Purpose – The study aims to determine the impact of sustainable manufacturing on environmental performance through government regulation and eco-innovation in Indonesian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Findings – The results indicate sustainable manufacturing plays a significant role in SMEs' environmental performance and regulations, and eco-innovation can moderate it. It also reveals that government regulation has a positive and significant effect on environmental performance. Moreover, eco-innovation has a positive and significant effect on environmental performance. Practical implications – The findings of this study indicate that SMEs can embrace sustainable manufacturing practices and achieve their long-term sustainability goals by adhering to regulations, collaborating with stakeholders and implementing eco-friendly innovations. Originality/value – This research uncovers ground-breaking perspectives on the evolution of scientific knowledge about the impact of eco-innovation, regulatory measures and sustainable manufacturing practices on the environmental performance of SMEs.

Background: This research endeavors to enhance supplier selection processes by combining the Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methodologies, with a specific focus on sustainability criteria. Method: Initially comprising 21 sub-criteria derived from prior research, the selection criteria are refined to 17, eliminating redundant elements. The core principle guiding this refinement is the comprehensive coverage of economic, social, and environmental dimensions, essential for sustainable supplier evaluation. Results: The study’s outcomes underscore the paramount importance of economic criteria (0.0652) in supplier selection, followed by environmental (0.0343) and social dimensions (0.0503). Key sub-criteria contributing significantly to this evaluation encompassed consistent product quality, competitive raw material pricing, proficient labor capabilities, recycling potential, punctual delivery performance, and effective waste management practices. Conclusions: These sub-criteria are thoughtfully integrated into the sustainable assessment framework, aligning seamlessly with the economic, environmental, and social criteria.

In recent years, cryptocurrency has increased in popularity in Indonesia. In Indonesia, based on data from the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag), until the end of May 2021, the number of investors in cryptocurrency assets or crypto money was 6.5 million people. This number has increased by more than 50 percent when compared to 2020 when there were 4 million people. The Pintu application is the first crypto mobile application in Indonesia that is committed to solving crypto investment problems, especially for beginners and ordinary people. Even though it provides benefits, investing in cryptocurrency can provide high profits. In an instant, it can also make a profit. The motion, which is like a roller coaster, requires strong mental readiness to invest in cryptocurrencies. This should also be a critical consideration for investors, especially young investors. Therefore, it is necessary to understand what factors contribute to building stronger attitudes and behavioral intentions toward the PINTU application. This research analyzes the data using the use of technology 2 method with the partial least square (PLS) analysis technique method, which will later be processed in the form of data results in the form of responses of the user when using the application. Facilitating conditions and social influence are the most influential indicators. The results of the study show that behavioral intention to adopt has a relationship with behavioral intention to recommend, and behavioral intention to adopt positively and significantly influences the intention to recommend.

AbstractSupplier selection plays a crucial role in enhancing the competitiveness and operational efficiency of manufacturing industries. In the Indonesian manufacturing sector, where market conditions are dynamic and complex, the need for an effective supplier selection methodology is particularly critical. The suggested method converts conventional DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) models into fuzzy events through the application of credibility measures. Additionally, the relative closeness (RC) index is employed to enhance the differentiating capability of traditional DEA. This article incorporates three input criteria and five output criteria. The findings suggest that higher values of the RC Index correspond to superior performance by the supplier. Furthermore, the study’s outcomes reveal that the credibility index influences the RC index. Imposing stricter credibility constraints can diminish the value of the RC index.

PT X is a company that works in the plantation sector, one of which is an orange plantation. In the process of harvesting lime leaves, there are 3 workstations and 4 work activities. Most of the work is done manually with a high workload and repetitive movements, causing musculoskeletal complaints. Workers complain of musculoskeletal disorders while working. During initial observation, there were complaints of pain in the neck, shoulders, arms, waist, thighs, and knees. Based on these problems, this study aims to analyze the factors that cause musculoskeletal disorders in the orange harvesting process. The method used to solve problems with partners is by using an ergonomic checklist and the PATH method to analyze three physical risk factors in the workplace. Based on the results of data processing using the PATH method, it was found that the biggest risk factors for injury were 45.53% soil hoeing, 42.39% harvesting and 12.08% grass cutting. The proposed improvements given after being analyzed using ergonomic checkpoints are: (1) reducing bending or squatting postures; and (2) providing protectors and covers for lawn mowers and handcarts and handles for tools for harvesting oranges. This proposed improvement is in accordance with Sustainable Development Goals number 3, namely Good Health and Wellbeing for all.

