computer architecture. Therefore, YOLOv3-tiny and YOLOv4-tiny, lighter versions of YOLOv3, can be solutions for smaller architectures. YOLOv3-tiny and YOLOv4-tiny have higher FPS, which is supposed to yield faster performance. Since YOLOv3-tiny and YOLOv4-tiny are modified versions of YOLOv3, the accuracy is improved, and YOLOv3 is already outperforming Faster Single Shot Detector (SSD) and Faster Region with Convolutional Neural Network (R-CNN). The authors employ YOLOv3-tiny and YOLOv4-tiny due to the fact that the Frame Per Second (FPS) and Mean Average Precision (mAP) performance of both approaches are superior in object detection. The study found that YOLOv3-tiny had a high FPS and low mAP performance: an average Intersection over Union (IoU) score of 71.54%, an accuracy of 90%, a recall score of 78%, an F1 score of 84%, and an mAP of 86.7%. While YOLOv4-tiny has low FPS and high mAP: an average IoU score of 73.19%, an accuracy of 90%, a recall score of 84%, an F1 score of 87%, and an mAP of 90.7%.

Pendahuluan: Diabetes melitus tipe-1 (DMT-1) adalah penyakit autoimun kronis yang menyebabkan tubuh tidak dapat memproduksi insulin dalam kadar yang cukup. Menurut international diabetes federation (IDF) melaporkan secara global penderita diabetes melitus tipe-1 mencapai 8,75 juta orang dimana sebanyak 1,52 juta orang (17%) berusia di bawah 20 tahun. Angka mortalitas mencapai 18.105 kematian dari jumlah insiden 1,55 juta. Sedangkan di Indonesia jumlah kasus ini mencapai 41.817 penduduk sehingga menempati posisi teratas di ASEAN. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah inovasi manajemen terapi diabetes melitus tipe-1 terkhususnya pada anak yang memiliki keunggulan baik dalam pengobatan maupun produksi. Metode: Studi ini berupa kajian literatur yang bersumber dari beberapa pencarian internet yakni PubMed, Science Direct, ProQuest, Lancet, Google Schoolar, Garuda, Sage, dan EBSCOHost. Kajian ini disusun melalui beberapa tahap diantaranya identifikasi, skrining, dan pemenuhan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Terdapat 8 artikel dari 611 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria. Pembahasan: Beberapa bakteri kelompok asam laktat sudah diuji klinis dan didapatkan hasil yang berpengaruh pada kontrol glikemik pasien diabetes melitus tipe-1. Perbaikan ditunjukkan pada kadar gula darah puasa, 2 jam postprandial, HbA1C, bahkan juga mempengaruhi C-peptida dan kadar insulin yang dibutuhkan pasien diabetes melitus tipe-1. Rute pemberian probiotik yang dilakukan juga cukup sederhana melalui oral, kecuali pada intervensi penggunaan fecal microbiota transplantation melalui injeksi. Kesimpulan: Bakteri asam laktat mempengaruhi kadar gula darah pasien, HbA1C, C-peptida, dan kadar insulin yang dibutuhkan pasien. Interval waktu pemberian probiotik juga mempengaruhi efek klinis yang diharapkan. Introduction: Type-1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) is a chronic autoimmune disease that causes the body to not produce enough insulin. According to the International Diabetes Federation (IDF), globally, there are 8.75 million people with type 1 diabetes mellitus, with 1.52 million (17%) of them being under 20 years old. The mortality rate reaches 18,105 deaths out of 1.55 million incidents. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, the number of cases reaches 41,817, placing it at the top position in ASEAN. Therefore, an innovative management approach for type 1 diabetes mellitus therapy, especially in children, is needed, which excels both in treatment and production. The study was conducted through several stages including identification, screening, and fulfillment of inclusion and exclusion criteria. There are 8 articles out of 611 articles that met the criteria. Discussion: Several lactic acid bacteria have been clinically tested and shown to have an effect on glycemic control in type 1 diabetes mellitus patients. Improvements are evident in fasting blood sugar levels, 2-hour postprandial levels, HbA1C, and even affect C-peptide and insulin levels required by type 1 diabetes mellitus patients. The administration route of probiotics is also quite simple, usually oral, except for interventions involving fecal microbiota transplantation via injection. Conclusion: Lactic acid bacteria affect patients' blood sugar levels, HbA1C, C-peptide, and the insulin levels required by patients. The timing interval of probiotic administration also affects the expected clinical effects.

