We compute the probability of producing $n$ particles from few colliding particles in the unbroken $(3+1)$-dimensional $\lambda\phi^4$ theory. To this end we numerically implement semiclassical method of singular solutions which works at ${n \gg 1}$ in the weakly coupled regime ${\lambda \ll 1}$. For the first time, we obtain reliable results in the region of exceptionally large final state multiplicities ${n\gg \lambda^{-1}}$ where the probability decreases exponentially with $n$, ${{\cal P}(\mbox{few} \to n) \sim \exp\{f_\infty(\varepsilon) \, n\}}$, and its slope $f_{\infty}< 0$ depends on the mean kinetic energy $\varepsilon$ of produced particles. In the opposite case ${n\ll \lambda^{-1}}$ our data match well-known tree-level result, and they interpolate between the two limits at $n \sim \lambda^{-1}$. Overall, this proves exponential suppression of the multiparticle production probability at ${n\gg 1}$ and arbitrary $\varepsilon$ in the unbroken theory. Using numerical solutions, we critically analyze the mechanism for multiple Higgs boson production suggested in the literature. We develop a numerical method to compute the probabilities of multiparticle production in weakly coupled scalar theories. Our technique is based on D.T. Son's semiclassical method of singular solutions. New physics in neutrino sector can reveal itself via non-standard neutrino interactions which can result in modification of the standard picture of neutrino propagation in matter. Experiments with atmospheric neutrinos has been used to probe this scenario. Using publicly available three-year low energy data in IceCube DeepCore we place bounds on the parameters $\epsilon_{\alpha\beta}$ of non-standard neutrino interactions in propagation. We study numerically classical collisions of waves in $\lambda\phi^4$ theory. These processes correspond to multiparticle scattering in the semiclassical regime. Parametrizing initial and final wavepackets by energy $E$ and particle numbers $N_{i}$, $N_{f}$ we find classically allowed region in the parameter space. We describe properties of the scattering solutions at the boundary of the classically allowed region. We discuss gravitational wave signal from the strongly first order electroweak phase transition in the split NMSSM. We perform an analysis of the influence of non-standard neutrino interactions (NSI) on neutrino signal from dark matter annihilations in the Sun. Taking experimentally allowed benchmark values for the matter NSI parameters we show that the evolution of such neutrinos with energies at GeV scale can be considerably modified. We simulate propagation of neutrinos from the Sun to the Earth for realistic dark matter annihilation channels and find that the matter NSI can result in at most 30% correction to the signal rate of muon track events at neutrino telescopes. Still present experimental bounds on dark matter from these searches are robust in the presence of NSI within considerable part of their allowed parameter space. If supersymmetry is broken at TeV scale, particles from sector responsible for supersymmetry breaking - goldstino and sgoldstinos - can reveal themselves already at the LHC experiments. We discuss bounds on supersymmetry breaking scale from the LHC searches for events with a jet plus missing momentum signature focusing on the case of TeV scale sgoldstinos. We show that contribution of light sgoldstinos to the cross section of of gravitino pair production with a jet can be sizable and the bounds on the gravitino mass can be stronger by up to a factor of 2 as compared to those obtained in the heavy sgoldstino limit. In present analysis we complete search for a dark matter signal with the Baikal neutrino telescope NT200 from potential sources in the sky. We use five years of data and look for neutrinos from dark matter annihilations in the dwarfs spheroidal galaxies in the Southern hemisphere and the Large Magellanic Cloud known as the largest and close satellite galaxy of the Milky Way. We do not find any excess in observed data over expected background from the atmospheric neutrinos towards the LMC or any of tested 22 dwarfs. We perform a joint likelihood analysis on the sample of five selected dwarfs and found a concordance of the data with null hypothesis of the background-only observation. We derive 90% CL upper limits on the cross section of annihilating dark matter particles of mass between 30 GeV and 10 TeV into several channels both in our combined analysis of the dwarfs and in a particular analysis towards the LMC., Comment: 15 pages, 11 figures

