Latar Belakang: Ibu hamil terkonfirmasi Covid-19 pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 1,6%, bayi lahir mati 1,4%, kematian neonatalal 1,0%, prematuritas 33,7%. Kelompok ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas dan bayi baru lahir merupakan sasaran rentan terhadap infeksi Covid-19 dan risiko meningkatkan morbiditas dan mortalitas ibu dan bayi baru lahir. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui luaran persalinan ibu terkonfirmasi Covid-19. Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriftif. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu bersalin bayi baru lahir pada ibu terkonfirmasi Covid-19 dan pasien dalam pemantauan (PDP) sejak bulan Juli 2020 sampai bulan April 2021 sejumlah 111. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara consecutive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sejumlah 84 sampel. Sedangkan luaran bayi baru lahir diperoleh 88 karena terdapat 4 orang ibu yang melahirkan dengan gemelli. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat. Hasil: persalinan pervaginam sebanyak 7 orang (8,34%), sectio sesarea 77 orang (91,66%), kehamilan berakhir umur kehamilan 42 minggu sebanyak 2 orang (2,38%). Sebanyak 4 orang neonatal lahir dengan gemelly sehingga neonatal sebanyak 88 orang dan hasil pemeriksaan swab antigen dinyatakan negative (100%), lahir dengan BB >4000gr 1 orang (1,14%), BB 2500-4000gr 72 orang (81,82%), BB 1000gr

PurposeLeadership has been known for its tremendous impact on employees' outcomes in any organisation. Constructive leadership positively impacts employees, while destructive leadership causes counterproductive work behaviours (CWB). This study aims to investigate the effect of toxic leadership on employees' CWB via the role of turnover intention by employing the psychological contract theory.Design/methodology/approachThe participants were recruited using various recruitment methods such as online recruitment and alumni networks. After dropping some participants who failed to complete the three-wave data collection procedure, 457 responses were used for the final data analysis. The participants came from various public organisations in Indonesia (e.g. hospitals).FindingsThe results found that the effect of toxic leadership on employees' CWB was mediated by the role of turnover intention. Under a toxic leader, employees might intend to leave the organisations and commit CWB as the employees perceived the psychological contract breach.Practical implicationsFirstly, public organisations should implement some strategies to reduce the emergence of toxic behaviours. Secondly, public organisations should evaluate and examine how leadership is exercised within public organisations. Lastly, the organisations must ensure that their leaders do not breach employees' psychological contracts.Originality/valueThis study has highlighted the effect of toxic leadership on CWB in public service organisations by employing a psychological contract theory and a power distance perspective.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan laboratorium IPA pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Negeri 8 Kaur. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif evaluatif menggunakan model CIPP. Data penelitian didapatkan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis: (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, (3) verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan laboratorium IPA pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Negeri 8 Kabupaten Kaur telah menggambarkan kesesuaian dengan kriteria pengadaan laboratorium di sekolah. Disarankan pembelajaran IPA dalam laboratorium pada masa pandemi Covid-19 perlu menerapkan dan memperhatikan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 demi kebaikan bersama

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatkan proses pembelajaran membaca permulaan melalui media big book, dan (2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan melalui media big book pada siswa kelas IA SD Negeri 04 Jaho Kecamatan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IA SD Negeri 04 Jaho Kecamatan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar yang berjumlah 12 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, catatan lapangan dan tes. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar pedoman observasi rating berskala dan tes unjuk kerja membaca permulaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media big book dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas IA SD Negeri 04 Jaho Kecamatan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar dari segi proses maupun hasil. Penggunaan media big book dalam pembelajaran membaca permulaan diawali dengan mengajak siswa untuk memprediksi isi cerita berdasarkan pengamatan terhadap gambar ilustrasi pada halaman sampul. Prediksi siswa tersebut ditulis di papan tulis. Guru membacakan big book dengan intonasi dan lafal yang tepat serta menunjuk setiap kata yang dibaca. Melalui pemodelan ini, siswa terdorong untuk mampu membaca seperti yang dicontohkan oleh guru. Setelah itu, guru mencocokkan prediksi siswa dengan isi cerita. Siswa dipersilakan untuk menyampaikan kesan atau tanggapannya. Guru membacakan sekali lagi sebelum siswa membaca secara individu di depan kelas. Guru membimbing siswa dalam membaca dan memberikan motivasi setelah siswa selesai membaca di depan kelas. Dari segi hasil, peningkatan dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata kemampuan membaca permulaan pada pratindakan 62,38 meningkat menjadi 67,22 pada siklus I dan 78,66 pada siklus II. Persentase pencapaian kriteria keberhasilan mengalami peningkatan pada pratindakan sebesar 17,24% meningkat menjadi 34,48% pada siklus I dan 79,31% pada siklus II.

