Residual stresses arising in the drawing process have a significant impact on the quality of the cold-drawn wire. Knowledge of residual stresses and their distribution makes it possible to predict the behavior of metal products under operating loads and to prevent their possible destruction. In this regard, it is necessary to adjust the main parameters of the drawing process, including the geometry of the die channel. The work is devoted to the study of residual stresses arising from inhomogeneity of plastic deformation depending on the reduction value and the die angle. Computer simulation of wire drawing process by finite element method is performed. The distributions of residual stress tensor components along the wire radius are calculated for different values of reduction and die angle. The analysis of the obtained relations is carried out. The influence of the die angle on the distribution of residual stresses is most noticeable at small reductions. After the maximum values of residual stresses are reached at the reduction values of 35-40%, they noticeable decrease occurs.

The well-known scheme for constructing a regression equation based on the least squares method works well if the number of experiments significantly exceeds the number of estimated components of the regression equation. Deterioration of the ratio between the number of estimated coefficients and the number of experiments leads to negative consequences for the following reasons: the variances of the values of the components of the vector of estimates of the coefficients lying on the main diagonal of the covariance matrix of errors increase; the number of degrees of freedom decreases, which leads to an expansion of the confidence intervals covering the true values of the coefficients of the regression equation.To improve the situation in this work, a procedure for artificial orthogonalization of the results of a passive experiment is proposed, which is an alternative to the existing ones, which consists either in increasing the number of experiments or in reducing the number of estimated parameters of the model. The task of orthogonalization is to transform the results of measurements of factors in such a way that the matrix combining them would be orthogonal.The proposed procedure includes the following steps:- normalization of real measurements of factors to the interval [-1; 1], which forms a hypercube in -dimensional factor space with center at the origin and length of edges equal to two,- splitting the set of results of a passive experiment into subsets according to the rule, in which the following designations are accepted: the j-th point in the normalized space of factors; ; – -th vertex of the hypercube, ,- for each obtained hypercube, a piecewise-linear description of the response function is constructed, on the basis of which the values of the response function are calculated at the points corresponding to the vertices of the hypercube. The combination of these values forms the design of an active orthogonalized complete factorial experiment (OCFE).A procedure for constructing a replica-like orthogonal design symmetric with respect to the center of the experiment is proposed, based on solving a multi-index problem of mathematical programming. This procedure eliminates the difficulties arising in the process of constructing a piecewise-linear description of the response function in those regions of the factor space in which the number of experimental points is small or absent.The proposed technology for processing the results of a passive experiment makes it possible to construct a regression equation in a situation where the total number of experiments is insufficient to build an adequate model. Transformation of a passive experiment into an active one, followed by the formation of a replica-like orthogonal representative subdesign, allows independent screening of insignificant factors and interactions. The object of research is the publishing process for the magazine’s release. One of the most problematic areas is the difficulty of competition between print publishers and media that provide information services on the web. Therefore, for publishers, it is especially important to ensure consistency of work within the entire publishing process based on its rational organization. In particular, the development of structural diagrams and relationships at different levels of preparation and implementation of publishing projects is relevant.Network planning methods are used in research.The obtained results suggest that the proposed structural scheme for managing the publishing process is successful. Due to the presence of the proposed links between the participants in the publishing process, the scheme provides the ability to plan each current issue of the magazine with a guarantee of the announced terms of the magazine's release.The influence of two scenarios – pessimistic and optimistic – on the deadline is analyzed. It has been established that the pessimistic forecast does not allow for the specified target date if it is 