Background: The primary objective of this study was to examine the advancements in sustainable supplier selection through multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) from the years 2013 to 2022. In the recent past, researchers have carried out a significant amount of research in this field over the course of several years; Methods: a total of 121 scientific publications sourced from the Scopus database were chosen for analysis, employing the bibliometric method and graphical visualization of the VOS viewer application to visually analyze and map research networks and collaboration patterns, aiding in the evaluation of scientific impact and knowledge dissemination; Results: the findings of this study indicate that the research trend in sustainable supplier selection through MCDM witnessed its most significant growth in the year 2019. Researchers predominantly disseminated their scientific findings through articles, accounting for 81% of the publications, followed by conference papers at 14%, and book chapters at 2.5%; Conclusions: the primary area of focus in these studies pertains to decision-making processes involved in sustainable supplier selection. The implications and theoretical contributions derived from this research, coupled with the latest advancements, serve as a foundation for further exploration and development of sustainable supplier selection research through MCDM.

This article investigates the acceptance model of the technology of tuberculosis integrated information system (TIIS) adopted and its effects on the actual use in the Indonesian healthcare facility. Some factors such as the perceived usefulness and ease of use are investigated to understand their relationship with the system’s actual use. Quantitative research has been done in this study using a structural equation model (SEM) and partial least square. This study shows that respondents’ perceived usefulness and the ease of use of TIIS positively affect the adopted system’s actual use. The evaluation of the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and external variables such as subjective, image, job relevance, and facilitating condition on the intention to use using TIIS to support the implementation of the program of prevention of infectious diseases in a developing country such as Indonesia would help the government to treat the tuberculosis disease better.

This study modifies Kansei engineering by measuring the effect of customer emotional satisfaction from the services provided by logistics service providers on customer loyalty during the Covid-19 pandemic. Kansei engineering modification in this study uses EFA (exploratory factor analysis) analysis in the ServQual dimensions, then CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) is taken to examine the relationship between variables. The object of distributing the questionnaire is 298 respondents who have experience using the services of Indonesian logistics providers. The EFA results on the ServQual dimensions show three new variables besides Kansei’s words: customer satisfaction, commitment, and loyalty. The CFA findings also show that during the Covid-19 pandemic, customer commitment affects customer loyalty. In addition, customer commitment mediates customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Lastly, customer satisfaction significantly affects customer loyalty.

The purpose of this paper is to provide a brief bibliometric review of the previous literature review in understanding the implementation of green procurement through supplier selection. Researchers contribute to the field of procurement, especially in developing environmentally friendly procurement in supplier selection. In recent years, the public and private sectors have considered environmental aspects in their purchasing policies. Consideration of environmental aspects is known as green procurement. Using green purchases makes it known to produce environmentally friendly products so that the public can more easily recognize them. The method used is a structured literature study sample for 1994–2022. A total of 220 articles with the keywords green procurement and supplier selection were collected. Authors use Publish or Perish and VOSviewer to find journals, authors, citations, keywords, and word hierarchy maps. This bibliometric review related to the implementation of green procurement is useful for researchers and practitioners in their fields, especially those related to supplier selection. Research proves that green procurement became a widely adopted method in publications from 1994. This suggests that citation and forwarder network analysis for selected publications is a topic such as a supplier selection.

A company needs to know each employee's ability to reduce accidents that happen to workers due to a lack of study on ergonomic principles. The research was conducted at a construction company producing paving blocks in Kediri. The paving production capacity at the company is 1000 paving/day. In 2017, three work accidents were caused by the fast pace of workers reaching the tired phase while working. Pulling, lifting, and putting down in carrying weighty loads and the repetition frequency of intense activities trigger stress on body parts that affect the worker's performance. The purpose of this study is to assess and provide recommendations for improvements in work activities that have a hazardous risk value based on the MFA and NERPA assessment methods. The research on the MFA method shows that activities with dangerous risk (high/very high) were in transportation activities. For the NERPA method, activities with dangerous risks were in 3 activities at the finishing work station with a final score of 7. Recommendations for improvement are work posture improvement, physical environment improvement, and work facilities.

