The indication of the need for the formation of universal competencies in students in the current FSES HE 3++ has activated the scientific and pedagogical community to search for ways to solve this problem. The article reveals the possibilities of the «Training professional communication» discipline in the formation of universal competencies in the process of professional training of bachelors at a university in the direction of 44.03.02 «Psychological and pedagogical education», «Psychology and Social Pedagogy» direction. The purpose of the research is to reveal the experience of the formation of universal competencies in students as a factor in increasing the effectiveness of the educational process. The research methods are represented by a set of theoretical methods of cognition, such as generalization, design, comparison, forecasting. The research results. The category «universal competences» and its indicators have been clarified; the planned learning outcomes in the discipline of «Training professional communication» in the context of a competence-oriented approach have been proposed, a criterion scale for assessing UC-3 universal competence formation in the field of training of 44.03.02 «Psychological and pedagogical education» in the framework of the discipline of «Training professional communication» has been developed. Key findings: universal competencies are certain qualities, types of behavior that people tend to exhibit, striving to achieve work goals; the list of planned learning outcomes in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ correlates with indicators of achievement of each universal competence through the triad «knows; knows how; owns» for each indicator of achievement of competencies. The criterion scale for assessing UK-3 universal competence formation in the corresponding direction of training includes four levels: unsatisfactory, satisfactory, good and excellent, which are revealed in the process of current and intermediate control of knowledge among students in an academic discipline.

Today an electronic educational environment is an integral innovative component of vocational education functioning. The construction of electronic educational environments in Russia is supported by government initiatives in the context of the modernization of the entire educational institution, taking into account global trends. Today, our country has accumulated a certain experience in the development and use of electronic educational resources in the educational process, which needs analysis and systematization. The research problem: what are the mechanisms of using electronic educational environment of a university in the professional training of future psychologists and social teachers? The purpose of the research is to substantiate the expediency of using electronic educational environment in the professional training of future psychologists and social teachers. The research methods used are synthesis, systematization, desk research, generalization. The research results are the following: the relevance of using the electronic educational environment of a university as an innovative resource in the professional training of future psychologists and social teachers has been confirmed; the components of the electronic educational environment of a university have been characterized; electronic resources used in educational activities for the purpose of resource and information support of psychological and pedagogical disciplines have been disclosed Key conclusions: digital service is viewed as an additional, promising innovative educational resource in the professional training of future psychologists and social educators; the components of the electronic information and educational environment of a university are the official website, an electronic library, electronic an educational environment; the effectiveness of professional training of future psychologists and social teachers is possible with the additional use of Moodle, Zoom, YouTube, Google electronic resources.

A strictly aerobic, Gram-stain-negative, rod-shaped, and motile bacterium, designated strain KMM 296, isolated from the coelomic fluid of the mussel Crenomytilus grayanus, was investigated in detail due to its ability to produce a highly active alkaline phosphatase CmAP of the structural family PhoA. A previous taxonomic study allocated the strain to the species Cobetia marina, a member of the family Halomonadaceae of the class Gammaproteobacteria. However, 16S rRNA gene sequencing showed KMM 296’s relatedness to Cobetia amphilecti NRIC 0815T. The isolate grew with 0.5–19% NaCl at 4–42 °C and hydrolyzed Tweens 20 and 40 and L-tyrosine. The DNA G+C content was 62.5 mol%. The prevalent fatty acids were C18:1 ω7c, C12:0 3-OH, C18:1 ω7c, C12:0, and C17:0 cyclo. The polar lipid profile was characterized by the presence of phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidic acid, and also an unidentified aminolipid, phospholipid, and a few unidentified lipids. The major respiratory quinone was Q-8. According to phylogenomic and chemotaxonomic evidence, and the nearest neighbors, the strain KMM 296 represents a member of the species C. amphilecti. The genome-based analysis of C. amphilecti NRIC 0815T and C. litoralis NRIC 0814T showed their belonging to a single species. In addition, the high similarity between the C. pacifica NRIC 0813T and C. marina LMG 2217T genomes suggests their affiliation to one species. Based on the rules of priority, C. litoralis should be reclassified as a later heterotypic synonym of C. amphilecti, and C. pacifica is a later heterotypic synonym of C. marina. The emended descriptions of the species C. amphilecti and C. marina are also proposed.