In light of the Higgs boson discovery we reconsider generation of the baryon asymmetry in the non-minimal split Supersymmetry model with an additional singlet superfield in the Higgs sector. We find that successful baryogenesis during the first order electroweak phase transition is possible within phenomenologically viable part of the model parameter space. We discuss several phenomenological consequences of this scenario, namely, predictions for the electric dipole moments of electron and neutron and collider signatures of light charginos and neutralinos., Comment: 24 pages, 5 figures

We study lepton flavor violation in a class of supersymmetric models with light sgoldstino - scalar superpartner of Goldstone fermions responsible for spontaneous supersymmetry breaking. Sgoldstino couplings to the Standard Model (SM) fermions are determined by the MSSM soft terms and, in general, provide with flavor violation in this sector. Sgoldstino admixture to the lightest Higgs boson results in changes of its coupling constants and, in particular, leads to lepton flavor-violating decay $h\to\tau\mu$ of the Higgs resonance. We point out that the diphoton excess at about 750 GeV recently discovered by the LHC experiments can be explained within supersymmetric models with low scale supersymmetry breaking with sgoldstino as a natural candidate. We reanalyze the dataset collected during the years 1998--2003 by the deep underwater neutrino telescope NT200 in the lake Baikal with the low energy threshold (10 GeV) in searches for neutrino signal from dark matter annihilations near the center of the Milky Way. Two different approaches are used in the present analysis: counting events in the cones around the direction towards the Galactic Center and the maximum likelihood method. We assume that the dark matter particles annihilate dominantly over one of the annihilation channels $b\bar{b}$, $W^+W^-$, $\tau^+\tau^-$, $\mu^+\mu^-$ or $\nu\bar{\nu}$. We develop a consistent semiclassical method to calculate the probability of topological soliton-antisoliton pair production in collisions of elementary particles. In our method one adds an auxiliary external field pulling the soliton and antisoliton in the opposite directions. This transforms the original scattering process into a Schwinger pair creation of the solitons induced by the particle collision. One describes the Schwinger process semiclassically and recovers the original scattering probability in the limit of vanishing external field. We illustrate the method in (1+1)-dimensional scalar field model where the suppression exponents of soliton-antisoliton production in the multiparticle and two-particle collisions are computed numerically., Comment: 55 pages, 30 figures; journal version

We consider nucleon-decay-like signatures of the hylogenesis, a variant of the antibaryonic dark matter model. For the interaction between visible and dark matter sectors through the neutron portal, we calculate the rates of dark matter scatterings off neutron which mimic neutron-decay processes $n\to \nu\gamma$ and $n\to \nu e^+ e^-$ with richer kinematics. We obtain bounds on the model parameters from nonobservation of the neutron decays by applying the kinematical cuts adopted in the experimental analyses. The bounds are generally (much) weaker than those coming from the recently performed study of events with a single jet of high transverse momentum and missing energy observed at the LHC. Then we suggest several new nucleon-decay like processes with two mesons in the final state and estimate (accounting for the LHC constraints) the lower limits on the nucleon lifetime with respect to these channels. The obtained values appear to be promising for probing the antibaryonic dark matter at future underground experiments like HyperK and DUNE., Comment: 32 pages, 14 figures, journal version

We analyse sensitivity of the gigaton volume telescope Baikal-GVD for detection of neutrino signal from dark matter annihilations or decays in the Galactic Center. We consider a supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model with low-scale supersymmetry breaking. Besides usual superpartners it contains additional chiral goldstino supermultiplet whose scalar components - sgoldstinos can mix with scalars from the Higgs sector of the model. We show that this mixing can have considerable impact on phenomenology of the lightest Higgs boson and scalar sgoldstino. In particular, the latter can be a good candidate for explanation of 2-sigma LEP excess with mass around 98 GeV., Comment: 34 pages, 14 figures. Reference has been added, misprints eliminated

