Background Community traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) service is an important step in promoting the construction of Healthy China. There are abundant academic research results in the field of community TCM service in China, but there is a lack of collation of these research results. Systematically sorting out the relevant literature in the field of community TCM service by using the method of bibliometrics can provide a macroscopic understanding of the research progress and hotspots in this field and reference for future research. Objective To sort out the hotspots and development trends of community TCM service research in China by using bibliometric methods. Methods On May 2 in 2022, CNKI, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP were searched for relevant research literature on community TCM service research in China from January 2000 to April 2022. By using CiteSpace software, the visual analysis of the co-occurrence of authors included in the literature, keywords co-occurrence, clustering, timeline distribution, and burst terms were performed and the relevant graphs were plotted. Results A total of 1 440 papers were included, and the publication volume of community TCM services in China showed an overall increasing trend, with 75 papers (5.2%) published in 2000—2005, 382 papers (26.5%) in 2006—2011, and 983 papers (68.3%) in 2012—2022. The top three authors in the publication volume were Shi Yongxing (25 articles), Bao Yong (16 articles), and Liu Deng (14 articles). The top 5 high-frequency keywords in terms of centrality were "TCM" "Chinese medicine" "community" "general practitioner" and "general practice". The keyword clustering analysis formed 12 cluster labels, and the top three clusters by scale were "community" "TCM" and "general practitioner". The timeline distribution suggested that clusters such as "community" "TCM" "general practitioner" and "TCM nursing" were research hotspots in this field. From the perspective of burst terms, "family doctor" has the highest burst value (8.07), and "elderly people" "diabetes" "family doctor" "medical consortium" "general practice of TCM" and the "integrated medical care and elderly services" are future research directions. Conclusion The current status of community TCM service in China, development of TCM general practitioners and community TCM nurses, and the improvement of TCM service capabilities of community health care institutions are research hotspots. In the future, more attention will be paid to the digital compact TCM medical consortium based on the Internet platform and the contracted family doctor service model with the participation of TCM general practitioners, so as to better utilize the characteristics and advantages of community TCM services in integrated medical care and elderly services.

STUDY QUESTION Is parity associated with all-cause and cause-specific mortality among women in a nationally representative cohort of the US population, and does depression mediate this association? SUMMARY ANSWER Nulliparous women have a higher risk of all-cause and cause-specific mortality, with depression partially mediating the relationship between parity and women's all-cause and cause-specific mortality. WHAT IS KNOWN ALREADY Parity, a significant state in reproductive life, has enduring implications for women's health. There is also a complex relationship between depression, a prevalent mental and emotional disorder, and female fertility. Previous studies have elucidated the relationships between parity and depression, both of which are associated with mortality. However, findings from studies examining parity and women's mortality have been inconsistent. Moreover, few studies have investigated whether the effect of parity on mortality is mediated by depression. STUDY DESIGN, SIZE, DURATION We conducted a cross-sectional study using data from seven cycles of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) spanning 2005–2018. PARTICIPANTS/MATERIALS, SETTING, METHODS The study cohort comprised adult women with available parity and survival follow-up data. Parity data were self-reported and sourced from the Reproductive Health Questionnaire. Depression scores were derived from the Patient Health Questionnaire 9, and cause-specific deaths were identified using the International Statistical Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10). Weighted multivariable Cox regression was applied to analyze the association between parity, depression, and mortality. Weighted linear regression was performed to examine the relationship between parity and depression. Mediation analyses were employed to determine whether and to what extent depression mediated the effect of parity on mortality. MAIN RESULTS AND THE ROLE OF CHANCE Our study ultimately encompassed 16 962 American women. Following multivariable adjustment, compared to nulliparous women, those with one to three live births exhibited a 17% and 33% reduction in all-cause and cancer mortality, respectively (all-cause mortality: HR = 0.83, 95% CI = 0.69–0.99, P  =   0.040; cancer mortality: HR = 0.67, 95% CI = 0.45–0.99, P  =   0.045). Women with more than four live births demonstrated lower all-cause mortality and mortality from other (not cancer or cardiovascular disease) diseases (all-cause mortality: HR = 0.73, 95% CI = 0.58–0.93, P  =   0.011; other diseases mortality: HR = 0.66, 95% CI = 0.47–0.91, P  =   0.013). No correlation was detected between parity and the risk of cardiovascular disease mortality among women. Furthermore, depression was found to partially mediate the impact of parity on all-cause mortality and mortality from other diseases in women. LIMITATIONS, REASONS FOR CAUTION Firstly, a single index of parity was used as an exposure factor, and other reproductive factors such as birth spacing, age at first birth, and mode of delivery were not taken