Bulu Cina Village is one of the villages in Hamparan Perak district, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This paper aims to examine the potential economic sector in the village of Bulu Cina. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The leading commodities of Bulu Cina village in the agricultural sector are rice and corn. In the plantation sector are oil palm and cocoa. While in the Animal Husbandries sector are native chickens and sheep. With the commodities produced in these three sectors, the Village Head, Village Apparatus like village chief, village secretary, hamlet head, and the community can maintain and increase production in each industry to increase village income.

Kutalimbaru merupakan salah satu Kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Provinsi SumateraUtara, memiliki 14 Desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif studi pustaka dan studi lapangan.Terdapat beberapa peluang sektor usaha yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan keuntungan bagi masyarakat dikecamatan Kutalimbaru dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan, yakni: (1) Kuliner, salah satu usaha yang mudah untukdilakukan oleh masyarakat di kecamatan Kutalimbaru; (2) Kerajinan dan Seni Tradisional, menjadi potensi usahamasyarakat dalam keluarga komunitas perajin di kecamatan Kutalimbaru; (3) Jasa Transportasi, jenis usaha yangmenjadi pertimbangan berdasarkan keputusan pelaku pasar; (4) Jasa Konstruksi, juga merupakan jenis usaha yangmenjadi pertimbangan berdasarkan keputusan pelaku pasar di kecamatan Kutalimbaru. Peluang sektor usaha dikecamatan Kutalimbaru hendaknya menjadi perhatian pemerintah Kabupaten untuk dapat diterapkan olehmasyarakat sebagai pelaku ekonomi dalam upaya peningkatan pendapatan menuju perubahan kesejahteraanmasyarakat daerah.

This study aims to determine whether the money supply, investment, consumption, and economic growth variables have a significant effect on inflation. To find out whether the variables of government expenditure, unemployment, and inflation have a significant effect on economic growth. The data analysis model in this study is simultaneous regression. The data analysis technique used is the quantitative method. Data were processed from the Central Bureau of Statistics from 2007 to 2021. The results of this study indicate that based on the estimation results, the t-count value is obtained, the money supply variable has a significant effect on inflation. The investment variable has no significant effect on inflation. The consumption variable has no significant effect on inflation. The economic growth variable has no significant effect on inflation. The government expenditure variable has a significant effect on economic growth. The unemployment variable has a significant effect on economic growth. The inflation variable has a significant effect on economic growth. In order to reduce the inflation rate to a low level, Bank Indonesia should use monetary policy to reduce the money supply.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the socioeconomic characteristics of the people of Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study used primary and secondary data types with data collection techniques, namely direct interviews with respondents with the help of questionnaires that had been prepared. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study found that the socioeconomic characteristics of rural communities in the Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency, were farmers, breeders, private employees, and entrepreneurs. The village community is classified as a productive age of work and with an education level with the majority of high schools is a fairly good level of education. The level of public welfare is seen from their income, the majority of which is a monthly average income is a fairly good income. The research is recommended to be a reference material in policy-making to local governments related to other economic sectors in the sub-district as a support for the socioeconomic characteristics of the community as well as a reference and information on opportunities to increase the income of rural communities. This study aims to find out that the Family Hope Program (PKH) provides conditional assistance to vulnerable households or people registered in the processing of aggregated data for the poor, regulated by the Center for Social Welfare Data and Information and designated as beneficiary households. The people in the village of Rambai, STM Hilir sub-district are people who live in highland areas, where most of the highland people have a livelihood as farmers. "Here, the author chooses Rambai Village, STM Hilir District, because most of the people in this village are low-income and far from prosperous. The variables in this study are Assistance for Children aged 6-21 years who have not completed compulsory education, Assistance for the Elderly (elderly, over 60 years), and Assistance for Disabilities. The method in this study uses descriptive statistical tests using SPSS 24. The results of this study conclude that the Family Hope Program (PKH) can help the community in Rambai Village, STM Hilir District, to improve community welfare. This study aims to analyze capital and technology response to the inflation rate as a mediation variable for household business before and during the COVID-19 pandemic (Case Study: Klambir Lima Kebun Village). A specific target of this study is to analyze the inflation rate as a mediation variable for the income of household business before and during the COVID-19 pandemic (Case Study: Klambir Village Five Gardens). So that it can show how much the value of the inflation rate affects the income of household business before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in Klambir Lima Kebun Village. This study used secondary data from 2018 to 2021 and primary data from the spread of questionnaires conducted on 144 respondents. The data analysis used in Quantitative Analysis consists of Path Analysis and Different Tests (Sign tests). The results of this study are that capital access variables have a positive influence directly on income, technology response variables have an indirect negative effect on income with inflation variables as mediation variables, and there are differences before and during the COVID-19 pandemic that occur in inflation variables but are not significan.

