Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses implementasi P5 di SMA Islam Al-Maarif Singosari dengan 40% peserta didik sebagai anak pondok pesantren yang memiliki batas waktu diluar pondok. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi secara partisipan, wawancara semi terstruktur, serta dokumentasi primer dan sekunder secara langsung oleh peneliti dengan analisis data dari Creswell dan teknik pembuktian data melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode observasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini ini antara lain: (1) guru sebagai pengelola dan fasilitator berperan penting dalam implementasi P5 sehingga perlu memiliki pemahaman dan mampu beradaptasi dengan implementasi P5 untuk menghindari terjadinya miskonsepsi, dan (2) Implementasi P5 di SMA Islam Al-Maarif melalui tahap perancangan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut berupa evaluasi dan refleksi yang memuat beberapa aspek dalam tiap tahapannya untuk mengoptimalisasikan P5. Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation process of P5 at Al-Maarif Singosari Islamic High School where 40% of the students are boarding school students who have limited time outside the pesantren. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study design. Research data were obtained through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and primary and secondary documentation conducted directly by researchers with data analysis from Creswell and data validity techniques through source triangulation and observation method triangulation. The results in this study include: (1) teachers as managers and facilitators have an important role in the implementation of P5 so they need to understand and collaborate in the implementation of P5 to avoid misconceptions, and (2) Implementation of P5 at Al-Ma'arif Islamic High School through the stages of design, implementation, and follow-up in the form of evaluation and reflection which contains several aspects of activities at each stage to optimize P5.

Concrete creep is the additional strain that develops in concrete under constant stress over time. In this study, lightweight concrete is created by entirely replacing coarse aggregate with pumice to reduce the concrete's overall weight. The research involves producing 18 cylindrical concrete test specimens with a diameter of 150mm and a height of 300mm. These specimens include three normal and three lightweight concrete samples for each 90-day creep test and three normal and three lightweight concrete samples for compressive strength tests on the 14th and 28th days. The variation in aggregate proportions affects the aggregate content and weight in each type of concrete, influencing their properties. This is evident in the creep curves for the lightweight concrete samples. Similarly, the differences in the creep curves for normal concrete samples are attributed to stress distribution during loading. The strain acceleration between normal and lightweight concrete under load remains similar until the final loading day at 90 days. However, lightweight concrete significantly increases creep value after prolonged loading, rising by 35.85%. In contrast, normal concrete exhibits a creep increase of 16.51% from the beginning of loading until the 90th day.

The resistance of thermoset polymer pipes to compressive forces is a concern in the reliability of piping infrastructure. To maintain the reliability of these piping systems, it is imperative to understand and improve the resistance of pipes. The use of polyethylene (PE) rope as Reinforce Polymer Pipe (RPP) composite material was tested with Short-Time Hydraulic Pressure to determine the stress-strain distribution as well as the durability of its mechanical properties. This study used 4mm diameter polyethylene rope arranged radially coiled inside a 40cm diameter polymer pipe with a thickness of 1cm using a mixture of Unsaturated Polyester Resin (UPR), fly ash, sand, catalys and cobalt. The test results show that the composite material has strong mechanical properties and is resistant to hydraulic compressive forces with an average deformation of 8.2 mm with an average maximum load of 33.57kN with the polymer experiencing cracks and damage but the polyethylene rope remains in good condition and has good ductile or elastic properties against compression without significant damage. The highest positive mean strain value of 0.4. The graph displays strain values that are continuously positive up to 50-100 seconds and then drop to negative values quickly indicating that the polymer pipe provides good resistance at the beginning of 50-100 seconds and then experiences damage but the pipe can still return to its original shape with damage to the polymer having an average maximum stress value of 5.23 Mpa with an average duration of 266 seconds while the lowest stress value is 3.34 Mpa.

This study aims to examine the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on firm value in Indonesia using statistical analysis methods. This research uses panel data which consists of a combination of time series and cross section. A total of 1,830 data from 366 Indonesian companies were collected from annual reports and sustainability reports for an observation period from 2018 to 2022 as a sample of the research. Firm value is measured using Tobin’s Q. The results showed that the disclosure of carbon emissions had an effect on firm value. It was also figured out that a control variable, leverage, affected firm value. These results indicate that information about carbon emissions promotes firm value. The disclosure of carbon emissions by the company will affect investors' decisions. This is consistent with the stakeholder theory, according to which investors have the right to obtain information about the company’s activities from annual reports and sustainability reports. Companies are encouraged to foster the initiative to disclose carbon emissions as an effort to reduce the threats of global warming and strengthen stakeholders’ trust in making investment decisions.

Pada 10 tahun terakhir, dilaporkan telah terjadi penurunan keanekaragaman mikroorganisme tanah yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh penggunaan bahan kimia seperti fungisida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan konsentrasi fungisida majemuk mankozeb 64% dan simoksanil 8% terhadap keanekaragaman, patogenisitas, serta kemampuan antagonisme jamur rizosfer kentang terhadap jamur patogen Fusarium sp. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April-Agustus 2023 yang meliputi pengambilan sampel tanah rizosfer tanaman kentang di Desa Sumberbrantas, Kota Batu dan dilanjutkan dengan eksplorasi di Laboratorium Penyakit Tumbuhan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Brawijaya. Berdasarkan hasil eksplorasi, ditemukan 15 isolat jamur dan diantaranya terdapat 13 isolat yang berhasil diidentifikasi ke dalam genus Penicillium sp., Aspergilus sp., Scopulariopsis sp., dan Cladosporium sp. Jumlah koloni dan indeks keanekaragaman (H’) tertinggi didapatkan pada perlakuan dengan konsentrasi fungisida 0,7 gr/l dan kontrol. Uji antagonisme menunjukkan bahwa seluruh isolat jamur rizosfer kentang yang berhasil diisolasi tidak ditemukan memiliki potensi sebagai patogen, namun terdapat isolat jamur yang berpotensi untuk menghambat pertumbuhan jamur patogen Fusarium sp. yaitu jamur Penicillium sp. 7, jamur Penicillium sp. 5, dan jamur Penicillium sp. 3.

This study aims to analyze the role of digital financial literacy in mediating problem-based learning in adolescents' consumption decision-making. The research method used a survey with a quantitative approach. The population consists of tenth-grade high school students, sampled using purposive sampling from classes that had undergone problem-based learning in economics subjects covering (1) consumption and (2) financial literacy and prioritizing scales, resulting in 142 respondents. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire on Google Forms, which was distributed via QR code. The data was analyzed using SPSS 25. The results obtained by digital financial literacy can significantly mediate problem-based learning in adolescent consumption decision-making with a Z value of 3.003 > 1.96 and sig 0.002 < 0.05. Integrating digital financial literacy in problem-based learning can synergize to improve students' critical thinking, which gives them the ability to make smart consumption decisions regarding their consumption activities.

This study aims to develop an instrument for teachers’ perceptions of differentiated instruction by adopting Oriondo and Antonio's instrument development model. This study involves three stages of development: instrument planning, pilot testing, and measurement. The respondents involved were 152 subject teachers at the secondary school level. The instrument developed contains differentiated instruction principles: learning environment, quality curriculum, responsive teaching, continuous assessment, and leadership and routines. A combination of the Guttman Scale and Item Response Theory was used to measure teachers' perceptions, which gave significant results. The analysis results show that most instrument items follow the model used, but some items require adjustment. The implication of this study is the importance of developing valid and reliable instruments to measure teachers' perceptions of differentiated instruction. The findings can contribute to improving classroom learning practices and student learning outcomes. Thus, this study provides a strong foundation for the development of teacher professionalism and the overall improvement of education quality.

