Schools as educational institutions should always do quality improvement in the administration of education. Students whoattend school can be seen from the participant's point of view. Educational services needed by students can be done byselecting schools. For this reason, this study discusses the educational needs needed by students in continuing the educationexpected from junior high school to high school. This research uses a qualitative method using case studies. The studyparticipants consisted of six ninth grade students who were returned to secondary education. Data is collected by interviewsconducted based on the purpose of the study. Analysis of interview data using general stages according to McDury. Thefindings of this study include: dimensions of physical evidence, guarantees, and reliability of education services. Learners'needs related to physical factors, the process of teaching and learning activities and learning outcomes that exist in students.Related to schools making planning and supervision that requires the needs and infrastructure, teaching staff, and curriculumby taking into account the aspirations and needs of students to suit the needs of quality educational needs.

This website uses several design tools, namely Flowchart, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, Context Diagram and Relationship Between Tables. Testing this website uses Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Test(UAT) method. This website is created using HTML and PHP programming languages and uses MySQL as a Database Management Software (DBMS). The website ‘targetfo.store’ has the advantage of having goods import reports, sales reports and financial reports that can be seen by Target Factory Outlet owner.

This study aims to determine effectivenes Simplified Cirlce Arc method used at the school level to prevent discrimination against student grades. This study National Examination data on mathematics subjects from of the Center for Educational Assessment in DKI Jakarta and Tangerang regions. Using the Rasch Model analysis, data obtained for 2135 in the DKI Jakarta (X) and 2271 in the Tangerang area (Y). The data was obtained after conducting Rasch analysis with Mean Square Outfit (MNSQ) of 0.5

Detection of differential item functioning (DIF) is needed in the development of tests to obtain useful items. The Mantel-Haenszel method and standardization are tools for DIF detection based on classical theory assumptions. The study was conducted to highlight the sensitivity and accuracy between the Mantel-Haenszel method and the standardization method in DIF detection. Simulation design (a) test participants consisted of 1000 responses in both the reference and focus groups, (b) the size of the proportion of DIF (0.1; 0.25; 0.50; and 0.75), and (c) the length of the multiple choice test with 40 choices the answer. Research shows that the Mantel-Haenszel method has the same sensitivity as the standardization method in DIF proportions of 10% and 25%, however, when the ratio of DIF proportions above 25% the standardization method is less sensitive, and conversely the sensitivity of the Mantel-Haenszel method increases. The standardization method has higher accuracy than the Mantel-Haenszel method in the DIF proportion of 10%, however, when the size of the DIF proportion above 10% the accuracy of the standardization method decreases, the accuracy of the Mantel-Haenszel method is higher than the standardization method. Thus, if the ratio of DIF is detected by the standardization method of (≤0.10), then the results of the standardization method are preferred as a reference. Conversely, if the proportion of DIF detected by the standardization method is (≥0.10), then the result of the Mantel-Haenszel method is chosen as a reference.

Graduation time is influenced by the academic value obtained from a student. If a student gets a high score, the student's graduation will be faster or on time. On the other hand, if a student gets a score below the average, the student's graduation time will be longer. At this time, one of the causes of students getting low grades is because students who are so busy playing games neglect their lectures and lose concentration while studying. So this can affect the time of their graduation. Students should be able to control themselves to manage their time playing online games and lectures in order to complete their obligations as a student, and students who get low grades for playing games should also be aware that getting low grades continuously will result in the student being threatened with dropping out (DO).Therefore, an information system program was designed that can be used by students who like to play games to be able to predict their graduation time so that they can find out their graduation time. The design of this program applies the K-Nearest Neighbor method which is a classification technique for objects based on learning data that is closest to the object.The final result of the application of the K-Nearest Neighbor method in the program has its advantages and disadvantages. The classification process is strongly influenced by the large amount of training data, and the determined value of 'K' (neighbors). The more the amount of training data, the level of accuracy can be reduced. The level of accuracy in testing using training data is 230 data, and using test data as much as 30 data with several specified 'K' values, namely, 2, 3, 4, 10. Accuracy results with 4 K values used can reach an accuracy rate of 90% .