The problem that we often encounter in the workplace is work accidents. It is fatal in work and frequently ignored by workers and company owners, especially small and medium enterprises. This study focuses on reducing the risk of work accidents through a participatory ergonomic approach. This method is a method in which all elements involved in the scope of work are invited to work together to solve existing problems. The result shows that the risk of MSDs is dangerous to the musculoskeletal system as the work posture resulted in a significant effect of tension. The physical work environment is not under existing standards. Lack of lighting can be fatal to workers, while too hot temperatures can affect worker comfort. The results of participatory ergonomics show that 85% of workers want a change in the physical work environment. The number of work accidents in batik center after using a participatory ergonomic approach decreased and could increase work productivity by 11%.

This paper reported the factors affecting the adoption of green procurement in Indonesian educational institutions. A quantitative method is used to understand the effects between variables on green procurement implementation. Data from respondents working on the divisions of procurement from higher degree institutions in the province of East Java Indonesia are collected in this study. The results were indicated that there are no significant effects on middle management staff, awareness, and corporate responsibility on the implementation of green procurement on educational institutions. At the same time, there is a significant impact of green supply approaches such as ISO certification and eco-design product strategy on the adoption of green procurement.

Abstract. Amanah farmer women group (KWT) is an association of housewives who live in the village of Binangun, Bumiaji, Batu City. Amanah farmer women's groups began to stand in 2016. The problem faced is the limited production equipment, especially on the packaging process. The rare of banana as raw materials for chips also become problems and make the production process stop. The concept of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) are applying to solve problems in KWT Amanah. The program used a participatory approach that directly involved KWT Amanah in the FGD (focus group discussion), brainstorming, interviews, and consultations regarding activities and solutions to be carried out. The results of the analysis and evaluation show the increased productivity in the banana chips production process, especially in the packaging process. KWT Amanah also has additional knowledge and skills in using new equipment, which is sealer machines and cassava chopper machines. The new variant of the product will increase revenue and become a solution if there is a lack of banana as raw materials. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pengabdian adalah masih terbatasnya alat produksi dan yang menjadi perhatian adalah pada proses pengemasan dan kendala saat bahan baku susah didapatkan maka tidak ada proses produksi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan mengadopsi dari konsep PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dengan pendekatan partisipatif (partisipative approach) dimana mitra pengabdian dalam hal ini KWT Amanah terlibat langsung baik dalam FGD (focus group discussion), brainstorming, wawancara dan konsultasi terkait kegiatan dan solusi yang akan dilakukan. Dari hasil analisa dan evaluasi yang dilakukan didapatkan peningkatkan produktivitas pada proses produksi kripik pisang terutama pada proses pengemasan. KWT Amanah juga memiliki tambahan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam menggunakan peralatan baru yaitu mesin sealer dan mesin perajang singkong. This study analyzed the traceability system's effect on Indonesia's food cold chain performance during the Covid-19 pandemic and described the needs of cold food consumers in Indonesia regarding the traceability system. Five latent variables were used to form research models, including the adoption of electronic data interchange (EDI), radio frequency identification (RFID), blockchain, traceability system, and food cold chain performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as a research instrument distributed to 140 respondents by purposive sampling. The total number of manifest variables measuring latent variables is 28 variables. A partial least square for structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is used to analyze the relationship between latent variables. The results obtained through this study are that exogenous variables: EDI, RFID, and blockchain adoption, significantly affect endogenous variables, namely the traceability system. Blockchain adoption is proven to have a very significant influence compared to the three information technologies. This work also confirms that the traceability system also has a significant effect on food cold chain performance.

