Objective:The production of personalized prosthesis depends on human resources and involves a manufacturing process in which patients are involved individually in. As the world is experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic, less contact with the manufacturer is needed to stay safe. 3D printed prosthesis has reduced the need for human resource in the process, while allowing the patient to be completely removed from the design and manufacturing process. In this study an approach in which the patient is kept out of the manufacturing process was investigated. Material and Method:The prosthesis model was created by using the image data obtained from the medical imaging devices. The outer part of the prosthesis was shaped with a developed image sampling system. The model was produced using three-dimensional printer. A cytotoxic analysis of the raw material used in the manufacturing process was performed. Results:The total production cost of the orbital implants was approximately about 8$. The cytotoxic analysis showed that layered manufacturing strategies could be used to develop implants and prostheses applicable to patients. Conclusion:COVID-19 underlined the importance of social distancing which is hard to apply during manufacturing of an eye prosthesis. The manual method results in an eye prosthesis which suits well after numerous trials. On the contrary, Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) based eye prosthesis designation and manufacturing is not only rapid but also flawlessly fitting due to precise measurement during the manufacturing.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the associations between Type D personality and clinical features and quality of life in patients with tension-type headache (TTH).Material and Methods: Eighty-three patients with TTH were enrolled in this study. Headache characteristics of the patients were recorded and the severity of headache was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Type D personality was assessed using Type D Scale and quality of life was assessed using 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36).Results: We found that physical and mental subscales of SF-36 scores were significantly lower in TTH patients with type D personality than those without type D personality. The scores of total Type D Scale were found to be positively correlated with headache frequency and negatively correlated with the scores of physical and mental subscales of SF-36). In multivariate linear regression analysis total score of the type D scale was found to be independently associated with the physical and mental subscale of the SF-36 and headache frequency.Conclusion: Type D personality traits may lead to an increase in headache frequency and decrease in quality of life in patients with TTH. Therefore, early recognition of type D personality and providing psychological support may contribute to better quality of life in patients with TTH., Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, gerilim tipi başağrısı (GTBA) olan hastalarda, D tipi kişilik ile klinik özellikler ve yaşam kalitesi arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya GTBA tanısı konmuş 83 hasta dahil edildi. Hastaların başağrısı özellikleri kaydedildi ve başağrısı şiddeti Görsel Analog Skala ile değerlendirildi. D tipi kişilik D tipi Kişilik Ölçeği ile değerlendirildi. Yaşam kalitesi ise Kısa Form-36 (SF-36) Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği ile değerlendirildi.Bulgular: D tipi kişiliği olan GTBA hastalarında SF-36 fiziksel ve mental bölümü skorları D tipi kişiliği olmayanlara göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde düşük saptandı. Toplam D tipi kişilik Ölçeği puanı ile başağrısı sıklığı arasında anlamlı pozitif ve SF-36 fiziksel ve mental bölümü puanları arasında anlamlı negatif ilişki bulundu. Çok değişkenli lineer regresyon analizinde D tipi kişiliğin SF-36 fiziksel ve mental bölümleriyle ile başağrısı sıklığı üzerine bağımsız etkisi olduğu saptandı. Sonuç: D tipi kişilik özellikleri GTBA hastalarında başağrısı sıklığında artışa ve yaşam kalitesinde azalmaya yol açabilir. Bu nedenle, GTBA hastalarında D tipi kişiliğin erken tanınması ve psikolojik destek sağlanması daha iyi yaşam kalitesine katkı sağlayabilir.