Typing errors in a document are human errors that are difficult to avoid as a result of which the message to be conveyed is not optimal. Using the Spelling Corrector feature is one way to check typing errors. The Spelling Corrector feature is able to provide only one word suggestion and correct it immediately. The combination of Peter Norvig and Ngram's methods was able to come up with one word suggestion and correct it right away. Both methods of looking for word suggestions use the probability value of the words that appear most frequently in the dictionary. The difference between the two methods is that Peter Norvig uses an algorithm that combines the delete, insert, replace, and transpose processes for the wrong word. Meanwhile, Ngram uses an algorithm that pays attention to the words before and after them based on the sentences in the dictionary. The dictionary used is a dictionary of word lists from KBBI and also a dictionary of sentences taken from several articles on the internet. This combination of methods was tested using 55 documents containing sentences that had one misspelled word. The test results show that the combination of the two methods provides an accuracy rate of 73,684% and a success rate of 37,037% for the total accuracy of this application is 69.09%. These two methods can be used to correct typing errors, although they cannot correct words with an error rate of two or more letters. This is because Peter Norvig was unable to correct a word with a two-letter error rate and needed a good corpus.

E-recruitment is a web-based application that is used to recruit employees for several available companies. The e-recruitment system has a plagiarism checker feature. Plagiarism itself has the meaning of actions that are considered fraud by taking someone's idea or writing without mentioning a reference and claiming it as their own. So that the e-recruitment application requires a plagiarism detector which functions to make it easier for companies to assess the characteristics of their prospective employees. The plagiarism checker feature applies a string matching algorithm to a text to search for common words between texts. There are several algorithms used for string matching, two of which are the Rabin-Karp and Jaro-Winkler algorithms. The Rabin-Karp algorithm is one of the algorithms that is suitable for solving multi-string pattern problems, while the Jaro Winkler Distance algorithm has advantages in terms of accuracy. An e-recruitment application with a plagiarism detection feature is developed and tested on various types of text, namely in the form of a self-description text of the prospective employee. From the experimental results, it was found that the two algorithms can be used to detect plagiarism in the applicant's self-description text, but it still has shortcomings in checking it.

Biped Robot is a tool that designed in such a way as to have human-like mobility. It has structures like human legs that have joints of legs, knees, and hips. Biped Robot is used as a learning module on extracurricular activities at St. Andreas High School. Extracurricular activities are conducted outside of school hours, which is held 2 weeks, during 8 meetings. The biped robot is able to run forward and the basic material of the robot uses the PLA filament. To personalize it in extracurricular activities, the modules used in the manufacture of biped robots are processing modules, liaison modules, and drive modules. As for assisting learners in making the robot, a practical module is used to guide learners to make it easier for them to understand and create a system for each meeting. Based on the test results, this robot that uses several modules can work well and the biped robot can run forward. In addition, any material submitted at each meeting, more than 60% of the participants of the extracurricular activities already understand every material delivered and overall, more than 80% of the number of learners stated that this extracurricular activities can run well and smoothly.

The use of information system such as online store is needed to facilitate customers in getting fabric material product information, convenience, and efficiency in making purchase. This study aimed at solving customers problem that must manually come to an offline store to make a purchase. Data was collected by interviewing a company that focus on fabric material sales. The result of this study is the website application for online store, made using Yii PHP Framework and MySQL database is uses to store information.

This paper is about web based application of recommendation medical specialty doctors based on user symptoms using the C4.5 method and K-Nearest Neighbor. Classification is the process of grouping things based on classes with the characteristics of similarities and differences. This objects or entities are labeled as user symptoms. User symptoms are classified and produce a category of doctor that matches the user’s symptoms. This application will be using sample data from ascertain the opinions and experience of Doctor Yohannes Cahyadi who practices at the Griya Kasih Indah Clinic and from the website alodokter, hellosehat, docdoc.com, cicendoeyehospital, and the eye clinic nusantara. The purpose of making this application is to choose the right specialist doctor based on human symptoms or medical need. The test results obtained said that the best classification accuracy is to use the K-Nearest Neighbor method with an accuracy value of 100%, this shows that the use of the C4.5 method and K-Nearest Neighbor can provide recommendations for the right doctor with user symptoms.

Petroleum is a limited natural resource and if used continuously will experience scarcity and increase in price. KMHE is one of the efforts of Indonesia’s government in advancing the technology of electric vehicles and fuel vehicles in terms of more efficient use of energy. The prototype of the SEM electric car is an electric car made by UNTAR Engineering students that will be included in the upcoming KMHE. The prototype of the SEM electric car uses a BLDC motor as a drive. The BLDC motor is controlled by an electronic controller. Therefore, the BLDC motor controller simulation was designed which can be used as a reference in designing BLDC motor controllers that will be used in KMHE 2020. From the simulation results, the maximum speed of the BLDC motor is obtained by using a controller designed at 2680 rpm. The speed of an electric car of 40 km/h can be achieved by adding a proper transmission system from an electric motor to the car wheel.

