This paper has developed the low temperature fluidity and its performance evaluation for sensor unified fuel heater. In order to overcome an initial start problem of the diesel engine, the sensor unified fuel heater in waxing material like paraffin which may be generated at extremely low temperature in winter can decide the car's life. Such a sensor unified fuel heater is suggested to improve the efficiency as well as robustness of heater by combining a fuel filter with a heater and is compared to previous heaters. The proposed sensor unified fuel heater consists of plastic body including lower/upper plates, stopper, PTC-based heater and heater/water sensors. Also, in order to evaluate the performance of the proposed car's goods, a performance evaluation system is constructed, which can check the operation of fuel heater at room temperature as well as at extremely low and high temperatures and to measure delay times of resistance and current according to test resistances, delay time of bimetal according to temperature change and current/resistance of fuel heater.

In this paper, we have developed the intellectual Kegel trainer with the bio-feedback. The one is smart health care system that can treat an evacuation impediment and urination polyuria with the low frequency stimulation module. Then this detects the shrinkage power of the pelvis muscles and correlates an smart phone entertainment application program for the users. In order to recover the function of pelvic muscles, we use the intellectual smart health care trainer with several biofeedback function. Such a trainer makes to strength the weakness pelvic muscles by biofeedback training and get exercise the pelvic muscles in physical suppress. The biofeedback training against the physical suppress can have strengthen the pelvic muscles and can display the operation graph of strengthen movement in monitor. Finally, It can be ensured the safety through EMI and performance test.

In this paper, the efficient lighting control module for lighting optimum energy LED with pattern changes is proposed, which is to reduce power consumption and increase LED's life-cycle and heat efficiency of LED lighting module. The new proposed lighting control module for lighting LED devices is divided into 4 levels of lighting based on surrounding illuminance by measuring illuminance and applying automatic pattern lighting algorithm. Other than that, level check will be used to light up for a set of time by applying intersection lighting algorithm of magic square pattern forming a full symmetry. When it detects movement during the lighting time, it maintains full luminous flux by lighting all LEDs. The experimental analysis result shows heating value and power consumption reduced to maximum 30 percent and lifetime of LED improved to maximum 60 percent in comparison with previous lighting system. Therefore, applying the new system to LED streetlight can achieve stability and high energy efficiency.

In this paper, we have developed the gantry automation system via information technology (IT) to improve the productivity of fuel filter manufacturing process. The monitoring system of manufacturing process plays an important role in analyzing the defective products as well as improving the production yield rate. The experimental results of 3 months with 10000 samples validate that the error rate is decreased from 0.65 % to 0.45 %. Also, the defect of raw material is decreased via monitoring of material tools which can notify the time for replacement and accurate insertion of raw materials to the loader. The productivity is increased by reducing the process time from 94.7 sec to 78.8 sec per raw material through comparing the whole manufacturing courses : from inserting of raw material to outcome of product. The process time is decreased by 20.2 % by automation of inserting and outcome course. Moreover, safety of worker as well as reduction of transfer time are highly related with increase of productivity. 요 약 본 연구에서는 연료 필터의 생산성 향상을 위하여 IT기반의 갱추리 자동화 장치를 개발한다. 불량 제품의 분석, 수율 개선 및 생산성 향상을 위해 자동화 장치와 연동된 IT 기반의 모니터링 시스템 구축을 구축한다. 3개월간 시 료 10,000개 생산시의 불량률 비교 측정한 결과 불량률이 0.65%에서 0.45%로 감소하였다. 또한 공구 모니터링을 통하여 공구 교환 시기의 알림과 로더의 정확한 소재의 수입으로 소재의 불량이 감소하였고, 소재 한 개에 대하여 수입에서 배출까지 공정 시간을 비교한 결과 94.7초에서 78.8초로 감소하여 생산성 증가하였다. 수작업으로 하던 소재의 수입/배출을 자동화로 구축하여 공정시간이 20.2% 감소한다. 또한 작업자 안전과 이송시간 감소는 생산성 향상과 직결된다.