1 time per quarter. The optimistic forecast provides the possibility of a guaranteed quarterly publication of the magazine – the target date for all publishing processes before the start of the finished circulation is 89–92 days. In the case of an optimistic forecast, the network schedule for publishing the magazine showed that all works within the publishing process, before the distribution of the current issue's circulation, have a reserve of time. While in the implementation of the pessimistic scenario, only two works have a reserve of time – the design and approval of the design of the advertisement with the customer.The peculiarities of the proposed solutions are that the pessimism and optimism of the scenarios are determined in relation to those works for which everything depends only on the performer. Проанализировано влияние на директивный срок двух сценариев – пессимистического и оптимистического. Установлено, что пессимистический прогноз не позволяет обеспечить заданный директивный срок, если он составляет 1 раз в квартал. Оптимистический прогноз обеспечивает возможность гарантированного ежеквартального выхода журнала – директивный срок выполнения всех издательских процессов до начала реализации готового тиража составляет 89–92 дней. Сетевой график работ по изданию журнала в случае оптимистического прогноза показал, что все работы в рамках издательского процесса, до момента начала распространения тиража текущего номера, имеют резерв времени. Встановлено, що песимістичний прогноз не дозволяє забезпечити заданий директивний термін, якщо він становить 1 раз в квартал. Оптимістичний прогноз забезпечує можливість гарантованого щоквартального виходу журналу – директивний термін виконання всіх видавничих процесів до початку реалізації готового тиражу становить 89–92 днів. Мережевий графік робіт по виданню журналу в разі оптимістичного прогнозу показав, що всі роботи в рамках видавничого процесу, до моменту початку розповсюдження тиражу поточного номера, мають резерв часу. У той час як при реалізації песимістичного сценарію резерв часу мають тільки дві роботи – дизайн і узгодження дизайну реклами з замовником.Особливостями запропонованих рішень є те, що песимістичність і оптимістичність сценаріїв визначається щодо тих робіт, для яких усе залежить тільки від виконавця. The aim of research is to construct an algorithm for calculating the optimal technological scheme of electric smelting in furnaces operating in a composition with a casting conveyor, which is included in the program for controlling the processes of melting, thermal treatment and delivery of the melt to the conveyor. The object of research is the control process of the operating system "electric furnace - casting conveyor", considered as a queuing system (QS). The following research methods were selected: - methods of management theory, in terms of the formation of management quality criteria, - methods for modeling the system with failures – for calculating the performance indicators of the "electric furnace - casting conveyor" system, - methods of experiment planning – to construct a regression equation describing the dependence of the total costs in the technological process due to the absence of metal and holding excess melt in the furnace on the intensity of melt orders generated by the conveyor and the average execution time of these orders, - methods for studying the response surface – to find optimal solutions for constructing a technological scheme for electric melting. A methodology for the formation of a functional for calculating the optimal control of electric smelting is described on the basis of two alternative considerations – maximizing the productivity of equipment and minimizing costs during its operation. A procedure for choosing the optimal control of the electrosmelting process is proposed on the basis of the implementation of the melting technological scheme, which matches the operation of different sections of the "furnace - casting conveyor" system. It is shown that the formation of the structure of the functional during the synthesis of optimal control of electric melting can be carried out on the basis of studying the operation of the furnace as an element of the queuing system. The resulting functionality combines the requirements for the management process of a quantitative and qualitative nature. The general procedure for synthesizing the optimal technological scheme of melting, included in the control program of the operating system "furnace - casting conveyor", can be based on the results of mathematical modeling of the furnace as an element of the queuing system and analysis of the response surface constructed according to this model. In this case, the basis is the construction of an optimal technological scheme of smelting, which makes it possible to determine the amount of melt delivered to the casting conveyor in response to the generation of requests for melt of a given intensity. The obtained results can be used to synthesize the control of an electric furnace operating as part of a casting conveyor.

