Advances in information technology are one of the fundamental things in technological development that cannot be stopped, this will continue to grow to be large and can provide a large level of change in the pattern of people's lives. E-commerce can be said as the development of information technology. And one company that does this is JD.ID. JD. ID is an e-commerce company that has the positioning of "original goods" offered to consumers. This is JD.ID's biggest strength and has an e-commerce strategy that really attracts consumers' attention. The data collection method used in this study is a survey, where the problem discussed is how the phase of change and innovation can be implemented at JD.ID. The method used to analyze is McKinsey 7S. The results that will be obtained from this journal are phases of change that may and/or can be recommended to JD.ID, as a recommendation and/or input so that JD.ID can develop into an even bigger e-commerce company and JD.ID can become the broader e-commerce market leader. Changes must always be made to be able to adapt to the needs required by society and on the one hand is flexibility in dealing with this.

Carbon monoxide is a type of pollutant that is harmful to human health and the environment. On the other hand, carbon monoxide also has benefits for industrial matter. Since the benefits and disadvantages of carbon monoxide, the measurement of carbon monoxide concentration is required. The measurement of carbon monoxide level is not easy moreover with low-cost sensors. The usage of 4 sensors namely TGS2611, TGS2612, TGS2610 and TGS2602 has been used along with feature extractor. The polynomial classifier is required to interpret the feature vector into the amount of substance concentration. The common classifier methods suffer fatal limitations. The polynomial classifiers method offers lower complexity in solution and lower computational effort. Since the involvement of a huge number of data points in the modelling process leads to high degree in the polynomial model. The occurrence of Runge's phenomenon is highly possible in this condition. This phenomenon affects the accuracy level of the generated model. The degree reduction algorithm is required to prevent the occurrence of Runge’s phenomenon. The combination of MAF (Mean Average Filter) and derivative approach as degree reductor algorithm has succeeded in reducing the polynomial model degree. The greater the number degree in the model means the greater the computational load. The model degree reductor algorithm has been succeeded to reduce computational load by 96.6%.

This study aims to determine the effect of social studies learning motivation with powtoon learning media on class IV students, determine the effect of social studies learning outcomes with powtoon learning media on fourth grade students, find out the difference in the influence of social studies learning motivation with powtoon learning media on fourth grade students. . This study uses an experimental approach with a pure experimental type because of the experimental and control classes, while the design used is the pretest posttest control group design. The data collection technique used a test consisting of pretest and posttest, and also used a questionnaire on learning motivation. The instrument test consists of a validity test, a reliability test, a difficulty level test for items, and a question item difference test. Data analysis used normality test and homogeneity test. Hypothesis test using N-gain and t test in regression analysis. In this study, Powtoon learning media affects the social studies learning motivation of fourth grade students at SDN Ngablak 01, this is based on the acquisition of the average (mean) N-Gain score on the motivational measurement scale in the experimental class by applying the Powtoon learning media to obtain a value of 57% included in quite effective category. (2) Powtoon learning media has an effect on social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SDN Ngawen. this is based on the acquisition of the value that the average (mean) N-Gain score of the learning outcome measurement scale in the experimental class by applying the Powtoon learning media obtains a value of 55% which is included in the quite effective category. (3) Based on the results of the independent sample test table test results, it is known that the sig value on Lavene's Test is 0.548> 0.05 which this result has the N-Gain t test result, the score is greater than the learning outcome 0.541> 0.05. It can be concluded that learning motivation has a greater impact than learning outcomes using powtoon media in grade IV SD social studies material in Cluwak District, Pati Regency.

The ultrasonic range finder sensors is a general-purpose sensor to measure the distance contactless. This sensor is categorized as a low-cost sensor that is widely used in various applications. This sensor has a significant deviation that leads to significant errors in the measurement result. The error produced by this sensor tends to increase proportionally to the measured distance. The implementation of a particular algorithm is required to reduce the error value. The model-based calibration is a solution to increase accuracy. The model-based solutions are no longer feasible if the states of the model have changed. The length of the usage of the sensor leads to sensor fatigue. Sensor fatigue is one of the causes of model state changes. If the drift is still within the tolerance limit, the sensor performance can still be restored using the calibration method. The model-based calibration calibrates the sensor by using the model. The update of the model must be made whenever the changing of the model state occurred. Since the manual model-making process is not an easy task, time, and cost required, then the Newton polynomial-based (Automatic Model Generation (AMG) has been implemented in this research. The AMG algorithm generates the new sensor model automatically based on the most updated states. This automatic model generation is implemented in the calibration process of the ultrasonic sensor. The implementation of a polynomial-based AMG algorithm for sensor calibration has been succeeded in improving the calibrated sensor’s accuracy by 96.4% and reducing the MSE level from 25.6 to 0.914

Background: Bimaxillary and bidental protrusion Class I Angle malocclusions have a characteristic convex facial profile and protrusion lips due to the labial inclination of the anterior teeth. Extraction of the first four premolars is the most common choice for orthodontic treatment of these cases when all the permanent teeth are complete and in good condition. Orthodontic treatment can be performed using the Begg or Straightwire techniques. Purpose: This study aims to investigate the difference in the effect of orthodontic treatment with Begg and Straightwire appliances on molar position, occlusal plane, and anterior and posterior facial height. Methods: Sixty pairs of lateral cephalograms before and after the treatment of patients with bimaxillary and bidental protrusive Angle malocclusion Class I, aged 18–35 years old, who underwent orthodontic treatment using the Begg and Straightwire techniques with the extraction of all first premolars that met the inclusion criteria. Data analysis was performed using two-way repeated analysis of variance (p0.05). Medium correlation was found between variables in both the Begg and Straightwire techniques. Conclusion: Molars were extruded and mesialized and the occlusal plane angle and height of the anterior and posterior faces increased after the Begg appliances treatment. The molars moved mesially and occlusally and there was a decrease in the occlusal plane angle, as well as the height of the anterior and posterior faces, after treatment with the Straightwire appliances. However, there was no difference between the two techniques.