The purpose of the research is to determine factors affecting the spread rate of thelaziosis in beef breeds grown in the environment of the Labinsk district, the Krasnodar Territory, at the premises of Agrofrma Progress, LLC.Materials and methods. To determine factors that affect the spread of thelaziosis, a clinical examination of the Aberdeen Angus cattle of different sex and age groups was performed in Agrofrma Progress LLC. Swabs were taken from the conjunctiva of animals with clinical signs of thelaziosis for further microscopic examination. In 2020, 236 cattle were examined including 42 adult animals older than two years, 77 animals at the age of one year and 117 calves from 0 to 6 months. The species of the pathogens was identifed in the study of the conjunctival swabs according to the adult Thelazia morphology (Gorodovich N. M., 1967). To control ectoparasites and prevent thelaziosis, an insectoacaricide from the synthetic pyrethroid group was used. The study was performed on two livestock farms of Agrofrma Progress, LLC located on different terrains: in a temperate steppe zone with a dry climate and artifcial pastures and in a mountainous zone with a humid climate and natural pastures.Results and discussion. For 2019–2020, thelaziosis was recorded in 236 Aberdeen Angus cattle in the Progress agricultural frm of the Labinsk District, the Krasnodar Territory. A pronounced seasonal dynamic was determined; the spread of infection was recorded from the end of May to October; and the infection peak was in August. We observed a clear correlation of the infection with the activity of zoophilic flies, carriers of thelaziosis. The most widespread thelaziosis was observed in young cattle aged up to 6 months, that were kept on livestock sites on flat terrain in a drier climate.

A search for the microorganisms responsible for the anaerobic degradation of osmoprotectants in soda lakes resulted in the isolation of a novel halophilic and alkalitolerant strain, designated Z-7514T. The cells were Gram-stain-negative and non-endospore-forming rods. Optimal growth occurs at 1.6–2.1 M Na+, pH 8.0–8.5, and 31–35 °C. The strain utilized mainly sugars, low molecular polyols, and ethanolamine as well. The G+C content of the genomic DNA of strain Z-7514T was 33.3 mol%. Phylogenetic and phylogenomic analyses revealed that strain Z-7514T belongs to the genus Halanaerobium. On the basis of phenotypic properties and the dDDH and ANI values with close validly published species, it was proposed to evolve strain Z-7514T within the genus Halanaerobium into novel species, for which the name Halanaerobium polyolivorans sp. nov. was proposed. The type strain was Z-7514T (=KCTC 25405T = VKM B-3577T). For species of the genus Halanaerobium, the utilization of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, and ethanolamine were shown for the first time. The anaerobic degradation of glycols and ethanolamine by strain Z-7514T may represent a novel metabiotic pathway within the alkaliphilic microbial community. Based on a detailed genomic analysis, the main pathways of catabolism of most of the used substrates have been identified.

This paper is dedicated to development of models and numerical methods for evaluating investment projects of Russian companies using the real options model. In the current economic conditions, it is highly necessary to properly reflect the flexibility of the company’s in adapting management decisions in response to changing market conditions. In this regard, the traditional models of investment analysis can be supplemented, and in some cases replaced by alternative approaches, for example, by estimating the present value of a call (put) option using the Black-Scholes-Merton formula. The above given statement determines the relevance of the study. The paper presents theoretical and practical aspects of the use of traditional and optional approaches to the evaluation of investment projects. It also presents practical calculations for investment project related to implementation of automated information system for compiling consolidated statements for a group of companies whose assessments need to take into account a real option to abandon the project.

A search for the organisms responsible for anaerobic betaine degradation in soda lakes resulted in isolation of a novel bacterial strain, designated Z-7014T. The cells were Gram-stain-negative, non-endospore-forming rods. Growth occurred at 8–52 °C (optimum 40–45 °C), pH 7.1–10.1 (optimum pH 8.1–8.8) and 1.0–3.5 M Na+ (optimum 1.8 M), i.e. it can be regarded as a haloalkaliphile. The strain utilized a limited range of substrates, mostly peptonaceous but not amino acids, and was able to degrade betaine. Growth on betaine occurred only in the presence of peptonaceous substances which could not be replaced by vitamins. The G + C content of the genomic DNA of strain Z-7014T was 36.1 mol%. The major cellular fatty acids (>5% of the total) were C 16:0 DMA, C 18: 0 DMA, C 16:1 ω8, C 16:0 , C 18:1 DMA, C 16:1 DMA, C 18:1 ω9, and C 18:0. Phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequence revealed that strain Z-7014T formed a distinct evolutionary lineage in the order Halanaerobiales with the highest similarity to Halarsenitibacter silvermanii SLAS-1T (83.6%), Halothermothrix orenii H168T (85.6%), and Halocella cellulosilytica DSM 7362T (85.6%). AAI and POCP values between strain Z-7014T and type strains of the order Halanaerobiales were 51.7–57.8%, and 33.8–58.3%, respectively. Based on polyphasic results including phylogenomic data, the novel strain could be distinguished from other genera, which suggests that strain Z-7014T represents a novel species of a new genus, for which the name Halonatronomonas betaini gen. nov., sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is Z-7014T (=KCTC 25237T = VKM B-3506T). On the basis of phylogenomic data, it is also proposed to evolve two novel families Halarsenitibacteraceae fam. nov. and Halothermotrichaceae fam. nov. within the current order Halanaerobiales.
