The most important parts of our Biotelemetry system is a hardware platform. If we could develop visualization, we must have to measure real data. They are two main choices to solve this part of system. We can use commercial devices, such as embedded PCs, PDAs and wireless ECG unit Blue ECG communicating via Bluetooth. Suggests major problems and disadvantages of their use and offers possible solutions in the form of construction of our own purpose-built equipment. Whether in the form of small auxiliary hardware and design options ECG units optimized for low power consumption and collaboration with mobile devices with limited computing capabilities. We also describe here the real-time response time of packet parsing problem.

Work deal with the design development for visualization to see the results of ECG measurement. Visualization is implemented as a web application using Microsoft Silverlight platform.

This project was inspired by the idea of the connection of amusement and useful thing respectively the movement by the playing games, because as is known global problem of the Word is increasing obesity caused by the addiction on the PC games at the young people. This project connects pleasurable with useful, respectively playing of the game with physical effort. By the help of the accelerometer is possible to handle by simple games to whose operating is needed physical impulsion of the player. After it would be possible to take up on this project by the beat measurement of the player in order to check on effectivity of the suggested system. Software was programmed in background C#.

This paper deals with the visualization of data measured by the wireless Bluetooth module BluesenseAD. The module measures the input voltage signal by an A / D converter and sends it via bluetooth to a computer for processing. BluesenseAD can be used for measurement in many applications ranging from simple measurement of voltage, temperature up to the ECG curves. Data visualization is proceeded in the form of timing chart display, and more so, it can be saved and thus available for any subsequent detailed analysis. The user interface provides access to basic utilities for configuring the serial link, parameters of the measured signals display, readout and control instrument for direct communication. The whole program is developed in C # development environment in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.

Proactive principle can be used not only in large distributed solution for medical centers, but it can be found usable in a many other solutions. One of them we found in an application to allow for people have a happy wake up. A mobile device application was developed to solve a problem of bad wake up at morning for all the people. Sleep is a complex process regulated with our brain and as such is driven by 24 hour biological rhythm. Our biological clocks are controlled by chemical substances that are mostly known to us. wakeNsmile application is developed to react on users declared request in form of happy wake up at predefined time (Fig. 1). The time defined for alarm is however the latest possible time to wake up of user. We are trying to detect a body state in which the user is most able to wake up with a smile. Time period for detection analysis of state phases is declared to 30 minutes. A Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT) and some other sophisticated methods are used for it.

The paper deal with a problem of a data collecting and visualization of several biomedical signals from patients by mobile embedded monitoring stations. Measurement devices were used in real tests. Due to a problem of real time processing a 12 channels ECG from ECG device by Bluetooth to mobile stations, packet parsing as the one problem part of data processing chain, is presented and solved by two possible solutions. The aim of this paper is a stress testing of the developed UAS for home care agencies. The developed testing application is possible to use on any others UAS with web service interface. The whole system, including applications developed for the stress testing is based on Microsoft technology .NET. By the help of our test application, the hardware solution for the server was selected on the base of selected home care agency needs.

The paper presents a problem of Real Time processing of ECG signal from patients by mobile embedded monitoring stations. Two ECG measurement devices were used in real tests. A two ECG channel bipolar ECG CorBelt and a 12 channels ECG device BlueECG. Both devices are products from CorScience Company. Due to a problem of processing a 12 channels ECG from ECG device by Bluetooth to mobile stations, the problem of packet parsing was discussed and two possible solutions were focused on. The paper describes a problem of prebuffering on wireless connected mobile devices through a mobile database (Mobile SQL Server CE) as a solution for low throughput on wireless connection of mobile devices. As a second important area the optimal data artifact determination is described with a compare of two selected artifact size. The prebuffering control is based on wireless localization and positioning inside the buildings. Many types of blood pressure measurement devices can be bought in electronics shops. All such devices are contact measurement devices which need to be in contact of human body. Secondary they allow only one measurement per several minutes interval (ones per 10 minutes). Our goal is to develop a small device for noninvasive continuous measurement of blood pressure. This device must be a small battery powered embedded system which measure a blood pressure during a long time period and send this information remotely to operator’s stations. In this station the analysis of receiving video signal is made for several types of usage. In current state we develop a small device to scan a video images throw the NIR CCD camera (Near Infra Red). The video signal is transferred by wireless connection to desktop station where it is analyzed. The first results provide an indication to be a right way to obtain exact continuous blood pressure information.

New types of complex mobile devices can operate full scale applications with same comfort as their desktop equivalents only with several limitations. One of them is insufficient transfer speed on wireless connectivity in case of downloading the large multimedia files. Main area of paper is in a model of a system enhancement for locating and tracking users of a mobile information system. User location is used for data prebuffering and pushing information from server to user’s PDA. All server data is saved as artifacts along with its position information in building or larger area environment. The new partial prebuffering techniques is designed and pretested. The accessing of prebuffered data on mobile device can highly improve response time needed to view large multimedia data. This fact can help with design of new full scale applications for mobile devices.

Mobile device makers produce tens of new complex mobile devices per year to put users a special mobile device with a possibility to do anything, anywhere, anytime. These devices can operate full scale applications with nearly the same comfort as their desktop equivalents only with several limitations. One of such limitation is insufficient download on wireless connectivity in case of the large multimedia files.
