LOT wireless sensor nodes are limited by physical factors, usually have weak computing power and endurance, and wireless communication methods are very vulnerable to information theft. Therefore, it is of great significance to ensure the safe and efficient transmission of images in new application scenarios. In view of the need for an efficient image transmission, this paper combines compressed sensing technology with p-tensor product theory, applies the above theory to distributed wireless sensor networks, and uses the correlation of adjacent sensor nodes in wireless sensor networks to propose an improved a joint sparse model for measurement matrices and reduction algorithms. The feasibility is verified by simulation experiments, and the comparison between joint reconstruction and single reconstruction, and the application of various algorithms in other algorithms is carried out, and the actual completion time and storage capacity are analysed. The minimum completion time for wavelet transform is 1.29, the sparse estimated time for the selection of preliminary P waves is 0.07 and the compressed sensing time is 0.20. The maximum completion time for wavelet transform was 1.32, for sparse estimation, it is 0.62, for preliminary P-wave selection, it is 0.17, and for compressed sensing, it is 0.88. The processing time is no >3 s and the runtime is only 0.22–0.88 s. The results show that compared with the compressed sensing of a single node, the joint sparse model based on distributed compressed sensing has a smaller reconstruction error, and can achieve high-precision signal reconstruction when the measurement value is small.

In order to discuss the application and mode of the forced modulation function in a sensor, the optical fibre emphasis function was established by referring to the geometric method, the tilt factor and the shape factor of the reflecting surface. These were introduced for the first time, and the corresponding mathematical model was established. The method of numerical simulation is systematically studied and multimode optical fibre parameters (including optical fibre of axial spacing, optical fibre core diameter and numerical aperture) are adopted. The reflective surface inclination and shape factors on the RIM–FOS intensity modulation characteristics are studied according to the obtained light quasi-Gaussian distribution model, establishing a general three-intensity modulation function of fibre optic sensor. The results show that the intensity modulation characteristic of specular reflection is obviously better than that of the diffuse reflection surface, and the peak value of the modulation function is five times that of diffuse reflection. The intensity modulation characteristic decreases with increase in the roughness of the reflection surface. The system can not only complete the RIM–FOS characteristic simulation and characteristic testing functions, but can also start-up the test and not be affected by the ambient light interference and power fluctuation of the light source. The test stability is good with high repeatability.

This paper discusses a class of delayed Clifford-valued shunting inhibitory cellular neural networks. Firstly, we obtain several sufficient conditions for the existence of weighted pseudo almost periodic solutions for Clifford-valued shunting inhibitory cellular neural networks with delays by applying the non-decomposition method and Banach fixed point theorem. Secondly, we get the finite-time stability for Clifford-valued shunting inhibitory cellular neural networks with delays by using inequality techniques. Purpose: Previous studies have reported that lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR) is associated with the prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS); however, the relationship between LMR and early neurological deterioration (END) in AIS patients has not been elucidated. Patients and Methods: Patients were divided into two groups according to LMR by using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. Patients with END were confirmed as the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) increased ≥ 4 points between hospital days 0 and 5. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors independently related to END in patients with AIS. Results: In total, 202 patients diagnosed with AIS were enrolled in this retrospective study. Using ROC curve analysis, patients were divided into two groups according to LMR: low LMR group (LMR < 3.24, n = 95) and high LMR group (LMR ≥ 3.24, n = 107). The frequencies of END were significantly higher in the low LMR group compared to the high LMR group (41.05 vs.15.89%, p < 0.001). Multivariate logistic regression showed that age (OR = 1.03, 95% CI 1.01– 1.06, p = 0.04), infarct volume (OR = 1.01, 95% CI 1.00– 1.02, p = 0.001), neutrophil count (OR = 1.17, 95% CI 1.03– 1.33, p = 0.018), and LMR (OR = 2.49, 95% CI 1.01– 9.11, p = 0.018) were independently associated with END in AIS patients. Conclusion: A peripheral LMR levels at admission were significantly associated with END and LMR < 3.24 is an independent predictive factor of END in patients with AIS. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Subjective memory complaints (SMCs) are common in older adults that can often predict further cognitive impairment. No proven effective agents are available for SMCs. The effect of BrainPower Advanced, a dietary supplement consisting of herbal extracts, nutrients, and vitamins, was evaluated in 98 volunteers with SMCs, averaging 67 years of age (47-88), in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. Subjective hypomnesis/memory loss (SML) and attention/concentration deficits (SAD) were evaluated before and after 12-week supplementation of BrainPower Advanced capsules (n = 47) or placebo (n = 51), using a 5-point memory questionnaire (1 = no/slight, 5 = severe). Objective memory function was evaluated using 3 subtests of visual/audio memory, abstraction, and memory recall that gave a combined total score. The BrainPower Advanced group had more cases of severe SML (severity ⩾ 3) (44/47) and severe SAD (43/47) than the placebo group (39/51 and 37/51, < 0.05, < 0.05, resp.) before the treatment. BrainPower Advanced intervention, however, improved a greater proportion of the severe SML (29.5%)(13/44) (P < 0.01) and SAD (34.9%)(15/43)(P < 0.01) than placebo (5.1% (2/39) and 13.5% (5/37), resp.). Thus, 3-month BrainPower Advanced supplementation appears to be beneficial to older adults with SMCs.

Background: Telocyte (TC) is a recently defined renewed cell and its dominant intercommunication with other cells displays multiple functions in tissue homeostasis and diseases. Alveolar epithelial cells and immune cells were in the lung cancer heterogeneity, progression, and metastasis, and further associated with antitumor therapeutic strategies. However, few studies focus on the roles of TCs in lung cancer. Methods: In this article, we used the public scRNA‐Seq data (including healthy control, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, non–small cell lung cancer, lymph node metastases from non–small cell lung cancer, and systemic sclerosis–associated interstitial lung disease patients) to analyze the cellular dynamics in human lung and distinct types of TCs and their communication networks with the variety of cell types. Results: Six subclusters of TCs were identified by expression of specific biological function markers, which demonstrated the diversity of TCs subsets in lung tissue. Further results showed TCs had communication with epithelial cells or immune cells subsets by the ligand–receptor interaction, including TIMP metallopeptidase inhibitor 1CD63, fibulin 1integrin subunit beta 1, vimentinCD44, macrophage migration inhibitory factorCD74, and amyloid beta precursor proteinCD74. Ligand–receptor interaction heterogeneity was revealed in lung tissue of healthy or diseases. Enhanced specific signals in ligandreceptor interaction were revealed, including integrin beta 1 and CD44 were appraised in the communication of TCs with epithelial cells, NK cells, NKT cells, CD4+ exhausted T cells, CD4+ memory/effector T cells, CD4+ naïve T cells, CD8+ exhausted T cells, CD8+ memory/effector T cells, and CD8+ naïve T cells. CD63, a marker identified in TCs exosomes was emphasized in our current analysis which is closely related to communication of TCs with other cell types. Conclusion: These results will provide us with new insight into the mechanisms of TCs‐dominated communication and promise therapy of TC exosomes in lung diseases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