This website application provides information about “Blue Salt” products and makes it easy for customers to place an order. because this web site application can be opened anywhere and anytime, customers are able to find out information about the products sold and can buy products without having to come directly to the store. This web application also hopes to help the owners of “Blue Salt” to market their products and expand their markets.

As the age of a person makes it easily infected with a disease such as diabetes. In this case, food from a person with a disease must eat food that corresponds to the nutrients needed to reduce the sufferer’s blood sugar levels. Based on the problem, there is a combination of food system to help diabetics in arranging meals according to the sufferers criteria. This system requires criteria for the manufacture of food combinations and using the genetic algorithm method to produce the best alternative of food combinations for diabetics. The result of a combination of food is taken based on chromosome efficiency of genetic algorithm. Accuracy calculation method of genetic algorithm reaches 100% by comparison with manual calculations of the 5 test cases that have been made. From these results can be concluded that the application of the genetic algorithm method is sufficient to help diabetics in the manufacture of food combinations that match the criteria of the sufferer.

Library management at Harapan Lestari School, such as borrowing books and book data, is still in a manual process, so there are often difficulties in making reports and in storing existing data. These problems make Sekolah Harapan Lestari have the desire to have an Information System in their library, which can overcome existing problems. Therefore a web-based library information system was designed by using PHP, MySql, and XAMPP with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method in the hope of helping in the process of managing libraries in Harapan Lestari School.The function of the program, among others: from the Front End are the registration to become a member of the library, view the book catalog, make loans see the list of loans along with their status, see a list of returns, see a list of fines and their status, see a list of lost or damaged books and their status. From the Back End side, it can manage books, confirm various kinds of events in the library such as borrowing repayments, fines, replacing lost or damaged books, and reports

This research was intended to create a fast and accurate spelling correction system with the ability to handle both kind of spelling errors, non-word and real word errors. Existing spelling correction system was analyzed and was then applied some modifications to improve its accuracy and speed. The proposed spelling correction system is then built based on the method and intuition used by existing system along with the modifications made in previous step. The result is a various spelling correction system using different methods. Best result is achieved by the system that uses bigram with Trie and Damerau-Levenshtein distance with the word level accuracy of 84.62% and an average processing speed of 18.89 ms per sentence.

Any mistake in writing of a document will cause the information to be told falsely. These days, most of the document is written with a computer. For that reason, spelling correction is needed to solve any writing mistakes. This design process discuss about the making of spelling correction for document text in Indonesian language with document's text as its input and a .txt file as its output. For the realization, 5 000 news articles have been used as training data. Methods used includes Finite State Automata (FSA), Levenshtein distance, and N-gram. The results of this designing process are shown by perplexity evaluation, correction hit rate and false positive rate. Perplexity with the smallest value is a unigram with value 1.14. On the other hand, the highest percentage of correction hit rate is bigram and trigram with value 71.20 %, but bigram is superior in processing time average which is 01:21.23 min. The false positive rate of unigram, bigram, and trigram has the same percentage which is 4.15 %. Due to the disadvantages at using FSA method, modification is done and produce bigram's correction hit rate as high as 85.44 %.

This application program uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which is carried out in several stages, namely the Initial Investigation, Make Prototype, the testing phase, the implementation phase and the maintenance phase. This application program uses several design tools, namely Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Context Diagrams and Relationships Between Tables. This application program uses MySQL as a database, XAMPP as a link between the database and display, PHP as a programming language and display settings application Testing this application uses the Black box testing method and User Acceptance Test (UAT). Based on the trials conducted it can be concluded that the program created can be run and can help users in the company's payroll.

