The aim of the article is to determine the role and significance of the information economy in the process of reсovery of Ukraine after the war. Nowadays, information has a significant impact on the modern economy through decision-making, organization of production, allocation of resources and consumption. The article discusses practical examples of the use of information technologies and digital tools, as well as illustrates the impact of these technologies on the rapid and effective recovery of the country’s economy after the war’s end. The article highlights such aspects as the use of information systems to coordinate recovery processes, promoting investment opportunities, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, developing innovations and startups in the recovery industry sectors, and improving management and resource efficiency. The carried out research allowed to correlate the concept of information economy with the above categories, which made it possible to identify the interdependence or subordination of the digital economy to these aspects. Currently, the issue of the information economy is studied at an inappropriately low level due to the complexity of the topic, which covers a wide range of aspects – from technology and socio-cultural influences to economic policy. It is proved that increasing the level of research on the information economy can contribute to improving the level of economic recovery of the country. It is defined that the rapid pace of technological progress is constantly changing the economic landscape and requires constant updating of knowledge and research methods. Therefore, it is very important to use all available resources that can help in the post-war recovery of the country: reconstruction and revival of infrastructure, the work of humanitarian organizations, attracting investments, managing crisis situations, creating new businesses, etc.

The research is aimed at studying and analyzing the attitude of the Ukrainian generation Z to potential cooperation with partners from the countries of the European Union. The article identifies and analyzes the priority of choosing specific countries for cooperation, as well as the motives of such a choice. To verify the hypotheses formulated in the course of research, empirical data collection was carried out by conducting an online survey using the survio.com. 403 respondents took part in the survey: 97 boys (24.1%) and 306 girls (75.9%). The respondents were students of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (n = 130), Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko (n = 108), Kharkiv National Economic University named after S. Kuznets (n = 165). The results of the research showed that the vast majority of respondents are positive about cooperation with partners from the European Union countries. The research displayed that Ukrainian students are most interested in cooperation with partners from Germany, Sweden, Austria, France and Italy. It is worth noting that the countries that took the two highest positions in the overall ranking (Germany and Sweden), as well as France, which shared the overall third place with Austria, were in the top 5 according to the survey results in each of the three cities where it was conducted, i.e.: Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv. The respondents who have no experience of cross-cultural interaction also expressed a desire to interact with partners from the EU countries. At the same time, the top 5 countries that are interesting for potential interaction, according to these respondents, completely coincide with the overall top five. Among the main motives for choosing countries priority for business interaction, the respondents defined the following: «General positive impression of the country», «High level of economic development of this country», «Reliability of partners from this country», and «High probability of profit from interaction with partners from this country». Ukrainian youth are interested in cooperation with business partners from the countries of the European Union, which is extremely important in view of the European integration of our country. Among the countries that students have identified as priorities for business interaction are both lower-context Germany, Sweden and Austria, and higher-context France and Italy. This once again demonstrates the importance of professional preparation for cross-cultural interaction and the acquisition by Ukrainian students of the competencies of doing business in a global multicultural business environment.

Polycrystalline potassium nickel(II) hafnium(IV) tris(orthophosphate), a langbeinite-type phosphate, was synthesized by a solid-state method. The three-dimensional framework of the title compound is built up from two types of [MO6] octahedra [the M sites are occupied by Hf:Ni in ratios of 0.754 (8):0.246 (8) and 0.746 (8):0.254 (8), respectively] and [PO4] tetrahedra are connected via O vertices. The K+ cations are located in two positions within large cavities of the framework, having coordination numbers of 9 and 12. The Hf, Ni and K sites lie on threefold rotation axes, while the P and O atoms are situated in general positions.

The article is aimed at highlighting major changes in advertising and marketing at the international level as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and the resulted global economic crisis. When carrying out a detailed analysis of scientific articles, the main trends were identified, according to which the modern advertising industry in the world will continue to change, and a vision of possible ways to further develop the situation in the context of the international crisis in the economy has been formed. The key indicators of the economic crisis have been defined and their impact on the decisions of advertising agencies on the choice of means, channels and content of advertising campaigns is highlighted. A new direction has been formed in which advertising agencies implement and promote their own campaigns. The relevance of on-line advertising during the lockdown period is substantiated, namely, advertising on social networks, video resources and streaming platforms; advertising embedded in online games, etc. Benefits of broadcasting advertising through on-line channels compared to traditional advertising methods are allocated and substantiated. Prospect of this direction of research is to determine the most effective methods and topics of on-line advertising in order to reach a new audience and increase the customer base of advertising agencies. For in today’s world information technology occupies the position of the most actual way to move business forward in any sphere, a significant share of investments are made in new ad formats, payment models and technology solutions that meet or surpass global industry standards. Further development of the sphere of digital advertising can lead to even more displacement of the off-line methods of advertising from the market: because the end consumers no longer use a PC in order to go on-line, but more often browse the Internet resources from their portable devices.