This study explores the latest trends and insights on digital literacy in education through bibliometric analysis. Using data from the Scopus database and VOSviewer software, the study analyzed 3,386 publications on digital literacy in educational contexts from 2015 to 2024. Qualitative content analysis methods were used to code and interpret text data. Findings show a significant growth in the number of publications, with the highest peak in 2023. The United States led the research contributions, followed by Spain, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia. The dominant field of study was social sciences, followed by computer science and engineering. Lead authors include Makhachashvili, R., with affiliations at Universidad Salamanca and Monash University. Significant trends identified include an increased focus on digital health, information accuracy, and online learning in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The study emphasized the importance of digital literacy as a critical skill in a digital society, and identified gaps in the existing literature. This encourages further research to explore the impact of digital literacy on student learning outcomes and education policy. These findings can be a guide for developing a more relevant curriculum by integrating local cultural and technological elements, as well as improving the quality of education.

The phenomenon of panic buying is essential to observe during the pandemic of COVID-19. Additionally, research on panic buying spans multiple studies fields and deserves more consistent scientific attention. This study examines the factors of panic buying behavior using the Theory of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs to scrutinize panic buying behavior regarding consumer needs. Subsequently, this study investigates the moderating variables of government intervention to fill the research gap. Furthermore, this study looks for the effect that resulted from the phenomenon of panic buying behavior on customer satisfaction. The data were collected from 456 grocery and drug store consumers in Indonesia who shopped throughout the pandemic of COVID-19. The PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data. The outcomes indicate that control, social media, perceived severity, and perceived scarcity significantly affect panic buying behavior. In contrast, the government intervention only moderated the effect of social media on panic buying. Finally, the phenomenon of panic buying significantly affects customer satisfaction.

ABSTRACTThis article examines how trust between the regional government and its citizens contributes to the embodiment of participatory policymaking at the provincial level and impacts regional development. Different from previous studies on trust, which focused primarily on quantitative approaches and thereby left the social-political context out, this study employs a qualitative approach to present more profound findings and contextual aspects that reflect actors’ trust. The context is the existence of a local political dynasty that dominates the political, bureaucratic and business arenas. It also captures a regional development paradox in which a province is persistently underprivileged among well-developed adjacent regions. Primary data collection involves in-depth interviews with selected business actors, academics, NGOs and high-, middle- and low-ranking government officials at the provincial level. The findings reveal a lack of trust between the regional government and citizens, which explains poor participation in policymaking hence sluggish regional development. Each actor seems to lack the necessary competence, integrity and benevolence to cooperate in regional policymaking. These findings also fill a theoretical gap left by previous studies on trust which have primarily focused on citizen trust in government. At the same time, this article also pays more attention to government trust in citizens, which remains understudied.

Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology integrated into the Internet of things (IoT) networks often poses security and privacy concerns due to its attack vulnerability. This research proposed a lightweight cryptographic model tailored for implementation in resource-constrained environments. The objective is to address security challenges while accommodating limited memory, power, and size requirements. A combined modified 126-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm with a 256-bit elliptic curve Diffie-Hellman (ECDH) cryptographic key was utilized to develop lightweight cryptography for securing RFID data. The implementation used the Python programming language in Jupyter Notebook, with RFID operating at 13.56 Mhz. The methodology involved retrieving RFID data through additional programs and equalizing ECDH keys for encryption and decryption. Encryption and decryption testing demonstrated a high success rate, achieving an accuracy of 99.9%. The first encryption attempt required 85.125 ms, with the second attempt completed faster at 65.95 ms, showcasing improved efficiency. File encryption sizes averaged 29.875 bytes for the initial attempt and 30.1 bytes for the subsequent one. This research was limited to algorithm evaluation and had not been implemented in hardware. However, the proposed hybrid cryptography offers significant benefits for maintaining the confidentiality of RFID data within IoT environments. Rapid, efficient, and compact encryption of unique identifier (UID) data ensures enhanced security, thereby addressing critical concerns associated with RFID-enabled IoT networks.

Depression occurs among the elderly, leading to increased use of medical facilities, adversely affecting quality of life (QoL), and increasing mortality. Fewer studies have been conducted to explore the factors that contribute to depression among the elderly. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that trigger depression in this population. This research used descriptive analysis with a cross-sectional design. A total of 247 participants completed a questionnaire containing socio-demographic information and the geriatric depression scale-15 (GDS-15). The data were analyzed for correlation using the chi-square test. There was a significant relationship between insurance and occupation and depression in rural communities in Central Java, Indonesia. Insurance and occupation influence elderly individuals’ preparation for old age, ensuring they have sufficient finances through old age savings, which enables them to be financially secure. The population needs to prepare for old age by calculating their retirement fund requirements, saving and investing, and obtaining insurance for pension and health fund protection.

This study aimed to analyze the prevalence of subclinical mastitis (SCM) and the correlation between CMT positive score, udder morphology and management practice in dairy goats in several regencies in East Java. The SCM identification was tested using the California Mastitis Test (CMT) method. The obtained data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the correlation was determined using Kendall’s tau_b coefficient correlation method. The results showed the prevalence of SCM in Blitar, Lumajang, and Jember amounted to 19,35%, 0,86%, and 25%, respectively. The control management of observed dairy farms was relatively similar such as the milking frequency, feeding management, health control, and cage type. Milk production was moderately correlated with CMT (tb =-0.417) and low correlation with the udder shape (tb =1.51), side udder cross-section (tb =-0,293), teat angle of separation between teat (tb =0,204), and degree of udder separation (tb =0,128). The CMT also has low correlation with the BCS (tb =0,146), udder symmetry (tb =0,126), sided udder cross-section (tb =0,153). Then CMT also has a moderate correlation with housing type (tb =-0,380) and milking frequency (tb =0.365). In conclusion, the prevalence of SCM was relatively low to moderate and its correlation with udder morphology were low to moderate.

Berdasarkan laporan tahunan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang, cakupan pelayanan kesehatan bayi dan balita tahun 2021 capaian target SPM bayi sebanyak 93,65% dan capaian SPM balita 89,99%. Dengan tidak tercapainya SPM bayi baru lahir dan balita 100% merupakan tantangan bagi daerah.Desain penelitian ini adalah Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Analisis data kualitatif menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kompenen input yakni Dinas Kesehatan belum memiliki Tim khusus SPM, belum ada pedoman/buku saku SPM berbasis elektronik, anggaran khusus SPM masih belum ada dan untuk kegiatan SPM masih melekat dengan anggaran program, aspek SDM masih kurang untuk yang kelapanagan dan belum semua nakes di FKTP swasta dan non nakes (kader dan guru PAUD) diberi pelatihan, aspek sarana prasana sudah cukup baik namun kualitas alat belum semua memenuhi standar terutama uji kalibrasi, sasaran Pusdatin jauh lebih tinggi dari data ril. Sedangkan pada aspek proses perencanaan sudah sesuai, pelaporan masih belum satu pintu. Komponen output SPM bayi dan balita thn 2021 93,65% dan 89,99%. Saran perlu dibentuk Tim SPM, alokasi anggaran untuk pelatihan SDM Swasta dan kader, guru PAUD.

