Keterampilan numerasi merupakan aspek penting yang harus dimiliki guru atau calon guru sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menelusuri profil numerasi calon guru sekolah dasar dan membahasan kesulitan mereka dalam mengerjakan tes numerasi, Partispan penelitian adalah 48 mahasiswa program pendidikan dasar di Univeristas Negeri Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif eksploratif dan menggunakan tes numerasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil tes numerasi dianalisis untuk melihat profil numerasi dan bagian yang menjadi kesulitan bagi partisipan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa baik partisipan dari kelompok skor terendah maupun partisipan dari kelompok tertinggi masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengerjakan tes. Kesulitas partisipan paling tinggi pada tes ini adalah pada konten Bilangan dan Aljabar. Â Numeracy skills are an important aspect that a teacher or prospective elementary school teacher must have. The purpose of this study was to trace the numeracy profile of prospective primary school teachers and discuss their difficulties in doing the numeracy test, the participants of the study were 48 students of the basic education program at the Yogyakarta State University. This research used explorative descriptive method and used numeracy test to collect data. The results of the numeracy test were analyzed to see the numeracy profile and the parts that were difficult for the participants. The results showed that both participants from the lowest scoring group and participants from the highest group still had difficulty doing the test. The highest difficulty of the participants in this test is on number and algebra content.

One of the learning methods promoted in the independent curriculum is the project method. This research explores the impact of the project method in the context of early childhood education related to geometry shape recognition. This study aims to investigate how the use of the project method in learning can affect young children’s ability to recognize and understand geometric shapes. The project method was implemented in a learning environment that provided children with practical and interactive experiences, while measurements of their ability to identify and utilize geometric concepts were conducted before and after the application of this method. This study used an observational approach to the control group and the group involved in project-based learning. The results showed that the children involved in the project method showed a significant improvement in their ability to recognize geometric shapes compared to the control group. This indicates that the project method has a positive influence in facilitating the understanding of geometry concepts at an early developmental stage. This finding has important implications for designing early childhood education curricula that focus on developing geometry skills. The implementation of the project method can be an effective alternative in improving children’s ability to recognize and understand geometric shapes, strengthening an important foundation for their future mathematical development.

This research aimed to develop and validate an instrument to measure language development in children aged 4 to 5 years in kindergarten. The study followed the Plomp development model, encompassing five phases: initial investigation, design, realisation, test, evaluation and revision, and implementation. The initial investigation involved analysing theories and existing early childhood language development research. The design phase produced an initial draft of the instrument, which included a language development measurement tool, a validation questionnaire, and a user response questionnaire. Expert validation was conducted using Aiken's formula to establish content validity. The instrument was then tested in three kindergartens with a sample size of 194 children. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and descriptive analysis assessed the model's fit and instrument reliability. Results indicated that the instrument had satisfactory content validity and construct reliability (CR > 0.7), though some fit indices, such as the Comparative Fit Index (CFI), were below ideal thresholds. The validated instrument consists of two language development scales: receptive language (e.g., understanding stories, commands, rules) and expressive language (e.g., asking and answering questions, verbal communication). The study's findings imply significant applications for early childhood education, offering a standardised tool for assessing language development, guiding curriculum design, and enabling targeted interventions to improve language outcomes. Despite its strengths, the study acknowledges limitations, such as the need for better-fit indices and further empirical testing with diverse populations. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies to explore the long-term impacts of the instrument and incorporate technological advancements to enhance its accuracy and relevance. This research aims to know the meaning and moral contained in the poetry of Haji Syukur. He conveyed his preaching through poetry that according to Haji Syukur, the people of Jambi easily understand him through Seloko or Pantun. The poems spoken by Haji Syukur are also often used by people in the area of Jambi who in the activities of community deliberations, in giving advice, can also be used in the sleep of children, and storytelling. The poems spoken by Haji Syukur contain the story of Islamic religious teachings. Further research on the activity of analyzing the works of the teacher H. Syukur specifically the poems of his work.In this study we use content analysis techniques to process the data that has been collected. With this technique researchers will be able to easily find out the contents, meaning of poetry, and moral values that are embedded in poetry. So that researchers at the end of the paper can easily conclude the results of the desired research. The words of Haji Syukur or the often-called Guru Syukur in the form of aspects are also not too difficult to understand, the lyrics are practical and often also used by society in their daily lives, and Seloko or Pantun is also a Community needs in certain events and when people relax in a community gathering. In the Haji Syukur poem’s can also distinguish the nature of the character of Islam with the people of the calamites, the good and the wicked, the praises and the Unblemish. In the verses of gratitude teachers speak between two opposite things, Haji Syukur also gives the difference two things aloud, so that the community easier to capture what the meaning conveyed through the poem and the the lyrics are easier for the community to hear.

The research aims to analyze the application of the job description of the boarding school management and its implications for work discipline at the Riyadhus Sholihin Orphan and Dhuafa Boarding School in Bandar Lampung. This research uses Dessler's theory of job description indicators and a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was done by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, after which it was presented in the form of descriptions and verified by conclusion. The results of this study indicate the success of job descriptions and their implications for work discipline that can be seen through job identification, job summary, duties and responsibilities, authority, work standards, working conditions, and job specifications. Non-litigation mediation is very important for its application in Indonesian society, given the increasing number of cases of family disputes in religious courts. The research question in this study is to what extent extrajudicial mediation is relevant to family law reform in Indonesia, especially in the case of domestic disputes. The approaches used in this study are legal, normative, and philosophical. The main legal materials were based on the Quran, Hadith, and Laws and Regulations. Data processing was done by creating and organizing data. This was a qualitative analysis, with a focus on non-litigation mediation. The findings show that non-litigation mediation in family disputes has been long established in Indonesian society. Non-litigation mediation for resolving family disputes is very important to include in Indonesia's legal reform agenda. This is because it has a deep connection with Indonesian society. The values of consensus consultation, fraternity, solidarity, mutual cooperation, and tolerance have always been at the forefront of the community in overcoming the various problems that arise and are an advantage in restructuring the rules of non-litigation mediation. However, their implementation is still not optimal. Non-litigation mediation occupies a very powerful position and is rooted in the legal order of life of the Indonesian people, but its application in resolving family disputes is simply underutilized.
