This study explores the utilization of Kuntowijoyo's concept of Prophetic Social Science as a method for comprehending the verses of the Qur'an. The passages in question pertain to the narrative of Abraham engaging in dialogue with different interlocutors. This study addresses three key inquiries: 1) The definition of ISP and Kuntowijoyo's perspective on it. 2). Which passages pertain to the narrative of Ibrahim AS? 3). What is the process of constructing verse interpretation through ISP and how do the implications and implementations of interpretation products affect social life in Indonesia. The research methodology employed is descriptive analysis, specifically utilizing a literature review technique encompassing primary materials authored by Kuntowijoyo and secondary sources published by other scholars who have explored Kuntowijoyo's concepts. The findings of this study indicate that ISP, which stands for Islamic Science Prophetic, is a scientific output derived from prophetic material that encompasses more than only the teachings of Prophet Muhammad. 2). Ibrahim serves as an exemplary character that may be emulated as a role model in ISP. This is derived from the manner in which Ibrahim engaged in discussion with his interlocutors. 3). Ibrahim's dialogue approach serves as an exemplary model for fostering peace in social life, particularly among religious individuals in Indonesia. Tulisan ini membahas tentang bagaimana konsep Ilmu Sosial Profetik Kuntowijoyo dijadikan sebagai sebuah pendekatan dalam memahami ayat-ayat al-Qur’an. Adapun ayat-ayat yang dimaksud adalah ayat yang berkaitan dengan kisah dialog Ibrahim dengan berbagai lawan bicara. Kajian ini berangkat dari tiga pertanyaan mendasar, 1). Apa yang dimaksud dengan ISP dan bagaimana pemikiran Kuntowijoyo. 2). Apa saja ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan kisah Ibrahim AS. 3). Bagaimana kontruksi interpretasi ayat melalui ISP dan bagaimana pula implikasi serta implementasi produk interpretasi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik, khususnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan kajian kepustakaan melalui sumber-sumber primer karya Kuntowijoyo maupun sumber-sumber sekunder yang dituliskan orang lain terkait ide-ide Kuntowijoyo. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1). ISP adalah produk ilmu yang diambil dari data profetik kenabian yang tidak hanya terpaku kepada nabi Muhammad. 2). Ibrahim merupakan figur yang dapat dijadikan role model dalam ISP. Hal ini didasari dari bagaimana Ibrahim berdialog dengan lawan bicaranya. 3). Konsep dialog Ibrahim adalah contoh yang ideal bagi umat manusia, khususnya umat beragama di Indonesia dalam menciptakan kedamaian dalam kehidupan sosial.

This article discusses how the mu'tazilah school understands hadith. As a group that understands the source of religion by prioritizing ratios, of course there are differences with other groups. This study consists of the understanding of the mu'tazilah and the history of their emergence, the main teachings of the mu'tazilah and their figures, the mu'tazilah during the time of the Ummayah and Abbasiyah, the discourse on the blasphemy of the hadith ahad, the history of its denial, and the hadith ahad in the mu'tazilah review. This study method is descriptive analysis, which describes the data that has been collected then processes it and analyzes related data. The results of this study are 1). The mu'tazilah had a different approach to the Sunnah. 2). mu'tazilah have certain principles, which if the hadith of the Prophet contradicts those principles, they reject them. 3). Reason occupies the top position in understanding the evidence of the Shari'a.

Mesenchymal hamartomas of the liver is considered a benign tumour, although it provides significant challenges in the diagnosis and operative management. Clinical features, laboratory results and radiographic imaging are often non-specific and inconclusive. Thus, it is still difficult to differentiate from malignant lesion without pathological examination. While this tumour is usually diagnosed in the first 2 years of life, few cases in older children have been reported and most of them are case reports. In this article, we want to report our clinical evaluation, results of image diagnosis, surgical procedure and the follow-up simultaneously we discuss the possible differential diagnosis of such a case at this age.

Total colonic aganglionosis is the most rare form of Hirschsprung's disease and is defined as the absence of ganglion cells in both myenteric and submucosal plexus extending from the anus to at least the ileocecal valve. Intrauterine intussusceptions, on the second hand, is also extremely rare. It may occur in late stage of pregnancy and cause impairment of blood supply to a segment of intestine leading to its resorption and atresia. The coexistence of total colonic Hirschsprung's disease, intrauterine intussusception and ileal atresia has yet to be described in the literature.We present this rare case of intrauterine intussusception causing an association of ileal atresia and total colonic Hirschsprung's disease. The diagnosis was performed per-operatively.

Hydatid disease is a cosmopolitan anthropozoonosiss, common to both humans and mammals, is caused by infection with the larval stage of Echinococcus granulosus. It occurs worldwide and is especially common in endemic countries. Hydatid cysts are most commonly found in the liver and lungs.Primary hydatid cysts are rarely detected in muscle tissue, even in endemic countries, it represents less than 1% of all locations of cystic echinococcosis. Clinical signs are often non-specific early on and there are no pathognomonic radiologic features, thus making it difficult to diagnose.Hydatid disease is still considered a major public health issue and must be suspected in front of any cystic musclar mass.We report an unusual case of isolated hydatid cyst in pectoralis muscle without pulmonary or pleural involvement, in a 14-year-old patient, whose pre-operative imagery suggested a cystic lymphangioma and the diagnosis of musclar hydatid cyst was made intra-operatively and confirmed by an anatomopathological examination.