In understanding and interpreting the hadiths barringa few exceptions, the scope of studies conducted is limited to the Sunnitradition. There is a great need for in-depth studies to broaden this scope. Knownas a branch of Shia, the Zaidiyyah is a part of this rich tradition and hascontinued its existence to this day. One of the questions that need to beanswered in understanding and interpreting the hadiths is “As a livingtradition how does Zaidiyyah approach to interpreting the hadiths?”. The solepurpose of this paper is to provide an answer to this very question. We limitsthe scope by one person who is Ahmad b. Süleiman because of his remarkable andexciting work on hadith interpretation. His two-volume work contains 2672 hadithsarranged by Usulu’l ahkam fiqh subjects. The exciting part of the work is thepresence of short evaluations on the aforementioned hadiths. These expressionsgive the impression of not having been randomly chosen and not having been usedexcessively which implies that Imam Ahmad has a terminology based oninterpretation. Based on these expressions of Ahmad b. Suleiman, it is possibleto surmise his views and stance with regards to his understanding of thehadiths. Because these expressions indicate that he is not content with merelythe literal meaning of the hadiths and that he is in search for a meaningbeyond the apparent. In conclusion, Ahmad b. Suleiman’s interpretationsdemonstrate his intention to interpret the hadiths with regards to theirpurpose rather than their literal meaning. In making these interpretations, hesometimes relies on the Qur'an, other hadiths, ijma, the basic principles ofthe religion, nesh and features originating from language itself.Keywords: Hadith,Zaidiyyah, Interpretation, ÖzHadislerianlama konusunda yapılan çalışmalar bir kaç istisnası dışında daha ziyade sünnîgelenek ile sınırlıdır. Hadislerin anlaşılması ve yorumlanması problemi ele alınırkencevaplandırılması gereken sorulardan biri yaşayan bir gelenek olan Zeydiyye’ninhadislerin yorumlanmasındaki yaklaşımı nedir? sorusudur. Bu tebliğin amacı busorunun cevabını ortaya koymaktan ibarettir. Biz bu çalışmayı Zeydî imam Ahmedb. Süleyman ile sınırlandırdık. Bu durum onun hadis yorumu konusunda dikkatçekici ve heyecan verici eserinden kaynaklanmaktadır. Onun ‘Usûlu’l-ahkâm’ adlıeseri fıkıh konuları tertibinde sıralanmış 2672 hadis ihtiva etmektedir. Eserinheyecan verici tarafı zikredilen hadislerden sonra onların anlamına yönelikkısa değerlendirmelerin yapılmasıdır. Ahmed b. Süleyman’ın kullandığıtabirlerden hareketle onun hadis anlayışında hangi yaklaşım ve çizgide olduğunukestirmek mümkündür. Çünkü bu tabirler onun hadisin zahiri ile iktifa etmeyip zahiranlamın ötesinde bir anlam arayışı içerisinde olduğunu göstermektedir. Sonuçolarak Ahmed b. Süleyman’ın yaptığı yorumlardan onun hadisleri zahirî anlamıyladeğil taşıdığı amaçları istikametinde yorumladığı anlaşılmaktadır. O, buyorumları yaparken bazen Kur’an’a, çoğu zaman başka sahih hadislere, bazen icmaya,dinin temel ilkelerine, nesh olgusuna, dilden kaynaklanan özellikleredayanmıştır. Amaç: Çalışmamızın amacı astım hastalarında yeme tutumlarının incelenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya stabil dönemdeki astım hastaları (n=77; ortanca yaş:41) ve astım grubuyla yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi açısından benzer özellikli sağlıklı bireyler (n=63; ortanca yaş:42) alınmıştır. Katılımcıların sosyodemografik bilgileri alınmış, boy ve kiloları ölçülerek beden kitle indeksleri hesaplanmıştır. Astım kontrolü için Astım Kontrol Testi (AKT) uygulanmıştır. Tüm katılımcılara Yeme tutumu testi (YTT), Beck anksiyete ölçeği (BAÖ), Beck depresyon ölçeği (BDÖ) uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Astım grubunda YTT puanları, anksiyete ve depresyon düzeyleri kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmuştur (sırasıyla P=0.039, P (sırasıyla P=0.039, P, Aim: The aim of the present study was to investigate the eating attitudes in asthma patients. Sociodemographic data were recorded and the body mass index was calculated as kilograms per meter squared. Asthma control test (ACT) was evaluated for asthma control. Eating Attitudes Test (EAT), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), and the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) were