The real-time tracking of human targets by mobile robot was prone to problems such as scale variations, occlusion and deformation of targets. Aiming at above problems, an improved kernel correlation filtering algorithm (OURS algorithm) based on high-confidence update strategy of model and scale was proposed. The method of one-dimensional fast discriminative scale space was used to solve the problem that the kernel correlation filtering algorithm can't deal with the scale variation. A new confidence measurement method was proposed to judge the detection results of OURS algorithm model. When the target was completely occluded, it switched to Kalman filter algorithm to predict the position of the target. The confidence degree of the scale detection was judged to avoid the wrong scale update of tracking box. Through the video sequence simulation experiment and real environment test, the target tracking effect of the OURS algorithm was verified and compared with that of kernel correlation filter(KCF) algorithm and fast discriminative scale space tracking (fDSST) algorithm. The results show that the proposed OURS algorithm has the precision of 0.758, and the success rate of 0.711, and the target tracking effect of OURS algorithm was obviously improved compared with KCF, fDSST algorithms. The tracking box can still accurately frame the target after the scale variation, occlusion, deformation of pedestrian target, and other factors. The pedestrian tracking system of mobile robot based on image servo control strategy can adjust the linear velocity and angular velocity to maintain a stable following according to the position of the pedestrian. The present study revisited the native-foreign workers wage differential in the Malaysian manufacturing sector with consideration of occupational segregation using the extended Brown et al. decomposition. The extended Brown et al. decomposition was used to overcome both the index number problems of Type I and Type II and examine relatively more accurate of the impacts of discrimination and composition effects on both within- and between occupation wage differential. The results show that foreign workers are significantly over-represented in "unskilled worker" occupation category and under-represented in others. Overall, the discrimination effect is a relatively major reason contributing to the native-foreign worker wage differential. Specifically, the discrimination effect dominantly accounts for the wage differential of given occupations. Meanwhile, for the betweenoccupation wage differential, it seems to be relatively insignificant though the effects on the access to each occupation show obvious heterogeneity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

According to the structure characteristics of foreign fibers detection system, the foreign fiber flow flux mathematical model and fiber detection system were designed. The information fusion clustering structure of foreign fiber flow flux was put forward. The data of the pressure difference, pressure, temperature, and density sensor which had impacted on flux were integrated and output by the Adaptive Resonance Theory-2 (ART - 2) network and BP network to clustering analysis of output space. In the title coordination polymer, [Cu(C(9)H(8)NO(4))(2)](n), the Cu atom, located on a twofold rotation axis, is four coordinate in a distorted square-planar environment. Each 2,6-dimethyl-pyridinium-3,5-dicarboxyl-ate anion bridges two Cu atoms, forming a two-dimensional coordination polymer. A three-dimensional supra-molecular network is built from N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds involving the pyridinium NH and the carboxyl COO groups.

Nickle phthalocyanine(NiPc) and Nickle tetrasulfo-phthalocyanine (NiTSPc) were introduced respectively into silica gel matrix by sol-gel technique. Composites were produced and their UV/Vis spectra were measured. The results show that the introduction of soluble tetrasulfo-substituents can greatly increase the solubility of phthalocyanine molecule, which is helpful for the steady co-existence of phthalocyanine in sol-gel hybrid and therefore beneficial to the production of homogeneous composite.