Salt consumption restriction has many advantages in patients on hemodialysis (HD), but it is also very challenging for them. Self-efficacy is a crucial aspect of successful disease management. Factors related to self-efficacy have been evaluated in many countries. However, the different demographic characteristics in Indonesia may show different significant results. Understanding this problem may contribute to the development of nursing interventions and the patients’ self-management ability while undergoing HD. Hence, the present study aimed to determine the factors associated with self-efficacy for restricting salt consumption among HD patients. Altogether, 98 HD patients participated in this cross-sectional study. The Self-efficacy for Restricting Dietary Sodium in Hemodialysis Scale questionnaire was completed to assess the patients’ self-efficacy. Linear regression was performed to evaluate the relationship between self-efficacy and patient characteristics. The participants’ mean age was 50.11 ± 1.29 years and the mean self-efficacy score was 73.56 ± 14.85. Mostly, participants were male (60.2%), married (82.7%), and had hypertension (85.7%). Age (p = 0.000; r = 0.384), HD duration (p = 0.004; r = −0.287), and interdialytic weight gain (IDWG) (p = 0.008; r = −0.267) significantly correlated with self-efficacy for restricting salt consumption. These three variables determined 21% of the variance of self-efficacy among HD patients. The present study provides primary evidence that age, HD duration, and IDWG are associated with self-efficacy for restricting salt consumption among HD patients. Thus, nurses could develop innovative interventions to enhance the self-efficacy among patients with younger age, longer HD duration, and more IDWG. Pembatasan asupan garam pasien hemodialisis (HD) bermanfaat bagi kondisi kesehatan sekaligus menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pasien. Efikasi diri merupakan aspek mendasar dalam keberhasilan manajemen penyakit. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan efikasi diri sudah diteliti di negara-negara lain, akan tetapi, perbedaan karakteristik demografi di Indonesia dapat memperlihatkan perbedaan hasil. Pemahaman terkait masalah ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan intervensi keperawatan dan manajemen diri pasien. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan efikasi diri dalam membatasi asupan garam pada pasien hemodialisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan melibatkan sebanyak 98 pasien. Kuesioner The self-efficacy for Restricting Dietary Sodium in Hemodialysis Scale digunakan untuk mengukur efikasi diri pasien. Regresi linear dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan data demografi. Rata-rata usia partisipan adalah 50,11 ± 1,29 tahun dengan rata-rata skor efikasi diri pasien adalah 73,56 ± 14,85. Sebagian besar partisipan adalah laki-laki (60,2%), sudah menikah (82,7%), dan memiliki hipertensi (85,7%). Ditemukan bahwa usia (p = 0,000; r = 0,384), durasi hemodialisis (p = 0,004; r = −0,287), dan IDWG (p = 0,008; r = −0,267) berhubungan signifikan dengan efikasi diri dalam membatasi asupan garam. Ketiga variabel tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 21% terhadap variansi efikasi diri pasien hemodialisis. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa usia, durasi hemodialisis, dan IDWG berhubungan dengan efikasi diri pembatasan asupan garam pasien hemodialisis. Oleh karena itu, perawat dapat mengembangkan intervensi peningkatan efikasi diri pada pasien dengan usia muda, pasien yang telah lama menjalani HD, dan pasien dengan IDWG lebih. The study aimed to explore the effects of biomass co-firing of coal using acacia wood bark at circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler coal-fired power plant with 110 MWe capacity. The analysis focused on main equipment parameters, including the potential for slagging, fouling, corrosion, agglomeration, fuel cost, and specific environmental factors. Initially, coal and acacia wood bark fuel were blended at a 3% mass ratio, with calorific values of 8.59 MJ/kg and 16.59 MJ/kg, respectively. The corrosion due to chlorine and slagging potential when using wood bark was grouped into the minor and medium categories. The results showed that co-firing at approximately 3% mass ratio contributed to changes in the upper furnace temperature due to the variation in heating value, high total humidity, and a less homogeneous particle size distribution. Significant differences were also observed in the temperature of the lower furnace area, showing the presence of a foreign object covering the nozzle, which disturbed the ignition process. A comparison of the seal pot temperature showed imbalances as observed from the temperature indicators installed on both sides of boiler, with specific fuel consumption (SFC) increasing by approximately 0.17%. During the performance test, the price of acacia wood bark was 0.034 USD/kg, resulting in fuel cost of 0.023355 USD/kWh, adding 0.061 cent/kWh to coal firing cost. Despite co-firing, the byproducts of the combustion process, such as SO2 and NOx, still met environmental quality standards in accordance with government regulations. However, a comprehensive medium- and long-term impact evaluation study should be carried out to implement co-firing operations using acacia wood bark at coal-fired power plant. Based on the characteristics, such as low calorific value, with high ash, total moisture, and alkali, acacia wood bark showed an increased potential to cause slagging and fouling.

The objective of this research was to identify the morphology and molecular profile of crab caught from the coast of Tambala Village, Tombariri District, Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi. Crabs were collected from the intertidal zone at night during the lowest tide. Crabs were morphological identified by description of shape, color and size of the carapace. Molecular identification was done through DNA barcoding including DNA extraction, amplification of the cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene and electrophoresis. Morphological and genetic analysis identified the crab species as Metopograpsus oceanicus.

Abstract Background The clinical characteristics of pediatric critically ill patients who need referral to a tertiary hospital is often unknown in resource limited settings where constraints in diagnosis capacity, resources, and infrastructures are common. There is a need to increase insight in the characteristics of these patients for capacity building strengthening and appropriate resource allocation. The aim of this study was to describe the clinical characteristics and outcomes of critically ill children who are referred to a tertiary referral teaching hospital in Yogyakarta. Methods A prospective observasional study was carried out from July 1st, 2022 -January 31st, 2023 which included all critically ill pediatric patients who were referred through the Integrated Referral System (SISRUTE) to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of dr. Sardjito hospital. We excluded patients who were referred with a request for admission to the PICU, but were not admitted to the PICU due to their stable condition and lack of the need for intensive care. Result During the study period, we received 1046 emergency referral requests for pediatric patients via SISRUTE, of those, 562 (53.7%) patients were critically ill. The reasons of PICU referral request were the need of solely intensive care 504 (89.7%), the need of multidisciplinary team care, including intensive care 57 (10.1%) and parents request 1 (0.3%). The pre-referral emergency diagnosis was shock 226 (40.3%), respiratory distress/failure 151 (26.7%), central nervous system (CNS) dysfunction 135 (24.1%), trauma 33 (5.9%) and sepsis 17 (3%). Of the 562 critically ill PICU referral requests, 473 (84.2%) requests were accepted. One hundred and eighty-one (58.7%) patients were finally admitted to the PICU, 125 (40.3%) admitted to our regular ward due to stable condition, 4 (1.3%) patients died in Emergency Departement (ED). The remaining accepted patients on request did not arrive in our facility due to various reasons. The mean (SD) response time was 9.1 (27.6) minutes. The mean (SD) transfer time was 6.45 (4.73) hours. Mean (SD) PICU and hospital length of stay was 6.7 (8.3) days and 10.2 (9.2) days respectively. PICU and hospital mortality was 24.3% and 29.7%, respectively. Conclusion The mortality rate for critically ill pediatric patients referred to a tertiary PICU still high, with shock being the most common pre-referral emergency diagnosis. There is a discrepancy between the referring hospital’s and the referral hospital’s indication for PICU admission. The time required to reach the referral hospital is quite lengthy.

The Asian tapir Tapirus indicus is the only tapir species in Southeast Asia. It is declining across its range and is categorized as Endangered on the IUCN Red List. The forests of Sumatra are critical to Asian tapir conservation as they contain some of the last remaining populations of the species, yet conservation efforts are hindered by a lack of information on habitat suitability. We collated camera-trap data from nine landscapes across 69,500 km2 of Sumatran rainforest to help predict suitable habitat for Asian tapirs on the island. Predictions from Bayesian occupancy models demonstrated that tapir occupancy was greatest in forests below 600 m elevation and exclusively in forests with high aboveground biomass. Forests around the Barisan Mountains on the west of Sumatra provide the most suitable habitat for the species. Only 36% of the most critical habitat (i.e. 80th percentile of predicted occupancy values, or above) for tapirs is formally protected for conservation, with much of the remainder found in forests allocated to watershed protection (35%) or logging (23%). We highlight several key areas in Sumatra where tapir conservation could be bolstered, such as by leveraging existing conservation efforts for other charismatic flagships species on the island.