applied to all participants. al-Ash’ari is one of the biggest scholar of Ahlus Sunnah Thought and he is founder of Ash’ariyye faction of Ahlus Sunnah School. Ash’ari was born in 260/873 at Basra and dead in 324/936 at Bağdad. Undoubtedly his most important work dealt with the ideas of belief and opinion by the work of al-Ibane. The work at the same time is the characteristics of a criticism to Bidat groups such as Mutazile and Kadariyya. Teherefore, this work has revealed a degree of Ash’ari distinguishers it is a piece of thought and method. Ash’ari uses the terms of hadith, al-Rivaye, al-haber in the same meaning in his work by al-Ibâne. Contrary to the general conclusion that the al-haber al-ahad could not be evidence in beliefs issues hadith is used as anevidence in his work. In addition, he interpreate hadiths to be bound by strict of the text, in other words, the literal interpretaiton of choice is observed., İmam Eş’arî, Ehl-i Sünnet düşüncesinin Eş’arîyye ekolünün kurucusu olan ünlü bir kelâm âlimidir. Hicrî 260/873 yılında Basra’da doğmuş, 324/936’da Bağdat’ta vefat etmiştir. Onun itikâdî görüş ve düşüncelerinin ele alındığı en önemli eserlerinden biri el-İbâne adlı eseridir. Bu eser aynı zamanda Mutezile ve Kaderiye gibi bidat fırkalarına bir reddiye mahiyetindedir. Dolayısıyla Eş’arî’yi diğerlerinden ayıran düşünce ve yöntem bir ölçüde bu eserde ortaya konulmuştur. el-İbâne’de yoğun bir şekilde hadis kullanıldığı görülmektedir. Eş’arî, hadis, rivayet, haber ve sünnet terimlerini aynı anlamda kullanmıştır. Onun âhâd haberleri itikâdî konularda bir delil olarak kullanması dikkat çekicidir. O, hadisleri sünnet kavramıyla ilişkilendirmekte ve bu kavram temelinde onlara bir değer atfetmektedir. Ayrıca onun, hadisleri yorumlamada metnin zâhirine sıkı sıkıya bağlı kalmayı tercih ettiği de müşahede edilmektedir.

Many hadith books narrated that the Prophet said that “The Faith is in Yemen, and the Wisdom is in Yemen” This expression, which belongs the faith and the wisdom to the certain geographical area, can suspect on the meaning of the hadith and its trustee. What is meant by the hadith scholars that the alleged existence of different opinions also appears to be a problem. Here is the text of this study are included as well as the meaning attributed to that narrated in terms of both subject to an assessment will be reviewed, Pek çok hadis kitabında Hz. Peygamber’in söyle söylediği nakledilmistir: “İman da Hikmet de Yemen’dedir.” Hadisin zahirinde ifade edildiği gibi iman ve hikmet gerçekten belli bir coğrafyaya mı aittir. Eğer öyle ise bu durum hadisin anlamı ve güvenilirliği hakkında bir süphe uyandırmaktadır. Hadis alimlerinin ha- dis hakkındaki farklı görüsleri de bir problem olarak karsımızda durmaktadır. Bu çalısmada hadisin hem rivayet edilisi hem de anlamı ile ilgili konular ele alınmıs, bu çerçevede hadis bir değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmustur .

Some antipsychotic drugs have treatment efficacy for mania and bipolar disorder. However, these drugs may rarely cause manic symptoms in some schizophrenic patients. We hereby report a 22-year-old female patient with schizophrenia who experienced a manic episode during a switch from paliperidone ER to paliperidone palmitate. This case is an important reminder that an abrupt switch from oral paliperidone to paliperidone palmitate may predispose certain patients to hypomanic or manic symptoms.

Epilepsy is a chronic neurological disease. Psychiatric disorders in epileptic patients like mood disorders, especially depression, then anxiety disorders, psychosis and personality disorders are more common than in the general population. In some of epileptic patients, epileptic personality characteristics are seen. In this review, personality changes and disorders which are the conditions that affects the quality of life of epileptic patients, will be discussed.Key words: Epilepsy, personality, personality disorders., Epilepsi kronik nörolojik bir hastalıktır. Epilepsi hastalarında, duygudurum bozuklukları, özellikle depresyon, ardından anksiyete bozuklukları, psikoz ve kişilik bozuklukları gibi psikiyatrik bozukluklar genel popülasyona göre daha sık görülmektedir. Bazı epilepsi hastalarında epileptik kişilik özellikleri görülür.
