ObjectiveTo explore the prevalence and influencing factors of multimorbidity among the HIV-infected individuals receiving anti-viral therapy (ART) in Dehong Prefecture of Yunnan Province, so as to provide a reference for the long-term follow-up management of HIV-infected patients and the comprehensive prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.MethodsA cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the multimorbidity burden among the HIV-infected adults receiving ART in Dehong Prefecture from January to July 2021 and a self-designed questionnaire was used to analyze relevant disease indicators. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors of multimorbidity among the HIV-infected individuals.ResultsA total of 3 946 HIV-infected individuals receiving ART were enrolled in this study, of which 63.7% aged ≤50 years, with a male to female ratio of 1.1∶1. Among the 3 946 cases, 825 of them had ≥2 comorbidities, with a co-prevalence rate of 20.9% (95%CI:19.6%‒22.2%), and the main comorbidities were dyslipidemia, diabetes, and hypertension. ObjectiveThis study aimed to investigate the HIV genotypic subtypes and molecular transmission clusters among men who have sex with men （MSM） with newly reported HIV infections in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture （Dehong Prefecture）， Yunnan Province， China， between 2010 and 2019. The study aimed to identify potential high-risk transmitters and provide reference data for screening， management， and intervention of infection sources.MethodsPlasma samples from newly reported HIV-positive MSM individuals in Dehong Prefecture between 2010 and 2019 were collected. The viral pol gene fragments were amplified， sequenced， and genotyped. Genetic distances （GD） between pairwise sequences were analyzed and calculated. MEGA 7.0 and Gephi were used for phylogenetic and molecular transmission network analysis.ResultsA total of 159 newly reported HIV infections among MSM were included in the study， with successful genotyping of 100 cases. Nine HIV-1 subtypes were identified， with the most prevalent being CRF01_AE subtype （52%）， followed by CRF07_BC subtype （31%）， CRF55_01B subtype （10%）， and others （7%）. Cluster analysis revealed a total network access rate of 67%， forming three transmission clusters. CRF01_AE subtype formed two transmission clusters with 38 and 3 infected individuals， while CRF07_BC subtypes formed one transmission cluster with 26 infected individuals. The transmission network within the CRF01_AE clusters exhibited a more complex relationship. Significant differences in educational level were observed between the two main transmission clusters.ConclusionThe predominant HIV subtypes among newly reported MSM cases in Dehong Prefecture between 2010 and 2019 were CRF01_AE and CRF07_BC. Significant cultural differences are observed between the main transmission clusters. Continued monitoring of genotypic subtypes and targeted interventions within transmission clusters are warranted.

ObjectiveTo investigate the late diagnosis of HIV infection and associated factors in Jiading District between 1998 and 2022， and to provide the information for the development of AIDS prevention and control strategy.MethodsInformation of newly reported HIV/AIDS cases in Jiading District between 1998 and 2022 were obtained from the National Information System for Comprehensive AIDS Prevention and Control. Logistic regression was used to explore the associated factors of late diagnosis of HIV infection.ResultsIn total， 809 HIV/AIDS cases was newly reported， 324 of which were late diagnosis with the overall rate of late diagnosis of 40.1%. Despite an increased tendency from 2016 to 2018， the rate of late diagnosis showed a downward trend from 1998 to 2015. The late diagnosis rate was 29.5% in 2015. From 2016 to 2022， the average rate was 34.9%. The average age of cases with a late diagnosis was 44.8±14.6 years old. Age groups over 50 had the highest risk，at 57.7%， accounting for 35.8% of all cases of late diagnosis. All age groups older than 30（OR=1.37‒3.50） had a higher rate of late diagnosis than the group between age 21 and 30. In comparison to patients at VCT clinic， the rate of late diagnosis among sexually transmitted disease （STD） outpatients （OR=2.23， 95%CI：1.42‒3.49） and other clinical patients （OR=2.75， 95%CI：1.88‒4.01） was higher.ConclusionThe late diagnosis rate of HIV infection is relatively high in Jiading District. AIDS education and prevention activities should be strengthened among people aged over 50 years. For early detection of HIV infection， VCT clinic platform’s function should be fully utilized. Medical institutions should pay attention to HIV testing in patients.