Mammal populations are declining in biodiverse tropical regions. Global analyses have identified Indonesia as a hotspot of vertebrate decline, although relatively few data are available to substantiate these claims. We reviewed research articles published during 2000–2020 on 104 medium-sized to large terrestrial mammal species found in Indonesia to help inform conservation management and future research. We identified 308 peer-reviewed studies published in English or Bahasa Indonesia, with an increase in publication rate (articles published per year) over time. Studies of species distributions dominated the literature, followed by publications on abundance, species diversity and combinations of these topics. Most publications concerned single-species studies conducted at a single location and a single point in time. We identify four key issues that should be addressed by future research and conservation efforts: (1) disproportionate focus on a small number of species; (2) geographical bias towards west Indonesia (Sumatra, Kalimantan and Java–Bali), with few published studies from central (Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara and Maluku) and east (Papua) Indonesia; (3) limitations to survey design, sampling effort and data analysis; and (4) lack of long-term wildlife population studies. We also note challenges local researchers face in publishing their studies in international journals because of language barriers and costs. Greater use of existing biodiversity data and continued capacity building for local researchers, particularly those in central and east Indonesia, are critical to effectively guide future wildlife monitoring and improve the conservation status of Indonesian mammals.

Background Sepsis remains one of the causes of child morbidity and mortality worldwide. The reference standard diagnosis of sepsis is blood culture, but its false negative is relatively high. Therefore, a validated triage tool is needed for rapid diagnosis. In Indonesia, diagnosis and management of pediatric sepsis are based on Indonesian Sepsis National Guidelines 2021. Objective To evaluate the performance of Indonesian Sepsis National Guidelines 2021 in diagnosing pediatric bacterial sepsis in PICU. Methods This cross-sectional study was conducted in the PICU unit of Dr. Sardjito Hospital, Yogyakarta, using subject’s the medical records. All patients with suspected bacterial infection who were admitted to the PICU, had complete evaluation of PELOD-2 score, and the blood culture results were included in this study. Sepsis was assessed with Indonesian Sepsis National Guidelines 2021. Performance analysis of the guidelines was conducted with SPSS version 25, by assessing sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and likelihood ratio. Results Two hundred subjects were enrolled in this study, of whom 52.5% were males. Most subjects aged under one year (40.5%), and the most common infection was respiratory system (49%). A total of 63.5% were referral cases, with the length of stay in the previous hospital more than 48 hours (69.7%). There were 77% of subjects had antibiotics treatment at the previous hospital. As for outcomes, 63.5% survived and 36.5% died. The positivity rate of blood culture in this study was 19%. Performance evaluation of Sepsis Indonesian Sepsis National Guidelines 2021 revealed sensitivity 28.95%, specificity 87.65%, accuracy 76.5%, positive predictive value 35.48%, negative predictive value 84.02%, positive likelihood ratio 2.34 (95%CI 1.28 to 4.32) and negative likelihood ratio 0.81 (95%CI 0.7 to 0.94). Conclusion Indonesian Sepsis National Guidelines 2021 (PNPK Sepsis 2021) has low sensitivity and high specificity in diagnosing bacterial sepsis.

Cold-formed steel is being used as a viable substitute for traditional steel and building materials due to its performance, affordability, convenience, lightweight, and environmental friendliness. The major purpose of this current research is for a reaction to force-deformation at the connection level to be delivered, which is proper for typical cold-formed steel (CFS) screwed beam-column assembly CFS C-section, and to show the influence of the behavior of CFS under bending test. An inner plate, double angle plate, and self-drilling screws are used by a basic beam-column frame idealized CFS to join the beam-column. Fixed support was implemented at the column base, whereas the beam end had free support. A 0.75 mm cold-formed steel C-section with 80mm height and 30mm width was utilized in this study and assembled into an "I" and "box" configuration. 3d and 4d were used to compute screw spacing for self-drilling screws with 4 mm heads and 2 mm bodies. The first type was each angle plate (top and seat angle) screwed with eight screws, whereas the second involves four screws. The CFS section’s thinness led to the use of screw connections, which are essential to their ability to withstand connection failures, to anticipate the failure mode of the connection segment. Numerical simulation by ABAQUS Student Edition and analytical studies have been conducted by AS/NZS 4600:2018 to investigate the capacity of CFS under bending. Quantity and the arrangement of the screws determine the displacement ductility with tighter spacing enhancing performance and reinforcing global and local buckling resistance.

North Lombok District Hospital is a health service institution in North Lombok District, West Nusa Tenggara Province, that provides health facilities and services to the community. Health service facilities provided to the community come from fixed assets owned by the North Lombok District Hospital. Management of fixed assets used for health service facilities at the North Lombok District Hospital is still done manually in planning, receiving, repairing, maintaining, and releasing assets. So, hospital employees have difficulty managing the assets they own. This study was conducted to help design and build a fixed asset management information system at the North Lombok Hospital using the SDLC Method with the Waterfall Model approach and system development using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JS languages with the Laravel Framework and MYSQL Database. This study uses the Straight Line Method to calculate asset depreciation, the MAUT Method to assist in decision-making for the elimination of damaged assets, and the Telegram Bot to send notifications from the website to each unit group in the hospital. The final result of this study is a web-based fixed asset management information system with developed features, namely asset planning features, asset planning change features, asset handover minutes features, asset inventory features, asset maintenance features, asset repair features, asset write-off features, asset whitening features, asset reporting features, master data features, and user access rights management features. The testing method used in this study is the Blackbox testing method, which tests the functionality of the system using 150 test scenarios on eight employees of the North Lombok Regional Hospital, with the test results showing that the system is running well and in accordance with the SOP that has been given, PSSUQ testing was carried out to evaluate user satisfaction with the system. The test results showed a SysUse subscale value of 1.93, IntQual 1.6, InfoQual 1.92, and Overall 1.93. Based on the results of the PSSUQ test, it can be concluded that the fixed asset management system has run very well and meets user expectations.

Desa Wonualaku merupakan Desa baru yang memiliki wilayah cukup luas sehingga perumahan warga masih banyak yang memiliki lahan kosong yang tidak dimanfaatkan. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan lahan perumahan guna mendukung kesehatan mandiri melalui budidaya tanaman obat herbal. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat adalah keterbatasan akses terhadap obat-obatan kimia, serta minimnya pengetahuan tentang manfaat dan cara budidaya tanaman obat herbal. Program ini melibatkan beberapa warga Desa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi survey lahan, persiapan lahan, pembuatan pagar dan plakat nama tanaman, serta penanaman. Selain itu, peserta diajarkan teknik perawatan dan pemanfaatan hasil panen sebagai obat alami untuk menjaga kesehatan keluarga. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan lahan perumahan untuk budidaya tanaman obat herbal efektif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian masyarakat dalam menjaga kesehatan. Program ini juga memberikan manfaat jangka panjang dengan mengoptimalkan lahan yang sebelumnya tidak produktif, sekaligus mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap obat-obatan kimia. Engagement with households to fully realize the potential of demand-side solutions has attracted policy attention. The potential of feedback has been understudied, especially regarding who engages more in electricity conservation. Furthermore, most studies have been limited to the Western context, with only a few that explore Asia. This study fills these gaps by investigating changes in household hourly electricity consumption patterns after its members receive high-resolution feedback. After data balancing, we partitioned 63 households into distinct groups using K-means clustering and investigated consumption changes after the provision of high-resolution electricity feedback through a mobile application. The results indicate mixed effectiveness of feedback: some households reduced consumption by about 13 %, while others increased it between 7 % and 20 %. In addition, statistical analysis using survey responses revealed that households with greater awareness of electricity costs and a stronger interest in climate change were more receptive to feedback. Demographic and housing attributes such as age, building type, and floor count also influenced the feedback effect. The findings recommend enhancing awareness of electricity costs and climate change and developing a better understanding of individuals’ challenges with changing conservation behaviors based on their demographic and housing characteristics.