At the present stage of the development of the digital economy especially relevant are the technologies that are universal in nature and will be able to change the business processes of modern Internet companies. One of such directions is cloud solutions that allow, among other things, faster access to the necessary information, minimizing the locally occupied memory, by shifting basic information operations to remote capacities, while accelerating many processes and making the expensive infrastructure unnecessary. However, it is worth noting the existence of a number of restrictions related to insufficient awareness of companies as to new solutions, as well as their link to existing solutions, which makes it quite difficult for them to fulfill transition to new, more efficient cloud-based instruments. The authors analyze the key factors of both positive and negative nature, which in some way or another influence the decision-making by digital companies on the beginning of active application of this complex of new technologies. A substantiation for the feasibility of such innovations is provided. The main trends of digital economy development and the process of digitalization with integration of traditional industries therein are considered. The main advantages and contradictions of implementation of the cloud technologies on a wide basis are shown. The relationship between the growth of quantity of information in the digital economy and the need to create effective mechanisms for processing and storing it based on the Public Cloud technologies is specified. The peculiarities of the API-first business model of companies that are actively developing in the face of growing global volume of information are considered. Examples of the positive effect of using cloud computing technologies in the digital product creation are presented and the industry’s major players are listed. The importance of government initiatives for implementing innovations is noted. Actual directions of increasing the potential of using cloud technologies in business are identified.

The article considers topical issues of specifics of both marketing and advertising campaigns. The research is aimed at generalizing the methodical and practical aspects of the process of managing marketing instruments in the enterprise. Based on the information obtained from scientific sources, the efficiency of each instrument is evaluated using the method of observation and abstraction, as well as the method of comparative analysis. Different levels of strategy and basic instruments at each level are considered. In addition, key axioms that companies may face in the market when promoting goods and working with consumers have been identified. The need for a model of brand growth for the potential of the enterprise, which is conditioned by the importance of brands as intangible assets for effective competition and as a tool to create an efficient marketing campaign, is substantiated. The analysis also looked at the customer’s path from the search for a product to the acquisition of loyalty, as well as the most efficient modern marketing instruments at every stage. According to the results of analysis of the advertising market in Ukraine with the help of the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition, the media advertising market tends to increase volume, especially in the context of e-commerce and television. The main indicators of the efficiency of marketing campaigns to identify the subsequent direction for improving their activities are analyzed. The digital instruments have a number of capabilities and threats to the company when implementing any marketing campaign in the digital space that must be considered to minimize possible failures when launching a campaign.

The publication proposes an instrumentarium for studying the development of complex hierarchical production systems based on process-functional management as a complex and non-linear active process of the enterprise’s transition of to a new qualitative status. This transition comes at the expense of changes in the organization of business processes aimed at improving the efficiency of use of the financial-economic resources of enterprise, resulting in socio-economic efficiency of its activities and stability regarding the impact of internal and external threats. A model of evaluating the level of resource mobilization relative to the process-functional changes in the complex hierarchical systems as a cumulative integrated assessment, has been proposed, based on the level of business processes organization and the speed at which they are mobilized in connection with the perception of possible changes that ensure the implementation of progressive management-process transformations. As a mathematical instrumentarium for predicting the level of mobilization of resources of complex hierarchical systems in relation to management-process transformations, the apparatus of neural networks is used, based on construction of a generalized regression model of perseptron to develop preventive preventive management measures. Integrated indicators of the intensity of management-process transformations of complex hierarchical production systems, which are based on the assessment of relevant partial indicators that characterize the factors of the internal environment of enterprise, integrated indices of the process and functional components and the aggregated total index, are calculated. A matrix positioning of complex hierarchical systems, depending on the intensity of transformations of the functional and process components in certain ranges of changes, is provided. The authors propose an algorithm for coordinating the measures for the management-process transformations of complex hierarchical systems that ensure the efficiency and flexibility of the management system as a whole and allow for proposals as to coordination of managerial actions in the transformation process based on process-functional management.