This research was intended to create Indonesian Text Spelling Correction system with the capability to handle and make correction to both kind of spelling errors, non-word and real-word errors. Existing spelling correction system was analyzed and made some adjustment and modifications to boost its accuracy. The proposed spelling correction system is built with Damerau-Levenshtein Distance that used in existing spelling correction system along with the adjustment and modifications. The result that achieved by the system that uses by existing spelling correction with the word level accuracy of 40.6% and an average processing speed of 18.4 ms per sentence while the result that achieved by the system that uses Damerau-Levenshtein Distance and Recurrent Neural Network with the word level accuracy of 21.3% and an average processing speed of 29.21 ms per sentence. The result of retest text that achieved by the system that uses Damerau-Levenshtein Distance and Recurrent Neural Network with the word level accuracy of 74%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem pengoreksian ejaan teks Bahasa Indonesia, yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menangani dan memperbaiki kesalahan ejaan, baik kesalahan kata tidak sah maupun kesalahan kata sah. Sistem koreksi ejaan yang sudah ada dianalisis kembali dan dilakukan beberapa penyesuaian dan koreksi untuk meningkatkan akurasi. Sistem koreksi ejaan yang diusulkan dibuat dengan metode Damerau-Levenshtein, yang digunakan dengan penyesuaian dan koreksi dalam sistem koreksi ejaan yang sudah ada. Pencapaian yang dicapai oleh sistem koreksi ejaan yang sudah ada menghasilkan akurasi kata sebesar 40,6% dan kecepatan pemrosesan rata-rata 18,4 milidetik per kalimat dibandingkan hasil yang dicapai oleh sistem yang menggunakan Damerau-Levenshtein Distance dan Recurrent Neural Network Akurasi menghasilkan akurasi kata sebesar 21,3% dan kecepatan pemrosesan rata-rata adalah 29,21 milidetik per kalimat. Hasil pengujian ulang teks yang dicapai oleh sistem menggunakan Damerau-Levenshtein Distance dan Recurrent Neural Network menunjukkan akurasi kata sebesar dari 74%.

Tourism is one of the most important sector of revenue for an area. The people living near the tourist attraction can introduce their culture by showing some local products or their handcraft. Previously a tourism information system has been made. But the system cannot facilitate the desire of the local to sell their product by using internet. Besides the lack of capability of the system to sell product, the locals also expect a system to be capable of recording some of the civilian data and turn it into information. The development of the previous version is expected to help some locals to sell their products and to help the village to manage their data about the resident in that village. This system uses System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with some help of software such as HTML, PHP, MySQL, and notepad++. The making process of the program starts with designing Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and table relation, then being tested by the programmer using blackbox testing method and User Acceptance Testing. This writing results in a system to help Giritengah to sell local product and the village to manage their residence data. Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor pendapatan yang cukup penting bagi suatu daerah. Warga yang tinggal di sekitar sebuah objek wisata mampu menonjolkan kebudayaannya melalui kerajinan tangan ataupun produk lokal yang ada. Sebuah sistem informasi pariwisata berbasis web telah dibuat. Namun keinginan masyarakat setempat untuk menjual produkproduk lokal yang ada secara luas dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet belum dapat terwujud karena sistem tersebut belum memiliki sistem e-commerce. Selain kurangnya kemampuan sistem yang ada dalam menjual produk-produk lokal desa Giritengah, diharapkan pula adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan proses penyimpanan data demografi dan menampilkannya dalam bentuk informasi. Pengembangan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu warga untuk menjual produknya dan perangkat desa dalam mengelola data kependudukan. Metodologi pembuatan sistem menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan menggunakan bantuan software seperti HTML, PHP, MySQL dan Notepad++. Proses pembuatan program dimulai dengan mengimplementasikan rancangan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), serta hubungan antar tabel ke dalam program hingga melakukan pengujian oleh programmer melalui metode blackbox testing dan user dengan metode User Acceptance Testing. Penulisan ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu warga Giritengah dalam menjual produk lokalnya serta membantu perangkat desa Giritengah dalam melakukan pengelolaan data penduduknya.