OBJECTIVES:. Anemia has been associated with an increased risk of both cardiac arrest and stroke, frequent complications of COVID-19. The effect of hemoglobin level at ICU admission on a composite outcome of cardiac arrest or stroke in an international cohort of COVID-19 patients was investigated. DESIGN:. Retrospective analysis of prospectively collected database. SETTING:. A registry of COVID-19 patients admitted to ICUs at over 370 international sites was reviewed for patients diagnosed with cardiac arrest or stroke up to 30 days after ICU admission. Anemia was defined as: normal (hemoglobin ≥ 12.0 g/dL for women, ≥ 13.5 g/dL for men), mild (hemoglobin 10.0–11.9 g/dL for women, 10.0–13.4 g/dL for men), moderate (hemoglobin ≥ 8.0 and < 10.0 g/dL for women and men), and severe (hemoglobin < 8.0 g/dL for women and men). PATIENTS:. Patients older than 18 years with acute COVID-19 infection in the ICU. INTERVENTIONS:. None. MEASUREMENTS AND MAIN RESULTS:. Of 6926 patients (median age = 59 yr, male = 65%), 760 patients (11.0%) experienced stroke (2.0%) and/or cardiac arrest (9.4%). Cardiac arrest or stroke was more common in patients with low hemoglobin, occurring in 12.8% of patients with normal hemoglobin, 13.3% of patients with mild anemia, and 16.7% of patients with moderate/severe anemia. Time to stroke or cardiac arrest by anemia status was analyzed using Cox proportional hazards regression with death as a competing risk. Covariates selected through clinical knowledge were age, sex, comorbidities (diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiac or neurologic conditions), pandemic era, country income, mechanical ventilation, and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. Moderate/severe anemia was associated with a higher risk of cardiac arrest or stroke (hazard ratio, 1.32; 95% CI, 1.05–1.67). CONCLUSIONS:. In an international registry of ICU patients with COVID-19, moderate/severe anemia was associated with increased hazard of cardiac arrest or stroke.

This study aims to categorize student achievements into high, medium, and low categories. The objective is to provide policyholders with references for decision-making purposes, including finding ways to improve student achievement and the facilities needed by students. The research was conducted on semester 1 students at the Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon in the academic year of 2022/2023. The data was collected by downloading score documents from the campus assessment system, followed by data preprocessing to remove outliers and normalize the data. The data processing was carried out using K-Means and K-NN techniques for better predictions. The AUC value obtained was 1.000, CA value was 0.992, F1 value was 0.992, precision value was 0.992, and recall was 0.962.

Microbiota in the digestive tract has become an interesting topic for researchers in recent years. The profile of chicken digestive tract microbiota and its relationship with health and production efficiency have become basic data for modulating the diversity and abundance of the digestive tract microbiota. This article reviews the techniques used to analyze the diversity, role, and function of the gastrointestinal microbiota and the mechanisms by which they are modulated. The gut microbiota plays an important role in animal production, especially during feed digestion and animal health, because it interacts with the host against pathogens. Feed modulation can be a strategy to modulate gut composition and diversity to increase production efficiency by improving growth conditions.

This service aims to enhance teachers' knowledge and skills in designing innovative learning using the Canva platform as an engaging teaching tool. The method employed in conducting this service was training based on participatory approaches and individual communication. The partners in this service were 35 teachers from SMP Negeri 1 Depapre, Jayapura Regency. The results of this service showed that the teachers possessed knowledge and skills in operating the Canva application. It was evidenced by the outcomes of activities such as designing learning media such as student ID cards or creating math problems using Canva. Throughout the training, there was a high level of enthusiasm from the school staff in learning the Canva platform for teaching purposes relevant to their subject areas. It is hoped that in the future, teachers will continue to develop their abilities in applying Canva to aid in the preparation of teaching materials.

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) adalah pusat dari semua jenis organisasi, dan visi serta tujuan mereka semua dirancang untuk membantu mereka mencapai tujuan tertentu. Di antara sumber daya lainnya, sumber daya manusia (SDM) memainkan peran yang sangat penting dan strategis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, memberikan informasi serta menjelaskan secara empiric dan konseptual hubungan antaraPpsychological Capital dengan Work Engagement pada karyawan PT. Jakabaring Sport City. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dimana penelitian tersebut menggunakan pengambilan data di dalamnya. Teknik yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengambil data yaitu menggunakan angket berupa skala Work Engagement dan skala Psychologycal Capital. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti mengenai hubungan antara Work Engagement dan Psychologycal Capital yang melibatkan 78 karyawan PT. Jakabaring Sport City. Hasil hitung statistik menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara Work Engagement dan Psychologycal Capital pada karyawan PT. Jakabaring Sport City. Analisis ini dilakukan menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien korelasi R = 0,805 dengan nilai R Square = 0,648 dan P = 0,000 Nilai Korelasi (r2) antara Work Engagement dan Psychologycal Capital yaitu sebesar 0,648 atau 64,8%. Sementara itu 35,2% dipengaruhi olehvariabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam peneliti.

Kawasan Laut Cina Selatan telah menjadi panggung persaingan strategis yang berpotensi mengganggu stabilitas regional, mengingat ketidakseimbangan kekuatan antara negara-negara ASEAN dan Cina. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis respons ASEAN terhadap dominasi Cina dalam wilayah tersebut, dengan mempertimbangkan peran yang dimainkan oleh Amerika Serikat. Penulis mengadopsi kerangka teoretis Balance of Threat yang dikemukakan oleh Stephen M. Walt untuk menjelaskan bagaimana ASEAN merespons dominasi Cina dengan tujuan mempertahankan keseimbangan kekuatan dan stabilitas regional. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan, termasuk analisis berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, buku, dokumen resmi, dan tesis. Selain itu, kami juga melakukan wawancara dengan pengamat hubungan internasional untuk mendapatkan perspektif yang lebih dalam. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana Amerika Serikat berpartisipasi di kawasan Laut Cina Selatan serta mengungkapkan respons ASEAN terhadap ancaman yang timbul akibat dominasi Cina di wilayah tersebut, dengan fokus pada upaya menjaga stabilitas kawasan yang diperlukan dalam konteks geopolitik yang kompleks.