Problems and prospects for the application of innovative technologies of augmented and virtual reality (AR / VR) in various business areas are considered. The main trends in and features of the formation of technological and business base for creating products in the field of AR / VR for mass use in production and customer service are highlighted. The key participants in the global market for devices and applications in this sector as well as all options for their using at the present time are listed. The areas of practical application of the existing solutions are shown, the positive and negative factors are revealed. The features of various segments of wearable devices (Microsoft HoloLens) as well as mobile applications (ZapBox) are analyzed. The necessity for further development and implementation of AR technologies against the background of increasing digitalization processes and automation of production processes in the context of Industry 4.0 is justified.

The electron acceleration, in a laser wakefield accelerator, controlled through plasma density inhomogeneity is studied on a basis of 2.5-dimensional particle-in-cell simulation. The acceleration requires a concordance of the density scale length and shift of the accelerated electron bunch relative to wake bubble during electron acceleration. This paper considers the excitation of a wakefield in plasma with a density equal to the density of free electrons in metals, solid-state plasma (the original idea of Prof. T. Tajima), in the context of studying the wakefield process. As is known in the wake process, as the wake bubble moves through the plasma, the self-injected electron bunch shifts along the wake bubble. Then, the self-injected bunch falls into the phase of deceleration of the wake wave. In this paper, support of the acceleration process by maintaining the position of the self-injected electron bunch using an inhomogeneous plasma is proposed. It is confirmed that the method of maintaining phase synchronization proposed in the article by using a nonuniform plasma leads to an increase in the accelerating gradient and energy of the accelerated electron bunch in comparison with the case of self-injection and acceleration in a homogeneous plasma.

The aim of the article is to study the attractiveness of individual regions, as places for the foundation and development of startups. The concept of «startup» is defined, and factors that contributed to the boom of startups in the 21st century are considered. Analyzing the statistical data, the formation of Berlin as one of the most successfully functioning startup ecosystems of the EU countries is considered. As a result of the study the factors contributing to attracting startups and venture capital to Berlin have been identified, their feasibility has been substantiated. Using the example of the successfully implemented TransferGo startup, the main startup development stages are considered and Berlin’s status as an attractive startup ecosystem is confirmed. Prospects for further research in this direction is analyzing the efficiency of the startup infrastructure in Berlin, namely, business incubators and accelerators operating in the city, technological innovation of the startups based in Berlin, and forecasting of the region’s future development.

While implementing the radical transformations, such as the business processes reengineering in the work of industrial enterprises, there is a need to increase the personnel operating efficiency in the business processes redesign. The urgent increase of control by the top management of companies is demanded for observing the procedure and standards of business processes reengineering at the enterprises in order to increase its cost effectiveness. Therefore, the relevance of the scientific research subject is indisputable. The research works of academic economists concerning the features of staffing for the business processes reengineering of companies are analyzed. The ways to overcome the resistance to organizational changes of industrial enterprises by the staff are developed. The description of the effective members of the reengineering team in the work of the company has been improved by forming special features of each member of the reengineering team. The personal and professional competencies of the personnel are shaped and offered as the most effective ones for successful realization of marketing activity reengineering at the industrial enterprises. A questionnaire was developed as part of the analysis and selection of personnel during the marketing activities reengineering at the industrial enterprises. The resulting component of the questionnaire was developed for making managerial decision on personnel selection in reengineering teams.

Activity of business entities requires a constant increase in the level of their economic potential and the level of competitiveness of the products on the market. This task can be fulfilled provided the concept of constant economic growth is formed in the activity of enterprises, which can be implemented through the management of changes in the economic activity of enterprises. One of the components is the marketing activity, which plays one of the leading roles in shaping the sustainable development of an industrial enterprise when carrying out transformational changes in its activity. These changes, which are the re-engineering of business processes, help the company management adapt to the changing market (marketing) environment and optimize the internal business processes. The relevance of the research is undeniable. The article presents the main directions of transition to the effective marketing activity in the period of re-engineering of industrial enterprises’ business processes based on the analysis of the main trends of marketing and innovation activities of economic entities from different countries. The authors developed the indices that characterize the marketing potential of the company during the business processes’ re-engineering. They proposed to use an integral index of the company’s marketing potential during radical transformations and to take effective management decisions based on the prevailing range of its criteria values when carrying out an economic estimation of the company’s marketing potential in the period of business processes’ re-engineering. The results obtained from the calculations demonstrate the final estimation of the industrial enterprise’s marketing potential during the business processes’ re-engineering, which allows the top management of the industrial company to determine the level of performance of the company marketing activity and make sound managerial decisions for its further development.