We have analyzed a data set taken over 2.76 years live time with the Baikal neutrino telescope NT200. The goal of the analysis is to search for neutrinos from dark matter annihilation in the center of the Sun. Apart from the conventional annihilation channels $b\bar{b}$, $W^+W^-$ and $\tau^+\tau^-$ we consider also the annihilation of dark matter particles into monochromatic neutrinos. From the absence of any excess of events from the direction of the Sun over the expected background, we derive 90% upper limits on the fluxes of muons and muon neutrinos from the Sun, as well as on the elastic cross sections of dark matter scattering on protons., Comment: 14 pages, 8 figures

We point out that recently discovered 3.5 keV line in X-ray spectra from various galaxy clusters and the Andromeda galaxy can be naturally explained by physics of a sector responsible for spontaneous supersymmetry breaking in models with R-parity. In this scenario the source of this line could be decay of sgoldstino - scalar superpartner of massive gravitino. We present a new dataset analysis of the neutrino experiment at the Baksan Underground Scintillator Telescope with muon energy threshold about 1 GeV for the longest exposure time toward the Sun. In search for a signal from self-annihilations of dark matter particles in the center of the Sun we use an updated sample of upward through-going muons for 24.12 years of live time. No observable excess has been found in measured muons relative to expected background from neutrinos of atmospheric origin. We present an improved data analysis procedure and describe it in detail. In supersymmetric extensions of the Standard Model of particle physics (SM), goldstino superpartners --- scalar and pseudoscalar sgoldstinos --- can be light enough for emerging in decays of SM particles. Sgoldstino interaction with SM fields is suppressed by the scale of supersymmetry breaking in the whole theory. Hence, searches for sgoldstinos give an opportunity to probe the underlying mechanism of supersymmetry breaking. Sgoldstino couplings to SM fields are proportional to the supersymmetry breaking parameters --- MSSM soft terms --- and therefore can lead to flavor violating processes in quark and lepton sectors. We consider flavor violating processes involving sgoldstino pair production which are driven by sgoldstino couplings proportional to squark and slepton soft mass terms, \tilde{m^2_{LL}} and \tilde{m^2_{RR}}. We find that present limits on off-diagonal entries in squark and slepton squared mass matrices allow t-, b-, c-quark and \tau-lepton decays at levels available for study with existing data (BaBar, Belle, CLEOc) and in ongoing experiments (LHCb, CMS, ATLAS). In particular, we obtain the following branching ratios Br(t--> c SP)\lesssim 10^{-7}, Br(\tau--> \mu SP) \lesssim 10^{-7}, Br(B_s--> SP) \lesssim 10^{-4}, Br(B--> K^{(*)} SP) \lesssim 10^{-4}, Br(D--> SP) \lesssim 10^{-7} with sgoldstino subsequent decays into kinematically allowed pairs of SM particles \gamma\gamma, e^+e^-, \mu^+\mu^-, etc. Remarkably, the prominent signature of sgoldstino pair production is two muon pairs with pair momenta peaked at sgoldstino masses., Comment: 6 pages, 3 figures, updated version to appear in Physical Review D

We present a calculation of the branching ratio of orthopositronium decay into an invisible mode, which is done in the context of Mirror World models, where ordinary positronium can disappear from our world due to oscillation into its mirror twin. In this revision we clarify some formulas and approximations used previously, correct them at some places, add new effects relevant for a feasible experiment and finally perform a combined analysis. We include into consideration various effects due to external magnetic and electric fields, collisions with cavity walls and scattering off gas atoms in the cavity. Oscillations of the Rydberg positroniums are also considered. To perform a numerical estimates in a realistic case we wrote computer code, which can be adopted in any experimental setup. We study classical production of soliton-antisoliton pairs from colliding wave packets in (1+1)-dimensional scalar field model. Wave packets represent multiparticle states in quantum theory; we characterize them by energy E and particle number N. Sampling stochastically over the forms of wave packets, we find the entire region in (E,N) plane which corresponds to classical creation of soliton pairs. Particle number is parametrically large within this region meaning that the probability of soliton-antisoliton pair production in few-particle collisions is exponentially suppressed., Comment: 16 pages, 8 figures, journal version; misprint corrected

