The tourism sector is a service sector that contributes significantly financially to the country's economy. Maluku province has tourism potential. Including a tourist attraction in Oma village, one of the villages in Central Maluku district, Ambon City, Maluku Province. This research is a multi-year study (4 years) and aims to: 1. create a profile and mapping of tourist objects, 2. create easy access and facilities, 3. implement integrated marketing communications and digitization of tourism marketing and 4. collaborate on tourism marketing in Oma village with Maluku tourism & investment industry. For the first year of research, the research objective is number 1, which is to create a profile and mapping of tourist objects in Oma's Country. This type of research is applied research and qualitative methods.

Maritime tourism is a leading sector. However, tourist visits fluctuate. Variables that are suspected to be the cause of the fluctuating number of visits are because they have not been able to create perceived value, and the destination image is not optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of perceived value on destination image in the tourist destination of Bair Island. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire to 223 respondents (tourists) who are currently and have traveled to Bair Island. With a SEM (structural equation model) analysis tool using the lisrel program. The results of the descriptive research show that the destination image that they have is only good. While the results of the verification research show that the variables studied have a significant effect.

Maluku is a strategic area as a tourism destination because it has unique characteristics, but tourism service managers are less than optimal in utilizing market attractiveness, and they lack the distinctive competencies of the company. In addition, strategic partnerships with stakeholders have not been developed optimally. This study uses an economics approach that is acculturated with strategic management science with a focus on the level of management understanding of market attractiveness, distinctive competencies and strategic partnerships in the tourism service industry in Maluku Province. The research method is using a survey method which includes a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey. The unit of analysis in this study is the tourism service industry in Maluku with the unit of observation being the head of a tourism service company in Maluku. The test was carried out using a structural equation model. The results show that the perceived market attractiveness is not yet fully attractive to tourism service companies in Maluku, distinctive competencies and strategic partnerships have not been maximally developed by tourism service companies in Maluku. The test results also show that there is a simultaneous or partial effect of market attractiveness and distinctive competencies on strategic partnerships. Strategic partnerships are more dominantly formed by distinctive competencies and the dimension that gives the highest contribution is organizational capability.

Research on business intelligence continues to develop but is limited to one country and/or one field. From the perspective of bibliometric reviews, this study purposes to visually research mapping and research trends in the field of business intelligence on an international scale. This study used bibliometric techniques with secondary data from Scopus. Analyze and visualize data using the VOSViewer program and the analyse search results function on Scopus. This study analyzed 244 scientific documents published from 1975 to 2020. According to the research, Monash University, and Yeoh, W. had the most active affiliated institutions and individual scientists in business intelligence research. Business, management, and accounting; and Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing were the most studied and disseminated outlets of business intelligence research. There were five category maps of collaborative researchers from around the world. Based on the identification of a collection of knowledge accumulated from over forty-five years of publication, this research proposes a grouping of business intelligence research themes: Business analytics, Element of marketing, Competitive intelligence, Intelligence system, Industry, and Business process abbreviated as BECIIB themes.

Technopreneur is formation of entrepreneur that involve technology. It has been research yet the notion about technopreneur publication which showed the big picture using data from all countries. This study aims to map scientific publications in the field of technopreneur visually at the global level indexed by Scopus using Bibliometric analysis. This study was used the analysis features of Scopus applications and visualizes bibliometric networks using VOSviewer. This study adds keywords related to technopreneur in the Scopus database with 38 academic documents published from 2000 to 2019 at the global level. Based on this study, patterns and trends has been found in increasing numbers of international publications in the field of technopreneur indexed by Scopus. The most productive countries, research institution, and authors in the field of technopreneur publications are Malaysia, Nanyang University of Technology, and Abdullah, S.H. There were one collaborative network of researchers related to the technopreneur publication. The most intensive subject area and types of documents were social science and articles. This research proposes a convergence axis classification consisting of technopreneur publication to characterize the body of knowledge generated from two decades of publication: Entrepreneurship, Information technology, Knowledge management, and Education, abbreviated as EIKE themes.

Digital markets and digitalization were developed and were driven by online shopping, consumer lifestyles, and entrepreneurial spirit. It has been research yet the notion about digital market review study which showed the big picture using data from all countries. This research aims to map the status of the digital market studies indexed Scopus using the bibliometrics approach. The study conducted the bibliometrics method and analyzed research data using the service of analyzing search results from Scopus and the VOSviewer application. Research data of 337 academic documents published from 1976 to 2019 obtained from the Scopus database in March 2020. The results revealed about the most productive countries, research institutes, and individual researchers in digital market studies are the United States, Yale University, and Alexander Schachinger. The most intensive subject area and sources of publications in the digital market studies are computer science and Ink World. Besides, Spain was one of the collaborative researcher group map. This research proposed a convergence axis classification consisting of digital market studies to characterize the body of knowledge generated from four decades of studies: Management information system, E-commerce, Digital printing, Data, and Digitalization, abbreviated as MEDDD themes.

