Bu çalışmada; Parafin, Polietilen glikol 600, üç farklı yüzey aktif madde (Lineer Alkil Benzen Sülfonik Asit, Setil Trimetil Amonyum Klorür ve Kokoamidopropil Betain) ve atık lastiğin kimyasal bozundurulması sonucu elde edilen Geri Kazanılmış Karbon kullanılarak Organik Faz Değişim Malzemesi üretilmiştir. Organik Faz Değişim Malzemeleri basit bir karıştırma ve vakum emdirme yöntemiyle üretilmiştir. Farklı türdeki yüzey aktif maddelerin kullanıldığı farklı kompozisyonlarda elde edilen numunelere; faz değişim sıcaklık farkı testleri yapılarak en yüksek faz değişim sıcaklık farkına sahip numuneler belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen bu numunelerin (FM13; FM20 ve FM26 Kodlu) kimyasal ve termal özellikleri, Fourier Dönüşümlü Kızılötesi Spektrotometresi ve Diferansiyel Taramalı Kalorimetri cihazı kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. En yüksek enerji depolama kapasitesine (85,64 j/g) sahip numunenin; Setil Trimetil Amonyum Klorür yüzey aktif maddesi içeren FM-26 kodlu numune olduğu belirlenmiştir. In this study, Organic Phase Change Material was produced using Paraffin, Polyethylene glycol 600, three different surfactants (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid, Cetyl Trimethyl Ammonium Chloride and Cocoamidopropyl Betaine), and Recycled Carbon obtained as a result of chemical decomposition of waste tire. Organic Phase Change Materials are produced by a simple mixing and vacuum impregnation method. Samples were obtained in different compositions using different types of surfactants. Samples with the highest phase change temperature difference were determined by performing phase change temperature difference tests. The chemical and thermal properties of these samples (FM13; FM20 and FM26 Coded) were determined using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer and Differential Scanning Calorimetry device. It was determined that the sample with the highest energy storage capacity (85.64 j/g) was FM-26 coded sample containing Cetyl Trimethyl Ammonium Chloride as surfactant.

Faz Değiştiren Maddeler (FDM, PCM, Phase Change Material) termal enerjiyi gizli ısı şeklinde depolayan maddelerdir. Bu çalışmada; Parafin (PAR), PEG600, 4 farklı Sürfaktan(Labsa, Mer-İZ, Dehyquart ACA (CTAC) ve Dehyton PK 45) ve atık lastiğin kimyasal bozundurulması yöntemiyle elde edilmiş olan Geri Kazanılmış Karbon (GKK) kullanılarak kompozite Organik Faz Değişim Malzemesi (OFDM) üretildi. OFDM 'lerinin hazırlanması için basit karıştırma ve vakum emprenye yöntemi kullanıldı. Vakum sistemi yardımıyla GKK’nın sürfaktan, PEG600 ve PAR’ı absorplaması sağlandı. Farklı türdeki sürfaktanların kullanıldığı farklı kompozisyonlarda elde edilen numunelere; faz değişim sıcaklık farkı testleri yapılarak en yüksek sıcaklık farkına sahip numuneler belirlendi. Belirlenen bu numunelerin (FM7; FM13; FM20 ve FM26 Kodlu) fiziksel, kimyasal ve termal özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla; sızdırmazlık, FT-IR,ve DSC analizleri gerçekleştirildi. En yüksek enerji depolama kapasitesine (85.6 j/g) sahip numunenin FM-26 kodlu numune olduğu belirlendi. Phase Changing Materials ( PCM) are substances that store thermal energy as latent heat.In this study; composite Organic Phase Change Material (OFDM) was produced using Paraffin (PAR), PEG600, 4 different Surfactant (LABSA, MER-İZ, Dehyquart ACA (CTAC) and Dehyton PK 45) and recycled carbon (GKK) obtained by chemical degradation of the waste tire. For the preparation of OFDMs; simple mixing and vacuum impregnation method is used.The absorption of surfactant, PEG600 and PAR onto GKK was achieved by the vacuum system.The samples with the highest temperature difference were determined by performing phase change temperature difference tests.In order to determine the physical, chemical and thermal properties of these samples (Coded FM7; FM13; FM20 and FM26); sealing, FT-IR, and DSC analyzes were performed.The sample with the highest energy storage capacity (85.6 j / g) was determined to be the FM-26 code sample.

Bu çalışmada, Antalya Körfezi’ndeki Tetraodontidae familyasına ait 3 türün (Lagocephalus sceleratus, Lagocephalus spadiceus, Lagocephalus suezensis) boy (L) – ağırlık (W) ilişkisi belirlenmiştir. Örnekleme, 2008-2011 yılları arasında sade uzatma ağları, fanyalı ağlar, trol ve olta ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tüm bireylerin toplam boyları ve ağırlıkları 0.1 cm ve 0.01 g hassasiyetinde ölçülmüştür. Çalışma süresince 3 türe ait 1225 adet balon balığı örneklenmiş ve ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Örneklenen 3 türün boy-ağırlık ilişkisindeki “b” katsayısı en küçük 2.7868 (L. spadiceus) ve en büyük 2.9814 (L. sceleratus) olarak hesaplanmıştır. Her üç türde de büyümenin negatif allometrik olduğu belirlenmiştir, In this study, the length (L) - weight (W) relationships of the 3 Tetraodontidae (Lagocephalus sceleratus, Lagocephalus spadiceus, Lagocephalus suezensis) in the Antalya Bay were determined. The fish samples were obtained between 2008 and 2011 by gillnet, trammel net, trawl and fishing line. Total length and weight of each individual were recorded with an accuracy 0.1 cm and 0.01 g, respectively. During the sampling period, a total number of 1225 individuals belonging to 3 species were collected and measured. The minimum and the maximum “b” values of the length-weight relationship among these 3 species were estimated as 2.7868 (for L. spadiceus) and 2.9814 (for L. sceleratus), respectively. Growth was found negative allometric for all species.