Congenital bronchopulmonary foregut malformation (CBPFM) is a rare congenital malformation involving both the digestive and the respiratory system. Esophageal lung is an entity belonging to this group. Few cases have been reported. Diagnostic can be a challenge in some case. Much closer cooperation between pediatric surgeons and radiologists is essential to all investigations of these congenital malformations in particular to those associated to other congeniatl abnormality.Herein we describe the diagnostic and therapeutic approach in a six months old girl with esophageal lung.associated to dextrocardia.

Transverse testicular ectopia(TTE) is a rare anomaly defined by the presence of both testis in the same hemiscrotum or in the same inguinal canal.The main treatment of TTE is surgical intervention.Here we report a case of type 2 transverse testicular ectopia in an eight months old child.The boy had a right side inguinal hernia and a non-palpable testis on the left side. Ultrasonography confirmed the presence of both testis at the right inguinal region.Our case was associated with the persistence of Mullerian duct.After the excision of the Mullerian duct remnant, bilateral orchiopexy was performed.

We report a case of an unusual trichobezoar called Rapunzel syndrome in a 12 year-old-girl diagnosed presurgically with the use of ultrasonography, CT scan and endoscopy. The removal of the mass was performed by a gastrotomy through a mini-laparotomy incision. We want to describe the case of a preadolescent female patient with Rapunzel syndrome and its management, given that it is a rare condition and few cases have been reported in our country.

Bovine leptospirosis is a bacterial zoonotic disease of worldwide distribution. Little information is available regarding the occurrence of the disease in the Nile Delta provinces, Egypt. The present study investigated the seroprevalence of leptospirosis among cattle from Dakahlia province, Northern Egypt, and identified the individual variables factors associated with infection. To this end, a total of 600 serum samples from cattle of small stakeholders with various clinical manifestations possibly associated with leptospirosis were collected from different localities across Dakahlia province, Egypt. Sera were examined serologically via ELISA to investigate the occurrence of the disease among animals. Chi-square test and multivariable logistic regression analyses were applied to determine the association between hypothesized risk factors and the disease. Interestingly, our findings showed that 39.33% of the examined sera were positive for Leptospira antibodies, with significant differences among different localities. In addition, statistical analysis showed significant differences among age groups. Notably, the highest prevalence rate (22%) was observed in those aged between 3 and 5 years (p < 0.0001), whereas the lowest prevalence (2.66%) was reported in cattle p < 0.0001). Moreover, females had a significantly higher prevalence rate (35.33%) than males (4%) (p < 0.0001). Furthermore, our results showed significant differences in the occurrence of infection and reported clinical signs (p < 0.0001). Multivariable logistic regression identified repeated breeder and drop milk yield as the best predictors for prediction of ELISA results and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) model showed that overall classification accuracy of ELISA result using clinical signs and demographic data as predictors was 70.7%. The current study concluded a relative high prevalence of leptospirosis among cows bred in movable herds and households in the studied area and that age, repeated breeder and drop milk yield can be considered major risk factors associated with infection.

Hydatid disease or hydatidosis is a worldwide zoonosis disease caused by the tapeworm of Echinococcus granulosus and still widely endemic in Tunisia especially in rural areas where the sheep-dog cycle is dominant. It is an important public health problem in the pediatric age group causing significant morbidity and mortality. We report a case of primary hydatid cyst of the small intestine in a child and we want to highlight the difficulty that we meet in diagnostic despite the contribution of imaging.

This article discusses the construction of Yusuf al-Qaradhawi in applying changing and fixed means in achieving fixed goals. This article constructs how the process and stages to get to it so that there are no mistakes in achieving fixed goals. This research method is qualitative. While the data processing uses analytical descriptive methods. In this article, the problems studied include Yusuf alQaradhawi's anxiety in seeing the phenomenon of people who tend to understand hadith textually, Presentation of several examples of hadith listed by Yusuf alQaradhawi in strengthening his thinking regarding fixed and changing means, and the formulation of Yusuf al-Qaradhawi's construction in understanding hadith with changing means and fixed means. The results of the study show that the steps in knowing the right means or changing foxes are as follows; (1) Determine wasīlah and gāyah in a matan hadith. (2) Formulate a gāyah if it is not present in the matan. (3) Determine functionally similar contemporary wasīlah. (4) Consider the wasīlah to the state of social society [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

La fistule pancréatico-pleurale est une complication très rare des faux kystes du pancréas. L'objectif de notre article est de décrire cette pathologie rare chez l'enfant. On insistera sur l'importance de l'évoquer devant une pleurésie de grande abondance même en l'absence des signes digestifs. Nous décrivons l'observation d'un enfant âgé de 2 ans ayant un faux kyste du pancréas compliqué d'une fistule pleurale découvert suite à une pleurésie de grande abondance sans signes digestifs associés.

The objective of this work is to compare the results obtained by modeling flexural strength test (Three-Point Bending Test) of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) beam specimens using a numerical 3D modeling introduced by the computer code "ABAQUS" after conducting the (SFRC) beam specimens of (0.0, 0.4 and 0.8) % volume fraction of steel fiber (vf) to three-point bending test using a hydraulically increasing universal testing machine under monotonic loads up to ultimate load with two different rates of loading (0.5 and 1) kN/sec. Deflection, stress, and strain were obtained and the test is simulated using the computer code "ABAQUS". Test results show that deflection, stress, and strain magnitudes are directly proportioned to the increment of steel fiber and a good agreement can be seen between the experimental results and the analytical approaches, finally, a comparison using "ABAQUS" is carried out between horizontal tensile stress and strain at bottom of concrete pavement for (0.0, 0.4, and 0.8) % (vf) of steel fiber and results in analysis shows that the ability of concrete pavement to withstand higher magnitudes of tensile stress and strain without deterioration increase as steel fiber content increase due to high tensile strength of steel fiber.