The aim of research is to develop a concept for constructing a control scheme for the process of dispensing melt from an electric furnace to a casting conveyor using a two-position casting machine. The object of research is the functioning of the melting and casting section of the foundry, considered as an organizational and technical system, the control of which should ensure the specified performance indicators and the provision of the conveyor with liquid metal. The methods of the theory of queuing systems and logical synthesis of control systems were chosen as research methods. A procedure for synthesizing a control system is proposed, taking into account the need to combine several tasks and control options: - synthesis of combined control - along the way and in time, considering the electric furnace as an element of the organizational and technical system "Foundry", the control of which should ensure the fulfillment of the requirements formed by the optimal technological scheme of the process; - constructing an optimal control in terms of speed, ensuring the fulfillment of the requirements for minimizing the deviation of the actual alloy quality indicators from those set at the time of generation of the melt application, considering the electric furnace as a mixer with variable parameters - the chemical composition of the bath, the depth of the bath, the reaction surface area and the temperature of the melt. It is shown that the use of the described control scheme ensures the fulfillment of the compromise optimization criterion, which takes into account both the requirements for minimizing energy consumption and the requirements for minimizing the downtime of the conveyor. The proposed control scheme allows to solve a number of important tasks related to: - with the need to ensure high quality alloy; - minimizing the costs of the smelting process; - with the need to transfer, in a minimum time, the system from the initial state, described by the quality parameters of the alloy when the order is generated by the conveyor, to the specified final one, described by the optimal values of the quality parameters of the alloy; - with the need to implement combined control – on the way and in time – taking into account the fact that the electric furnace is considered as an automatic machine, integrated into the molding and casting line. The proposed control scheme can be taken into account when implementing the procedure for logical synthesis of the control system for the melting and casting complex. A generally accepted and widely used approach to solving the problem of analyzing a system of the "composition - property" type consists in identifying and selecting a set of factors that presumably affect the value of a certain response function. Such a function characterizes the efficiency of the system's functioning and is usually formalized in the form of a regression equation that is nonlinear in terms of factors, but linear in terms of parameters. Under the conditions of a large number of influencing factors, it is difficult to solve practical problems of this type due to insufficient experimental data. If by artificial orthogonalization of a passive experiment it is possible to solve the problem of independent estimation of the degree of influence of factors and their interactions, then there is no guarantee that the interaction of factors in the selected subdesign of the experiment design is orthogonal to the factors and to each other. The degree of preference for the subdesign will be the higher, the smaller the number of interactions of factors is not orthogonal to factors and to each other. In this regard, it is important to have a substantiated criterion for assessing the quality of a truncated orthogonal subdesign of the design of a full factorial experiment, which characterizes the level of mixing of the influences of factors and their interactions. It is this criterion that is introduced in this work. The proposed technology for the formation of a representative truncated orthogonal subdesign is described on a specific example of a full factorial experiment design N = 26 formed by artificial orthogonalization. As a result, it is shown that the degree of preference for the design is the higher, the higher the order of interaction of factors mixed with the main factors and the smaller the total number of pairs of non-orthogonal columns. The result of the work was the addition of the traditional set of criteria that are usually used when choosing one of the many possible truncated orthogonal subdesigns of the full factorial experiment design with one more criterion that significantly characterizes the quality of the truncated subdesign. The introduced criterion determines the level of mixing of the influences of factors and their interactions on the value of the response function.

The solution of many problems of assessing and predicting the state of complex systems of different nature, operating in a multifactorial environment, is reduced to finding a relationship that connects the values of the monitored parameters of the environment with the value of some resulting parameter – the response characterizing the state of the system. As a mathematical description of such systems, the Kolmogorov-Gabor regression polynomial is often used, the estimates of the coefficients of which are determined by the least squares methods. However, in the case of a small sample of initial data, practical difficulties arise in the implementation of this approach. They are associated with an unsatisfactory ratio between the number of estimated parameters N = 2m and the number of experiments performed N. The problems arising in this case are solved either by increasing the number of experiments, which is not always possible, or by a reasonable decrease in the number of estimated parameters. One of the promising ways to reduce the dimension of the vector of estimates of the coefficients of the Kolmogorov-Gabor polynomial is the artificial orthogonalization of the results of a passive experiment. But the direct use of this technology in real conditions is difficult due to the uncertainty regarding the numerical values of the experimental results. A variant of solving this problem, described in this study, consists in applying the method proposed in it for estimating the coefficients of the regression equation in conditions of fuzzy initial data using orthogonalization of a passive experiment. The essence of the method is that for the regions adjacent to the vertices of the hypercube of the scaled factor space, a local description of the response function behavior is constructed. This is done using a nominal linear in parameters and factors in the form of regression, the parameters of which are determined by the least squares method, and instead of the output variable, the membership function of fuzzy measurement results in Gaussian form is used. For cases where the number of experimental points in some subdomain adjacent to its vertex turns out to be small, as well as with a different number of them in each of the subdomains, a procedure for forming a truncated replica-like orthogonal subdesign is proposed. A feature of the solutions formed in this case is that they are obtained by removing a rather rigid assumption about the equality of the measurement errors of the response function at all observation points. Due to this, the proposed method makes it possible to solve the problem associated with the estimation of the coefficients of the Kolmogorov-Gabor regression polynomial in the case of a fuzzy description of the output variable based on a small sample of experimental data.