Abstract Pseudoalteromonas viridis strain BBR56 was isolated from seawater at Dutungan Island, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Bacterial DNA was isolated using Promega Genomic DNA TM050. DNA purity and quantity were assessed using NanoDrop spectrophotometers and Qubit fluorometers. The DNA library and sequencing were prepared using Oxford Nanopore Technology GridION MinKNOW 20.06.9 with long read, direct, and comprehensive analysis. High accuracy base calling was assessed with Guppy version 4.0.11. Filtlong and NanoPlot were used for filtering and visualizing the FASTQ data. Flye (2.8.1) was used for de novo assembly analysis. Variant calls and consensus sequences were created using Medaka. The annotation of the genome was elaborated by DFAST. The assembled genome and annotation were tested using Busco and CheckM. Herein, we found that the highest similarity of the BBR56 isolate was 98.37% with the 16 S rRNA gene sequence of P. viridis G-1387. The genome size was 5.5 Mb and included chromosome 1 (4.2 Mbp) and chromosome 2 (1.3 Mbp), which encoded 61 pseudogenes, 4 noncoding RNAs, 113 tRNAs, 31 rRNAs, 4,505 coding DNA sequences, 4 clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats, 4,444 coding genes, and a GC content of 49.5%. The sequence of the whole genome of P. viridis BBR56 was uploaded to GenBank under the accession numbers CP072425–CP072426, biosample number SAMN18435505, and bioproject number PRJNA716373. The sequence read archive (SRR14179986) was successfully obtained from NCBI for BBR56 raw sequencing reads. Digital DNA–DNA hybridization results showed that the genome of BBR56 had the potential to be a new species because no other bacterial genomes were similar to the sample. Biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) were assessed using BAGEL4 and the antiSMASH bacterial version. The genome harbored diverse BGCs, including genes that encoded polyketide synthase, nonribosomal peptide synthase, RiPP-like, NRP-metallophore, hydrogen cyanide, betalactone, thioamide-NRP, Lant class I, sactipeptide, and prodigiosin. Thus, BBR56 has considerable potential for further exploration regarding the use of its secondary metabolite products in the human and fisheries sectors.

Edema is a reliable parameter to evaluate the anti-inflammatory process. Noni (Morinda citrifolia L.) fruit has been shown to decrease inflammation. However, studies on the impact of noni juice on gastric mucosal injury are still limited. Thus, the current study aimed to assess the effect of noni fruit juice as an anti-inflammatory agent in rat paw edema and gastric mucosal injury. The rats were divided into five groups such as control, carrageenan only, carrageenan and diclofenac sodium, carrageenan and 90% noni, and carrageenan + 100% noni. Paw edema was measured, and histopathological examination of the gastric tissues was performed. The administration of noni juice significantly reduced paw edema in the carrageenan + 90% noni and carrageenan + 100% noni groups of rats. Compared to the carrageenan + diclofenac sodium group, the carrageenan + 90% noni and carrageenan + 100% noni groups were not significantly different in reducing paw edema. It suggests that the administration of noni juice can reduce paw edema with the same potential as diclofenac sodium. Gastric mucosal injury in the carrageenan + diclofenac sodium group (scores 2 to 3) was higher than in the carrageenan + 90% noni and carrageenan + 100% noni groups (scores 1 to 2), both of them had significant differences (p [ J Adv Biotechnol Exp Ther 2024; 7(3.000): 498-506]

The incidence of premarital sexual behavior worldwide is increasing despite the fact that it is known that it may cause health and psychological problems. Hence, interventions are needed to reduce the incidence of premarital sexual behavior. The aim of this study was to provide an overview of the reported interventions used to reduce the incidence of premarital sexual behavior in adolescents and identify the implications for nursing practice. A systematic review was conducted using The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. The Scopus, Science Direct, Web of Science, and ProQuest databases were searched using the keywords "premarital sexual behavior” and “sexual,” and three researchers independently examined the resultant selected full-text articles. Articles published between 2020 and 2022 that described studies with a randomized controlled trial (RCT) design and that were published in English and had the full text available were included. The quality of each article was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist. Seven articles met the inclusion criteria and were subsequently analyzed. Our study showed that different types of interventions have been tested to variously enhance education, motivation, skills, and empowerment. The findings of our study have implications for nursing practice in terms of the creation of intervention-based programs and standard operating procedures for implementing programs designed to reduce the prevalence of premarital sexual behavior. Tinjauan sistematis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pedoman PRISMA. Basis data Scopus, Science Direct, Web of Science, dan ProQuest dicari menggunakan kata kunci "perilaku seksual pranikah" dan "seksual", dan tiga peneliti secara independen memeriksa artikel teks lengkap pilihan yang dihasilkan. Artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 dan 2022 yang menjelaskan penelitian dengan desain randomized controlled trial (RCT) dan diterbitkan dalam bahasa Inggris serta teks lengkapnya disertakan. Due to their poikilothermic nature, fish are very sensitive to changes in temperature. Due to climate change, the average global temperature has increased by 1.5°C in the last century, which may have caused an increase in farmed fish mortality recently. Predictions using the model estimate that a 1°C increase in temperature could cause 3%-4% and 4%-6% mortality due to infectious diseases in organisms living in warm and temperate waters, respectively. There is a need to determine whether there is a relationship between increasing environmental temperature and disease virulence. This review examines the influence and impact of increasing temperatures due to climate change on the physiology and pathogenicity of Streptococcus agalactiae, which causes streptococcosis in tilapia and causes significant economic losses. Changes in the pathogenicity of S. agalactiae, especially its virulence properties due to increasing temperature, require changes in the composition design of the fish vaccine formula to provide better protection through the production of protective antibodies.

ABSTRACTVariations of Community Health Workers (CHWs) interventions in diabetes self-management education (DSME) have been reviewed by many studies. In contrast, specific interventions regarding foot care intervention (FCI) are scarce and need to be explored further as one preventive measure to reduce diabetic foot problems in the community. This scoping review aimed to identify, and report nature of FCIs and the core components of FCIs delivered by CHWs. The scoping review was undertaken using PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR). The following electronic databases were searched for articles from data first indicated date through December 2022: CINAHL, EMBASE, Cochrane, Scopus, Web of Science, Theses ProQuest, PubMed, google scholar and other sources by using search terms related to foot care, community health workers, and diabetes mellitus. Descriptive synthesis was used to summarise the data. Nine studies from 1644 were included. All studies found that CHWs provided DSME in general, and foot care education was included. There was no detailed description of the core components of the intervention on foot care. Although, all studies might not provide detailed data on how CHW provided FCIs; the CHW intervention is an undoubtedly vital strategy to promote and prevent foot problems in medically underserved communities.

One of the transportation that is often used by people in Bangka Belitung to travel outside the area is airplanes. Judging from the data on the number of passengers at two airports in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, the highest number of airplane passengers departing outside the region in April 2023 was 88,511 people. If there is an excessive increase in the number of passengers, it will have an impact on the quality of airport service levels and disrupt the stability of flight traffic. The purpose of this study is to compare the results of forecasting the number of passengers at the airport of Bangka Belitung Islands Province for the future period using the ARIMA and SARIMA methods. Based on the results of the analysis, the best method to forecast the number of passengers at the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Airport is the ARIMA method with the best model, namely ARIMA (0,1,1). In general, the results of forecasting the number of passengers at the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Airport from May 2024 to April 2026 will increase the number of passengers continuously until April 2026.

Abstract Dholes (Cuon alpinus) are endangered large carnivores found in scattered populations in Asia. One of the main threats to dholes is the decreasing prey availability throughout their distribution range. In the present study, we used camera trap data collected over 6 years to investigate the temporal activity patterns of dholes and their putative prey species in Baluran National Park in Java, Indonesia. We also explored the overlap in activity between dholes and the park's other remaining large carnivore the Javan leopard (Panthera pardus melas), as well as humans. Furthermore, we investigated potential differences in activity patterns between dholes in packs and dholes roaming in pairs or alone. We found a high temporal overlap between dholes and their wild ungulate prey species (ranging from Δ = 0.66–0.90), with the lowest overlap observed between dholes and bantengs (Bos javanicus) (Δ = 0.66), and the highest between dholes and muntjacs (Muntiacus muntjak) (Δ = 0.90). A very low overlap was found between dholes and domestic cattle (Bos indicus) (Δ = 0.27) whereas a moderately high overlap was found between dholes and leopards (Δ = 0.70) and dholes and humans (Δ = 0.62). We found a significant difference in activity patterns between dholes in packs and dholes roaming alone or in pairs (Δ = 0.78, p = .01). Single/pairs of dholes were more active both during the day and at night, whereas packs were predominantly active around sunrise and sunset. The high overlap with humans potentially has a negative effect on dhole activity, particularly for dispersing individuals, and the low overlap with domestic species questions the extent to which dholes are considered to predate on them.