This study aims to analyze the contributions of the variable interactions of monetary policy in the stability of goods and services prices. Where is the monetary policy variable (inflation, kurs, consumer price index, gross domestic products, the money supply, and interest rates). Research in conducted in the country of Indonesia and uses secondary data or time series from 2008 to 2021. The data analysis model in this study is Simultaneous Model. Simultaneous equations to analyze the relation between independent and variable variables found in the research country. Simultaneous analysis of equations on statistical test common equation 1 suggests that variable interest rates, money distribution, exchange rates and consumer price indexes have significant adverse effects on the inflation. Whereas in the same equation 2, it suggests that gross domestic product variables have a positive relationship that is significant to the ihk. And inflation has a negative relationship significantly insignificant to consumer price index. For this reason, the researcher hopes that the monetary authority, namely Bank Indonesia, can improve monetary stability and maintain the BI rate in regulating the money supply so that it can suppress the inflation rate as an effort to stabilize the prices.

This study aims to identify and determine the effect of purchasing power, female labor force participation rates (wLFPR), and contraception against fertility between regency/municipalities in Riau Province. The analytical tool used is panel data regression using the Random Effect Model. Based on the data processing results, the highest fertility was in Rokan Hilir Regency, and the lowest was Siak Regency. Econometric results show that purchasing power and contraceptives positively and significantly affect fertility. In contrast, the female labor force participation rate has a negative and significant impact on fertility in the regency/municipality of Riau Province. The agricultural sector is unique and has its characteristics in the structure of the national economy. This sector is relatively a sector that receives serious attention in development actions. This study aims to analyze the effect of crop production and farmer exchange rates on farmers' income in Medan Krio Village both partially and simultaneously. The research was conducted in Medan Krio Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research data used are primary. In addition to primary data, secondary data is also used as a support for primary data. Data analysis techniques are obtained from direct interviews of respondents with the help of prepared questionnaires. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study partially affected the variables of crop production had a significant effect on the income of rice farmers and the variables of the farmer exchange rate had an insignificant effect on the income of farmers in Medan Krio Village. Simultaneously, the variables of crop production and farmer exchange rates do not affect the income of farmers in Medan Krio Village.

The purpose of writing this article is to examine the macroeconomic perspective of the halal industry sector on per capita income in Indonesia. The method used is qualitatively descriptive through the study of literature and literature. The halal industry sector in Indonesia has contributed to GDP based on the field sector. High GDP values support high per capita income through income distribution. There are several sub-sectors of the halal industry that contribute to the Indonesian economy. Recommended to the Indonesian government through the ministries of trade, MSMEs and Cooperatives to continue to support the acceleration of improvement in the realization of halal brands.

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding of the community of Pahlawan village fishermen as a service partner on the basic concept of international trade. The method of devotion is done by (1) observes; (2) counselling/socialization lectures; and (3) evaluation. The results of the devotion showed that the group of fishermen as participants/forums have shown enthusiasm in attendance, receiving information as an effort to add knowledge and insight from the method of counselling lectures/socialization of materials that have been conducted by the dedicated team. The team's recommendation for further community service activities after this stage is to perform the same methods with different themes such as differences in the number of fishermen's catches before and during the Covid-19 pandemic that can affect the export performance of fishery subsectors. To return to become additional information knowledge and insight in the community of the Pahlawan village fishermen group.