The aim of research is to develop a principle for constructing a mathematical description of a control object, a characteristic feature of which is a two-level uncertainty in the estimation of its parameters, for the choice of optimal control. The object of research is the process of electric arc melting. Regression analysis and methods of fuzzy mathematics are chosen as research methods. A procedure for evaluating the structure and parameters of mathematical models describing the processes of obtaining alloys for parts of power engineering in electric furnaces is proposed, which allows one to bypass the fundamental difficulties associated with the presence of two-level uncertainty and the complexity of the mathematical description of the controlled melting process. It is shown which of the parameters of the mathematical model are to be estimated for the implementation of the known methods of finding optimal control in the linear-quadratic problem and the problem of finding the optimal control in the final state. An algorithm for estimating the parameters of a mathematical model of the process under study in conditions of two-level uncertainty is presented. Implementation of the proposed procedure for evaluating the structure and parameters of mathematical models, based on obtaining an analytical description of the relationship between output and fuzzy input variables in the form of a regression equation and the subsequent use of this description in the structural diagram of the control system, makes it possible to obtain a stable chemical composition and microstructure of the alloy, which determine its high mechanical properties. In this case, the concept of stability assumes that the values of the parameters of the alloy fall within the specified range throughout the entire melting process. Thus, the results obtained suggest the possibility of increasing the parametric reliability of the melting process. The given algorithm for estimating the parameters of the mathematical model of the process under study in conditions of two-level uncertainty can be used to solve the issues of technical implementation of control systems for the alloy production process in the process control system, since it allows calculating in real time those parameters that are not subject to direct control during the technological process.

The aim of this article is to show the possibilities of modeling the results of designing the technology of foundry molds for the subsequent optimization of design and technological solutions to improve the foundry equipment, as well as the principles of setting and solving optimization problems for choosing the design of parts of foundry equipment. The object of research is some technological solutions for the design of casting mold technology and design solutions for equipment, using the example of a centrifugal mixer for the production of molding and core sand. Examples of the implementation of real diploma projects with a demonstration of the principles of optimization of technological solutions according to the criterion of reducing metal consumption by optimizing the allowances for machining and design solutions for optimizing the parameters of the gearing in the mixer drive are considered. Methods for researching projected technological objects that are appropriate in production conditions are proposed: dimensional analysis, determination of sample distribution functions, method of Lagrange multipliers. The procedure for applying these methods to solve specific practical optimization problems is described. It is shown that the use of the proposed approaches in the preparation of research work at the master's level in the specialty "Equipment and technology of foundry", contributes to the formation of practical skills for further use in industrial production. These results can be used to form possible directions for improving the educational process for masters studying in the specialty "Equipment and technology of foundry", at the stage of diploma design. The acquisition of relevant skills by masters is practically useful for the subsequent solution of applied research problems in practical conditions after employment in metallurgical departments of industrial enterprises. The use of such skills can make it possible for an enterprise to obtain economic benefits by reducing resource costs and increasing the performance of equipment.