Mathematical knowledge and computational thinking train students' ability to reason, and this is needed to be able to compete in the digital era in the future. This study aims to construct a mathematical cognitive test instrument using the computational thinking (CT) model that meets the validity, reliability, and good item criteria and provides new insights into how to apply computational thinking in Islamic education (madrasah). This research includes development research consisting of design and implementation stages with a sample of 160 madrasah aliyah students in the Sleman district. Instrument validity was conducted by proving content validity. Reliability was estimated using the separation reliability coefficient, and the quality of the instrument was analyzed using the Rasch model. The instrument was declared reliable (separation reliability coefficient of 0.8059), classified as a good fit for the model, with a p-value of 0.64 > 0.05), and effective in measuring mathematics skills with a percentage of 99.85%. The instrument developed opens the insight that the subject matter in madrasah can be integrated with computational thinking skills and can be used as an alternative for diagnostic, formative, and summative tests.

Kesejahteraan anak sangat berperan penting terhadap kehidupan dan perkembangan anak, individu yang memiliki kesejahteraan yang tinggi akan menunjukkan kehidupan yang baik. Tidak semua anak tinggal bersama keluarga harmonis dan bisa menjadi tempat dalam memenuhi perkembangannya. Terdapat banyak anak yang terlantar dan harus tinggal di panti asuhan, seorang anak akan beranggapan bahwa ia mengalami bentuk penolakan dari lingkungan sekitar karena ditempatkan di panti asuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan hubungan antara social support dengan subjective well-being pada anak panti asuhan. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Seratus anak panti dengan karakteristik usia 8-16 tahun dan telah lama tinggal di panti asuhan lebih dari dua tahun menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data hasil penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji regresi sederhana yang menunjukkan diterimanya hipotesis yang diajukan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, terdapat hubungan antara social support dengan subjective well-being pada anak panti asuhan. Hal tersebut terlihat dari nilai korelasi antara variabel Subjective Wellbeing dengan Social Support yaitu r = 0,376 dengan nilai R Square = 0,142 dan p = 0,000 dimana p < 0,01. Besarnya sumbangan efektif yang diberikan oleh variabel Social Support dengan Subjective Wellbeing adalah sebesar 14,2% (R² = 0,142). Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya Social Support untuk meningkatkan Subjective Wellbeing seseorang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan bagaimana perilaku teacherpreneur dapat mendorong efikasi diri dalam integrasi teknologi (TISE) dan bagaimana TISE dapat mempengaruhi kreativitas guru, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi perilaku mereka dalam menerapkan teacherpreneur. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif kausalitas dengan lokasi penelitian SMK bisnis dan manajemen di Jawa Tengah yang memiliki konsep ajar teaching factory. Populasi penelitian adalah guru produktif sebanyak 120 guru yang seluruhnya diambil sebagai sampel. Sampling merupakan sampel jenuh dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data menggunakan data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan SEM menggunakan alat analisis warpPLS. Penelitian ini melihat bahwa perilaku teacherpreneur melibatkan kegiatan ganda mengajar dan berwirausaha yang dapat meningkatkan TISE. Guru dengan TISE yang tinggi cenderung lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam metode pengajaran. Kreativitas membantu mengembangkan materi sekaligus mengidentifikasi dan memanfaatkan peluang bisnis dalam pendidikan. Hubungan saling memperkuat antara teacherpreneur dan TISE menunjukkan bahwa keduanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan efektivitas pengajaran dan pengembangan bisnis pendidikan.

Objectives We aimed to explore and understand the extent and type of evidence on fertility reduction and its association with family planning (FP) in Southeast Asia.Design Scoping review, following the methodological principles developed by Arksey and O’Malley and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews guidelines for reporting.Data source We searched PubMed/MEDLINE, ProQuest, EBSCO, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar and reference lists of relevant articles between 1 January 2012 and 31 December 2022. Only open-access articles in English were considered.Study selection For inclusion, observational studies were selected for eligibility based on the original articles investigating the uptake of FP on women aged 15–49 years and its association with fertility decline in Southeast Asian (SEA) countries.Data extraction and analysis Two reviewers screened the records independently for eligibility and extracted all data. The specific details of the studies, including data on the authors, year of publication, setting, study design, aims/objectives of the study, specific intervention, outcomes and main findings, were reported.Results We retrieved 615 articles and retained 12 articles included in the analysis. Of these, 11 were quantitative studies and 1 was qualitative study. The frequently reported strategy of FP was the use of contraception. FP not only allows women to control their birth by spacing and limiting their pregnancies but also delay their first childbirth by using contraceptive methods.Conclusion Our review suggests that the FP programmes aiming at reducing fertility should have a specific focus on improving the uptake and continuation of FP services.

Cognitive development starts from concrete thinking processes to higher levels, namely abstract and logical concepts. According to Piaget, children are naturally interested in the world and actively seek information that can help them understand that world. This research aims to describe students' cognitive development based on Jean Piaget's theory of development and how it is implemented in science learning at junior high school level. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive analysis approach. This means that in this research the researcher chose to use primary and secondary sources (books, journals, websites, etc.) regarding developmental theory according to Jean Piaget as a source of research data. This research focuses on the implications or involvement of students' cognitive development in science learning based on Jean Piaget's theory. The research results show that implementing Piaget's theory can help educators understand the stages and characteristics of students' cognitive development so they can determine cognitive levels and choose learning strategies that are appropriate to students' stages of development.

Studi ini ditujukan untuk mengevaluasi dampak penerapan metode pembelajaran Picture and Picture yang didukung oleh media MAWANG terhadap tingkat pemahaman siswa di kelas II tentang nilai dan kesetaraan pecahan mata uang di SDN Kanigoro 03, Kabupaten Blitar, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini muncul karena peringkat rendah Indonesia dalam kemampuan matematika siswa, khususnya dalam evaluasi Program for International Student Assessment (PISA). Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan Quasi-Experimental, melibatkan dua kelompok: satu kelompok eksperimental dengan 25 murid dan satu kelompok kontrol yang juga berjumlah 25 murid. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes yang dilaksanakan sebelum dan setelah perlakuan dijalankan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model Picture and Picture dengan dukungan media MAWANG berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas pemahaman siswa. Ini terbukti dari hasil analisis uji Mann-Whitney terkait pemahaman nilai dan kesetaraan pecahan mata uang oleh siswa, di mana nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) adalah 0,036. Karena nilai signifikansi ini berada di bawah ambang batas signifikansi α = 0,05, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (H1) dikonfirmasi. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa metode pembelajaran Picture and Picture dengan dukungan media MAWANG berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang nilai dan kesetaraan pecahan mata uang di tingkat SD. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk penggunaan model pembelajaran ini dalam pembelajaran matematika dasar, dengan harapan dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan matematika siswa di Indonesia yang masih perlu perhatian lebih lanjut.