ObjectiveTo determine the characteristics， viral load and immunological status of HIV-infected persons and their spouses who became HIV-positive， and the reasons for HIV seroconversion in 55 HIV discordant couples in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture （Dehong Prefecture）， Yunan Province.MethodsData on the 55 couples meeting the criteria of having a previously positive spouse were retrieved from the AIDS Integrated Prevention and Control Data Information System of the China Disease Control and Prevention Information System during 2015-2021. General socio-demographic information， age at diagnosis， exposure history， CD4+T lymphocyte count， and antiviral treatment were collected. Descriptive analysis and chi-square test were used to compare the distribution of pre-HIV-positive spouses and their HIV seroconverted spouses.ResultsA total of 55 spouses from HIV discordant couples had HIV seroconversion. Of them， 72.7% （40/55） of pre-HIV-positive spouses were husbands. The most recent CD4+T lymphocyte count in the pre-HIV-positive spouses was （328.31± 246.27） cells·μL-1 at the time of diagnosis of their seroconverted spouses， of which 36.3% （20/55） had a CD4+T lymphocyte count of less than 200 cells·μL-1. Furthermore， of those pre-HIV-positive spouses with low CD4+T lymphocyte count， 45.0% （9/20） had an undetectable viral load， 15.0% （3/20）

ObjectiveTo investigate the status of different antiretroviral therapy（ART） initiation times in patients with HIV/AIDS and analyze the relevant characteristics and influencing factors of delayed ART.MethodsFrom December 2018 to December 2020， a survey was conducted among adult HIV/AIDS patients treated in 28 designated AIDS prevention and treatment institutions in Beijing， Shanghai， Guangdong， Jiangsu， Henan， Jiangxi， Guangxi， Yunnan and other places. Data of the basic demographic information， lifestyle and chronic disease prevalence， and characteristics of diagnosis and treatment were collected. The characteristics and related factors of delayed ART were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe median age of 1 741 patients was 41 years old （IQR： 32‒52）. The initial CD4 count of most patients was less than 200 cells·μL-1（51.4%）. Among them， 1 027 patients had delayed ART （59.0%）， and the association between ART initiation time and initial CD4 count varied with the time of diagnosis of HIV infection. Multivariate logistic analysis showed that the older age （aOR=0.99， 95%CI： 0.98‒0.99） was associated with a higher rate of starting ART within 1 month after diagnosis， while those diagnosed before 2017 and with the initial CD4 count >200 cells·μL-1 were more likely to delay ART. Delayed initiation of ART may be a risk factor for poor sleep quality and co-infection in HIV/AIDS patients.ConclusionWith the expansion of free ART in China， the proportion of delayed ART with HIV/AIDS shows a downward trend. Timely ART management should be strengthened for the young HIV/AIDS patients and patients with high CD4 counts.

ObjectiveTo understand the epidemiological characteristics and trends of sexually transmitted diseases （STDs） in Dehong Prefecture， Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2022， so as to provide a basis for the prevention and control of STDs in Dehong Prefecture.MethodsThe 2010‒2022 epidemic cards of STD cases in Dehong Prefecture were downloaded from the China Disease Control and Prevention Information System， and descriptive analysis of the incidence rate and demographic characteristics by disease type was conducted. The syphilis screening data of various populations in Dehong Prefecture between 2014 and 2022 were obtained from the National STD Control and Management Information System， and the syphilis positivity rates of key populations were calculated.ResultsA total of 18 225 STD cases were reported in Dehong Prefecture from 2010 to 2022， and the reported incidence rate increased from 17.1/105 in 2010 to 172.0/105 in 2022， showing an increasing trend （χ2trend=42.9， P