This study aims to review Indonesia's macroeconomic indicators before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Using time-series data sourced from ceicdata, this study uses non-parametric statistical methods of different tests (sign tests). The results showed that there is a significant difference between before and during the covid-19 pandemic on international macroeconomic indicators of the rupiah exchange rate against USD, external debt, reserves, and Indonesian CPI. Recommended to the Government of Indonesia through Bank Indonesia and other relevant Ministries need a strict policy on a rupiah exchange rate that leads to price stability to reduce the rate of inflation, management and disclosure of external debt information, the achievement of trade balance surplus to increase reserves towards increasing domestic economic growth.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the Indonesian economy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the causality and balanced relationship in the long term between RR, IR and INF variables during the Covid-19 pandemic. With the Granger Causality and Johansen Cointegration test methods, the results showed that there is a long-term balance between RR, IR and INF. RR and IR are one-way causality relationships, IR and INF are one-way causality relationships. There is no causality relationship between IR and RR and vice versa during the Covid-19 pandemic. The RR policy affects the determination of IR and IR affecting Indonesia's INF during the Covid-19 pandemic. To reduce the inflation rate during the pandemic, Bank Indonesia needs to implement RR policy through the determination of interest rates.

Today's digital Era demands creativity to continue innovating in improving women's productivity, especially on fulfilling daily household consumption needs. This is closely related to women's empowerment because as a partner of the household can participate in increasing household income. The creativity of ideas in innovating produces a product that adds value to the economy is called the creative economy. The goal of devotion to this society enhances understanding, knowledge, and insight to women the importance of the creative economy in increasing family income. Implementation of a creative economy in the early stages, can not be done only on one person, therefore, it need support from several parties so effective when the formed a business group. This is what is a tangible form of this devotion activity. The dedication partners consist of RMOL Sumut, PKK women, IWAPI women, and Genre communities in the Binjai City district. Method of devotion done with the lecture, discussion question/answer problem, and the final stage is an alternative solution offered. From this community devotion activity, all participants were enthusiastic about the deepening of knowledge and insight into the concept of creative economics. And there were 20 business groups in which each group consisted of 5 people. So much devotion activities are important to continue to be implemented continually to increase household income to prosperity.

Desa Pahlawan merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Tanjung Tiram Kabupaten Batu Bara Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat kelompok nelayan di Desa Pahlawan tentang manfaat serta perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan bantuan alat tangkap oleh Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP). Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode ceramah/ sosialisasi/ penyuluhan kepada mayarakat kelompok nelayan sehingga mendapatkan wawasan/informasi terkait manfaat penerapan bantuan alat tangkap dan bagaimana perbedaan secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas dan pendapatan nelayan sebelum dan sesudah adanya bantuan alat tangkap. Monitoring dan evaluasi juga dilakukan pada tahap akhir dari pengabdian ini untuk mengetahui keberhasilan kegiatan penyuluhan yang dilakukan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas nelayan melalui jumlah produksi/hasil tangkap, jam kerja, dan harga jual di Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI). Di samping itu, wanita nelayan dapat mengolah hasil tangkap melalut yang kemudian dijual di pasar setempat yang berada di lingkungan pemukiman, yang dinamakan sebagai usaha rumah tangga wanita nelayan. Indikator produktivitas menunjukkan bahwa nelayan memperoleh pendapatan secara berkala yang dapat mendukung pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi rumah tangga nelayan. Hal ini yang akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup rumah tangga nelayan dalam negeri. Adapun yang dapat direkomendasikan kepada pemerintah, yakni KKP melalui Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Batu Bara agar melakukan pendampingan sosialisasi edukasi tentang manfaat bantuan alat tangkap secara berkala demi mendukung produktivitas nelayan yang berkelanjutan. Sebab nelayan Desa Pahlawan juga dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Batu Bara