The policy development mechanism for the national identity number -based electronic ID card software is described in this report. In this analysis, a qualitative procedure was used in conjunction with a case study technique. The total number of informants was 19. Employees from the government who work on the national identity number -based electronic identification card software make up this group. The culture is often used as a source of information in this report. The findings of the study indicate that; Every organ and implementor personnel at every level in every Pasangkayu sub-district office understands and implements national Identity Number -based electronic identification card policy requirements and goals, namely: first, citizens with a identification card condition have the right to get a electronic identification card, which the government is required to promote. Second, get closer to the position where the community resides, in this case the office respective districts, such that the community is not inconvenienced and burdened, must go to the Disdukcapil office in the district capital. Third, since these programs are provided free of charge or at no expense to government, this approach would not impose an economic burden. Fourth, this proposal has little effect on the district's spending schedule. As a result, success policy is essentially an evaluation of how well expectations and policy priorities have been met. As a result, the policy's standards and objectives must be practical and specifically targeted, and any implementation entity (implementor) must be aware of the policy's standards and objectives.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Building Permit Policy in Palu City. This study looks specifically at the aspects of communication and resources. This type of sub-district is descriptive qualitative. The sub-district location determined by the sub-districter is Palu City. The informants are 9 people, namely those who understand, know, experience and understand what will be sub-districted, especially related to the policy of building permits in Palu City, such as the Palu City Spatial Planning and Land Office by extracting information through observations and interviews. The results showed that one of the reasons was due to the lack of socialization by the Palu City Spatial Planning and Land Planning (DPRP) officials. In fact, communication is crucial to success in implementing policies effectively. Human resources in terms of quality are adequate but in terms of quantity they are inadequate and facilities and infrastructure that can be used as operational tools are inadequate.

This study aims to improve students' skills in solving story problems in class IX of SMP Negeri 7 Muara Bungo by using the Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composation method. This type of research is Class Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were grade IX students of SMP Negeri 7 Muara Bungo. PTK research procedures include; (1) Planning (determining the number of cycles and subject matter to be studied, determining research samples, preparing lesson plans and assessment instruments, arranging other observation formats), (2) Action (carrying out 3 class actions referring to planning), (3 ) Observing (observing the development of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities and group performance), (4) Reflection (carrying out data analysis and reflection on the application of learning models, process evaluation and learning outcomes). The results of the study obtained that the application of Cooperative Learning type CIRC can improve students' skills in solving story problems. Students' skills in solving story problems always increase from each cycle, in the first cycle the score is 0.03 with a low category, the second cycle is 0.05 with a moderate category and the third cycle 0.079 with a high category. Then the application of Cooperative Learning type CIRC can improve mathematics learning outcomes with an average value of the first cycle of 56.58 up to 66.71 in the second cycle and a high increase in the third cycle 71.97.

Based on observations of the MIN 10 Aceh Barat Daya teacher's competence in compiling school action research reports, it was found that the teacher's professional competence in compiling classroom action research was still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about improving teacher professional competence in developing classroom action research reports through a mentoring model based on CLCK (Example, Exercise, Control, Independent Work) in MIN 10 Southwest Aceh. This research is a School Action Research (PTS). Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 MIN 10 Southwestern Aceh teachers. Research data were collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the mentoring model based on CLCK development can improve the ability of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports in MIN 10 Southwest Aceh. Analysis of the quality of PTK reports made by teachers shows that the teacher's professional competence in preparing class action research reports increases from cycle I to cycle II. The teacher's professional competence in preparing the class action research report in cycle I was 76.50 (Good) increased to 87.16 (Very Good) in cycle II with an increase of 10.66 points.