This design aims to create a robot that can search the ball, approach the ball, and keep the ball from the field/own goalpost towards the pitch area/the opponent's goalpost also pay attention to the position of the obstacles and the robot’s position in the field. There are various movements such as looking for the ball, dribbling, and avoid the opponent. To be able to perform that movements the robot must be able to know what is the definition of the ball, the opponent, and goalpost. To know these objects then there must be a sensor that can read and that sensor is camera. The robot can know the object based on the different colors of each object caught by the camera. The capture of the camera then processed into a processor and the processor will determine the movement on the robot by sending current to the circuit driving the robot. Processor filters out the colors in turn at each color used. Processor then looks for the coordinates of the midpoint, and the area of the object detected. All values of the coordinates of the midpoint and the area of each color are used to determine the movement of the robot. Robot driving uses 3 driver motors DC, motors DC, and Omni wheels. The movements of the robot are going forward, rotating left/right, and standing still. The test results of the designed the robot successfully searched for the ball, approached the ball, kept the ball from the field/own goalpost towards the pitch area/the opponent's goalpost, and was prevented from going off the field. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk membuat robot yang dapat mencari bola, mendekati bola, dan menjauhkan bola dari daerah lapangan/gawang sendiri ke arah daerah lapangan/gawang lawan dengan memperhatikan juga posisi halangan dan posisi robot di lapangan. Terdapat berbagai macam gerakan seperti mencari bola, menggiring bola, dan menghindari lawan. Untuk dapat melakukan gerakan-gerakan tersebut, robot harus dapat mengetahui apa yang dimaksud dengan bola, lawan, dan gawang. Untuk mengetahui benda-benda tersebut maka harus terdapat sensor yang dapat membacanya yaitu kamera. Robot dapat mengetahui benda yang dimaksud berdasarkan warna-warna yang berbeda dari setiap benda hasil tangkapan kamera. Hasil tangkapan kamera kemudian diproses ke sebuah pemroses lalu pemroses menentukan penggerak pada robot dengan mengirim arus pada rangkaian penggerak robot. Pemroses memfilter warna yang ingin dideteksi saja secara bergilir pada setiap warna yang digunakan. Pemroses kemudian mencari koordinat titik tengah, dan luas dari benda yang dideteksi. Nilai-nilai koordinat titik tengah dan luas dari tiap warna yang digunakan ini lah yang menentukan pergerakan robot. Penggerak robot menggunakan 3 buah driver motor DC, motor DC, dan roda omni. Pergerakan robot yang dapat dilakukan adalah maju, berputar tempat kanan/kiri, berputar mengelilingi bola kanan/kiri, dan diam. Hasil pengujian robot yang dirancang berhasil mencari bola, mendekati bola, menjauhkan bola dari daerah lapangan/gawang sendiri ke arah daerah lapangan/gawang lawan, dan menghindari luar lapangan

Advanced technologies increase business value then contribute more cosiness for customer [1]. Based on technologies advancement, a smartphone android can be designed as user interface in department store to make their customer more comfort and convenience. Customer needs to try on some clothes before they buy them. User interface via monitor in smartphone android can support customer to know the empty fitting room conveniently. A sensor was placed in fitting room to detect a movement. This detection is used as a sign if there is a person inside it. This sensor priority is to give an information about an empty fitting room and automatically technology. There is one additional feature about help button. It will be active if customer inside fitting room needs a clerk to help him. Some conditions are tested to know how successful the system is. There are 12 conditions for each fitting room or all (4) fitting rooms. The results show that detection sensor can connect to android system in smartphone, help button can connect with LED to show the sign that customer needs clerk to help him and the connection between microcontroller with smartphone can be done by bluetooth to show the entire system works Kecanggihan teknologi membawa nilai bisnis meningkat sehingga memberikan kenyamanan bagi pelanggan [1]. Berdasarkan kemajuan teknologi tersebut, sebuah smartphone android dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai user interface dalam department store bagi pelanggan agar merasa lebih nyaman. User interface melalui layar monitor pada smartphone android dapat membantu pelanggan mengetahui letak ruang ganti yang kosong secara lebih nyaman. Sebuah sensor diletakan di ruang ganti. Sensor ini dapat mendeteksi seseorang yang masuk ke ruang ganti berdasar pada gerakan. Penggunaan sensor ini mengutamakan informasi ruangan yang kosong dan teknologi otomatis. Terdapat sebuah fitur tentang tombol bantuan. Tombol bantuan ini aktif bila pelanggan membutuhkan pramuniaga department store untuk membantunya. Beberapa kondisi dilakukan untuk menguji keberhasilan sistem ini. Sebanyak 12 kondisi diuji baik untuk masing-masing ruang ganti dan keseluruhan (4 buah) ruang ganti. Hasil dari pengujian didapatkan bahwa sensor pendeteksi gerakan dapat dihubungkan dengan android, tombol bantuan dapat dihubungkan dengan LED dan hubungan antara rangkaian sensor, tombol dan monitor dapat dilakukan melalui Bluetooth.