New physics coupled to the Higgs boson may hide it in the standard decay channels to be investigated at LHC. We consider the models where new invisible dominant decay modes of the Higgs boson are responsible for this hiding. We propose to study at LHC the weak boson production associated with heavy quarks: our analysis revealed that boson pair invariant mass distribution is sensitive to both mass and width of the invisible Higgs boson, if it is not too far from the weak boson pair threshold. We present tree-level results for the most relevant cases of top quarks and of bottom quarks in Standard Model extensions with large $b$-quark Yukawa coupling. We argue that QCD corrections do not spoil these results allowing for unambiguous extraction of the Higgs boson mass and width from the analysis of large enough amount of data., Comment: 26 pages, 14 figures, references added

With use of CompHEP package we've made the detailed estimate of the influence of double e+e- pair production by photons (DPP) on the propagation of ultra high energy electromagnetic cascade. We show that in the models in which cosmic ray photons energy reaches few thousand EeV refined DPP analysis may lead to substantial difference in predicted photon spectrum compared to previous rough estimates., Comment: 12 pages, 5 figures (misprints removed, 2 additional figures added in ver. 2)

We present an extension of the minimal split supersymmetry model, which is capable of explaining the baryon asymmetry of the Universe. Instead of MSSM we start from NMSSM and split its spectrum in such a way that the low energy theory contains neutral particles, in addition to the content of minimal split supersymmetry. They trigger the strongly first order electroweak phase transition (EWPT) and provide an additional source of CP-violation. In this model, we estimate the amount of the baryon asymmetry produced during EWPT, using WKB approximation for CP-violating sources in diffusion equations. We also examine the contribution of CP-violating interactions to the electron and neutron electric dipole moments and estimate the production of the neutralino dark matter. We further discuss possible sgoldstino interpretation of the observation, reported by the HyperCP collaboration, of three \Sigma^+\to p\mu^+\mu^- decay events with dimuon invariant mass 214.3 MeV within detector resolution. With sgoldstino mass equal to 214.3 MeV, this interpretation can be verified at existing and future B- and \phi-factories. We find that the most natural values of the branching ratios of two-body B- and D-meson decays to sgoldstino P and vector meson V are about 10^{-6}\div10^{-7}. The branching ratios of \phi-meson decay \phi\to P\gamma is estimated to be in the range 1.8\cdot 10^{-13} \div 1.6\cdot 10^{-7}, depending on the hierarchy of supersymmetry breaking soft terms. Similar branchings for \rho- and \omega-mesons are in the range 10^{-14}\div 3.4\cdot 10^{-7}., Comment: 12 pages, 1 figure

At hadron colliders the $\gamma\gamma+jet$ channel provides larger signal-to-background ratio in comparison with inclusive $\gamma\gamma$ channel in hunting for scalars uncharged under the SM gauge group. At NLO in QCD perturbation theory we evaluate selfconsistently the signal significance for the SM Higgs boson production in $\gamma\gamma+jet$ channel at LHC. Three-body final state kinematics allows for refined cuts. The adjustment of these cuts increases the signal significance upto the level of inclusive channel. Applying a justified simple rescaling procedure to the results obtained for SM Higgs boson, we estimate the LHC prospects in searches for radion and sgoldstino in $\gamma\gamma+jet$ channel. We have found that this channel is comparable with $\gamma\gamma$ channel in searches for new physics and deserves further detailed investigations., Comment: 15 pages, 4 figures, 5 tables

We generalize to noncommutative cylinder the solution generation technique, originally suggested for gauge theories on noncommutative plane. For this purpose we construct partial isometry operators and complete set of orthogonal projectors in the algebra of the cylinder, and an isomorphism between the free module and its direct sum with the Fock module on the cylinder.