The object of research is structural iron with lamellar graphite, in which the carbon equivalent (Ceq) is in the range (4.2–4.4) %, and the carbon content (C) in the range (3.42–3.57) %. The aim of research is description of the distribution of the hardness value of structural cast iron of serial meltings in the C–Ceqfactor space at fixed values of the Cr–Ni–Cu–Ti alloy content in narrow intervals. It is shown that a polynomial regression equation of the form HB=HB(C, Ceq) can be used to obtain a workable analytical description. It is shown that such structure of the equation and those obtained by the method of least squares corresponding coefficient estimates provide 92 % accuracy of the forecast even with a small sample of data. On the basis of the canonical transformation of the response surface and its ridge analysis, it is established that it is possible in principle to satisfy different requirements for hardness. So, if the range of the planning area C=(3.42–3.57) % and Ceq=(4.2–4.4) % is chosen as the imposed constraint, then several suboptimal solutions are possible. This is the case if the task of minimizing hardness is not set and the range HB=180–250 satisfies the quality requirements specified by the production conditions. If the priority is hardness minimization, then the suboptimal solution is one and it is like the point of intersection of the constraint line (r=1.414) and the lower ridge line y=y(r). On the basis of this, it is concluded that the suboptimal solutions are multivariant, depending on the requirements of production. A nomogram has been constructed, which makes it possible to select in a rational way the technological regimes of out-of-furnace treatment in the part concerning the adjustment of the chemical composition of the alloy.

The object of research is the control of the «cupola – mixer» duplex process, the subject of research is the quality of the «whole» control system for melting. The term «whole» means that it is not individual control operations that are evaluated, but the ability of the control system operating in the workshop to provide specified requirements for the quality of cast iron.One of the most problematic places is the lack of algorithms for the managerial staff to obtain objective information about the quality of management of duplex melting processes. This leads to the fact that it is not possible to get an answer to the question in which particular area or at which particular time point of the process implementation violations were made regarding the control of the heat.In the course of the study, methods were used to calculate sample statistical functions, test hypotheses about the form of the distribution law, regression analysis, analysis of variance, and probability theory methods. These methods were integrated into a general algorithm, called the algorithm for assessing the «whole» quality of control of the duplex melting process.The proposed algorithm allows to quantify the quality of duplex process control by such an indicator as the probability of deviations in chemical composition. As well as the duration of the unsteady mode corresponding to the stabilization time of the chemical composition by process control operations provided for by the control system adopted in the workshop. The practical implementation of the algorithm based on a series of industrial meltings has been completed.The obtained results of testing the algorithm make it possible to consider it an effective tool for obtaining objective information about the quality of control of the duplex process of «cupola – mixer» melting. This is due to the fact that the correct formulation and solution of the problem ensured the receipt of adequate results. In contrast to existing empirical estimates, the proposed algorithm allows to develop options for improving control processes. As a justification for this conclusion, conceptual options for the technical implementation of the regulatory system are proposed. In particular, a simple regulator circuit is proposed, which provides the possibility of maintaining a constant temperature of cast iron and cupola productivity by regulating the level of idle and metal charges. In this case, the process is controlled by supplying control signals to the actuators of the hopper gates with coke and a metal charge formed by manual or automated control systems., Объектом исследования является управление дуплекс-процессом «вагранка – миксер», предметом исследования – качество системы управления плавкой «в целом». Это приводит к тому, что не удается получить ответ на вопрос, в каком именно участке или в какой именно момент времени реализации процесса допущены нарушения в части управления плавкой. В ходе исследования использовались методы расчета выборочных статистических функций, проверки гипотезы о виде закона распределения, регрессионный анализ, дисперсионный анализ, методы теории вероятности. Данные методы были интегрированы в общий алгоритм, названный алгоритмом оценки «в целом» качества управления дуплекс-процессом плавки.