The use of computers in PT X, especially in the IT department (Information and Technology) has reached 98% of work activities. In the results of the questionnaire using the Nordic Body Map and interviews with employees, it is known that employees experience back pain by 100%, neck 90%, waist 80%, and eye disorders caused by the physical environment. This study used the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method as a measurement tool. ROSA is a quick analysis to measure work risks associated with computer use and determine the level of change in cases of worker discomfort. The measurement results show the final ROSA score is above 7. This means that IT work facilities are not in accordance with the standards of ergonomics, ROSA, and the Ministry of Health No. 48 of 2016 which is a very risky condition and can reduce work productivity. Proposed improvements to minimize workplace risks and increase productivity include improvements to working facilities such as chairs, document holders and tables, location and position of facilities, improvement of the physical work environment such as temperatures to 18 °C, lighting 350 lux, bright color walls of the room and improving employee work postures.

As the primary health reference center, a hospital is required to provide excellent quality services to each patient. The impact of the extreme physical and mental workload cause negligence in activities. It affects the quality of services provided by medical personnel. This study investigated the level of mental workload and physical workload in medical staff in a hospital. This study was conducted at 15 units in the hospital. The mental workload was assessed using the NASA-TLX Questionnaire. The physical workload analysis was carried out with the Heart Rate reserve percentage of medical personnel. The results of this study show that the mental workload on nurses in the ICU is higher than the other units. Whereas the calculation of physical load using% HR reserve turns out the head of the nurse in-unit class 1 has the highest value compared to the others unit. The statistical analysis showed there was a difference in the general practitioner workload toward the Head of the Nursing.

This paper develops the remanufacturing inventory model considering the storage capacity. The suggested model aims to minimize the total inventory cost (TIC). The model used the EOQ model, one of the basic inventory models in the supply chain. Numerical experiments and sensitivity analyses were carried out on models developed using the Lagrangean method. The existence of constraints in storage capacity can produce an optimal quantity of remanufacturing while minimizing inventory costs. This study also indicates that there is an impact between warehouse capacity, number of cycles, backorder costs, and the level of product collection on total inventory costs, and provides management implications that companies can make appropriate policies to minimize total inventory cost.

Background: The increasing Muslim population worldwide will increase the Islamic market share in the future. Thus, the higher demand for halal food has caused the food industry to pay attention to the quality control system for the ingredients used. This paper aims to review the previous literature regarding the traceability system for halal suppliers in the food supply chain to achieve the specified halal standards. It discusses the literature review as a method for conducting research and offers an overview of different types of reviews, as well as some guidelines to both conduct and evaluate a literature review. Methods: The method uses a sample of about 200 articles from the structured literature study period in 2007–2021. We use Perish application to identify journals, articles, citations, authors, and keywords. Results: The analysis reveals five research topic clusters: traceability, halal supply chain, food supply chain, halal logistics, and halal lifestyle. There is a strong relationship between procurement and traceability. Procurement is related to the food industry and halal traceability. The food product traceability system provides transparency in food manufacturing, enabling customers to trust halal product claims. The results show that food supply chain information systems can enable traceability and transparency. Conclusions: The review of this analysis is related to the supplier traceability system in the halal-food-production supply chain, which can help explore halal supplier issues and trends. For future research, technology can be used within a traceability system in the halal food industry, such as data interchange, radio frequency identification, and blockchain.

Background: The success of e-commerce cannot be separated from a good delivery experience. Meanwhile, research that discusses the quality of logistics services that serve e-commerce by comparing the quality of its competitors in Indonesia is still little discussed. The case study in this research is two logistic service providers in Indonesia. Methods: This study uses the integration of the SIPA method and Kano Modification. Both SIPA and Kano can determine priority and effective strategies to improve service quality. Results: The use of SIPA can identify the importance of service attributes and compare the performance of the two logistics services. A dynamic cycle of service attributes encourages using Kano Modification in this study to expand opportunities for determining managerial strategies. Conclusions: The results in this study provide insight into the main strategies that must be carried out on attributes considered important and maintain quality to be superior to competitors.