The aim of the article is to research the prospects and opportunities for using blockchain technology in entrepreneurship, as well as international payments and banking operations. On the basis of current and up-to-date data and opinions of authoritative English-language publications on business, the problems concerning the relevance of technology of a distributed ledger have been comprehensively examined, and the results of many startups – young companies working on blockchain-solutions in various spheres, have been evaluated. As a result of the research, the main directions of work of startups in the field of application of blockchain technology were identified: smart contracts; cloud data storage; production processes; sphere of remuneration of employees; electronic voting with protection against breaking; "sharing economy". Prospects for further research in this direction are specific justification of the applicability of distributed ledger technology and the concept of decentralization in developing sectors (the "sharing economy", "Internet of Things"), as well as a deeper analysis of the impact of new solutions in relation to the traditional sectors of the economy, including Ukraine.

The article is aimed at defining the place and role of transformation of employment forms in modern information (creative) society. The current forms of employment are analyzed in terms of historical aspect. In particular, the authors have studied a number of models of labor market development in the works of foreign economists, allocating the following: classical, neoclassical, Keynesian, monetarist and institutional models. The research on evolution of scientific views of domestic and foreign scholars has helped to propose the scheme of evolution of the labor market development. A number of the non-standard forms of employment has been allocated, in particular: work «without a workplace», work in part, self-employment, informal employment, etc. The carried out theoretical analysis of the evolution of labor market made provided to allocate the main differences between traditional and modern employment. It is found that there is a radicality of changes that occurred in the employment system of the information (creative) society, a formation of its destandardization. It is noted that the data of the national official statistics contain a very small number of non-standard forms, which can be analyzed both in time and by types of economic activity.

The article explores key aspects related to inclusive tourism and its impact on the social integration of individuals with disabilities in Ukraine during the period from 2017 to 2021. It highlights the increase in the number of people with disabilities and defines the concept of inclusive tourism, its development, and its purpose to facilitate the inclusion of the target audience into society. The interconnection between inclusive tourism and social integration is investigated, emphasizing the importance of the participation of individuals with disabilities in tourist events and programs. The article also analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on inclusive tourism and explores possibilities for overcoming difficulties arising from travel restrictions. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the significance of inclusive tourism as a tool for social integration and addresses pertinent issues related to the development of this field, considering not only the demand for such services but also the challenges arising from external factors, such as the pandemic. The article is aimed at developing an organizational mechanism to provide reengineering of the marketing activities of machine-building enterprise for further development of the appropriate methodical recommendations. The meaning and role of organizational structure in the sphere of reengineering are disclosed, the key aspects and principles of its construction are defined; the key elements, in particular business processes, and their role in organizational structure as well as properties of the organizational system are researched; content of the basic components of the organizational mechanism of the provision, their role and peculiarities of communication between them are analyzed. The new attitude to the principles of construction, functional content and content of the constituents of organization of enterprises allows to realize the wide functional potential of organizational possibilities within the terms of reengineering, as well as to form an organizational mechanism of post-reengineering company. Certain aspects of development of the organizational mechanism create the preconditions and disclose a potential instrumentarium for effective and efficient methodical recommendations as to reengineering of marketing activities of Ukrainian machine-building enterprises.

The article is concerned with generalization of conceptual aspects of budgeting at industrial enterprise. The existing approaches of researchers to the essence of the concept of «budgeting» have been systematized. The subject, object, purpose, tasks, principles, and functions of the budgeting process have been defined. As a result of the research, the budgeting system and the stages of budgetary planning at the industrial enterprise have been structured in detail. The role and possibilities of budgeting for effective management of financial and economic activity of industrial enterprises have been clarified. Also the negative features of budgeting are described, which can affect the efficiency of its implementation in the practice of industrial enterprises. Directions for improvement of budgeting system at industrial enterprises have been defined.

An algorithm for the de-noising of S-parameter data used in microwave imaging is proposed. The complex S-parameter frequency-sweep data are collected through scans over an acquisition surface and the algorithm separates efficiently the resulting two-dimensional responses (one frequency at a time) into a signal and a noise component. The separation is performed with an iterative procedure similar to the empirical mode decomposition. The signal component estimates the noise-free data, whereas the remaining data content estimates the noise and uncertainty in the measurement. The algorithm performance is verified with measured data.