Previous studies showed that a number of factors play roles in influencing Bitcoin penetration and acceptance, both at country and individual level, such as trust, perceived risk, security threat, perceived benefit, perceived ease of use, as well as macro-technological and socioeconomic factors. This present study aimed at finding theoretical models at the macro- and microlevels that are able to explain the penetration and acceptance. Study 1 examined hypotheses on the predictive relationship between national cultural orientation and Bitcoin penetration involving 60 countries. Study 2, using a construal level perspective, tested the predictive strength of psychological distances against Bitcoin acceptance, involving 565 Indonesians ( Mage= 28.88 years, SDage= 12.482 years). The results showed that national culture of individualism, uncertainty avoidance, and long-term orientation are able to predict the penetration. Spatial/physical distance, social distance, and hypothetical distance are able to predict the acceptance. This research is pivotal in obtaining the fundamental factors of community vulnerability in accepting and endorsing new e-money, i.e. Bitcoin. Monetary policy is expected to consider cultural and psychological factors in intervening against economic–technological disruptive innovations developing among societies.

Multimedia learning is also known as learning media, which involves information technology in the form of computer or Android, by bringing together two or more elements consisting of voice, video, text and images incorporated in a multimedia software for students interactively. The purpose of this research is: (1) improving student achievement through multimedia learning in robotics course; (2) compare the students' learning achievement between classes that apply multimedia learning application with the class using conventional method. This research method using an experiment that is comparing two different treatment. Information on learning achievement was obtained through the test. The object of this research is the student of informatics engineering STMIK AKBA, Indonesia even semester of year 2016/2017 which take the course of robotics. Sampling using purposive sampling technique counted 60 people. Analysis of research results using descriptive and inferential analysis. The research results showed that: (1) the application of multimedia learning can improve student achievement for robotics courses; (2) the difference test shows that the learning achievement of the multimedia learning class student is better than the conventional class student.

Data Mining is a process of exploring against large data to find patterns in decision making. One of the techniques in decision-making is classification. Classification is a technique in data mining by applying decision tree method to form data, algorithm C4.5 is algorithm that can be used to classify data in tree form. The system has been built that shows the results of good performance and minimal error in view of the system that is able to distinguish the anomaly traffic with normal traffic. Data mining inventory system applications can facilitate the control of inventory in the company to reduce production costs.

Each region currently has excellent products. Competition in marketing the superior products contained in an area increasingly tight, along with the increasing industrial growth rate. This resulted in the industry must be more observant to formulate policy strategy. Decision-making to determine the priority of regional superior products in accordance with the needs and capabilities required an accurate and effective decision so as not to choose and minimize losses both in terms of cost and time. The VIKOR method is part of the concept of Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM), which requires normalization of the calculations. The use of VIKOR, in the application of decision support systems by an agency, simply chooses some products that will be an alternative selection and gives weight values on alternative comparisons and criteria, while the criteria are the target market, the availability of raw materials, turnover, labor, technology used , specifications, origin of raw materials, quantity of raw materials. Based on the observations made by the authors on Local Superior Product (PUD) in performing decision support system of determining the priority of the region's superior products. In this study, the authors try to develop a system that can process decision support system determination of superior product areas with the hope that results can be obtained maximally and satisfactorily. The results are expected so that the selection of superior products area run in an orderly and orderly by the system is done well.

The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia has introduced several national and international indexers of scientific works. This policy becomes a guideline for lecturers and researchers in choosing the reputable publications. This study aimed to describe the understanding level of Indonesian lecturers related to indexing databases, i.e. SINTA, DOAJ, Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. This research used descriptive design and survey method. The populations in this study were Indonesian lecturers and researchers. The primary data were obtained from a questionnaire filled by 316 lecturers and researchers from 33 Provinces in Indonesia recruited with convenience sampling technique on October-November 2017. The data analysis was performed using frequency distribution tables, cross tabulation and descriptive analysis. The results of this study showed that the understanding of Indonesian lecturers and researchers regarding publications in indexing databases SINTA, DOAJ, Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar is that, on average, 66,5% have known about SINTA, DOAJ, Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar. However, based on empirical frequency 76% of them have never published with journals or proceedings indexed in Scopus.

Plagiarism is a deliberate or unintentional act of obtaining or attempting to obtain credit or value for a scientific work, citing some or all of the scientific work of another party acknowledged as a scientific work without stating the source properly and adequately. Latent Semantic Indexing method serves to find text that has the same text against from a document. The algorithm used is TF/IDF Algorithm that is the result of multiplication of TF value with IDF for a term in document while Vector Space Model (VSM) is method to see the level of closeness or similarity of word by way of weighting term.