The design of the layout aims to optimize aspects of productivity, processing time, worker fatigue, cost & distance of movement of material on the production floor. Optimizations regarding material displacement distance typically focus on minimizing the distance between the production units within the manufacturing company. This study conducted a case study on UD Utama Tires which is one of the companies manufacturing retread tire trucks located in Semarang. The company has crossmovement related problems between production units and departmental layout that is not in line with the production process flow, while the availability of production space is only 30x15 meters and there are 12 departments. The observation result shows the distance of material transfer in the heat-processing unit is 111.96 m and the cold-processing unit is 100.63. Optimization needs to be done to minimize the material distance between the units of the process. Blocplan algorithm was chosen as the method of arranging the company layout and obtained the result of 20 alternative proposed new layout to then selected one of the proposals with the highest layout score. The result of this research is the 15th proposed alternative with the highest layout-score value is 0.82, so it can be concluded that the optimum model can minimize the distance of the material production movement by 63.8m in the heat-processing unit with the effectiveness rate 43.02% and 69.1m in the process unit cold with effectiveness rate 31,33%

Sampah organik saat ini jumlahnya mencapai 60% dari produksi sampah setiap harinya. Di Kota Semarang, terutama di Kelurahan Kalipancur yang memiliki kepedulian tinggi terhadap permasalahan lingkungan dan memiliki kesiapan di segala aspek, menjadi objek penelitian ini yang juga merupakan lokasi usaha NRC. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persebaran potensi supplier sampah di Kelurahan Kalipancur dan merancang jaringan rantai pasok dari supplier sampah sampai ke end customer untuk peningkatan kapasitas produksi NRC. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan Solver dan metode Least Cost, diputuskan bahwa NRC meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dari 1 workshop menjadi 3 workshop sehingga total demand pakan ternak dalam sebulan yaitu 28675 kg terpenuhi dan kapasitas produksi masih tersisa 7205 kg sampah pada workshop 1. Jaringan rantai pasok NRC ini kemudian disimulasikan menggunakan ARENA untuk validasi jaringan rantai pasok yang terpilih.

This study proposes an Alignment Model of IT Governance and Performance Measurement based on Framework CobiT 5, which is conducted by identifying Business Goals, IT Goals, IT Process and Framework Alignment. The research results indicate that the education quality standard of Dian Nuswantoro University which fulfill Regulation of Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education No. 44 of 2015 is 42% and the remaining 58% has not fulfilled it. Model of IT Governance as a University Quality Assurance System with ISO/IEC 38500: 2008 and Process Reference Model CobiT 5 frameworks could be performed by aligning Dian Nuswantoro University's goals to the Process Reference Model CobiT 5 and adjusted with the IT governance principles based on ISO/IEC 38500 framework. However, the capability level of IT processes is mostly at level 1, showing that the IT processes have indeed been implemented and some of them have reached level 2, indicating that the processes have been implemented and managed. Meanwhile, it is expected that the capability level could mostly be at level 4, an indication that the IT processes should be implemented, managed and standardized and a performance measurement should be performed.

Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan model database sebagai pendukung layanan informasi publik Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang cepat dan tepat waktu, berbiaya ringan, dan cara sederhana sesuai dengan amanat UU 14/2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik yang dikoordinasikan melalui Kopertis Wilayah VI. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan perancangan model pengelolaan database dengan cara menganalisis dan identifikasi sumber data pendukung layanan informasi publik PTS menggunakan tools Context Diagram, menganalisis dan perumusan model pengolahan data untuk menghasilkan informasi publik PTS menggunakan Data Flow Diagram, menganalisis dan identifikasi informasi publik PTS, berdasarkan Context Diagram serta Data Flow Diagram merumuskan model hubungan antar entitas dalam sistem dalam Entity Relationship Diagram, sehingga dihasilkan desain menu database pendukung informasi publik Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang terintegrasi. This research aims to determine the integrated strategy of quality Insurance system with universities' information technology based on Indonesia Law and condition which was conducted in the following stages: business goals identification, IT goals identification, IT process identification, framework alignment, evaluation of capability level, gap analysis, alignment of national universities standard and framework as well as the setting of IT governance model. The result of the research showed that integrated strategy of quality Insurance system with information technology in universities could be done by synchronizing the goals of the Universities using Process Preference Model CobiT 5 and adjusted to the principles of IT governance based on the framework of ISO/IEC 38500. These condition might not be applicable in other countries.

Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun peta layanan informasi publik berbasis teknologi informasi bidang pendidikan berdasarkan UU 14/2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan action research dengan melakukan observasi situs badan publik bidang pendidikan dengan memetakan konten informasi pada menu/sub menu berdasarkan Permendiknas No 50 tahun 2011 tentang layanan informasi publik di lingkungan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dan menentukan konten informasi publik yang sesuai UU No 14/2008. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa dari 58 item informasi publik yang harus disediakan, ternyata hanya terdapat 17 item (29%) sehingga masih terdapat 71% item informasi publik yang belum tersedia, serta sifat situs www.kopertis6.or.id dalam memberikan layanan informasi publik masih sebatas menampilkan, namun belum memberikan layanan yang bersifat interaktif.