into account. Secondly, despite accounting for important potentially confounders in our analysis, such as BMI, smoking status, and educational level, the influence of unmeasured confounders (e.g. social class, latent reproductive system diseases) on reproductive behavior or mortality cannot be dismissed. Thirdly, women's vulnerability to depression fluctuates across reproductive stages, and the effect of depression on female fertility varies over time. Due to data constraints, we were unable to obtain information on women's mental health status at different reproductive stages. Fourthly, due to the data accessibility limitations of NHANES, we were unable to specifically explore the relationship between parity and different specific types of cancer, a limitation that may obscure potential correlations. Additionally, despite our efforts to control for various confounding factors in subgroup analyses, the smaller sample sizes in some subgroups may limit the statistical power, affecting the ability to detect effects. Finally, studies exploring the association between parity and depression are cross-sectional designs, making it difficult to infer causality. These results should be interpreted with caution, and further research is warranted to corroborate our findings. WIDER IMPLICATIONS OF THE FINDINGS Our study underscores the elevated risk of all-cause and cause-specific mortality in nulliparous women and reveals that depression partially mediates the negative correlation between parity and women's all-cause mortality and mortality from other diseases. These results should be interpreted with caution, and further investigation is needed to support our findings. Nanographene oxide (nGO) flakes—graphene oxide with a lateral size of ≈100 nm or less—hold great promise for superior flux and energy‐efficient nanofiltration membranes for desalination and precise ionic sieving owing to their unique high‐density water channels with less tortuousness. However, their potential usage is currently limited by several challenges, including the tricky self‐assembly of nano‐sized flakes on substrates with micron‐sized pores, severe swelling in aqueous solutions, and mechanical instability. Herein, the successful fabrication of a robust membrane stacked with nGO flakes on a substrate with a pore size of 0.22 µm by vacuum filtration is reported. This membrane achieved an unprecedented water permeance above 819.1 LMH bar−1, with a high rejection rate of 99.7% for multivalent metal ions. The nGO flakes prepared using an electron beam irradiation method, have uniquely pure hydroxyl groups and abundant aromatic regions. The calculations revealed the strong hydrogen bonds between two nGO flakes, which arise from hydroxyl groups, coupled with hydrophobic aromatic regions, greatly enhance the stability of stacked flakes in aqueous solutions and increase their effective lateral size. The research presents a simple yet effective approach toward the fabrication of advanced 2D nanographene membranes with superior performance for ion sieving applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The aim of this work was to explore the influence of temperature on the structural composition and catalytic activity of ZrO2–SnO2 catalysts for direct conversion of CO2 to dimethyl carbonate (DMC). ZrO2–SnO2 were prepared via a template-precipitation method and characterized by SEM, XRD, Raman spectroscopy, XPS, NH3/CO2-TPD, and N2 adsorption/desorption isotherms. The results showed that the calcination and hydrothermal temperature had opposite effects on the acid-base site and oxygen vacancy number of catalysts, and also have different effects on the crystal and pore structure. That confirmed that temperature had a significant impact on the studied catalysts. Furthermore, the effects of reaction conditions on the yield of DMC were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were the catalyst amount of 0.8 g, temperature of 150°C, and time of 20 h, and the corresponding DMC yield was 1.85 mmol/(g catalyst). Context Recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) is defined as the loss of 2 or more consecutive intrauterine pregnancies with the same sexual partner in the first trimester. Despite its significance, the etiology and underlying mechanisms of RSA remain elusive. Defective decidualization is proposed as one of the potential causes of RSA, with abnormal decidualization leading to disturbances in trophoblast invasion function. Objective To assess the role of bone morphogenetic protein 4 (BMP4) in decidualization and RSA. Methods Decidual samples were collected from both RSA patients and healthy controls to assess BMP4 expression. In vitro cell experiments utilized the hESC cell line to investigate the impact of BMP4 on decidualization and associated aging, as well as its role in the maternal-fetal interface communication. Subsequently, a spontaneous abortion mouse model was established to evaluate embryo resorption rates and BMP4 expression levels. Results Our study identified a significant downregulation of BMP4 expression in the decidua of RSA patients compared to the normal control group. In vitro, BMP4 knockdown resulted in inadequate decidualization and inhibited associated aging processes. Mechanistically, BMP4 was implicated in the regulation of FOXO1 expression, thereby influencing decidualization and aging. Furthermore, loss of BMP4 hindered trophoblast migration and invasion via FOXO1 modulation. Additionally, BMP4 downregulation was observed in RSA mice. Conclusion Our findings highlighted the downregulation of BMP4 in both RSA patients and mice. BMP4 in human endometrial stromal cells was shown to modulate decidualization by regulating FOXO1 expression. Loss of BMP4 may contribute to the pathogenesis of RSA, suggesting potential avenues for abortion prevention strategies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