ObjectiveTo investigate the factors that influence the first CD4+T lymphocyte counts in newly reported HIV-infected cases aged 50 and above in Dehong Prefecture of Yunnan Province during 2016 to 2021， and to understand the patient immune status and disease progression so as to provide scientific basis for HIV prevention and control strategies in the future.MethodsData was collected from the national HIV/AIDS information system. The underground environment is complex and superimposed with the uncertainty and nonlinearity of the mine water disaster. The situation of water disaster inundation is changeable and difficult to predict. Regarding the difficulty of obtaining the inundation situation in the roadway at various time points during a flood and quickly determining the escape path based on the inundation situation, in this study, the “bucket principle” is used to construct the submergence path tree, determine the direction of the roadway flow bifurcation, analyze the progressive law of the mine water inrush submersion, simulate the water flow in the underground roadway, and visually display the real-time water flow change, water level height and escape path. The research shows that according to the constructed inundation path tree, the water level and other inundation parameters obtained by recursion are used as the basis for designing the escape path. The differential and integral progressive dynamic design of the escape path solves the problem that the optimal escape path cannot be planned in real time due to the complex underground environment and different water inrush conditions at different times.

ObjectiveTo analyze the prevalence of HCV antibody positive and associated factors among drug users in Dehong Prefecture， Yunnan， and to provide scientific evidence for HCV prevention.MethodsQuestionnaire surveys and serological testing were conducted among 400 drug users continuously selected from four national AIDS sentinel surveillance in Dehong Prefecture between January and July during 2014‒2021.Results11 683 drug users were included. Multimorbidity is the co‑existing of two or more chronic diseases or health problems. Widespread access to antiretroviral therapy has led to a marked improvement in the immune status and life expectancy among HIV-positive individuals. HIV-positive individuals suffer from higher burden of chronic non-communicable diseases and are more likely to show a premature aging and frailty trend compared with the general population. The consequent increase in the prevalence of multimorbidity leads to the increasing in medical and economic burden， and different comorbidity patterns may indicate different risk factors and have different effects on health outcomes， posing challenges to healthcare and comprehensive management for HIV-positive individuals. This review summarizes research advances in prevalence， associated factors and patterns of comorbidities among HIV-positive individuals.

ObjectiveTo determine the trend and influencing factors of HIV subtypes in newly reported HIV/AIDS cases in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture （Dehong Prefecture） from 2017 to 2019.MethodsRNA extraction was conducted among newly reported HIV/AIDS cases in Dehong Prefecture from 2017 to 2019 whose plasma volume was more than 200 μL. The gag， env and pol genes were amplified by using RT-PCR and then sequenced to determine the subtypes.ResultsA total of 3 287 HIV-infected cases were newly reported in Dehong from 2017 to 2019. The HIV gag， env and pol genotypes were determined in 1 813 cases. The major subtypes were subtype C （28.4%，515/ 1 813）， recombination form BC （22.0%，398/1 813） and CRF_01AE （18.1%，329/1 813）. Furthermore， the proportion of subtype B， subtype C and CRF01_AE decreased over years， whereas 01/BC， CRF07_BC and CRF08_BC increased over years in both Chinese and Burmese patients （χ2=75.212，P