Предложенный алгоритм позволяет количественно оценить качество управления дуплекс-процессом по такому показателю, как вероятность получения отклонений по химическому составу. А также длительность нестационарного режима, соответствующего времени стабилизации химического состава путем операций управления процессом, предусмотренном принятой в цехе системой управления. Выполнена практическая реализация алгоритма на основе серии промышленных плавок. Полученные результаты апробации алгоритма позволяют считать его эффективным инструментом получения объективной информации о качестве управления дуплекс-процессом плавки «вагранка – миксер». Это связано с тем, что корректность постановки и решения задачи обеспечила получение адекватных результатов. В отличие от существующих эмпирических оценок, предложенный алгоритм позволяет разрабатывать варианты усовершенствования процессов управления. В качестве обоснования этого вывода предложены концептуальные варианты технической реализации системы регулирования. В частности, предложена простая схема регулятора, обеспечивающая возможность поддержания постоянства температуры чугуна и производительности вагранки путем регулирования уровня холостой и металлической колош. А також тривалість нестаціонарного режиму, яка відповідає часу стабілізації хімічного складу шляхом операцій управління процесом, передбаченого прийнятою в цеху системою управління. Отримані результати апробації алгоритму дозволяють вважати його ефективним інструментом отримання об'єктивної інформації про якість управління дуплекс-процесом плавки «вагранка – міксер». Це пов'язано з тим, що коректність постановки і рішення задачі забезпечила отримання адекватних результатів. На відміну від існуючих емпіричних оцінок, запропонований алгоритм дозволяє розробляти варіанти удосконалення процесів управління. Як обґрунтування цього висновку запропоновано концептуальні варіанти технічної реалізації системи регулювання. Зокрема, запропонована проста схема регулятора, що забезпечує можливість підтримання сталості температури чавуну і продуктивності вагранки шляхом регулювання рівня холостої та металевої колош. Управління процесом в цьому випадку здійснюється шляхом подачі керуючих сигналів на виконавчі механізми шиберів бункера з коксом і металевою шихтою, що формуються системами ручного або автоматизованого управління.

The object of research is structural iron with lamellar graphite, in which the carbon equivalent (Ceq) is in the range (4.2–4.4) %, and the carbon content (C) in the range (3.42–3.57) %. The aim of research is description of the distribution of the hardness value of structural cast iron of serial meltings in the C–Ceq factor space at fixed values of the Cr–Ni–Cu–Ti alloy content in narrow intervals. It is shown that a polynomial regression equation of the form HB=HB(C, Ceq) can be used to obtain a workable analytical description. It is shown that such structure of the equation and those obtained by the method of least squares corresponding coefficient estimates provide 92 % accuracy of the forecast even with a small sample of data.On the basis of the canonical transformation of the response surface and its ridge analysis, it is established that it is possible in principle to satisfy different requirements for hardness. So, if the range of the planning area C=(3.42–3.57) % and Ceq=(4.2–4.4) % is chosen as the imposed constraint, then several suboptimal solutions are possible. This is the case if the task of minimizing hardness is not set and the range HB=180–250 satisfies the quality requirements specified by the production conditions. If the priority is hardness minimization, then the suboptimal solution is one and it is like the point of intersection of the constraint line (r=1.414) and the lower ridge line y=y(r). On the basis of this, it is concluded that the suboptimal solutions are multivariant, depending on the requirements of production. Побудована номограма, що дозволяє вибирати раціональним чином технологічні режими позапічної обробки в частині, що стосується коригування хімічного складу сплаву.

На основе математической модели, описывающей влияние углерода (С) и углеродного эквивалента (Сэкв) на предел прочности на растяжение (σв) конструкционного чугуна, выполнено параметрическое описание поверхности отклика σв=σв(С, СЭКВ). A method is proposed to establish control of technological processes that would be optimal in terms of speed and final state on the basis of analyzing the solution of a system of stochastic differential equations (SDEs), which is a mathematical model of a controlled process. The results of the numerical modeling have proved that, being sufficiently simple, the proposed method helps obtain solutions that are completely consistent with the results obtained using the Pontryagin maximum principle for the speed problem. It has been shown that such an approach to the search for optimal control of technological processes opens up additional opportunities in solving the task of retaining the parameters of the technological process within a given area. Two alternatives of the control implementation are proposed and justified, differing in the principle of selecting control switching times.It has been shown that the determining factor for the choice of optimal control is the initial state of the system, described by the position of the phase space point characterizing the actual initial state relative to the final state line. If the final state is described by the equation of the straight line, it is proposed to reduce it to its normal form and to calculate the corresponding deviation of the point of the preceding state from this straight line, which uniquely determines the sign of control. It has been proved that the problem of finding the optimal control of technological processes must be preceded by the problem of obtaining a mathematical description of the