Decision-making based on expert’s opinion by data envelopment analysis (DEA) models requires crisp number. However, the assumption of expert might not always be accurate. This paper introduces fuzzy DEA credibility constrained and relative closeness (RC) index to cope with uncertainty data. The proposed approach transforms the traditional DEA models to be fuzzy events by using credibility measure. Furthermore, RC index was used to increase the discrimination power of traditional DEA. Two numerical examples with different credibility level are presented for demonstrate the proposed fuzzy DEA credibility constrained and RC index. The findings indicate that the credibility level impact on the RC index on both numerical examples. The increasing level of credibility value would drop the value of RC index.

This article identifies the influence of logistics service quality in Indonesia on customer satisfaction and loyalty during the COVID-19 pandemic and customer trust as a moderating variable. In this study, the service quality consists of three variables: the quality of staff service, quality of operational service, and technical service quality. In this study, a conceptual model was generated by providing four other variables: customer satisfaction, customer trust, customer loyalty, and customer commitment. The 300 respondents were selected to fill out the formal questionnaire, while 30 respondents were as a trial for the formal questionnaire. The questionnaire trial analysis was assisted by SPSS 23, while the formal questionnaire analysis was carried out with SmartPLS 3.0. This study resulted in four hypotheses accepted from the ten proposed hypotheses. The results show that the quality of staff service and technical service quality significantly affects customer satisfaction. It is also found that customer satisfaction and customer trust have a significant effect on customer loyalty. The use of Kansei in this study will provide a different perspective to describe customer services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This article investigates the impact of traceability of the quality of the information system on humanitarian logistics performance. There are four variables studied, namely electronic data interchange (EDI) adoption, blockchain (BC) adoption, radio frequency identification (RFID) adoption, traceability of humanitarian logistics, and humanitarian logistics performance. This research was conducted to assess disaster logistics services in the implementation of service principles in humanitarian logistics. The conceptual model is modeled by introducing three information technologies as independent variables and the humanitarian traceability and logistics performance as dependent variables. The questionnaire was distributed to 96 respondents, and the data was processed using PLS-SEM 2.0. The results show that EDI adoption has no significant effect on the traceability of humanitarian logistics. In contrast, BC and RFID adoption has a significant effect on the traceability of humanitarian logistics. In addition, this study also shows that humanitarian logistics traceability has a significant impact on humanitarian logistics performance.

Background: At Indonesian level crossings, traversed by logistics trains, there are still frequent cases of accidents. The overall mishaps in 2020 were 199 cases of accidents at level crossings involving road drivers. Mental load factors affect the behavior of drivers on the road; Methods: this study, field observations and surveys were carried out using the Driver Behavior Question-naire (DBQ) and NASA TLX to measure mental load; Results: The results showed that 62% of drivers had a very high mental load factor. The mental load factors are effort, frustration, and temporal demand. Meanwhile, based on the results of DBQ, the type of behavior that is often carried out is Violation; Conclusions: From the results of field observations, it is also known that there is a significant influence between time and type of vehicle on violations. Thus, it was necessary to improve facilities and systems at level crossings to provide convenience and reduce the volume of transportation going through level crossings to reduce the risk of accidents and violations at level crossings.

Background: This article identifies the preferences of the customer of logistics services in Indonesia using the Kansei engineering and conjoint analysis methods. The Conjoint Analysis aims to establish utility scores that represent factors in logistics services. Methods: In this study, 100 respondents from several cities in East Java, Indonesia, are selected to fill out the formal questionnaire. At the same time, 30 respondents are chosen to determine the attributes and level attributes. The analysis to determine attributes, level attributes, and formal questionnaires are assisted by SPSS 25. Sixteen stimuli are generated in this study to be used for a formal questionnaire. In this study, Kansei is used to provide a different perspective to describe the customer service, Including six attributes: delivery services, delivery speed, courier attitude, order information, condition of goods, and warehouse locations. Results: The results show that customers’ most preferred attributes are based on the condition of undamaged objects, and the attitude of the courier is vital for users in this study. Conclusions: The most considered instruments by the customer, such as delivery services, delivery speed, courier attitude, order information, condition of goods, and warehouse location.