This research is based on the problems that exist in math subjects, especially in multiplication, adding, and subtracting. One of the fundamental problems experienced by students is a lack of understanding of basic concepts due to the lack of understanding of students reasoning and only paying attention to what is on the blackboard and the lack of learning media used during learning. In order for their understanding and numeracy skills to increase, learning resources for the Musi Board are needed. This study aims; (1) to test the feasibility of Musi Board Media on math arithmetic operations; (2) to see students response when learning using Musi Board Media on math arithmetic operations; (3) the effectiveness of Musi Board Media on math arithmetic operations. Using the ADDIE methodology (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation), this study used the Research and Development approach. The study involved 26 students from grade II of SDN dukuh 08. This media had shown the validity of the media and materials with 94% and 95%, respectively, with a very feasible category. Students’ responses also reached 96%, respectively, with a very interesting category. The results show that this Musi Board Media is feasible to use to help students learning. Therefore, the solution to overcome the problems of students to understand the basic concepts of mathematics in counting operations is to use the media during the lesson. With an N-gain value of 59.26%, the effectiveness of utilizing Musi Board medium for math arithmetic operations falls into the Moderately Effective group.

Abstract Since 2021, the emergence of variants of concern (VOC) has led Brazil to experience record numbers of in COVID-19 cases and deaths. The expanded spread of the SARS-CoV-2 combined with a low vaccination rate has contributed to the emergence of new mutations that may enhance viral fitness, leading to the persistence of the disease. Due to limitations in the real-time genomic monitoring of new variants in some Brazilian states, we aimed to investigate whether genomic surveillance, coupled with epidemiological data and SARS-CoV-2 variants spatiotemporal spread in a smaller region, can reflect the pandemic progression at a national level. Our findings revealed three SARS-CoV-2 variant replacements from 2021 to early 2022, corresponding to the introduction and increase in the frequency of Gamma, Delta, and Omicron variants, as indicated by peaks of the Effective Reproductive Number (Reff). These distinct clade replacements triggered two waves of COVID-19 cases, influenced by the increasing vaccine uptake over time. Our results indicated that the effectiveness of vaccination in preventing new cases during the Delta and Omicron circulations was six and eleven times higher, respectively, than during the period when Gamma was predominant, and it was highly efficient in reducing the number of deaths. Furthermore, we demonstrated that genomic monitoring at a local level can reflect the national trends in the spread and evolution of SARS-CoV-2.

Dairy cow's milk is a primary commodity in various countries and increasing milk production in dairy cows is crucial. Clitoria ternatea has the potential to enhance milk production in dairy cows. This research aims to analyze C. ternatea's ability to induce milk production in dairy cows by targeting the DRD2 protein. The compounds within C. ternatea were screened for drug-likeness, toxicity, physicochemical properties, and membrane permeability parameters. The DRD2 protein in dairy cattle was modeled using homology modeling. The interaction stability between C. ternatea compounds and DRD2 was analyzed through molecular docking and dynamic using AutoDock Vina and Webgro. The study results revealed that among the 18 compounds, 5 passed the drug-likeness screening: citronellal, alpha-terpinolene, 15-methyxypaysine, allyl-crotyl-zinc, and 9,12-octadecadiynoic. These 5 compounds exhibited low toxicity and demonstrated easy penetration of lipid membranes. Molecular docking results indicated that citronellal and alpha-terpinolene had the lowest binding energy values and were bound to the inhibitor's side. Molecular dynamic simulations also confirmed the stability of the interaction between citronellal and alpha-terpinolene with DRD2. In conclusion, this research suggests that C. ternatea can potentially increase milk production in dairy cows by inhibiting the DRD2 protein, primarily through citronellal and alpha-terpinolene.

Penguasaan terhadap teknik dasar dalam permainan sepak bola membutuhkan model latihan yang tepat sehingga dapat menciptakan proses latihan yang efektif dan percepatan peningkatan kemampuan, namun hal ini tidak di temukan pada subjek penelitian di Sekolah Sepak Bola BSFA, masalah yang muncul adalah kurangnya kemampuan teknik passing bawah, belum adanya intensitas dalam melakukan passing bawah, kurangnya variasi latihan terhadap teknik passing bawah. Total 24 sampel yang menjadi pemantauan dalam menetapkan masalah melalui pendekatan instrumen test Short Pass (R.Naufal, 2022), desain metode menggunakan Pre-Experimental, desain ini menggunakan desain penelitian (The One Group Pretest-Post test). Dalam hasil peneltian ditemukan Model latihan rondo dapat meningkatkan kualitas passing bawah mengalami pengaruh yang sangat besar dapat dilihat dari hasil posttest sebesar 78,17 dapat dibanding dengan nilai pretest 109,83. Hal ini terbukti berdasarkan dari hasil perhitungan menunjukkan hasil uji T tabel yang menunjukkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel 6,81 > 2,06. Berdasarkan hasil tes Pretest dapat diketahui dari 24 siswa yang mendapatkan skor tertinggi adalah 117 dan skor terendah adalah 63 dengan nilai rata-rata 78,17. Bagaimanapun hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi keilmuan dalam penyusunan model latihan pada peningkatan kemampuan passing bawah dengan pendekatan rangkaian kaidah latihan yang menjadi nilai kebaharuan penelitian.