본 논문에서는 겨울철 저온환경에서 디젤 엔진의 연료필터를 검사하기 위한 온도, 압력 및 유량 분석 시스템을 제안하였다. 디젤엔진의 연료인 경유는 특정 온도 이하로 내려가면 파라핀과 같은 반고체 상태인 왁싱(Waxing)물질을 형성하여 유동성이 낮아지기 때문에 엔진 시동이 원활하지 않다. 그래서 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 블록 히터를 내장하게 된다. 그리고 연료필터의 성능을 측정하기 위해서는 극저온 하에서 엔진 시동 시부터 온도, 압력 및 유량을 분석할 수 있는 시스템이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 제작된 시스템을 이용하여 연료필터 주변의 성능에 관계된 물리량을 측정하였으며 이를 분석하였다. 또한 측정된 데이터는 임베디드 시스템의 웹서버를 이용하여 원격 네트워크로 전송하였고 원격에서 사용자들이 웹브라우저를 이용하여 운전 상태를 용이하게 파악할 수 있게 설계하였다. 설계된 시스템을 검증하기 위하여 제작된 소형 실험 챔버에 설치하고 상온 및 극저온 상황에서 실험하여 연료필터 입출력 측 연료의 온도, 압력, 유량 데이터를 얻을 수 있었으며, 연료히터의 동작 시 연료의 흐름이 개선되는 것을 알 수 있었다.

In this paper, we have implemented the low temperature fluidity test system with the composited package fuel heater, which has tested the low temperature fluidity and start time to evaluate the performance. Then we have compared the separation and the unified fuel heater type at + 20 ~ -30 . Also, we have tested the flowing pressure and start time, power consumption of heater. By comparing the performance with several condition, the experimental results obtain an improved start time of 23% and low temperature fluidity of 19%.

It is very important to supply the diesel fuel from fuel tank to combustion chamber in case of cold start procedure. the paraffin hydrocarbons are easily solidified at low fuel temperature and it can be blocking the fuel supply to the high pressure fuel pump. In order to reduce the fuel crystallization (Waxing), it have been used to develop not only cold flow additives but also the proper mounting design of fuel filter. Block heater in the fuel filter assembly have been also contained to improve the cold start and prevent blocking the fuel supply in Common Rail Direct Injection System. we can obtain the fuel pressure drop and fuel flow rate, power consumption of fuel heater to have the cold flow evaluation test with the saperated and composited fuel heater at the low ambient temperature, Due to evaluating cold flow performance of two block heater, we knew that composited package fuel heater was the excellent cold flow performance compared to separated type and obtained the parameters of cold flow.

Patients were su bjected to thermometer, and those with thermal difference greater than 0.3 ℃ between upper arm and palm and also with more than VAS 4 of cold hypersensitivity were diagnosed with cold hypersensitivity. 42 outpatients diagnosed with cold hypersensi tivity are divided into two groups, one is the experimental group consisted of 21 patients and other was control group consisted of 21 patients. The experimental group had oxygen chamber therapy 10 times for 4 weeks. Thereafter the effects of oxygen chamber therapy on cold hypersensitivity was analyzed with t-text using SPSS for Windows version 21. Results: After the oxygen chamber therapy, experimental group had consid erable improvement on cold hypersensitivity, in consequence of decreasing rate of thermal difference and VAS of cold hypersensitivity. Ear deafness and hand numbness were reported as an adverse effects in experimental group, but there was no serious adverse effects. Conclusions: This clinical trial showed oxygen chamber therapy could be effe ctive and safe to reduce cold hypersensitivity. In this paper, we have implemented the performance evaluation system of the unified fuel heater for CRDI diesel engine. If the diesel engine be cold by low temperature in winter, then that makes the waxing materials like a paraffin and is the source of poor engine starting. The unified fuel heater is the barrow meter that estimate the start performance of diesel engine, and be tested by test chamber. The chamber perform the normal temperature, an extremely low temperature, an operating performance in an extremely high temperature, the resistance operation delay time and current operation delay time in setting up test resistance, the bimetal delay time test in temperature variation, the current and resistor test of the composited heater, a heating operation test.

Recently flexible mobile terminals which can freely change the shape of their device are coming out with the development of the flexible display, high capacity memory and system integration technology. In particular, we present the new emergence of a multimedia language for human and system to communicate over subjective concepts, intention of users. The intension of users is expressed by changing the shape of their mobile terminal. In addition, antenna configuration is also related to shape of terminal and QoS of users. We have implemented the CID(Caller Identification) system based on the web internet. The system can connect a wire or wireless phone to the computer. A transmitting signal of the phone before starting the voice communication be displayed on PC, and connects with the GPS. Here the GPS signal informs the position information of an object with a satellite. Then the CID presents several information of the terminal phone on PC.