Literatürde trickle-bed reaktörler olarak bilinen üç fazlı kule reaktörler genellikle küçük sıvı ve gaz akım hızlarnda ve paralel aşağı doğru akım şartlarında çalışırlar. Bu reaktörlerin tasarımnda katı-sıvı temas etkinliği önemli bir faktördür. Bu makalede bu tip reaktör1erde katı-sıvı temas etkinliği üzerine yapılmış çalışmalarınbir özeti ve tarafımızdan yapılan bir çalışmanın sonuçları verildi ve mevcut çalışmaların bir karşılaştırılması yapıldı.

Aşağı doğru paralel akımlı üç fazlı kule reaktörlerde katı-sıvı temas etkinliği7.36×6.00 mm ve 10.0×7.92 mm boyutlarında silindirik dolgular kullanılarak,kimyasal bir metotla (ftalik anhidrit silindirlerin K2CO3 - KHCO3 tamponçözeltisindeki hidrolizi) belirlendi. Film akımı şartlarında Sıvı akım hızı 0.3855-5.6029 kg/m2s, gaz akım hızları 0.0-0.332 kg/m2s arasında değişti. Katı-sıvı temas etkinliğinin sıvı ve gaz akım hızlarının artmasıyla arttığı bulundu.

Bu tez çalışmasında, ülkemiz Ege Bölgesindeki akarsularımızda yaşayan ve Uluslararası Doğa Koruma Birliği (IUCN)'nce nesli tükenme tehlikesiyle karşı karşıya bulunduğu bildirilen endemik tür Ladigesocypris ghigii (Gianferrari,1927)'nin yapay koşullar altında üreme özellikleri, embriyo ve larval gelişimi araştırılmıştır.Ladigesocypris ghigii anaçları, Muğla ili Köyceğiz ilçesindeki Yuvarlakçay'dan toplanmış ve Akdeniz Su Ürünleri Araştırma Üretim ve Eğitim Enstitüsü'ndeki yapay ortama adapte edilmiştir.Çalışmada 50 adet anaç birey kullanılmıştır. 16 adet yumurta üzerinde embriyo ve larva gelişimi izlenmiştir. 22,26 ±0,43 ºC kuluçka sıcaklığında yumurtalar yaklaşık 75 saatte açılmıştır. Yumurtaları renksiz, saydam, yapışkan özellikli ve küresel şekillidir. Yumurta çapı 1,6 mm.dir. Yumurtadan yeni çıkmış larva total boyu 5,2 mm.dir. Besin kesesi 3. günde, 6,2 mm. boyda iken tamamen tüketilmiştir. In this thesis, the reproductive characteristics and developmental morphology of an endemic species, Ladigesocypris ghigii, which lives in the streams in the Aegean Region of Turkey and announced as endangered fish by International Union for Conservation Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN), were investigated.The adult fish were collected from Yuvarlakçay (Köyceğiz, MUĞLA) and adapted to the artificial conditions at the Kepez Unit of Mediterranean Fisheries Research Production and Training Institute,Antalya,Turkey.Fifty adult fish were used in this study. Embryonic and larval development were monitored on 16 eggs. Hatching occurred 75 hours after fertilization at an average water temperature of 22.26 ±0.43 ºC. The eggs were unpigmented, transparent, adherent and spherical in shape. Egg?s diameter was 1.6 mm. The newly hatched larvae were 5.2 mm in total body length. The yolk was completely absorbed within three days when they were 6.2 mm body length. 38

The pine processionary moth (PPM), causing significant damage on pine stands in Turkey, affects mainly crimean pine stands within the Ulus vicinity. To determine the damage, 20 sample plots of second site class crimean pine stands were measured; 10 of which were taken as the control sample and 10 of which were damaged by PPM. In all, 289 trees in the damaged areas and 316 trees in the control areas were measured. Consequently, it was ascertained that there was a loss of 22% in diameter increment, 29% at basal area increment, 43% in height, 24.5% at height increment, and 37.5% in volume increment of damaged trees based on their age (70 years) in comparison with the control trees.

In trickle bed reactors, solid-liquid mass transfer and contacting efficiency are two important parameters for the planning of this kind of reactors. In this study, the effects of gas, liquid flow rates and the size of packing on these parameters were investigated. For this purpose, it was studied in film -like flow regime using two different size (7.36 x 6.00 mm and 10.0 x 7.92 mm) of cylindrical packing in the range of 2 liquid flow rates 0.236-5.603 kg/m.s, and of gas 2 flow rates 0.0-0.332 kg/m.s. Solid-liquid mass transfer coefficients were determined by the dissolution of benzorc acid cylinders in the water. Mass transfer coefficients were calculated as k a since s s the wetting is partial at low flow rates. The results were given as a correlation involving Sherwood (Sh), Schmidt (Sc) and Reynolds (Re) numbers.-VI- Solid-liquid mass transfer area, a, was determined by a chemical method (the hydrolysis of phthalic anhydride cylinders in K2C03-KHC03 buffer solution).