The selection of the welding process is a matter of decision-making involving a variety of information according to the type of product.Accordingly, the vast information will significantly enhance the decision-making process. A combined p-robust technique, fuzzy credibility constrained programming and data envelopment analysis (DEA) are proposed to select the welding process for repairing the shredder hammer. The p-robust technique has regret value to control relative regret of data, and fuzzy credibility constraint programming has confidence level to satisfy chance constraints. In addition, the proposed approach is able to handle fuzzy input data and fuzzy output data to uncertainty data. The proposed method is used to investigate which welding process is best based on two cases. Three welding processes are analyzed for the first case that focuses on manual welding process, and four welding processes are investigated for the second case that focuses on automatic welding process. According to the results, increasing the credibility level would also increase the discrimination power of the proposed approach, so the ranking of DMUs could be seen easily.

This article identifies the effect of logistics service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty with customer trust as a moderating variable from the context of Indonesian humanitarian logistics providers. In this study, the service quality was provided into three variables, namely the quality of personnel services, the quality of operation services, and the quality of technical services. The conceptual model is generated by introducing three other variables, namely, customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust as a moderating variable. Eighty respondents completed the formal survey. The pilot test and the structured questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS 21 and Smart-PLS 2.0 to evaluate the relationship between the variables. The results of this study were accepted three out of eight hypotheses. The personnel service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty, and technical service quality has a considerable impact on customer loyalty. The use of Kansei engineering for humanitarian logistics service in this study would provide a different perspective in terms of capturing the voice of customers’ perception of relief logistics service quality

This article designed a service model in logistics services for document and package delivery through the exploration of service element relationships and customer perceived (i.e. Kansei). Kansei engineering is used in this article to design 24 questionnaire instruments and 41 services attribute questionnaire instruments. The questionnaire was distributed by purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents in logistics services: package delivery services, package tracking services, and package delivery services. In this study, Partial Least Square for Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) is used to analyze the relationship between Kansei and the logistics service elements. The results indicate that Kansei’s words affect significantly on the three logistics services. The results of this study indicate that the variables obtained from Kansei words have a significant effect on 16 elements of logistics services. The innovative Kansei word has the most influence in the delivery service, the reliable Kansei word has the most influence in the tracking service, the reliable and adjustable Kansei word has the most impact in the delivery service. This study also produces the best service attributes at each service stage to improve the quality of logistics services. This finding has important implications for logistics managers in designing services that take into account elements of customer-based voice services.

Abstrak Desa Pandanrejo, Kota Batu merupakan desa dengan produk utama stroberi. Salah satu produk yang dihasilkan oleh penduduk sekitar adalah sari buah stroberi dan murbei. Sari buah ini diproduksi oleh 2 kelompok tani yaitu Kelompok Tani Wanita Melati Putri dan home industry Arrohmah milik Bapak Sugiono. Proses pembuatan sari buah masih menggunakan peralatan manual sehingga pekerja sari buah mengeluhkan sakit pada tubuh bagian atas. Kuesioner Nordic Body Map menunjukkan pekerja mengalami nyeri/sakit pada bagian leher atas (90%), bahu (85%), lengan atas (70%), lengan bawah (75%), kaki (65%), mengalami sakit yang sangat pada punggung (70%) serta pergelangan tangan (55%). Metode REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) dan OWAS (Ovako Working posture Analysis System) digunakan untuk menganalisis postur tubuh pekerja. Analisis REBA menunjukkan postur tubuh yang memiliki skor 10 (risiko tinggi dan membutuhkan perbaikan segera) adalah postur tubuh menuang hasil rebusan, penyaringan, pengemasan. Alat penyaring sari buah didesain guna memperkecil risiko sakit pada otot serta meningkatkan hasil produksi. One of the products produced by the local people is strawberries and mulberry juice. This juice is produced by 2 farmer groups called Kelompok Tani Wanita Melati Putri and Arrohmah home industry owned by Mr. Sugiono. The process of making fruit juice is still using manual equipment so that juice workers complain of pain in their upper body. The Nordic Body Map questionnaire showed that the workers had pain/ache on the upper neck (90%), shoulders (85%), upper arm (70%), forearm (75%), legs (65%), severe back pain (70%) and wrist (55%). The REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) and OWAS (Ovako Working posture Analysis System) methods are used to analyze the worker's posture. REBA analysis showed posture that had a score of 10 (high risk and need immediate improvement) was the posture of pouring stew, filtering, packaging. The OWAS method shows the score category 3 (improvement needs to be done as soon as possible) on posture pouring stew and filtering. Fruit juice filters are designed to minimize the risk of muscle pain and to improve production. Workers in batik industry in Indonesia are very big. The process of batik potentially causes interference in the musculoskeletal system (MSDs). This study aims to analyze employee complaints. Methods using Nordic Body Map questionnaires and work risk analysis on hand with Strain Index of batik workers. The result of the research shows that the workers' complaints are upper neck pain and 100% waist pain, upper arm, and back pain are 87.5%, and pain in the lower part of the neck, left shoulder, right shoulder, upper arm right and right hand is 75%. Based on the risk of work with the strain index method obtained results on Manual Pattern Drawing Posture, Posture Drawing Pattern With Ruler, Posture Batik Pattern, Coloring Posture Batik, Posture Coloring Batik Cap and Posture Washing both right hand and left hand classified the work observed dangerous.