final state, based on the construction of regression equations in which the output variable can be the quality of the finished technological product.It is proposed to obtain a multialternative parametric description of the final state for the search for optimal control of the technological process using a ridge analysis. It has been shown that each of the alternatives represents a set of suboptimal values of the output variable, which provides optimal values of the output variable describing the quality of the finished technological product in the chosen sense. The object of research is the structural lamellar graphite cast iron, where the carbon equivalent (Ceq) is in the range of (4,214-4,372) % and the carbon content (C) is in the range of (3,425-3,563) %.The aim of research is to describe the distribution of values of tensile strength of cast iron series in the factor space C–Ceq at a fixed level of Cr-Ni-Cu-Ti alloyed complex in narrow ranges.To achieve this aim, there are the next objectives.1. Build a workable analytical description of the impact of the selected input variables on the tensile strength of cast iron.2. Study the response surface and identify the most informative point of the factor space for further detailed investigation of the microstructure in these points.It is shown that polynomial regression equation provides forecast accuracy, exceeding the accuracy using a linear regression equation in 1,23 times. An existence of a saddle point is revealed on the basis of the canonical transformation of response surface. It is an informative indicator, which suggests that the respective values of the input variables C = 3,492 %, Ceq = 4,28 % when the content of alloying elements , form a microstructure that guarantees the value of cast iron tensile strength TS = 203 MPa. In view of the resulting confidence interval, this value with a probability of 95 % is in the range of TS = (193-213) MPa. Metallographic microstructure description in the saddle point is important and can be obtained by the development of modeling results.It is noted that there is a fundamental opportunity to improve accuracy and obtaining more precise description of the response surface – due to numerical building of D-optimal plan or artificial orthogonalization of full factorial experiment, inside the considered in this work, Для області факторного простору «вуглецевий еквівалент (Секв) – вміст вуглецю (С)» побудовано працездатний аналітичний опис впливу обраних вхідних змінних на межу міцності чавуну і досліджена отримана поверхня відгуку. В статье описаны результаты исследований, посвященных математическому моделированию в задачах поиска оптимального по конечному состоянию управления процессами получения сплавов для ответственных деталей энергетического машиностроения. Предложено математическое описание объекта управления и показано, какие из параметров математической модели подлежат оценке для реализации известных методов поиска оптимального управления в линейно-квадратичной задаче и задаче поиска оптимального по конечному состоянию управления. Приведен алгоритм оценивания параметров математической модели исследуемого процесса в условиях двухуровневой неопределённости., Описані результати досліджень, присвячених математичному моделюванню в задачах пошуку оптимального за кінцевим станом керування процесами отримання сплавів для відповідальних деталей енергетичного машинобудування. Запропоновано математичний опис об'єкта керування і показано, які з параметрів математичної моделі підлягають оцінці для реалізації відомих методів пошуку оптимального керування в лінійно-квадратичної задачі і задачі пошуку оптимального за кінцевим станом керування. Наведено алгоритм оцінювання параметрів математичної моделі досліджуваного процесу в умовах дворівневої невизначеності., The results of the research on mathematical modeling in the problems of searching the optimal final state control of alloys obtaining processes for vital parts of power engineering are described in the paper. The mathematical description of the control object is proposed. It was shown, which parameters of the mathematical model are subject to estimation for the implementation of the known methods of searching the optimal control in a linear-quadratic problem and the problem of searching the optimal final state control. The proposed procedure of estimating the structure and parameters of mathematical models, describing the alloys obtaining processes for parts of power engineering in electric furnaces allows to avoid the main difficulties, related to the presence of multilevel uncertainty and complexity of mathematical description of melting control. Implementation of this procedure, based on obtaining the analytical description of interrelation between output and fuzzy input variables in the form of regression equation and further use of this description in the structural circuit of the control system allows to obtain a stable chemical composition and microstructure of the alloy, determining its high mechanical properties. The proposed algorithm for estimating the parameters of the mathematical model of the studied process in the conditions of two-level uncertainty can be applied in solving the problems of technical implementation of alloys obtaining control systems in APCS (Automatic Process Control System) as it allows real-time calculation of those parameters, which are not subject to direct control during the manufacturing process.