The target of this study was class VIII students at State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 1 Meulaboh, West Aceh. The research subjects in this study were 30 students who took part in the Al-Hadith study. The research instrument used the Lesson Plans, observation sheets, interview sheets, student activity sheets, and non-test assessment sheets. The results showed that students' learning completeness during the pre-cycle of student mastery learning still reached 30%. While in the first cycle students 'learning completeness reached 43.33%, in the second cycle students' learning completeness reached 66.67%. So the classical increase of the pre-cycle conducted by the teacher and the second cycle conducted by the researcher was 36.67%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an Hadits melalui model pembelajaran SAVI. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu: rancangan (perencanaan), tindakan (pelaksanaan) dan refleksi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Meulaboh Aceh Barat. Subyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits. Instrumen penelitan menggunakan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pelajaran, lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, lembar kegiatan siswa, dan lembar penilaian non tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketuntasan belajar siswa pada saat pra siklus ketuntasan belajar siswa masih mencapai 30%. Sedangkan pada siklus I ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 43,33%, pada siklus II ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 66,67%. Jadi peningkatan secara klasikal dari pra siklus yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siklus kedua yang dilakukan oleh peneliti sebanyak 36,67%. Kata Kunci: Hafalan al-Qur’an Hadits, Model Pembelajaran SAVI

The Village Government is an institution that functions to organize village administration towards good governance. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the policy on the duties and functions of the village head in administering the administration of the Peana village, Pipikoro district, Sigi regency, Central Sulawesi Province, with reference to the aspects of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This qualitative research is carried out in Peana Village which is geographically isolated with limited infrastructure. Data were obtained from informants which are village officials and the community. Data are collected through observation to observe the behaviour naturally, original and spontaneous within a certain period of time to obtain careful, in-depth and detailed data. The data also obtained from documents originating from books, government regulations in the Peana Village Office as well as interview with the village secretary, village staffs and community members. The results showed that socialization about the content, purpose, direction and target group had not been implemented. Human resources, infrastructure and budget resources were inadequate. Village government disposition in responding to policies is not maximized. Bureaucratic structure in policy implementation, was not guided by standard operating procedure (SOP). The conclusion is that the task and function of the village head in the village administration is not optimally implemented, because the village head has not optimally responded regarding the administration of village administration. For this reason, the researcher recommends that the village head should be more active in responding to his duties and functions with the provided assistance by the academics, so that preparation and planning can be carried out effectively and efficiently.

Village funds are a form of assistance from the government as a means of supporting and stimulating development and community empowerment in the village. The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision of village funds by the village consultative body in Batumatoru village, Lariang district, Pasangkayu Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method by adopting escort theory. According to Sondang P Siagian there are two indicators of supervision namely direct supervision and indirect supervision. Data collection techniques are carried out through field research which includes observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. By using a purposive technique with a total of 7 informants. The results showed that the implementation of supervision of village funds in Batumatoru Village was still not optimal. Due to lack of supervision in the implementation of the use of village funds, both directly and indirectly. This was heard by complaints from the public regarding the government's performance in implementing the use of village funds.

This article tells the involvement of humanitarian organizations in the post-war reconstruction process of disaster in the city of Palu, Sigi and Donggala Regencies. The presence of humanitarian organizations is urgently needed to help the process of acceleration of reconstruction. In carrying out its humanitarian mission, it is expected that these institutions are coordinated by the authority of the government/state. Management of Integrated Community Shelter expected able to help the process of reconstruction post disaster apparently also still constrained in the pattern of coordination. Coordination pattern which is less likely to occur in delivering open and funneling aid to victims. this paper found that the existence of the weakness of the State in controlling and embody the humanitarian agency's involvement in the process of reconstructions. Collaborative approach to governance in the management of Integrated Community Shelter appears as an alternative solution in the answer to these problems.