CV. Wijaya Kusuma is a company producing sanitair. The production process is done manually. Workers work with work postures bent and squatting. Posture work bent and squat reduces the comfort. Posture work bend and squat and potential risks of musculoskeletal disorder. REBA method is suitable to solve the problem. REBA is a method used in job posture analysis. REBA method used to quickly assess the posture of the neck, back, arms, wrists, and feet of a worker. The initial stage of the research is to divide the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire. NBM aims to know complaints of body parts before and after work. The purpose study is to determine the cause of complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) labor. This study provides a solution to the problem of labor MSDs complaints. The results show 6 work postures with "moderate" risk levels, 4 high-risk "work postures". All work postures in the sanitair production process require corrective action posture.

Usabilitas merupakan syarat dari suatu situs E-commerce. Hal ini disebabkan apabila konsumen tidak dapat belanja dengan mudah, maka situs online tidak akan berguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai dua situs e-commerce di Indonesia yaitu lazada dan mataharimall. Lazada adalah toko perbelanjaan online yang menawarkan berbagai jenis merk terkenal. Saat ini Lazada adalah situs e-commerce terbesar di Indonesia. Sedangkan mataharimall adalah e-commerce yang menawarkan berbagai jenis produk seperti pakaian, kosmetik dan kesehatan, elektronik dll. Mataharimall merupakan salah satu situs terlengkap di Indonesia. Variable usabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 variable usabilitas yang digunakan dari model dasar Restuputri dan Yasierli (2014). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 9 variable usabilitas ini valid untuk mengukur usabilitas di situs e-commerce jenis B2C (Bussiness to Customer) yaitu lazada dan jenis O2O (Online-to-Offline dan Offline-to-Online) yaitu mataharimall. Variabel yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan baik dari situs lazada maupun matahari yaitu variabel antara lain Bantuan, Kepuasan, Kualitas Informasi, Kehandalan, Jaminan dan Kontrak Perusahaan, Keamanan dan Fasilitas dan Universality. If a customer doesn’t like the site, customer simply looks for another e-commerce site to buy products from. This research assesses two largest e-commerce in Indonesia, which is lazada and mataarimall. Lazada is an online mall, offering a large selection of the world’s most popular brands. Currently, Lazada Indonesia is the nation’s leading business-to-consumer ecommerce site. MatahariMall is an ecommerce venture from the Lippo Group, offering one of the largest and most complete marketplaces in Indonesia. It covers fashion, health and beauty, electronics, home, groceries, books, and entertainment. Variables that used in this research based on research Restuputri and Yasierli (2014). The Results from this research is 9 variable is valid and reliable for measuring Lazada that have type e-commerce B2C (Bussiness to Customer) and Mataharimall that have type e-commerce O2O (Online to Offline and Offline to Online). There are 7 Variables that need to be improved in lazada and mataharimall, the variable are Assistance, Satisfaction , Quality of Information , Reliability , Asurance and Company Contacts , Security and Facility and Universality. For variable Navigation and Time Indicator is not necessary corrective action because it is in the fourth quadrant , which means considered not important nor dissatisfied