This paper presents a new efficient high-level synthesis methodology for low power design. In the scheduling technique, the constraints are substituted by subgraphs, and then the number of subgraphs is minimized by using the inclusion and overlap relation efficiently. Also, the register allocation algorithm determines the minimum register after the life-time analysis of all variable in allocation algorithm. It is a minimum the switching activity using graph coloring technique for low power consumption. And the supply voltage is reduced a maximal using multiple voltage considering resource constraints. The proposed algorithm proves the effect through various high-level synthesis benchmark to adopt a low power scheduling and allocation algorithm considering in multiple supply voltage.

we have developed the Zig system for the voltage controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) performance evaluation with positive emitter coupled logic(PECL). The VCXO is a crystal oscillator which includes a varactor diode and associated circuitry allowing the frequency to be changed by application of a voltage across that diode. The characteristics of the PECL has the delay time less than 2 ns and the faster logic gate, and the high level output greater than 2.3 V and the low level output smaller than 1.68 V.

In this paper, we have developed the gateway for sensor network using the ARM chip. This system gathers the various data for an intelligent home device and transmits to the central processing unit. The proposed gateway is implemented in the low cost and lightweight.

We have developed the multi-dipole current source system to design the heart phantom. This system can apply to the magnetocardiograph (MCG) system for diagnosing a heart disease. We can draw the signal maps of the heart pulse attached by the multidipole current source to the phantom.

This paper proposes the frequency domain multiplication-free adaptive filter (FDMAF) using the modified discrete Fourier transform (MDFT) pair. The proposed FDMAF employs the MDFT and differential pulse code modulation (DPCM) in an input part and the reference input vectors are used in the update equation for the adaptive filter coefficients. The FDMAF structure can remove the intersymbol interference (ISI) in fast data transmission channel, and analyses their convergence characteristics. Also, the proposed FDAF can be simply controlled by adjusting the amplitude of the MDFTP (MDFT pair) output signals and can obtain an output signal with stable convergence characteristics and without accumulated error. The FDMAF algorithm is analyzed under conditions of zero-mean, wide-sense stationary and white Gaussian noise.

In this paper, we have developed the voltage controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) with positive emitter coupled logic (PECL) and the test Jig system. The characteristics of the PECL package have the delay time less than 2 ns and the faster logic gate. When we evaluate the performance of PECL VCXO, there are the stray inductance and the capacitance brought from the VCXO with the PECL package. So it is necessary the Jig system that can cancel these factors to measure the precise performance.

The economical method for the signals detection of dual-tone multifrequency (DTMF) receiver is an important factor when developing cost-effective telecommunication equipment. Each channel of the digital switching system has independently a DTMF receiver, and it informs the detected signal to processors. The DTMF receiver uses DFT, FFT and Goertzel's algorithm for signal detection. In this work, a new method for performance evaluation and analysis for multifrequency (DTMF) receiver using QFT (quick Fourier transform) algorithm is proposed. The symmetric properties of the QFT basic function method has better performance on the less memory consumption and real time processing ability compared with conventional FFT, DFT and Goertzel algorithm in the calculation of the number of floating-point operations. As shown in the experimental results, it also demonstrates that the QFT algorithm consumes less memory and process the task at the real-time.

In this paper, the multiplication-free adaptive digital filter (MADF) algorithm to cancel the background noise which spans nearly all frequency bandwidths of biomedical signal is proposed and analyzed. In the experimental results of the convergence characteristics, the MADF algorithm has the advantage in that it is superior to a condition of low-frequency and slow data speed.

This paper presents the development of an electronic dash-pot (EDP) system for protecting the power electronic circuit. The EDP converts the existing electrical system into an electronic mechanism by an electronic switching, which prevents the system damage due to over current.

In order to detect a precise pulse waveform, we have developed a pulse diagnostic system using the multiplication free adaptive digital filter (MADF) algorithm. The MADF algorithm is used to reduce intersymbol interference (ISI) in the data channel. The application of the apparatus has important significance in ensuring the objectivity of clinical information and in promoting the representation and stability.