This study analyzes the economics of halal certification by the Halal Product Assurance Administration Agency (HPAAA). This research aims to make it easier for MSEs to manage the business certification process for their business. The ease of obtaining halal certification for business actors provides economic benefits. The economic side of the analysis is to provide convenience and simplification of submitting applications for halal certification so that business actors and economic actors will provide comfort in marketing their products that have been certified halal. Another advantage of halal certification is that the product is known in the national market. Product sales are increasing with a halal certification logo and guaranteeing halal certainty on products that business actors have produced. The method in this research is qualitative. This research is sharpened through data analysis by categorizing various data and arguments to explain the policy model for halal product assurance certification. The data obtained will also be mapped based on the sequence of time, events, subject, and place determination. The point is to chronologically describe what happened in the political economy of halal certification. The next step that needs to be done is to understand the background of the emergence of the halal certification policy to digest the various problems that exist in it and further understand whether or not there is a tendency for certain political motives and interests. The last step is to construct the existing policy model precisely by describing it appropriately. The conclusion in this study is that halal certification seen from economic factors will increase the profits of business actors because people from various economic strata, if they want to buy food, drinks, and the like, are required to see the halal certification logo with the aim that the food and beverages consumed are guaranteed halal. Meanwhile, from an economic perspective, the goods or services offered by producers to the public will be profitable if business actors have halal certification compared to business actors who do not have halal certification, and have an impact on increasing sales of halal products, so with this impact. These business actors do not have halal certification. The halal certificate will take care of the halal certificate to the local HPAAA.

Indonesia merupakan negara sedang berkembang yang memiliki hubungan internasional bilateral maupun multilateral di pasar dunia. Dengan adanya hubungan internasional ini, Indonesia dalam meningkatkan perkembangan pembangunan dalam negeri membutuhkan modal eksternal di samping modal mandiri internal menuju laju pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi demi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis utang luar negeri dan inflasi Indonesia dengan time series tahun 1978-2017. Hasil penelitian dengan uji kointegrasi ( cointegration test ) didapatkan bahwa terjadi keseimbangan jangka panjang antara utang luar negeri dan inflasi. Dan dengan granger causality test didapatkan bahwa pada Lag 2, utang luar negeri dan inflasi Indonesia menunjukkan hubungan dua arah artinya bahwa utang luar negeri mempengaruhi inflasi Indonesia dan sebaliknya inflasi mempengaruhi utang luar negeri. Sedangkan pada Lag 4, utang luar negeri dan inflasi Indonesia menunjukkan hubungan satu arah ini berarti bahwa utang luar negeri mempengaruhi inflasi namun inflasi tidak mempengaruhi utang luar negeri selama kurun waktu penelitian. Dapat direkomendasikan kepada pemerintah Indonesia bahwa pinjaman luar negeri yang dilakukan setiap tahun sampai di waktu mendatang demi perkembangan pembangunan dan perekonomian yang lebih baik lagi tanpa membebani kas negara dan atau cadangan devisa dengan cara implementasi pinjaman luar negeri menuju lebih produktif dalam bentuk investasi pembangunan jangka panjang yang mendorong kemajuan sektor riil (pasar barang dan jasa) karena ini dapat mendorong aktivitas perekonomian domestik menuju kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan tingkat pengembalian cepat dan tinggi.

The study aims to test the influence of local native income, balanced funds, and regional spending on the human development index. The method used is multiple linear analysis. This type of quantitative research uses secondary data on local government financial statements that have been audited by the CPC and statistical data from www.bps.go.id. The study sample criteria cover all 33 Regencies / Cities of North Sumatra in 2018-2019 with SPSS version 20. The results showed that the original income of the region, the balance fund affected the human development index. In comparison, regional spending did not significantly affect the human development index. Simultaneously the original income of the region, balanced funds, and provincial spending are jointly influential on the human development index of North Sumatra province. Every government in North Sumatra province is expected to increase investment in the physical form further so that fixed assets increase every year. With increased means, it can support the economic welfare of the community