Perum Perhutani KBM-IK (Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri Industri Kayu) Gresik is a unit of the organization under the Office of Perum Perhutani Unit II East Java, which is responsible for the implementation of business management in the field of Industi Wood. In the production process, Perum Perhutani has used the modern machining tools. However, due to the negligence of the operator / worker, often causing work accident. Like do not use personal protective equipment, it is often underestimated by the operator. The method used is SHERPA to identify the source of danger while JSA used to provide solutions to the problems faced in companies. Research and calculation of risk score can be known the value of the biggest error lies in the activities taking pieces of the board after the cut using a band saw machine, cutting boards using a machine band resaw and cutting wood with a cross cut machine. The suggested solution is to further improve supervision in each process, conducting training K3 conducted by the management company, give firm sanction for operators who do not wear APD and design tools such as limiting engine band resaw and handle holder on the machine cross cut.

Occupational health and safety is very important point for a company. CV. XYZ is a company that produces paving and have problem about the occupational accident. There are 4 production procceses that can be couse occupational accidents, which is taking raw materials procces, stirring batter, forming and drying. This case must be analyzed using HEART and JSA method as evaluating effort for occupational accident. The results of HEART method analysing imply that HEP value 0,8632is the most dangerous occupational, that is forpicking gravel from cement mixer machine. After known the value of HEP afterward analyzed using JSA method. The goal is as improvement to occupational accident in the production process in order can be reduced. The result of JSA method analysing are improvement suggestion such us levying mask, hat, design of additional components for machine, additional equipment for pallet and hand pallet, and assigning standart operational procedure.

This study was conducted to determine the performance impact of e-procurement adoption in Indonesian manufacturing companies. This study consists of four variables: top management support, information quality, implementation of e-procurement, and company performance. Pilot testing questionnaires were used to test whether the respondents understood the questions given by the researcher. After conducting the pilot test, the final questionnaire was distributed to respondents. The pilot test results and the final questionnaire were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21 and SmartPLS v3.0 software to determine the relationship between variables. The results of this study support the acceptance of three hypotheses. The results indicate that top management support has a significant effect on e-procurement implementation. Other results show that information quality has a significant effect on e-procurement implementation, while e-procurement implementation has a significant effect on company performance. From the findings of this article, recommendations from a management perspective are discussed to increase management awareness in adopting electronic procurement.

This study aimed to evaluate E-learning using uselearn method. Uselearn is usability assessment method to assess E-learning from variable quality and usability. The questionnaire was given to 101 participants. The participants were given a questionnaire according with 12 dimensions of uselearn. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to validate the result of quantitative statistic. The results obtained after processing the data using SEM formed 10 new usability dimensions namely Consistency and Functionality (CF), Error Prevention (EP), Visibility (VIS), Flexibility (FLEX), Accessibility (AC), Memorability (MEMO), Completeness (COM ), Reducing redundancy (RR), Interactivity, Feedback and Help (IFH), and Assessment Strategy (AS). From the analysis obtained the lowest usability index values for the dimensions of Interactivity Feedback and Help (IFH), Reducing redundancy (RR), Completeness (COM) and Error Prevention (EP). Improvements that can be done is to improve the appearance of the icon and menu additions, as well as setting the E-learning website.

PT. Mayatama Manunggal Sentosa merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan pengaman kaca (safety glass). Pada tahun 2013, terjadi beberapa permasalahan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yaitu kecelakaan kerja yang dialami oleh karyawan khususnya pada area proses produksi. Penelitian ini diawali dengan melakukan identifikasi kecelakaan kerja dan selanjutnya mencari sumber potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja sehingga dapat dilakukan pencegahan kecelakaan dengan menggunakan metode Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP). Proses identifikasi dilakukan menggunakan HAZOP worksheet. Berdasarkan proses dari identifikasi bahaya pada proses produksi pembuatan pengaman kaca (safety glass) ditemukan 9 sumber potensi bahaya, diantaranya: kondisi lingkungan kerja, pecahan kaca, sikap pekerja, panel listrik, kabel yang berserakan, udara panas, genangan air dan bahan kimia yang berbahaya, kertas yang berserakan dan genangan air.