ObjectiveTo determine the quality of life among HIV-infected individuals and risk factors in Jing’an District of Shanghai.MethodsThis is a cross-sectional study. Cluster sampling strategy was used to select HIV-infected individuals who were registered with the national HIV/AIDS case reporting system in eight community health service centers in Jing’an District of Shanghai. The short form 36 （SF-36） scale， self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）， social support scale （SSS） and specifically designed questionnaires were used to collect information. Logistic regression was used to determine the factors associated with quality of life.ResultsIn total， 365 HIV-infected individuals were included in the study. The total average score of quality of life was 79.5±10.4. The scores in general health， vitality and emotional well-being were lower than the norm， whereas the scores in other dimensions were higher than the norm. ObjectiveTo investigate the demographic characteristics， high-risk behavior and first CD4+T cell（CD4 cell） counts among newly reported HIV-infected Burmese in Dehong Dai Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture （Dehong Prefecture） from 2019 to 2020.MethodsA cross-sectional survey was conducted among newly reported HIV-infected Burmese cases in Dehong Prefecture from 2019 to 2020 to collect related information and measure their first CD4 cell counts.ResultsAmong 1 228 HIV-infected Burmese cases， 846 （68.9%） were males and 382 （31.1%） were females； 445 （36.2%） were from Kachin， and 210（17.1%） were from Shan. ObjectiveTo determine the characteristics and influencing factors of hepatitis C virus （HCV） co-infection among HIV concordant couples in Dehong Prefecture.MethodsUsing the data of newly reported HIV concordant couples in Dehong Prefecture from 2016 to 2019， we collected the demographic characteristics， exposure history， and HCV infection to determine the characteristics of HCV co-infection among HIV concordant couples.ResultsAmong the 160 HIV concordant couples included in the study， 46 （28.8%） males and 14 （8.8%） females were co-infected with HCV. The prevalence of HIV-HCV co-infection was higher among the male spouses who were diagnosed less than 40， Jingpo ethnic， Burmese， illiteracy， farmers， and intravenous drug users. In contrast， the prevalence of HIV-HCV co-infection was higher among the female spouses who were diagnosed less than 40， Jingpo ethnic， and Burmese. Logistic regression analysis among male spouses showed that the Jingpo ethnic and intravenous drug users had higher risk of HCV co-infection.ConclusionHIV concordant couples in Dehong Prefecture have high prevalence of HIV-HCV co-infection. Effective intervention strategies should be developed based on ethnic-specific factors and exposure characteristics among male and female spouses of HIV concordant couples.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of mDIXON Quant for vertebral metastasis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed MRI images of 152 patients with clinically diagnosed malignant tumors and vertebral metastases. Scanning sequence included T1WI, STIR, mDIXON Quant and enhanced T1WI. We compared the diagnostic efficiency between T1WI and FF images for vertebral metastases. FF values between normal vertebral body and vertebral metastases were quantitatively compared, and the diagnostic efficacy of FF value was evaluated by ROC curve. Results The sensitivity, false positive rate, false negative rate, negative predictive value and accuracy of FF images in the diagnosis of vertebral metastases were all higher than those of T1WI images. The FF value of vertebral metastasis was significantly lower than that of normal vertebral body (Z=-21.792, P < 0.05), and the area under ROC curve was 0.987 and the cutoff value was 9.87%. The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of vertebral metastasis were 99.6% and 92.0%. Conclusion mDIXON Quant can quantitatively determine the fat content of vertebral metastasis and has a high diagnostic efficiency for vertebral metastases.

Based on the data of China’s Marine engineering equipment industry, in this Paper, the key influencing factors are identified by using Grounded theory and GRNN-DEMATEL method. The study results show the key influencing factors include enterprise’s operational, technical capabilities, enterprise’s social recognition, enterprise’s willingness to cooperate, trust between enterprises, communication and collaboration, opportunism and external environment. Second, enterprise’s operational and technical capabilities are the most important and critical factors, external environment is an irresistible factor. This study enriches and develops the study of supply chain management, and provides theoretical guidance and reference for improving the industry competitiveness.

Abstract Background Contact tracing is especially useful for identifying an infection with few cases in the population, such as HIV in China. Little such research is available in China. Methods Every newly diagnosed HIV case from 2008–2010 in Taizhou Prefecture, Zhejiang Province in China, was invited to participate as an “index case” in a contact tracing survey by providing contact information for up to eight sexual contacts who themselves were approached for voluntary HIV counseling and testing (VCT). Those who tested HIV-positive were then subjected to another contact tracing survey. This process was repeated until no more sexual contacts were reported or tested positive. Results A total of 463 HIV-infected individuals were newly identified during the study period, including 338 cases who were identified from routine surveillance programs and 125 cases who were identified from the present contact tracing survey. Among these 463 cases, 398 (86.0%) served as ‘index cases’ in the survey, including 290 (85.8%) out of the 338 cases identified from routine surveillance programs and 108 (86.4%) out of the 125 cases identified from the present survey. These 398 ‘index cases’ reported a total of 1,403 contactable sexual contacts, of whom 320 (22.8%) received HIV testing and 125 (39.1%) tested positive for HIV. Willingness to receive HIV testing was high among spouses and long term heterosexual or homosexual partners but extremely low among casual and commercial sex partners of ‘index cases’. Consistent condom use was rare for all participants. A total of 290 independent sexual network components were constructed, with high complexity. Conclusion Contact tracing is useful for identifying new HIV infections from spouses or long term sexual partners of HIV-infected individuals. The complicated sexual networks existing between and beyond HIV-infected persons provide opportunities for rapid spread of HIV in such areas.