Indonesia merupakan negara yang menganut sistem perekonomian terbuka. Semenjak dari masa kemerdekaan sampai dengan sekarang masih terus menjadi bagian dan atau pelaku di pasar internasional. Kecenderungan mengeskpor untuk meningkatkan pendapatan negara diikuti pula dengan mengimpor barang/jasa modal dan jenis barang/jasa ekonomi lainnya yang dikonsumsi oleh penduduk domestik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis data laju pertumbuhan inflasi dan impor Indonesia dengan time series mulai dari tahun 1991-2017. Hasil penelitian dengan metode analisis VAR ( vector autoregression) didapatkan bahwa Inflasi dan impor tidak berkaitan erat dan tidak saling mempengaruhi berdasarkan kurun waktu penelitian ini karena tidak memiliki hubungan sebab akibat. Inflasi periode yang lalu tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap impor Indonesia. Peningkatan impor berpengaruh positif terhadap inflasi berdasarkan persamaan VAR. Dan antara inflasi dan impor terdapat hubungan stabilitas keseimbangan jangka panjang dan pergerakan dalam jangka panjang. Sementara dalam jangka pendek kedua variabel inflasi dan impor saling menyesuaikan untuk mencapai keseimbangan jangka panjang. Hal yang dapat direkomendasikan kepada pemerintah yakni Bank Indonesia diharapkan dapat tetap menjaga laju inflasi terkait kestabilan nilai rupiah baik di dalam maupun luar negeri sehingga dapat menekan kuota impor yang dapat mengurangi kecenderungan konsumsi terhadap barang/jasa impor oleh penduduk domestik.

Desa Pahlawan is one of region has natural resources for fishery sector in Indonesia. The location is in Kecamatan Tanjung Tiram Kabupaten Batu Bara Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Many kind of fishery commodity had produced in there like anchovy, shrimp, shells, and other kind sea food. This research has aim for analyzing the impact for fishing tackle aid implementation for fishermen at Desa Pahlawan Kecamatan Tanjung Tiram Kabupaten Batu Bara. The research speciality has for analyzing difference of how before fishing tackle aid implementation and after. The hypothesis are there significant difference between before fishing tackle aid implementation and after for the quantity of production. The result for this research by sign test has significant difference between before fishing tackle aid implementation and after for the quantity of production. For the local government by Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Batu Bara Provinsi Sumatera Utara could be keep the productivity of fishermen at Desa Pahlawan as concern for quantity of production becauce it can be influence for selling price stability in market as welfare indicator for the fishermen.

This research aimed to analyze Import North Sumatera for causality and cointegration method between Import, GDRP North Sumatera, Exchange rate and inflation during the period 1990-2015 for short and long term equilibrium relationship. From the results of causality test indicate GDRP North Sumatera had two way causality to Import North Sumatera. Import cause of GDRP North Sumatera and otherwise GDRP cause of Import North Sumatera. Cointegration test and Error Correction Mechanism indicate GDRP North Sumatera as positively and significant influence Import for short and long term equilibrium relationship for during the period 1990-2015. Whereas exchange rate and inflation had one way causality to Import North Sumatera. To Indonesia Government regulation hopely can control import product especially North Sumatera. High GDRP North Sumatera value can used to increasing other activities economic like development financing local. We need import but no dependency, import cause for resources not available in domestic or local. The Indonesia oriented sure keep on the import value every year of time for high GDRP value

This study aims to analyze of fluctuations in foreign exchange reserves in three developing countries using time series data for the period 2000-2018 with the Research Method Of Panel Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). The results showed that foreign exchange reserves were the leading indicator in three developing countries (Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia) but were unstable in the short run. In the long and short term, significant variables affect fluctuations in foreign exchange reserves in three developing countries, namely exports and foreign debt. It is recommended to the Government to increase exports rather than imports to increase gold reserves which can later increase output towards economic growth.

tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efek simultanitas variabel ekonomi moneter terhadap neraca pembayaran di lima negara yakni Indonesia, Korea Selatan, India, Brasil dan Meksiko. Dengan menggunakan data time series dari tahun 2000 sampai dengan 2018 dan cross section lima negara maka metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan simultan Panel-Two Stage Least Square yang sebelumnya sudah berdasarkan hasil uji identifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa simultanitas terjadi antar variabel kurs mata uang di lima negara terhadap neraca pembayaran di lima negara tersebut pula dan begitu juga sebaliknya pada α = 10%. Kurs mata uang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap neraca pembayaran di negara Indonesia, Korea Selatan, India, Brasil dan Meksiko, begitu pula sebaliknya.