Este artigo examina o impacto da decisão proferida pela Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos no "Caso do Povo Indígena Xucuru versus Brasil" no que se refere à preservação do meio ambiente natural e cultural das comunidades indígenas no Brasil. Diante de um contexto histórico marcado por conflitos, a ocupação milenar do povo Xucuru na região da Serra do Ororubá, Pernambuco, foi caracterizada por disputas com colonizadores e fazendeiros, resultando em perdas territoriais e extermínio de aldeias indígenas. Propõe-se a análise da influência da sentença da Corte IDH nas medidas que visam garantir a proteção do meio ambiente das comunidades indígenas. Indaga-se sobre como a sentença impacta a adoção de iniciativas voltadas à salvaguarda do meio ambiente natural e cultural das populações indígenas brasileiras. Para tanto, objetiva-se examinar como a decisão da Corte IDH, relacionada ao "Caso Xucuru", pode ser extrapolada além de seu âmbito imediato, considerando a tutela do meio ambiente. Busca-se investigar a relação intrínseca entre os conceitos de terra, território, propriedade coletiva e autodeterminação dos povos indígenas. A metodologia empregada é de caráter dedutivo, fundamentada em análise bibliográfica e documental. Em conclusão, este estudo oferece uma abordagem profunda sobre as implicações da sentença da Corte IDH no "Caso do Povo Indígena Xucuru versus Brasil". Através da análise de aspectos jurídicos e argumentos apresentados, o artigo contribui para a compreensão das medidas viáveis para assegurar a preservação do meio ambiente natural e cultural das comunidades indígenas, considerando o contexto de violações persistentes de seus direitos.

Organization goals are future conditions that will be achieved by the organization. Preparing organizational goals is the responsibility of individuals and groups within the organization so it requires appropriate techniques that are carried out formally and effectively. This community service activity was held in order to improve students' abilities and skills in formulating organizational goals appropriately. Apart from that, this activity also aims to provide an understanding of human relations in relation to conflict as an obstacle to achieving organizational goals. This community service activity was carried out in two stages, namely a survey and analysis related to the process of preparing organizational goals carried out by students and the second stage was training in preparing organizational goals and implementing human relations as a strategy that supports the achievement of organizational goals. Abstract Tumor-associated myeloid-derived cells (MDCs) significantly impact cancer prognosis and treatment responses due to their remarkable plasticity and tumorigenic behaviors. Here, we integrate single-cell RNA-sequencing data from different cancer types, identifying 29 MDC subpopulations within the tumor microenvironment. Our analysis reveals abnormally expanded MDC subpopulations across various tumors and distinguishes cell states that have often been grouped together, such as TREM2+ and FOLR2+ subpopulations. Using deconvolution approaches, we identify five subpopulations as independent prognostic markers, including states co-expressing TREM2 and PD-1, and FOLR2 and PDL-2. Additionally, TREM2 alone does not reliably predict cancer prognosis, as other TREM2+ macrophages show varied associations with prognosis depending on local cues. Validation in independent cohorts confirms that FOLR2-expressing macrophages correlate with poor clinical outcomes in ovarian and triple-negative breast cancers. This comprehensive MDC atlas offers valuable insights and a foundation for futher analyses, advancing strategies for treating solid cancers.

The objective of the current study is to evaluate inclusive education services in public schools following the issuance of central and local government policies in Indonesia regarding the implementation of inclusive education. This study collected data from 47 teachers' public schools in four cities (Malang, Batu, Solo, Boyolali) in Indonesia through questionnaires and interviews about their perception, identification, curriculum, academic staff, and management in inclusive education. Based on the results and discussions of the current study, it is concluded that the implementation of inclusive education showed a tendency towards a positive direction, especially agreement on the school administration, the provision of student education development records, the use of assessment results for modification of curriculum and learning. However, gradually improvements need to be made to create an inclusive environment, including increasing teachers understanding of the meaning of inclusive, completing student's documentation of developmental records, gathering and evaluating pre-learning according to student characteristics, providing personnel and infrastructure according to the needs of developing the interests and talents of children with needs special needs.

White chocolate, which does not contain cocoa mass, is less healthy than dark and milk chocolate. Due to its milk content, white chocolate can also cause issues for those with lactose intolerance or dairy allergies. To overcome these problems, a study was conducted by adding highly antioxidant encapsulated cinnamon extract (ECE) to vegan white chocolate formulated with different levels of soy protein isolate (SPI) and coconut flour (CF). This study aimed to examine the chocolate’s total phenolics, flavonoids, antioxidant activity (IC₅₀), protein and fat content, particle size distribution, texture, color, melting point, and sensory characteristics. The results showed that the addition of SPI and CF had a significant impact on the properties of the white chocolate, except for hardness. Incorporating 2% (w/w), ECE significantly increased the total phenolics, flavonoids, and antioxidant activity. Total phenolics and flavonoids were positively correlated with antioxidant activity. Vegan white chocolate formulated with 27% SPI, 10% CF, and 2% ECE was acceptable to panelists, and thus, this product can be potentially consumed by lactose-intolerant and vegan consumers.