Introduction: Dermatitis herpetiformis is a relapsing skin disease caused by gluten sensitivity, also known as an extraintestinal manifestation of celiac disease. Methods: This article was made by reviewing 14 articles related to dermatitis herpetiformis which obtained from Pubmed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. Discussion: Dermatitis herpetiformis is characterized by skin lesions vesicles or exoriated papules intensely itchy or excoriated papules on extensor surfaces, scalp, nuchal area, and buttocks. Dermatitis herpetiformis is primarily diagnosed through direct immunofluorescence of granular IgA deposits. However, modern and recent approaches currently use anti-TG3 antibody levels as the main serological diagnostic marker. Recent studies now confirm strict, long-term gluten free diet as the primary treatment modality. The diet is supplemented with sulfonamides as first line drugs treatment, especially dapsone. Proper diagnosis and management are important to improve the quality of life of the patients. Conclusion: Dermatitis herpetiformis is a skin disease related to hypersensitivity which requires comprehensive approach and treatment. Studi terbaru sekarang mengkonfirmasi diet bebas gluten jangka panjang yang ketat sebagai modalitas pengobatan utama. Diet dilengkapi dengan sulfonamida sebagai pengobatan lini pertama, terutama dapson. Diagnosis dan penatalaksanaan yang tepat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. This research aims to determine students' mastery of concepts regarding temperature and heat in the learning process. Researchers used a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental method in this research. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 09 Muaro Jambi. The population in this study was all class X at SMK Negeri 09 Muaro Jambi. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with consideration of teachers who taught in the same class, namely class X TBSM 1 and X TBSM 2, totalling 24 and 26 students. Data was obtained by giving a concept mastery test in 5 essay questions. After being given the test, the data was analyzed, and the results showed that students' mastery of concepts in temperature and heat material was in a low category. This is proven in question number 1, where as many as 60% of students answered with a value of 0; in question number 2, as many as 80% of students responded with a value of 1; in question number 3, as many as 72% of students answered with a value of 1, question number 4 as many as 62% of students answered with a value one, and for question number 5, 52% of students responded with a score of 0. Indikator that more than 50% of students' concept mastery abilities could be higher.

Pasca Covid-19, kegiatan wisata di Indonesia mulai menggeliat pada tahun 2022, begitu pula pada kawasan wisata Kalisuci. Pengembangan alternatif atraksi dengan bentuk bumi perkemahan merupakan alternatif wisata untuk melengkapi atraksi cave tubing yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik kawasan serta melakukan penilaian kelayakan pengembangan bumi perkemahan di kawasan Wisata Kalisuci. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik tabulasi nilai berdasarkan Permenpar RI Nomor 24 Tahun 2015 untuk menilai kelayakan kawasan wisata Kalisuci sebagai bumi perkemahan. Hasil studi menunjukkan aspek produk telah terpenuhi sebanyak 20 dari total 34 sub-unsur, aspek pelayanan telah memenuhi keseluruhan 13 sub-unsur, dan aspek pengelolaan telah terpenuhi 22 dari total 31 sub-unsur. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, masih perlu upaya perbaikan kualitas untuk meningkatkan kelayakan usaha, di antaranya cut and fill lahan karena kemiringan lereng yang bervariasi, peningkatan jalur sirkulasi, pemasangan pagar pengaman kawasan, penyusunan layout tenda, serta penambahan fasilitas olahraga, dapur umum, perlengkapan berkemah, pemeriksaan kesehatan karyawan dan satuan pengamanan, ketersediaan IPAL, dan akses darurat. Kajian ini merupakan penilaian awal pengembangan usaha bumi perkemahan sebagai acuan pengelola wisata untuk melakukan optimalisasi potensi wisata Kalisuci.

The purpose of this research is to find out the optimal dose of galangal extract to treatment of Sangkuriang catfish infected with Aeromonas hydrophila, the fish fry used are 5-7 cm in size. October-November 2022 was the research was carried out by an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications. The treatment used was immersing with galangal extract for 24 hours with doses of 0 mg/L (A), 250 mg/L (B), 500 mg/L (C) and 750 mg/L (D). Maintenance of test fish for 14 days. Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria are used to infect fish with a density of 108 CFU/ml by immersing 10 ml in 10 liters of water. Clinical symptoms of infection, clinical symptoms of recovery period, survival rate and water quality were used as parameters in this research. The results showed that the use of galangal extract for treatment of Sangkuriang catfish fry infected with Aeromonas hydrophila by immersion method for 24 hours at a concentration of 500 mg/L was the best treatment with the survival rate of 90%. Oktober-November 2022 adalah waktu penelitian dilaksanakan. Metode eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang menggunakan empat perlakuan serta tiga ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah perendaman dengan ekstrak lengkuas selama 24 jam dengan dosis masing-masing 0 mg/L (A), 250 mg/L (B), 500 mg/L (C) dan 750 mg/L (D). Pemeliharaan ikan uji selama 14 hari. Bakteri Aeromonas hydrophila digunakan untuk menginfeksi ikan dengan kepadatan 108 CFU/ml dengan cara merendam 10 ml dalam 10 liter air. Parameter yang diamati meliputi gejala klinis penginfeksian, gejala klinis masa pemulihan, kelangsungan hidup dan kualitas air. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ekstrak lengkuas untuk mengobati benih ikan lele sangkuriang yang terinfeksi Aeromonas hydrophila dengan metode perendaman selama 24 jam pada konsentrasi 500 mg/L merupakan perlakuan terbaik dengan kelangsungan hidup sebesar 90%. Ikan lemuru (Sardinella lemuru) merupakan sumberdaya perikanan yang melimpah di Selat Bali dan memiliki nilai ekonomis yang rendah. Untuk menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut, ikan lemuru dapat diolah menjadi produk diversifikasi yang banyak digemari masyarakat yaitu bakso ikan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memproduksi bakso ikan lemuru dengan empat konsentrasi daging dan tepung tapioka (P0, P1, P2, dan P3). Tingkat penerimaan konsumen dianalisis melalui pengujian organoleptik menggunakan 30 panelis tidak terlatih. Pengujian logam berat sebagai salah satu jaminan keamanan produk dilakukan menggunakan metode Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS). Hal ini dikarenakan wilayah penangkapan ikan lemuru di Selat Bali merupakan wilayah perairan yang mengalami banyak pencemaran akibat kegiatan penangkapan ikan dan industri. Hasil pengujian organoleptik pada bahan baku menunjukkan nilai rata-rata delapan untuk seluruh atribut yang menandakan bahwa ikan lemuru berada dalam kondisi segar. Kandungan logam berat pada bahan baku juga masih di bawah ambang batas menurut Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Disamping itu, penambahan daging ikan lemuru dan tepung tapioka memberikan hasil yang signifikan terhadap nilai organoleptik dengan formulasi terbaik (P1) sebesar 7,34 (kenampakan), 7,92 (bau), 8,36 (rasa) dan 7,85 (tekstur) (p0.05) dan 0,0020±0,0013 (Cd) (p>0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk bakso ikan lemuru disukai oleh konsumen dan memiliki konsentrasi logam berat pada rentang yang aman. ABSTRACT Lemuru fish (Sardinella lemuru) is one dominant commodity from the Bali Strait which has low economic value. To solve this issue, lemuru can be converted into a variety of widely-liked products, such fish balls. Therefore, this study aimed to produce fish balls with four concentrations of meat and tapioca flour (P0, P1, P2 ,and P3). The level of consumer acceptance was analysed through organoleptic testing employing 30 untrained panelists. The heavy metal of samples was also analysed using Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS). This is due the current fishing activities and industries in the Bali Strait contribute to heavy metals pollution in the water. The organoleptic testing of raw materials revealed an average value of eight for all aspects, which suggested that lemuru was in fresh conditions. The content of heavy metals in raw materials was below standards issued by Indonesian National Standard (SNI). Furthermore, the addition of lemuru meat and tapioca flour was significantly affected the quality of fish ball, with organoleptic scores obtained from the best treatment (P1) were 7.85 (texture), 8.36 (taste), 7.92 (smell), and 7.34 (appearance) (p0.05) and 0.0020±0.0013 (Cd) (p>0.05). In conclusion, lemuru fish ball was preferred by customers and had heavy metal concentrations that were within a safe limit.
